After using this Samsung, for over a year now, i can say it has been the best overall TV I've owned. The resolution is clear and crisp, the refresh rate is great for gaming, and the way it seamlessly connected to the sound bar was fantastic. I look forward to seeing what new improvements are to come. Samsung is my go-to for most electronics now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not really a smart TV Its nice, but I wish I had purchased a Sony, Samsung has no ability to include my Google photo via the internet apps, it wont let me add the the google photo app to see my vacation photos, really a bummer, connecting the phone is a real pain, took an hours and no good, so I tried from phone its finds it but states connected but on TV it does not come up or visible that I connected, it states to disconnect my internet cable and go to wifi hook up same as phone, I did still nothing, very complicated, not user friendly like Sony, I was ably to instantly connect to google photo, I tried my phone and it also auto connected instantly, no searching setting or finding where it is hours and no result on Samsung, my phone is Samsung galaxy and the TV is brand new. Calling is difficult, was on hold over 30 minutes gave up

Bad sound , bad remote My last Samsung just suddenly went black , so I shopped around for a good buy , this one is 55’ so a little bigger but the volume has to be turned up to the 40’s or higher , I had a sound bar connected to my old one but it has a weird small connector that hooked into the back of the old tv , this tv doesn’t have it . Finally found a cord online that had the two connectors I needed , ordered and delivered and it was only 6 inches ! Gave up on the sound bar for now but don’t understand why I have to turn the volume up that much . Hate the remote too!

There was a wall mount already installed in a book case that designated our maximum size. Great picture with vibrant colors. Easy to hang on a swivel wall mount. Connecting to our internet provider was super easy! Highly recommend the size. Love all the preload Apps, so we just needed to log into our accounts. We were chilling to our favorite programs in warp-speed!

If I had to say anything negative, the remotes had dropped the sleep timer button to provide a quick link to another app. That’s it and with Samsung Smarthings - we found out most other devices we own not Samsung work within the one app.

Its crystal-clear, crisp, vibrant images immerse you in colors and are more than life-like! Everything is easy to see and find, from our previously viewed shows to all the choices offered by Samsung and every app available. Samsung's support team is incredible! They quickly and efficiently helped to set up our TV system. We are beyond pleased with our Samsung TV! As a side note, we purchased another popular brand TV shortly after purchasing our Samsung UHD TV. We are not impressed with the second TV's quality and are sorry we didn't pay the difference of a few dollars to enjoy Samsung's superior quality and service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely horrid I wish I could afford to put it in the junk. The color is terrible and nighttime scenes are so dark that you can't make out the characters features. Samsung has walked me through actions to correct the problem. But that just makes it worse. I wanted someone to come out to fix. But that service is not available. They wanted me to take it back to factory settings. But then I would need to reset up my Netfix, etc. I am 78 years old. Sad that Samsung does elderly abuse from not wanting to send someone out so I can enjoy my TV

There have been issues with the audio. 4 or 5 times, I have needed to do a cold re-boot of the TV in order to get the audio to work. This is with both the TV speaker and with the Samsung sound bar I purchased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Skip this one, not worth the money! We purchased the 55" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 as a replacement for an older LCD of the same size. This TV, of course is much lighter in weight than or older TV. At the store where it was purchased, there was a dedicated Samsung display. The images on this dedicated display were very bright and crisp, especially when compared to the other brands of TVs that were on display, showing network broadcast shows. I guess we were surprised by the difference in image quality. Based on this we made the purchase. This is where the fallacy of comparing TVs based on a manufacturer dedicated display. First, the remote and the Samsung interface is not at all friendly. Navigation is very cumbersome and takes multiple steps to accomplish what our older TV di easily and in fewer steps. The second concern with this TV is that even on maximum brightness, it is still very dim. If the scene showing is staged at night or in a dark building, it is impossible to see the screen. Even when we turn off all of the lights in the room, it is still not a bright enough image to make out what is being shown. In summary, I plan to purchase a different brand TV in the near future and just take what ever I can get for selling this device. Not at all recommended.

