The best TV I've had
My TV is amazing! Even for a smaller end TV for my bedroom, the display is bright and crisp. It has amazing contrast that allows you to see everything in really stunning detail. The color and resolution makes movies and animated media alike look like you're right there in the set, and I find my TV to be pretty reliable in terms of longevity. Definitely recommend

Great picture, Hard to program
TV has great picture with good color, clarity, etc. Fairly easy to set up. Some difficulty getting Fire remote programmed to turn power on & off. Finally got that to work but takes multiple button pushing on remote to get to Fire home page.

Excellent in every aspect
All of the above are excellent, With the default settings I am completely satisfied. The viewing angle has improved since the last Samsung which I purchased about 8 years ago. The Smart TV function loads rapidly if one has a good router, I recommend this model without reservations!,

Great Focus
I ordered this TV because our old TV was losing focus, and I wanted one of super focus, and this Samsung fit the bill; very nice clarity, focus, and projection. We are very happy with it.

Really a 4.9
Very bright in our sunny room. Color seems very accurate. Some greens seem a little bright. I might explore that. We had a sound bar/lip-sync issue, but Reddit helped us fix that. Online manuals and finding help is a 1 star. AI was more helpful. One example was figuring out how to stop the TV from starting on the Samsung channel/network rather than our Xfinity channel feed. We could not find that info on the Samsung site.

Great picture ,clear and precise, an improvement over the LG we had , like the remote although small it is easy to use even by a 73 year old! Very pleased with this 43 inch mini LED tv, great price as well.

Amazing tv
This has been my first Samsung tv, I recently switched from Roku and by far the best tv I have owned.! This Samsung tv is not just fast it’s also cheap for its size and the brightness and responsiveness on this is by far really good, no lag since I bought it the color on this is popping it really contrasts everything really nicely and it’s amazing

Great tv, but I expected more brightness from a mini-led tv, even a budget one. Also, the menu navigation could be better, but that is a complaint for most smart tv's nowadays, not just Samsung.

Features galore. Gaming hub, quality 10/10
T v has great brightness settings from very low for nighttime, watching to very high, to be able to see during the day. Clarity of the t v is beautiful. Black and white contrast is amazing. Resolution on a forty three inch is great. Color depth is fantastic. Britain asked for a better 43" setup. Thanks samsung for a great product.

Great Picture, Interface Could Be Better
Set up took quite a while, and while the setup assistance was fairly good, a good deal of tweaking had to occur after. The silliest thing was the insistence that the TV went to Samsung TV upon turning on the TV each time. I had to use online let to figure out how to turn that off and go the HDMI 1 instead. The remote has too few features and is far from intuitive. That said, the picture is great with good brightness and color. A good value for the price.

Terrible TV
We returned this tv after 4 days because it sucked. It would not connect to our cable even after numerous attempts over those four days. We did not like this tv at all and I hated that we had to set up a Samsung account in order to use half of the features in the tv.

Picture is great. The remote is awful.
No issues with the color or sound. However, I find the remote is less that sufficient and I've taken to using my older Samsung remote with this TV. Additionally, I absolutely cannot get the closed captioning turned off in Apple TV. Not an issue with any other streaming platform or with cable.

Horrible Customer Service
I would not recommend purchasing directly through Samsung. The Customer Service Department is horrible. They make promises to follow up, but they never did. I could not get them to honor a price from their own website. After numerous phone calls, I returned the TV.
