Most days this TV is just annoying
This is the most annoying TV I have ever had. I bought it for one purpose. Bedroom TV for one hour a night. I stream prime video for that one hour and every day I have to cut power or it will not load the app. Just turning it off dont do the trick, power must be cut and restored and then it is ok but only for that night.
Picture is fine and the off timer works fine. It has a lot of functions I dont need or care about so I dont know if they are ok or not.

Great picture and got a good deal
My old Samsung 1080 TV was getting dark areas on the screen after many many hours of use, not complaining. We found a really good deal on this 43" 4k and its great. Easy set up as usual and a great picture. The TV speakers are noticeably louder and better sounding which is great as my surround receiver had given up. We only buy Samsung TV's anymore because they have a great picture and have lasted with no issues.

We bought this unit with the intention of standardizing all of our Flat screens to a Samsung. It was a great value for the money and it has a good picture quality. Unfortunately, Samsung decided to modernize their remote control. We still use air antenna and connect to the old standard channels on top of using the free Samsung free channels. The new remote was a disappointment and made our quest cumbersome.

Solid build.Good enough picture.But it wasn’t the right TV for me so I shipped it back to Amazon the next day. I was under the impression that it was a Google tv and it was not.My apartment is set up for Google and this TV doesn’t use Google.Samsung uses its own assistant.something called “Bixby”.The settings section leave a little to be desired as well. But that’s for me.For the average person,this TV is good on all counts.

Everyday use of this tv, via mostly cable and included free streaming apps. No gaming use. Purchased few days ago and very happy with crisp clear color, clarity, and sound. Still learning remote, no voice control and not exactly intuitive for elderly so far. Will investigate that further. ( possibly purchase of different remote control). For under $300, this Television has everything to offer to any person. Its crystal UHD display really shows off its power when watching movies. The remote is simple and it is simple to charge. I bought this before Christmas to replace the television that went out after the hurricane electrical issues. The only instructions that came with was how to take it out of the box and how to put on the stand. I had lots of difficulty with the non-intuitive channel changer. I don’t really understand what. Samsung smart TV does. Even my college aged daughter cannot get it to work properly. You think all I’d have to do would be to plug it in and it would work lol I wish I had bought something else. I mean how hard is it to add an instruction booklet

The TV works as I expected. The picture is better than our old Samsung and the streaming services that we use work much better. However, in my opinion, the TV took too long and was too difficult to set up because of the many security steps. It took us about 3 hours and several facetime calls to our son-in-law for technical assistance to complete the setup. We are not concerned with TV security. We have no concerns that someone might learn what shows we are watching. In fact, despite all the security steps, we believe that information is being collected by the streaming services and our internet provider that we use and we don't care. What happened to the days when you buy a TV, bring it home, plug it in and it works? I suggest that Samsung develops an alternative setup process for those of us who are not concerned about TV security. I would appreciate a response from Samsung to my review.

While the TV is labeled as 43 inches, the actual diagonal measurement comes to 42.5 inches, which makes a noticeable difference in how it fits into the room. It gives the TV a size that feels closer to a 40-inch, and for me, that’s the sweet spot. It’s not too big to dominate the room, but it’s big enough to provide an immersive viewing experience.
What stands out to me most is how well the TV fits in my space. It’s the perfect balance—not too overwhelming like a full 43-inch TV, but just the right size for my living room. Samsung Keeps Getting Better And Better
Great picture and features. Pleasantly surprised with Samsung TV Plus and the included apps.
I was disappointed that it did not come with an aux sound output jack. Settled on bluetooth.
Also, I did not know the remote lacked the mic feature that the 48" has Should have researched before purchasing.
My first Samsung was a thirteen year-old 55" that is still going strong. Keep up the good work.

An excellent TV. The picture is beautiful. Hookup is easy, even to ECHO. My first complaint is that there is no ability to use TV antenna to watch local channels. It appears that the only way for local channels is through cable service. My second complaint is the remote is simply a pain in the rear to use.

I own several Samsung products, all of which I am very pleased with. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that Alexa was not included with my new fire tv. I even got an email explaining how to get Alexa installed. I am 86 years old and am losing my eyesight. Alexa did my bidding every time on my old tv. Nothing on the box mentioned that Alexa would not be included. It took a couple of days before I realized there was no button for the microphone on the remote. Oh, the remote was an enigma to me. Never have I encountered one so difficult for me to understand. My new tv will be delivered tomorrow. What a coincidence that you should send the opportunity for me to vent my frustration after all this time.