Towards the beginning of my purchase around 3 months in, the screen suddenly had streaks appear on the tv. It was pixelated streaks. I had not dropped or damaged the tv. Any time I try to use max (the streaming service) it immediately kicks me off and takes forever to load back in. Lastly just now at 1:50am a horrendous LOUD screeching noise started to come from the tv. I restarted my Xbox as I thought that was the problem, nope it was the tv. The only fix was turning it off. It has been nuisance after nuisance and honestly and going to get rid of this tv the second I can afford a different brand.

Samsung put their technician to come out and tell lies, so that they won’t replace or reimburse you for your warranty. Plus, they like to give people the runaround and lie about their products. I’m gonna contact the better business bureau and the attorney general office about Samsung. I’ve been without a tv for 3 weeks,because Samsung won’t honor their warranty.All garbage and lies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture quality is not worth how terrible it is Although the picture is great, this tv is awful. The most infuriating tv I’ve ever had, let me explain. 1.) When you turn on the tv it starts playing some random show on the free tv app or some random movie before even clicking anything. 2.) There’s no “night mode” and you can hardly turn down the brightness for when you don’t want the screen blinding you at night. 3.) There’s no Chromecast and only airplay (I have both even on my Vizio). Chromecast is far superior. 4.) When playing a show while airplaying, it doesn’t continue to the next episode when the it’s over and instead makes your recast all over again. The picture quality is not worth how awful everything else is about this tv. I’d do anything to trade this tv with even the worst Vizio.

I bought my Samsung Smaet tv last year.and I am having so many issues with it.connection to WiFi is having issues all the time.for a week the TV would not turn off.at night sounds wierd but is a issue.i have to unplug the TV everynight.then plug it in the next day. It kicks me off the channel im watching.have to reboot and factory set my TV at least 2 times.a.month.going back to A new Roku tv.

Upon returning I unboxed it and discovered the top right corner was broken and the pixels were burned out. I contacted Samsung and told them the story and they said they would assist with helping me. It has been 4 weeks since they said they were submitting the paperwork so that I could return it and I haven’t heard anything back yet. After paying all that money for a tv it’s a shame the customer service is too poor.

I had an older model Samsung (again, doing a lot of research), and could not believe how the cost has decreased!! It takes awhile to show the current channel after you turn it on, but well worth the wait.

We have done reboots, Hard reboots, a reset of the tv which meant i needed to re set up all my apps and accounts. Plug it in, unplug it, plug it in. I am not a service technician and do not work for Samsung but after hours on the phone i certainly feel like i should be getting a check. I will NOT buy another Samsung TV, i had a Vizio for 10 years that is still working but thought i would upgrade to Samsung. Boy was i ever wrong on that. I bought this Tv 12-31-2034 , first problem was 3-31, Best Buy said i could not return, next was 6-18, , next was 6-23, now i just live with the lines or unplug and replug myself and hope for the best. i was told no technician could come look at this tv until I jumped thru tall these hoops. Unhappy with service is a mild way of telling you my feelings. Unhappy with picture about 25% of the time.

Although it glitches randomly, opens random apps, and it has been the only item to have an internet lag. There is a lot of stuff on this TV that I don’t use or need, since I’m not a gamer, and I feel like all the bells and whistles slows it down. I would love this TV if it didn’t have so much going on, honestly!

I have always been replacing the other brands with Samsung when they break, dead pixeling, or stop working. Now I replace my Samsung even when they have no problem because I always want the latest and the greatest. Of course, with Samsung brand also.

