Hands down a great tv for money. I own 4 samsung tv's and 3 phones and 1 watch. Love the brand ,they just do it right the first time. On this model the mini led brings out the brightness, contrast and clarity of the 4 k. The tv is replacing an old samsung hd that we had for 9 years. Upscaling is and better motion together is a plus.

Pain In The Neck Voice
Pain in the neck voice talks every time I touch the remote blocking the beginning of every show and when I pause a show. I can't find any instructions on how to mute the voice.
The picture quality is nearly excellent.
The extremely high price is a big turn off and I will definitely look for less expensive manufacturers in the future. I expect this one to last at least 25 years.

My TV was to arrive and be installed on 06/10. The TV arrived but was not installed because the right connector was not brought. Since 6/10 I have been calling, emailing, etc. There is a promise that someone will call me back but it never happens.
Obviously I have not had a TV in my living room for 30 days. I have put the transaction into dispute with my credit card company. I would like someone to pick up the TV. It is new and has only served as a wall ornament.Thank you in advance for complying with my request.

It has no headphone jack. Customer support said I COULD BUY A $1000 SOUND BAR TO MAKE IT WORK. THE TV ONLY COST $500. GO FIGURE.

Very satisfied with it, colors are vibrant, love the AI mode. Makes everything from gaming at home to watching my favorite shows feel more real and more like im actually involved in whats on the screen. Love the options to play games straight on the TV as well. Easy enough for my kids to navigate and enjoy their favorite games and shows as well.

I have not received the TV yet they have taken my money, when I ordered online they said the delivery date would be April 3rd the order has now been delayed for unexpected reasons and I'm just being told I'll be updated as soon as they have a delivery date available till then I'm in limbo pain interest on my credit card for something I don't have. Samsung asked for a review and all I can do is give an honest review. You buy something and you don't receive it yet they ask for review immediately after and they want us to give us reviews so here it is.

Tv is a lemon and when I contact costumer service and complain it took two weeks just to make a appointment for the technician come to my house and check the tv which work only two days both day I watched for 20 minutes after the third day the screen was black it took the tether weeks to come to my apartment he informed me that the tv needs a new screen I tried so many times for sanding to issue me a new tv when all the costumer services just gave the turn around and is a shame the service garbage I’m frustrated and angry this could it be solve in a week and now I have to wait 10 days up yo 21 days to get a new tv are you bringing the tv from another country is a shame I will never buy any Samsung product in the future shame to all the people were involved in this situation I should be compensate it getting a discount in this tv

Can't be paired with Xfinity to turn on
I don't understand why you can't use Xfinity remotes to turn the television on. You have to turn on with Samsung remote and then click down a few times to find Xfinity. Then you can use the Xfinity remote. With technology today, there should be a better solution. I'm disappointed in that. Otherwise its good.

We bought the 55 inch smart 4k. Excellent picture quality with sharp resolution of vibrant colors. We watch sports and the tv has sharp clarity on action scenes. I especially like how the movies show up in this 55 inch screen - definitely enhances our tv nights. The easy setup connecting to Wi-Fi and signing into streaming services takes only a few minutes, and best of all is the built-in streaming apps – Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, AppleTV all functioning in a snap and no more buffering issues with the old set up using DVR,