It worked fine for about a year, and then the software or hardware started failing. I updated the firmware but it still took forever to switch apps. I also have owned two Samsung refrigerators with ice makers and they are terrible. Every one I know said their ice makers failed. I will never purchase Samsung devices again.

Great picture quality, poor application integratio
I like the picture quality, but have not been able to set up voice activation (it is not simple) and use of the remote through the app has been inconsistent. At least 50% of the time I try to use the app remote, I get a message stating a new version is available for download and then it just gets stuck in a loop. One of the reasons, I bought a samsung tv was to integrate with all my other samsung devices and Alexa and that hasn’t worked.

The TV itself has excellent picture quality. We are hooked up to Spectrum for local coverage and Netflix for movies +. This is done thru ROKU. That is a mess. After a few months, we still have trouble with multiple remotes and navigating thru the "systems".

The Television Doesn't Mesure Up
I hate the new TV. You completely changed the format from the older versions, which makes it harder for family members. I doubt I will ever buy another Samsung TV. The screen is too noisy with unnecessary junk. Smart Televisions should not be this complicated. The apps didn't even work. I had to call support to get them to work. Even then the support person said If I couldn't get the apps to work I could always return it. He didn't seem that invested into helping that much.

Very happy with this tv. Perfect size for my bedroom. Clear picture, easy setup. The only thing that I don't like is the size of the remote. Its tiny. If it were a normal size remote, I would have given this review 5 stars. Recommend all Samsung products. I've been buying this brand for years.

Hard To Use
I just bought this to replace an older 4K Samsung TV. First time setup is fairly easy. That's as far as you will get. Once you are at the home screen. You won't be able to get to your HDMI sources. It has 3 HDMI inputs and 0 audio port outputs other than eARC/HDMI 3 to connect to a sound bar or home theater receiver. I will say it has a good picture. It won't allow you to adjust the brightness and backlight separately. Even though you can set the picture settings to all sources. You still have to calibrate each one. You can't do much pitcher calibration on the home screen. It auto plays your previous app. Not good when you have to calibrate everything each time. It's difficult to navigate and often over skips what you are trying to select with the remote. The remote is difficult to use with it's volume and channel buttons. There are no source or input select on the remote. The stand is not very sturdy. So not good to have around kids that like to smack the screen watching their favorite shows. A wall mount is almost a must. This TV seems to be built around apps like on a phone rather than a tv with inputs to connect sources to. Didn't have any trouble finding the most popular apps. There not much storage for a lot of apps but you can get a few. With the difficulty of using and navigating this TV due to the Tizen OS. I can't recommend this TV. Nothing is organized or easy to find.

Amazing for Casuals
Amazing tv for casual viewing and occasional gaming. The 4K up scaling is really nice and the variable refresh rates is extremely useful for a smoother gaming experience. For watching movies or videos, it is really good, the colors, the contrast, and hdr support is all amazing. Only complaint is that I wish it had a DisplayPort but everything else is amazing.

Bought it for the girlfriend and I in the bedroom. Was amazed at how good the picture quality was for a $350 TV. So clear, bright and smooth and can control it with my phone when we annoyingly lose the remote under the bed. Highly recommend.

Great TV for the price
Beautiful picture if you have a 4k source. I saw this Samsung DU7200 4K 43" TV in the store, and I was blown away by the picture and sound. After I got home and hooked the TV to a 1080p source I was extremely disappointed in the picture quality. I knew I didn't have a 4K cable box, 1080p only, but I thought this TV had upscaling. Which it does to an extent, but it is nothing compared to the native 4K which stores use to make their TV's have such a beautiful display. But that isn't the TV's fault, that is mine for not doing enough research. I'm ordering a 4k Utra HD hdmi cable. And a 4k TV source so I can get the best picture possible. Just know this if you plan on buying this TV, otherwise no complaints it is a great TV.