The interface is fantastic and it's very easy to set up. I had the tv installed, hooked up and signed into my streaming services in record time! I would definitely recommend and have too many of my friends here in our retirement center. It is very easy for me to go to streaming since it has all of the apps already built in. I thought that would be hard to learn to do, but this TV made that easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waste of money We bought this model TV on 7/30/2024, from Amazon. We are ready to take it to the dump. It's our third "smart" tv and definitely does Not live up to its nane. (Our other snart tv's latest for years but we wanted larger. They were NOT Samsung). It has been giving us problems since day one! It will get stuck on a network and nothing can make the channel selector move. There are certain Apps it does not carry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor planning to connect to older existing equipme the pictured sound was excellent, I was very disappointed to see no RCA output jacks to connect to my receiver amp and to my Zvox speaker for hearing improvement. I first purchased an HMI to RCA .Found out that did not work. Not very happy that I had to buy a new receiver with an HDMI input. Now when I turn on my TV, the receiver turns on. Not happy about that. I wanted both TV speaker and receiver sound at the same time.That does not work.All these problems could be avoided with TV RCA sound output Jacks.Engineering planing was very poor because of this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustrating Setup but Good TV I bought this TV through Amazon and got it delivered with their "deluxe delivery & unpacking" services. It was shipped perfectly with no damages, and Amazon carried it upstairs for me, took it out of the box, and removed the packaging with no hassle. Unfortunately, I then spent the next 6 hours trying to figure out why the TV wasn't working. It turned on, but I couldn't download or use any apps. I kept seeing a message that said, "Smart Hub is being updated. Please try again later," and this prevented me from even opening pre-downloaded apps like Netflix. I thought maybe the TV needed time to update, so I left it alone for two hours. When I turned it on again, the issue was the same. I tried updating the software, resetting the Smart Hub, running a Smart Hub connection test, and resetting my WiFi, but nothing worked. I had to connect with Samsung Support, who helped me factory reset the TV. This did the trick, but it shouldn't have been necessary to make a brand-new, fresh-out-of-the-box television work. Besides the initial issues, the TV works fine now and looks great in my living room. The picture quality is excellent, but I might order a sound bar soon to help improve the overall experience since the TV speakers are pretty standard.

So far I have been playing on my series x and ps5, the quality and the smoothness of the screen are awesome, and the TV speakers allow me to listen to everything without needing headphones. I especially enjoy the ability to use multi control, combining galaxy, tv, and tab depending on a given situation.

This new 55" was a huge upgrade in picture quality, and the UI as well. My only gripe, and it is minor, is there was no longer an optic audio out going to my existing soundbar. So, I had to upgrade that as well to an e-Arc HDMI connection between the two which seems to be the new standard. All things considered, I am very happy with the new TV and Samsung Soundbar. The setup up was seamless and very easy, and I am blown away by the features, picture quality and sound quality.

Have to say not amazing sad but can’t do anything about now. The fuzzy quality is probably the thing I don’t like most besides the depth of the black point just not crystal clear and intense picture like my other one. I did read this model is a newer version well it’s not as good.

We don't have cable, so we watch using streaming services. I chose Samsung because my other smart tv does not support one of my favorite streaming apps. When it was time to replace the TV in our office, we went with the Samsung version. We have no regrets.

First: there is no audio output, no 3.5mm or optical. I purchased an e-ARC HDMI audio extractor and it will not work, even AFTER CONTACTING support. The e-ARC only seems to work with Samsung sound bars. Second: apps as Netflix will lockup after using them for 4-5 days, it is worse when using the "Autorun Last App" . The only solution is to reinstall the app I have owned a 40" JU640D series TV for over 8 years without a single problem, sound, optical 3.5mm audio works great.

I finally cut the cord from satellite TV and decided to upgrade to smart tvs. I chose Samsung brand because of the quality and reasonable price. It took a few days for me to learn out how to use it and for me it's very user friendly. I love the fact that the manual is on the tv so we don't have to keep up with paper manuals. This tv has advanced features and great sound and picture quality. It was even easy to set up. Beach Camera offered this tv with sound bar, subwoofer, the wall mount, power surge protector, 2 hdmi cords, and a cleaning kit for the tv.

My only issue with it is that my soundbar can only connect via Bluetooth when previously it used the optical audio port but this TV doesn't have optical audio that was just poor research on my part.

Only had it about 3 weeks and now the screen won’t turn on but the audio works just fine. Pretty disappointing especially with the response time from Samsung. To pay 2200+ for a TV to die in less than a month and now it’ll be probably 3-5 days just for them to get someone out. Then odds are they probably won’t be able to fix it and I’ll have to wait even longer for a replacement. I’ve only had Samsung TVs since 2010 and this is my first issue so I’m highly disappointed.

Sometimes it makes a horrible, loud buzzing sound. So far it is easy to fix by unplugging and replugging the TV but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The remote instructions shows that button on it but they must have wanted to get rid of the obsolete ones and threw that in the box instead. The picture is great and set up was easy.

