Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unmatched in picture quality Yet another amazing Samsung TV! That's all I buy now. This latest is my main living room TV, and I have 3 other Samsung TVs in the bedrooms too! No other brands can hold a candle to the picture quality. I'd never seen nor heard anything about "mini LED" screens before buying this one, so I was a little worried. I didn't know what that meant! Everything of Samsung's I'd owned so far, including phones,tablets, and laptops too, have always been OLED, AMOLED, or Super AMOLED. I didn't really know what that meant either, just knew I was guaranteed a beautiful picture quality! Well not only did this TV not disappoint, actually turned out to be even better, but now I understand why, and what all that stuff means! The screens prior to this had a single backlight. The mini LEDs like mine, and now their new "Neo" stuff, instead have thousands of tiny LEDs instead! That, along with the quantum dot technology, (QLED) and the dynamic range, (this one is 4k) gives the screen ultra precise control over the detail clarity, the range of colors, and the brightness and contrast to every tiny pixel on for screen. The settings available also allow you to control how it's done, so you get the best picture for your environment - if the room is darker or brighter, or your eyes have certain sensitivities, or if whatever you're viewing has a certain way it's meant to be displayed. If you're gaming, you want super fast response for movement and detail clarity; if watching a movie in the dark, you'll want to see it a the creator intended, while not straining your eyes. No matter what, the picture is just perfect! I honestly can't imagine it could be better than this, even though I know there are available options like 8k, Neo, and their newest micro RGB out there, but of course those will come with a much higher price tag. While I'm sure those are great, I am perfectly happy with this one, and absolutely do not feel like I'm missing out on anything! It's got all the smart features, is super easy to set up and control, compatible with everything, and I'll say it again, has the best picture quality you could possibly imagine! HIGHLY recommend this TV!

I called in over a week ago and then 2 days ago and no one has contacted me about this return. I am very dissapointed that they have dropped the ball on this return but i was offered $150 to keep it which doesn't even cover teh cost for the extended warranty i purchased. Samsung, please process my return and have someone pick it up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love how easy it works with all my samsung product what I'm doing here with this recording but that said...I love your product it's easy to use the menus are great one of the biggest thing I like how easy it is Plug and Play everything especially Samsung products just work great with each other the AI upscale seems to work good my video games look good and play great I mean I could literally ramble all day but I just don't know what else other than to say you guys make extremely good products poor guy and I invest in your products cuz they're worth it I'd like to see some more game PC types of access the brightness and the darkness work great together.I don't know much about the soccer motion yet.It doesn 't tend to pop up on a lot of things the menus and everything is very responsive the menus and everything is very responsive as long as the ethernet is plugged right in Wi-Fi it was a little sketchy I didn't seem to work very well was slow and very lagged and then like I said the motion the soccer motion thing I can't speak much on because it doesn't pop up a lot when I do use the motion it makes everything very dark tone /very very warm toned so I don't tend to use the motion stuff soccer mode or whatever you want to call it other than that i have no complaints and to be honest with you.Those things that seem like complaints up there really aren't complaints?I love your product.What else can I say

I have owned this TV for a couple of weeks now and I have 0 lag when watching Samsung +. The resolution is awesome when watching anything in 4k. I love this TV more and more every time I turn it on! Thankyou for making such an amazing TV that doesnt cost an arm and a leg! A++++

Setup was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend if you want a strong all around TV .

The remote control is pathetic…there is no way to fast-forward or backward. The motion is very good without any skipping. If there were some way to improve the color, the brightness and a better remote, it would be a much better TV and maybe worth the cost.

The brightness of the TV lights up the room the motion video game makes Multiplayer a lot more fun. The reaction time And responsiveness Gears me up for a lot more wins. However I do wish there were more free trials for all the gaming that was offered via the Samsung hub For first time users of the television. Other than that the TV is definitely a five out of five stars

Besides the big beautiful picture and all the apps that come with it I like being able to watch something and putting it on hold and then skipping thru ads as it shows a small screen to where the show is back on. It's user friendly figuring out the remote control stuff. I bought it on sale at Amazon and got a deal for free unpacking plus setting it up on the console.

Make the remote easier to use.