Great features screen size and stunning picture
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I was astonished by how cool it fills my room and I even have a free TV service called Samsung TV plus. Plus all my streaming apps that I’ve been dreaming of To have my room. Well, it may have some difficulties reconnecting with the Internet thanks to the modem. It was a pretty good product. Where's the sound?
I've yet to get it to play the internet sites that I frequent, says I need to download an app for my computer. My main issue is the volume or lack thereof. The status bar shows it being less than a third of the way up but it will not go higher. I can pair it with my hearing aids but the sound keeps blanking out. Need to put some more time into getting acquainted with all the features but it shows promise.

Wide viewing angle, I'd say the TV's wide viewing angle ensures a consistent image from the sides.

Remote is worthless.
I needed another smart TV and had another Samsung from years ago. What I hate about this one is the remote. There are no numbers to select Samsung TV channels. So, it is a painful scrolling for minutes to get to where you want to go. I bought a replacement remote for my older Samsung and it works with this one.
I haven't used it much, since it is in a room we seldom go to. I hope it is better than my older model, which I have to reboot occassionally to get it to work.

The software is lousy.
I would give zero stars. Really disappointed that Samsung skinned this TV with a whole new UI. The old one was fine, it just ran slow. Bought this TV as a newer version of the same TV from 2017 hoping a faster processer would make it usable but of course they had to upgrade the UI to something totally different which is a nightmare to navigate and runs just as slow as a 7 year old "smart" tv. Still have to waste more hours trying to find all channels. Captions always come on after turning them off. the voice assistant is still on even when turned off. I thought the Vizio software sucked but this might be even worse.

I love the crystal clear picture this tv brings. It is absolutely beautiful. I read reviews about it being slow and that there was a wait time for loading that was really annoying, but I haven’t experienced that at all. So far my Samsung 4k UHD TV has been on point.

Not happy with my DU7200 Samsung TV
If you use a Roku, it is difficult to turn the tv off. I have 3 older Samsungs and never had this issue. If it wasn't a hassle, I'd return it. Sadly, I won't be buying another Samsung.

Complete Scam
Do not, I repeat do not order from Samsung directly. Complete scam. Sent me a tv that was smashed. Was clearly packaged that way. Samsung refuses to replace the clearly damaged unit. And has informed me the return can take up to a month. What a complete scam. Took my money and sent me a paper weight. Samsung absolutely does not care about their customers. You can’t even talk to a person from Samsung to make things right they outsourced customer service to India and those people could care less. Just reading from a script. Had I purchased a tv at Walmart and brought it home to find it damaged they would simply replace the defective unit or give me my money back. Not Samsung. Take your money and tell you oh well not our problem. Would give zero stars if I could.

Bad Remote?
We like this TV and happy that I decided on a Samsung product. Color and clarity are pretty good, once I figured out how to manipulate the controls.
However, I do not like the remote. It does not always work when you push a button or change the screen. I find that tapping the remote makes it work. WHY? I understand this is kind of a cheap remote but it's brand new and tapping it on the table suggests that there is something loose inside, maybe. It can be very frustrating.

Sound is not good
I just bought this 43" tv from Best Buy. The sound from the tv is not good. I connected the tv to my old Vizio sound bar that I was using for my previous Samsung tv. My previous tv connected to the sound bar with a digital audio output. That is not available on the new tv. Therefore, I had to connect my tv to the sound bar using Bluetooth. The tv recognized the sound bar. However, the sound on the sound bar keeps switching between loud and quiet. That is not good. Now, I have to buy a new sound bar.

Hard to set up for older people.
Should not have to download your app just to use your Samsung TV. It was a pain ….. plus had to have an open google account. Was the hardest tv to set up I have ever bought. Once it set up it’s great.

I bought the tv and at 77 yoa it was easy to set up. The picture is clear and color is truer. The remote is not easy to use. With in a couple of weeks it was unable to maneuver. I changed batteries but didn’t make a difference. GIVE ME A NEW REMOTE!!!!!!!! One that works as long as the tv at least

Tv is great. Failed one star due to the smaller remote hardly had any buttons, nowhere I could press "info" or "guide" some buttons useless. Could I program channels? Who knows, I did not get a "how to" guide when it came to the remote control. I ended buying the bigger remote with more functional buttons on Amazon

This is a great product
Good tv. It fits my small room very well. Nice picture and sound. This is my second Samsung tv, 43 inch. My first one is 32 inch high definition, 14 years old but still working very well. The new one has smart things and they are working very well.
Only a smal problem: the power cable connection to the tv is not quite tight enough.