We use the remote control that we have for another Samsung smart tv. I would like to upgrade to a backlit or glow remote, at night I occasionally push the wrong button by mistake. I have a 55” in both my bedroom + my living room, 32” in my kitchen, 80” in my family room. Also a tv monitor for my pc that is 24”. Shows how much I like them. ;). I can’t wait to get a new AI version.

I have owned many Samsung tv’s and I stick with them because they have a great picture. But I have a Sonos sound bar and I can not connect it and the tv has terrible sound capabilities so it is needed. Not sure why other models and sizes have the optical port but this one doesn’t and I can’t return it so I’m just going to live with it. I was also told by Samsung support that there is no way to convert so the sound bar could be attached.

To me the Crystal UHD is an awesome set with an amazing picture. I got it at a great price. I am a Samsung fan and I try to get everything Samsung. BTW the Crystal UHD is a few hundred dollars cheaper than the QLED.

I then got the B750D sound bar to pair-up with the TV. The two together provide very good sound, I really like the center speaker on the sound bar, makes all the difference. I feel they are. very well worth buying.

I also use it to watch bass fishing videos on YouTube and the picture quality is great. The clear, detailed graphics make my fishing videos come to life. It makes a big difference in videos like how to tie a fishing knot because you get a more crisp, detailed display. Its a very noticeable difference watching this tv compared to my other brand tv.

It has a very nice picture like all tv's do, but it doesn't have output ports anymore making connecting tv ears and headsets difficult for people with hearing needs. I don't want to use bluetooth because it locks all the volume controls together. There's a "multi device" setting that allows separating bluetooth devices to fix volume control issues, but when you turn off the tv, then that setting gets turned off as normal operating procedure and the controls have to be reset every time you restart the tv.

The only drawback, in my opinion, is the remote. It is very basic & almost like a toy. Turning the volume up & down is a hit or miss. Either the volume changes or it goes to mute. There is also not an option to go back to the main screen when watching without going back to the main streaming service prompt. These are minor things & I'm otherwise satisfied.

When I say constantly, I mean every 10-20 minutes or so. Sometimes the render is quick, other times it takes several minutes. Forget watching a sporting event. It can’t even keep up with a news program. To say the least, my experience has been awful. I’ve tried unplugging and starting it up again as well as changing the power source. If you’re thinking of buying a 55” UHD, don’t do it.

It lasted for 12 years and then started to have problems. It took me awhile before I could purchase another television. But after much research. I once again chose the Samsung TV. Going from a 32" to a 55" has been wonderful. I even rewatched many Netflix shows just to enjoy them more on a bigger screen. However, I hoping not to wait another 12 years before buying the next television. Because I really want to get a Samsung OLED television. My Samsung phone and tablet are the very best as well. I guess you could say that I'm a Samsung only family of one ??! Thanks Samsung for some really awesome products.

I like adjusting the sound for bedrooms, with lower bass so as not to disturb others. For the money this is a decent second TV as SDR / HDR peaks are not high. Competitive price point.

This one out of the box left me a bit disappointed. That is until I went through the menu and found the picture quality menu. It comes in "Eco" mode but while switching modes I found Dynamic mode the best and it changed my mind about the TV and the image quality. It doesn't have the best black reproduction but overall happy for the room I put it in at the price I paid. The sound is also quite audible.

This one wasn’t much better because I was having to change the picture quality/clarity with each different show I was watching. Ordered tv number 3 and upgraded to a little bit better picture quality and hoping for no more issues. Remote sucks too!! I had a Samsung before with no picture quality issues. I feel they are making TVs crappy now so you’ll spend more. I only gave 2 stars because assembly was at least easy.

The motion sensing in the picture makes you feel like the movie or show that you're watching is actually live.The price of this TV is very affordable and the picture quality rivals TV's that are hundred's of dollar's more in price. I had to exchange the sound bar I was sold with the TV for one with a HDMI input. - the remote is a bit sparse on direct button features/ controls. I can find all needed settings and controls but it takes a bit of navigating thru various menus to find. The Samsung TV features and apps are fairly robust and adding additional ones available is plentiful. I’m enjoying the TV and it is a great value for the price paid!

My previous review noted that I could not connect the TV to a soundbar and optical device that works with my hearing aids at the same time. I was on a chat for several minutes and got zero help. I have four other Samsung TVs that do not have this problem, including two other 55 inch TVs, one of which is full sun. Samsung's response to my previous review said to by a device that will split the HDMI eArc port to serve both devices simultaneously but the chat said there is no such device.

