Hands down a great tv for money. I own 4 samsung tv's and 3 phones and 1 watch. Love the brand ,they just do it right the first time. On this model the mini led brings out the brightness, contrast and clarity of the 4 k. The tv is replacing an old samsung hd that we had for 9 years. Upscaling is and better motion together is a plus.

Pain In The Neck Voice
Pain in the neck voice talks every time I touch the remote blocking the beginning of every show and when I pause a show. I can't find any instructions on how to mute the voice.
The picture quality is nearly excellent.
The extremely high price is a big turn off and I will definitely look for less expensive manufacturers in the future. I expect this one to last at least 25 years.

It has no headphone jack. Customer support said I COULD BUY A $1000 SOUND BAR TO MAKE IT WORK. THE TV ONLY COST $500. GO FIGURE.

Very satisfied with it, colors are vibrant, love the AI mode. Makes everything from gaming at home to watching my favorite shows feel more real and more like im actually involved in whats on the screen. Love the options to play games straight on the TV as well. Easy enough for my kids to navigate and enjoy their favorite games and shows as well.

Tough Installation
The picture is great, excellent price point. The only reason it doesn't get top marks from me is that the VESA screw size should have been specified in the installation guide. I also found the remote control diffficult to open.

I love my picture tv. Every morning it is the first thing I look at to see what picture is up. Having a minor in art I al thrilled to see me artists I know or new ones I am not aware of and would like to see more of.much, much more attractive then a black hole on my wall.

Tv its self is great. The ui sucks when you goto change anything unlike the older where just a bar. Across the bottom of the TV it takes you to a page and you loose what you are watching. The ui is the only downfall for this TV.

Disappointed with the picture quality. I have two other Samsung tvs and expected this one to be similar in quality. This was not the case. The picture quality reminds me of a tv purchased two decades ago. It is not sharp, fuzzy, and even after trying to make adjustments, it looks marginal at best. My fault for not seeing it in a store and for purchasing it solely based on Samsung’s reputation. Big mistake.

Responsiveness not good
When the picture does not black out contentiously it is great colors are good and audio is OK. Is there a problem with the HDMI ports? I have purchased 4 sets to get one that functions reasonably. My prime channel keeps telling me I need a different HDMI cable, getting that channel to work usually takes 3 or 4 attempts to be able to watch something.

Can't be paired with Xfinity to turn on
I don't understand why you can't use Xfinity remotes to turn the television on. You have to turn on with Samsung remote and then click down a few times to find Xfinity. Then you can use the Xfinity remote. With technology today, there should be a better solution. I'm disappointed in that. Otherwise its good.

I purchased a 55" Samsung TV and I love it. Perfect size for my townhouse and the picture in all respects has met my needs. The clarity of the pictures is just right for me. We bought the 55 inch smart 4k. Excellent picture quality with sharp resolution of vibrant colors. We watch sports and the tv has sharp clarity on action scenes. I especially like how the movies show up in this 55 inch screen - definitely enhances our tv nights. The easy setup connecting to Wi-Fi and signing into streaming services takes only a few minutes, and best of all is the built-in streaming apps – Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, AppleTV all functioning in a snap and no more buffering issues with the old set up using DVR,

Budget friendly but great!
Just purchased tgis TV and have used it for about a week. First impressions are very good. My other TV is a QLED so was worried this may not be sharp but was pleased the see the resolution coming through. It seemed bright initially but had to play around the picture settings and sound settings and got it to the point it looks and sounds great. Happy with the decision so far!