Samsung Warranty is REALLY a Warranty!
I bought this a couple months ago after problems with my previous Samsung TV (under warranty) had to be refunded due to sporadic “blacking out” of the picture. Now this new Samsung 65” is being replaced due to sporadicly having NO sound issues when turned on. It requires UNPLUGGING the tv and then it works. No repair service close by and Samsung offered refund/replacement options.
Disappointed in two tv’s both needing repaired, but Samsung DOES take care of defective products when under warranty!

A Nightmare in Some Ways
We bought this last July. It replaced an older Samsung which would no longer support Netflix. It took three months to set up researching what acronyms meant understanding instructions on the TV. The remote was very small with very light print and pretty esoteric design. The little remote disappeared in February and after two months we bought a new “universal” (not quite) remote at. est. us. We also had to get a new Spectrum remote because Spectrum stopped showing up on the TV menu screen. Without the little remote we have no button to select home so we have to turn the TV off and back on to get there. The picture is very clear and the sound is okay but has to be frequently adjusted. ONCE, I found a menu item that let me adjust the sound and I’ve never been able to find it again when searching settings. The home screen is just too full of icons we will never use…not interested in. Recently we lost Netflix from the screen selection. I read online that I could alternatively select the internet and summon Netflix from there. I spent a long time doing that and ultimately it didn’t work; got a message that said, “TV doesn’t support the browser. When I went back to the home screen, Netflix all of a sudden appeared… what the heck? Before we bought the TV we only watched basic cable and Netflix and that is all we really want to do. We would not have bought a new TV if we could have continued getting Netflix on it. In a lot of ways this TV is a nightmare. I managed to get the Samsung Account set up but can’t really see a use for it. I tried to use it two weeks ago but got lost in the jargon. We’re 75 and 76, college educated, my husband was a senior electronics engineer whi is now showing signs of dementia. You need to produce a TV that is simple for people like us or program in a senior mode that we can understand and simply only see Spectrum Cable tv and Netflix.

I like the TV in general. The picture is excellent. The set up was very easy. This is the third Samsung TV I have purchased, and the one thing that I am not liking about this particular one is the fact that the volume has to be turned up to 30 or so in order for me to be comfortable with the sound. My other two Samsung TVs are not that way. The volume on those two TVs is comfortable at 15 or so. I’ve tried the troubleshooting Ideas that I have found and it doesn’t seem to help.

This tv is my first smart tv. It has a great picture, the menu is easy to navigate and not too confusing, it has a lot of capabilities that I haven’t even explored yet. I would definitely buy another one! I would’ve gotten a 50 inch but it wouldn’t fit in my car. I watch a lot of old Content so the 43 is perfect. It doesn’t make movies have that soap opera, videotape kind of look, which is great. Highly recommended.

Huge bang for the buck.
This TV is absolutely great. Picture quality is outstanding. Sound is good. Navigation is a bit clumsy but OK. Easy to add and delete apps. Integrated well into the Samsung control app. Way more features than I can use. Bought direct from Samsung.

I perchesed this tv because the other samsung tv I perchesed was a smart dum tv. I could not believe that samsung made a smart tv but didn't give it Bluetooth but they did. But this new tv is perfect I love it good quality picture and sound and most important Bluetooth.

I bought the Samsung TV because we got Spectrum streaming service. This TV is supposed to sync up with the Streaming Service from Spectrum. We have had nothing but problems with it . Right now the TV is stuck on one channel and we’re waiting for the Spectrum service person to arrive and fix this!

I am very happy with this tv purchase! The quality of the video is amazing and the colors are phenomenal. The sound quality is very good as well. It is easy to navigate and control. It also works very well with my Xbox for gaming and has no lag. The only issue I have had with it is trying to connect to my Samsung refrigerator, but I am pretty sure that is an issue with the fridge and not the television. This television is phenomenal and my goal is to eventually replace every tv in my home with Samsung.

Poor remote, but good TV
This is our second Samsung TV and we love it. The only problem is the remote. It's way too small and very hard to use. If our old remote wouldn't have worked, I would have returned the TV. Please go back to a larger remote that everyone can use.