It is larger than my previous one, I am a big sports fan and it’s so much fun watching games on a larger screen. I had eight brothers so I had no choice but to watch every sport that was broadcast. And I love it! The remote is easy to use and I like that. I’m 83 years old so things don’t come real easy for me but I thoroughly enjoy the ease of using my new Samsung TV. Thank you!

The auto run capably that runs the last app used does not work. For example, if you’re watching YouTube TV and that was the last app being watched when the TV is turned off. When you turn the TV back on the Samsung TV plus pops up. Very frustrating.

Some shows the volume has to be set above 60 to hear it while others are fine set at 30. The remote control is very frustrating as it has no voice search feature and the controls are unconventional. It would be better if the controls were standardized to match all smart TV’ s.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing - issues just after 3 months Great image quality, inconsistent sound, weird issue with a flashing break on the screen. Customer service was responsive but ultimately unhelpful for a tv that is barely 6 months old. After about 3 months I noticed this image where very suddenly in the middle of the screen a vertical “break” would show up in the picture regardless of streaming or cable or dvd. Of course it happened right when my Best Buy warranty ran out and I couldn’t replace it, customer service phone support was nice but didn’t solve the issue, and I’d have to wait for a tech to come see it in person to diagnose if anything is wrong and if not I’d have to pay for the visit. They asked me to record the issue on my phone as if I watch tv with my phone out recording what I’m watching? Extremely disappointed in this tv and at this point just waiting for it to die or for a good deal to replace it in a couple of years. I have an older version of the crystal tv that has been moved twice and still works great, so kind of shocked I’m not in love with this one. Will not be buying Samsung screens moving forward. The name brought a cost but it didn’t live up to its cost or the brand name.

Just awful and super confusing. Also, I swear it has a mind of its own sometimes, I will pick an option and it will do something on its own. LOL. Last, it is SUPER SLOW when moving from one channel to another. I’ve used Roku for years and should have stuck with it, soooo much easier to navigate.

This feature does not connect with my Comcast remote which is used to change channels. Do not like having to use two remotes. Had I known this I would have gotten another brand. Otherwise no other complaints with tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Firmware problem Bought 6 months ago. There is a firmware problem with this TV relating to timezone. This affects things like youtube tv because everything is location based. Youtube will see this as you moved locations (which youtube limits the number of times you can change) It has still not been fixed to work correctly. The 'work around' is to factory reset the TV change to manual, fix settings, back to auto the get it back on the wifi then reset all of the stuff, log back into all the apps and modify the layouts of the screen. Wastes a bunch of time and it has been 6 months with no fix. I called the first time it happened and called again because the firmware has still not been fixed. They are aware there is an issue and present this as the work around. Every time you loose power, the TV has this problem. There is no way this should not have been fixed in the last 6 months. I would buy something else.

It's very annoying. The Smart TV interface is busy but acceptable once favorite apps are setup. The picture is outstanding.

It was a small single line but it still alarmed me. I reached out to the service department and they scheduled a call to discuss the issue. It was determined that a technician would have to come out and repair the problem. The technician was curious and efficient.

You have to push up on a "tab" to increase the volume or down to decrease the volume. It doesn't work all the time and you sometimes have to wait a very long time for it to engage in an up or down mode. If I knew it was going to be this difficult and annoying, I likely would not have purchased this model.

We were surprised there is no USB, we had to purchase an adapter for additional cost, not happy about that. The remote is not easy to use either and no microphone button for searching/speaking.

It is very difficult to navigate for live tv, our recorded shows and fast forward. I am also having problems with buffering that I didn’t have with my 8 year old tv. Up my Internet speed plan and bought a WiFi extender and while better, I still get buffering on some shows. Would not buy again.

We were on the bubble of getting a 65 inch, which was a bit too small for our space and ended up getting a 77 inch which is a little oversize. Too bad the OLED Evo doesn't come on a 70 inch.

Apparently, the TV was damaged straight out the box and Samsung would not provide a replacement. I will no longer be purchasing Samsung and will advise everyone I know not to support this company. Customer support was terrible. You would think they would have quality controls in place to prevent bad product from entering the marketplace.

