It hasn't disappointed. It was seamless to set up, the image is great, and I no longer have trouble connecting my TV to the internet like I did with the last one. I can actually watch my shows without having to reset the internet every few minutes. Great purchase!

The picture is awesome. Ir favorably compares with our larger 8K Samsung tv in the living room. Highly recommended.

Very nice clear picture and back to resting and enjoying. We like Samsung televisions. I’m a basic tv watcher so don’t use many features but will continue to buy this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Bought 14-days ago. Since then, the screen has gone dark 3-times without warning. It occurred randomly. Remote didn’t help when screen went dark. Had to turn off and back on to get the picture back. It had a great picture when it worked. I returned it back to Best Buy just in time before the 15-day return policy expired so I didn’t get stuck with a defective TV. Not sure if I will buy another Samsung TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OK I bought this TV to replace my Samsung 50" flat screen that failed on me, I bought it a few years ago. It seems about the same, pretty sharp image. I have the Samsung sound bar and wireless surround system, so getting another Samsung made sense. When I power on the system it automatically mutes the sound bar until I make a change on the remote, not sure what that's about but I can live with it. The TV has been a little flaky, it changed it's settings on its own one time to use the TV speakers rather than the optical output. Picture is great, just like my previous Samsung TV was before it wasn't.

I can't believe how crisp the colors are and the sound it makes you feel like your at the game. When watching movies you feel like you're out at the movies. The Samsung interface is pretty intuitive, but there are some quirks that took me some time to figure out (such as how to move icons around). I would love to make it more efficient and delete some of the bloatware but I can't seem to do that.

Every phone I have bought in the last 10 years has been a Galaxy and in those last 10 years I have slowly integrated my home to a Samsung home by getting a refrigerator then replacing my washer and dryer. My most recent addition was my Crystal UHD Smart TV this year which I love! It would be great to have a Samsung TV in all the rooms in our house

No way to remap app buttons to a different app. Also smart hub if used to a old Samsung TV with smart hub.new hug is whole screen. Older tvs were nice less than a quarter of TV screen. The nice thing. Scrolling around,keyboard typing. Well really fast. Also if really want a older ir TV remote from Samsung (read 2016-presant) will work on the tvs.the app. For phone. Well I can't hardly figure it out. (Ps Samsung tech support said my 2020 43" TV remote wouldn't work with this is does) both have good and bad flaws. But know how to work a Samsung TV. You'll be happy. With a soundboard from Samsung. You need the hdmi arch TV. Original cord with soundboard . Have fun I like mine.

For the price, it gets you the reliability and features that make viewing easy and enjoyable. It felt like the next tier 'up' in features was nearly double the price - and I'm not sure the features from UHD to "OLED" would be especially noticeable for casual viewing. Only complaint, as usual for most TVs, is that speakers are not great. But we use a simple soundbar to provide for a better experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good picture, horrible smart system. Bought the TV at Sam's Club about a month ago. We have been impressed with the picture, bright and clear. The other side of the story is the Tizen smart system. #1 - I find calling it "smart" to be a stretch. The TV over all seems to respond slowly to the remote. This gets even worse when it comes to some downloaded apps (the History Channel app in particular). I'm to the point that I'm going to go buy a Chromecast 4K I'm so sick of the way it behaves(misbehaves?). I have been watching Forged in Fire and I get to the end of an episode then click on the next episode button but it jump back to the list of episodes showing the I can "resume" the episode that I just left. That returns me to the episode I just finished but with 8-10 minutes remaining to watch. So I return to the list and click on the season I'm watching then I have to scroll through all the episodes that I've already watched. This is a time consuming process since the TV takes about several seconds to move from Episode 1 to 2 then to 3 then to 4... Since I'm on episode 37 it gets very frustrating. #2 - The other thing I hate is the casting of my phone or tablet to the TV. You have to go to Smart View on your device to cast. OK, so I try that. I "stream" a video of our church service and the picture is pixelated and the movement is very jerky. The same is true when I stream a game from my tablet. #3 - My Chromecast had voice control built into the remote, not so with the Samsung remote. OK, so I read that I can use Alexa or Google assistant to control the TV. So the on-line instruction read go to All Setting, then General & Privacy, then to Voice control. Wait, I see no Voice control in the list. Then I went into the on board manual to see if this model had different instruction, but no, same instructions. Like I said earlier, I may just go get a Chromecast 4K. Or maybe I'll just return this TV and get one that has Chromecast built in. I know that some to the higher end Samsung TVs have voice remote built in, but they still use the same "Smart" system so that would only solve one of my issues. Color me very disappointed and frustrated.

My family and I use our Samsung TV for watching movies, streaming live TV on Samsung TV Plus, jamming out to music, and for gaming. It shocked me when I first hooked up my PS4 to my TV and the TV remote turned on my PS4 at the same time as the TV. That completely amazed me. All in all this TV is an amazing TV and worth every penny I paid for it!

What's even more awesome is I can easily connect my Samsung Galaxy S10+ and share straight to my TV! I'm telling you I love this TV, I love it so much I bought a Galaxy shortly after buying this TV. I'm big on movies so I love it. The smart hub on the home screen is easy to use and you can download your favorite streaming apps and apply them to the quick find bar at the bottom of the screen. They also have their very own FREE streaming service (Samsung TV). Definitely recommend, and pretty soon I'm going to upgrade to a bigger screen. Thanks.

There is also an interactive manual included in the TV settings. The remote control can be used across devices and has a learning feature so you can quickly become acquainted with the layout. The sound is clear and loud without a surround sound system but using one is flawless and hookup is easy and provides for multiple avenues of connection. You can really taylor the picture and sound to your personal taste and lock those features in. When using other samsung products such as phones and tablets, the tap to view option can't be beaten. The ability to view by casting and mirroring with Samsung products is definitely easy and convenient. All in all, this is a great starter TV and l would reccommend it to anyone. Its affodable but does not skimp on quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I absolutely love my Samsung tv The best thing about my Samsung tv is the internet browser because it has eliminated the need for a computer, I even bought a mouse and keyboard, I'm able to game, browse, and even stream my favorite shows that don't provide an app except through a paid service thus eliminating the need for a premium subscription! I've had other smart TVs, but Samsung has got my heart. I also have this Samsung smartphone, I'm thoroughly impressed by the ease at the effortless user interface of both devices and the simplicity of Samsung's Synchronicity. I wouldn't trade them for any other brands, you couldn't pay me enough. At my age simplicity is very important to me, you just can't say that about any of the other devices that are available, at least I can't. Thank you Samsung for making everything easy as pie! I wouldn't have it any other way.

The set up was a snap it walked you through step by step when it was powered on. It works like a dream, not even 1 problem with setup, keeping the wifi signal locked in or the channel selection. This has to be the Best tv that Samsung builds.

It takes time to learn the proper use of the remote. Unlike other remote that has numerical buttons that can provide direct access to channels by just pressing the numbers, this one has to go to 3 steps to change channels. I have 3 other Samsung TV s that I can program for auto open at times designated. This one has none. This TV also don't have RCA cable connections for older sound bars. Notwithstanding these minor inconveniences, overall I am fully satisfied as the picture is extremely excellent with an acceptable audio to go with. Because the price is quite reasonable I would recommend to anyone to consider purchasing this TV.

Not only was communication extremely difficult, the only option I was given was to schedule a repair. On a brand new TV? If I wanted a repaired TV, I'd have bought a used TV. I would have been happy to exchange it and just think, a factory defect. But after the horrendous customer service experience, I will never buy a Samsung product again. They scammed me.