Great Budget TV
I bought this TV in December 2024 and love the picture quality. I watch on Picture mode. I also love that I can watch YouTube, Rumble, and TikTok on my TV. I love casting YouTube vids. The only thing I wish is that the speaker had more bass. The volume controls on the remote are cumbersome.

Samsung TV good TV with some issues.
Good TV except I need two remotes to use it. One for my cable connection and one for the TV. Also, the TV will NOT STAY OFF! I turn it off with the TV remote and a few minutes later it turns on by itself and I have to turn it off again. Another problem is that lamp light and window light is always reflected on the screen diminishing the picture quality. I can't move the TV location.

2nd broken TV
I received mine, plugged it in to set it up and it had NO picture. So, I had to return it and request a refund. Unfortunately this is the 2nd TV I have gotten through Samsung website that was broken upon delivery. But, when I buy Samsung products through other stores, they WORK and are NOT broken! Samsung, y'all need to figure out what's going on in you're warehouse and delivery company.

I've always loved Samsung products, and this tv is no exception. I got a Crystal U7200 not that long ago and I love it. The Samsung TV channels are a neat bonus and I've enjoyed watching the shows and having music videos on for background noise. And it's super easy to connect to my Samsung phone. Watching sporting events on it is a game changer. I can see every blade of grass and follow the puck with ease. The gaming graphics are next level. All in all I am exceedingly happy with my TV and highly recommend it.

Great TVs for a great price. Recently replaced 5 older 37" tvs in a fitness center with these 43". they have a great picture, and the price point is hard to beat. i will continue buying samsung tvs for the years to come.

Excellent TV for the price! The picture is crisp and clean, and it works great with my streaming apps! The only problem I have had is installing my Roku stick, but I think it's just me, because the instructions from Roku are not very clear and differ from what they provided and their online instructions. Other than that it works perfectly and I would recommend this to my friends and family!

I'm not a fan of beating down a product, but here's my story. I bought a Samsung TV from Target. Got it home, half the vertical screen was black. I brought it back to Target, who took it , no problem. Bought a new Samsung, same TV. Got it home, worked fine for a week. Now, at random times, the sound cuts out. I have another TV on the same channel that does not do that. I go into the tools, play around, the sound comes back. Still sucks.

Game hookups
I am satisfied with the tv but I have one problem. I cannot get my WI game console and my PS2 console to work at all. I have bought every HMDI cable available and nothing works. I don’t have the “red yellow and white” holes on the tv so I can’t do that. The only hookups are 3 HDMI hookups. I’ve called tech assist 4 times and none of them could help me.

This 43” tv is just ok. Sitting directly in front the picture looks great. Start moving towards either side and as the viewing angle increases the picture quality diminishes substantially. It’s as if you are only seeing the white band of colors. Bought this tv for our bedroom and where we get ready in the morning makes this tv utterly horrible to view. Also, no fiber optic output for audio. And finally, no way to turn off internal speakers. Only gives you option to connect to a Bluetooth speaker instead. Come on now…… I have owned two other Samsung tvs and absolutely LOVE them. This one misses the mark by a mile for its price.

Defective, no picture after only several months
I normally do not write reviews but this is a timely issue. The television was purchased at Best Buy in Annapolis, MD, on July 20, 2024, only several months ago. It was installed in August of 2024 and worked well. However, about three weeks ago it stopped functioning correctly. When I used the remote that came with it, the television turned on and I could hear the voices of actors in a CBS program. However, there was no picture. And there has not been a picture since. All that can be seen are static-like stripes across the screen. The equipment is DEFECTIVE and didn't even perform as one would expect for even one year's time. I would like to hear from Samsung about how to make this right. My previous Samsung TV lasted 15 years.

Overall, I would say this is a good TV. I have had it for about a year now.
The picture is very good. My only wish is that when you have a very dark scene that the picture to be brighter. At the moment, I have brightness at 100 and it is still too dark .
The Wi-Fi connection is OK. I think it could be better. I find there’s a little bit of a drag buffering when I’m using the remote on the various apps.
I wish the remote had number buttons on it since I do use over the air and going up and down on the guide is that what I really like. I bought an additional remote to allow for that feature.
Overall, I would give this TV an eight out of a 10 and would purchase this television again

Works great. I abuse this thing and it keeps on giving. So far the screen is clear and bright, the wifi connects quickly and the picture quality is on par with what I would expect from Samsung.
The controls are snappy and there is little or no lag from the remote or the on screen processing.