We like the picture etc. but when I got the TV home I realized there are NO standard connections for USB or optical accessories such as a soundbar, DVD player etc. All that is supposed to be through their special USB port. Samsung does not appear to offer any connecting adapters — Best Buy knows nothing! All my legacy equipment is junk. Know this before you buy a Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV with some navigation issues for me The Samsung DU7200 has a beautiful picture and lots of extra programming on Samsung TV. I would give it 5 stars but I find it is very difficult to navigate. It might be because of my cable company or perhaps because of me but when I want to watch regular broadcast programming, there are a lot of steps to switching to that programming and also to other programming. Because my cable company wasn't in the list of providers, I also spent a couple of hours trying to set up the TV which couldn't be accomplished even with chatting with Samsung. It was just a fluke that a visitor finally figured it out.

When I watch the news, the colors are blotchy and if the reader moves his head, it gets resolved (Fractal display?). MOST distracting. Some movies are magnificent. Can't get 4k res.on my system (cable box - NOT Samsung's fault). When someone (Like Dr. Pol the Vet) has a wrinkle, it looks ,more like a gouge. Did anyone test this thing before they sold it?

The picture is so crisp you feel as if you can " reach out and touch somebody's hand". Seriously, there are no bad angles and no bad seats for movie night. The app could not be downloaded onto this tv. Finally got it through internet. But have tried a couple other things and not compatible with this tv. It’s prob a good tv but be sure to check out before buying a Samsung if it will be compatible. IMCA app had said Samsung was okay. But not this tv anyway.

I tried using the Samsung TV free channel and movies and I can only get maybe one or two tv shows or movies that I am interested in to load. This is not an internet issue as i have tested this with other devices and they all work fine. I am a Samsung product user/fan through and through and this is very disappointing. I will have to get a Google Casting device in order to use this brand new TV.

As for Samsung they know what they're doing and you can see for yourself with this Crystal UHD model. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't get a bigger size when I bought it!! My next purchase will be definitely be 65 inch or bigger.

After a month of waiting to this product, I am having to dispute the transaction through my financial institution because Samsung will not assist after AGSYSTEMS refuses to deliver my product that is in their possession.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Difficult to navigate The most difficult tv to navigate, ever!!! While the picture is really good, the navigation of this tv is frustrating every single day. The remote is also frustrating. The sound button is also for muting so we’re always muting when needing to go up or down on the volume. The apps on the screen are also difficult to navigate. I had a return placed for it since it will go blank for a full minute when a show cuts for commercial. But, I’m still deciding whether I want the hassle. I keep thinking we’ll adjust to it but it’s frustrating every single day for the last 2 weeks.

It never lets me down, I use it for the music playing in the background for game nights. It never ever stops, and I bought other brands of tvs before but this one right here. I think I’m a Samsung lover for life now.

I love how I am able to connect my Samsung account to the TV. I don't usually pay much attention to the remote control but I love how minimal it is. No longer are there the buttons that you never use. The picture and sound are very high quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t buy it I’d give my Samsung 55” UHD a ZERO if I could. It constantly stops to buffer. Sometimes 3-4 times PER HOUR. I’d throw it in the dumpster but it said it didn’t want it. This TV has only disappointed. Over and over again… I’ve tried clearing cache and unplugging it for a few minutes. I’d wave a magic wand if I thought that’d help - but it won’t. This TV is HORRIBLE and not worth the price - even if it’s free. Of course, I’ve yet to hear from Samsung. This is my second review and it’s only getting worse.

The 10 year old processor had no problem playing downloaded movies, reading different languages… this tv sucks. Won’t even let me change brightness without being in an App… I have hated ever minute of having this tv and can’t wait to throw it in the trash for a new one.

The installed smart features are easy to use. we were able to install all our streaming apps without issue. The TV even permits streaming from my MAC computer for presentation display of websites. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one.

The picture quality is excellent, very vibrant and full of life and the sound from the TV speakers was amazing for a TV. I'd recommend this TV to anyone looking for a quality and reliable product. When deciding to purchase, I was sure there was an optic connection but I was mistaken. I would not purchase again if I knew there was not the ability to connect to my sound system.very disappointed with this aspect.

Bluetooth connectivity works great with headphones or other Bluetooth devices. There are plenty USB ports for connecting various input devices. All in all a great TV and a good price.

The remote is too small and difficult to use , again IMO. I have an older LG that is way easier to navigate and utilize. In hindsight, I should have purchased an LG and I almost returned this Samsung. I have the 55 inch Crystal UHD.

It has great picture quality, the sound depends on the station you're watching.The sound is great as well. It was easy to setup and connect to my other Samsung devices. I was so happy with this TV that I purchased a 50" for my bedroom as well. I love that you can download your favorite streaming apps and arrange them on the home screen. It has a live TV option like Roku. Overall I'm a satisfied customer.

It has a good size remote which is also good because it is easy to find and use. I have a second TV I purchased for my bedroom, the TV is great, the remote is very small and the volume buttons up and down are a nightmare to use without the light on to adjust them. The remote is so small and thin, it is easily lost, and I had to, you can make the bed and never see it under the blanket, I had to attach a flower to it to be able to locate it, You have a lot of senior's buying your TVs. I think the remotes could be a little larger and we are also not techie people and find the use of the Samsung TV app little difficult to navigate, But Samsung's are GREAT TV'S !!!!!!!

Have to back out of the steaming application after shut off in order to have the guide come up properly again.

Also, my streaming service DirecTV Stream has some 4K channels but when I go to tune to those streams it says it is not a 4K TV???? Can you solve this for me? I don’t care for the design vis-a-vis previous generations of Samsung remotes. Additionally, the construction is (at best) flimsy. I already have problems with one of the directional buttons. Will likely have to buy a replacement soon - and it’s just reaching 1 year old - and I’m not here for 4 or 5 months in the winter.

I called up Samsung and they were unwilling to help me bc it’s past the 1 year manufacture warranty. Not even a 1.5 year old tv. I was told I’d have to pay for a new screen which was 700$ or buy a new tv. Basically doesn’t make sense to fix the screen if it’s the same amount as a brand new tv.

The settings don't give much control over the picture or sound. The remote is small with few options. The older Samsung TVs were better. The settings options were also better on the older TVs.

Your employees said that the Samsung tv does not cover the local stations (CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX) just the apps (Netflix). If that is the case, it should be some type of warning label on the box. We have had or 55" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 for a number of months now and while the picture quality is good, the set does exhibit some 'processing' difficulties. While we have increased our internet feed from 50 MB per second to 250 MB per second, the set still displays delays in processing while changing channels or streaming apps. When we atttempted to use the internet feature, it proved to be a cumbersome and less then positive experience. My wife and I are retired and depend heavily on televison as a source of entertainment. While I oridinally wanted a QLED tv - those proved to be just much to expensive for us so we selected the 55" Class Crustal UHD Du7200. This is pretty disappointing because we changed to a samsung because we had heard people rave about them and needed to change from our previous tv brand.

Also, the sound quality and options to customize to your preference is very simple and straightforward with a user's guide easily accessible. My only issue is it's main features only work with Samsung devices, which is a shame if you have different devices you'd like to connect, such as a soundbar. Other than that, a very nice TV.

I think the remote is too small and I would have appreciated a manual to figure out programming and options. Eg, what is a TV speaker on the volume button, also why does an audio come on sometimes when I’m pressing the volume button. Still figuring things out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound Issues I can only give two stars. The quality of the sound is terrible. We had to purchase a sound bar. Navigation of the apps is complicated, when you watch longer the 3 hours the sound and the words no longer match up. If you are watching baseball for example the announcer tells you a home run has been hit before the ball makes contact with the ball. The only way to resolve the problem is to power off and wait a minute or so.

We looked at many options and I am so glad we bought this one It's exactly what we were looking for - in fact had even more than we expected. The display is crisp and clear, the set up was easy even for a couple of old folks like us, and we are more than satisfied with everything about this TV. Everything integrated perfectly with all our streaming services. I can't say enough about how great this TV is. We 100% recommend it to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looses connection I’ve been happy with my new tv except for the sudden loss of connection that happens a couple of times per week. Just drops it! My phone and computer stay connected, so it’s not my internet, it’s the tv. It’s very frustrating, and takes a couple of minutes to get back to what I’m watching.