Bad customer care
After 1 year The back light will die on you. They know some of their TVs are defective and if you are outside of the warranty. They don’t care and they will want you to schedule a service which should then have to pay $150 for someone to come out and another $150 for some service fees And another 75+ dollars to replace whatever that is to replace.

I have 4 Samsung test. I like Samsung but now last 2 tv's have white spots popping up on the screen like TV will be going out soon. So not sure if I will stick with Samsung. They last 3 years.

Screen quality great, but OS menu and remote lacki
The screen quality is good, but the menu is over complicated. The OS updates overwrite my settings. I have not been able to add Pluto back to the main menu and go through conniptions trying to get to it. The remote control has very limited commands.

Great, clear picture.
Being non-techies, this Samsung TV Plus has us completely baffled. We are in our very late 80’s and have had to ask our younger friends how to maneuver around the tv. It was one of our young friends who convinced us to buy this. Am certain it’s a great tv, but we really wish it came with a PRINTER USER MANUAL so we could follow through with directions. We wish we could just turn it on and find immediately what we want. Oh, to be young again. As I said, it must be a wonderful tv for those who knkw what they are doing. Quality of picture is great.

Limitations
I love the picture and size. However I am 93 years old and not Tech Savvy. I have a great deal of trouble with
the remote control and still have to call my granddaughter a great deal to help me. Since she does not live
with me--this is not convenient.

It was simpler!
I've always had wonderful experiences using Samsung products, from phones to laptop and television now. It was my husband's preference. But, now we're not together and I'm not tech savy, I find it difficult at times trying to figure out what, how, and why. Especially when certain apps have an update and it changes the way I was using it before. Sorry, you can't teach this ole dog new tricks!

Base is Easy to assemble
This TV is the perfect size for my guest bedroom. The MOST important thing is that the base was easy to install. I purchased another popular brand and the base was Impossible to screw in and stabilize. So, I took it back to Target and purchased the Samsung. I need another TV for an office and will again purchase the Samsung product. I prefer to have my TV on a piece of furniture, versus the wall

Good TVs but horrible control buttons.
I have been a Samsung customer for over 20 years. I still like the product except for the controllers. I had a lot of trouble with the new controllers , especially the solar tiny units. I went on line and bought new controllers but they are more complicated with buttons I do not need, please go back to making good controllers that work easily and have some size that will make them easy to use. You should really replace what I have for free. In recently I bought 4 Samsung TVs. (my house was hit by lightening destroying all electronics) I have 3 tiny control units I do not use. This model at least did not have a solar controller so a bit better. I have 2 solar and I don't use them. There are three 65 inch models.

Yep it's a tv
I am probably not the best person to review tv. I don't watch tv. But Samsung keeps pestering me to review it. I bought it to have available when people come to visit. I have turned this on twice when we had company. It seems to function as a television. My only complaint is my cat sits on the remote and that turns it on sometimes. That's a me problem not a defect with the television. But if you have a cat you might want to put the remote out of reach of cats.

Better picture & sound. I am hearing impaired
I bought a Samsung 3 years ago that broke. Since I had a warrenty, the TV was replaced. The sound and picture were better. The problem that I have had is that my first TV had ROKU, which I loved. The replacement TV does not have ROKU and I don't have cable - so I miss a lot of stations that I used to watch. Additionally, the remote control is unpredictable and cumbersom. I miss my old TV and remote and feel a little cheated and find this one frustrating.

I really love my new Samsung 43” Class Crystal UHF DU7200 smart TV. The picture is so clear and the colors are so vibrant. We use it to watch tv in our family room, and we also use it to play games on the PlayStation 5. Our room is kind of small, but this is the perfect size television. Anything bigger would be too big. We also use a Samsung soundbar with it. The sound and picture is like having a cinema right in our family room. It’s just me and my elderly aunt most of the time, so that’s just right for us. I love the features on this tv too. Having Samsung Tv is a plus as it has some many channels in different types of programming. Kids, news, sports, reality, movies, you name it and it’s there. It is just a great tv all around. I am really glad I bought it.

Ups and Downs of the TV
I like the that TV a lot!, It gets the job done, I use it to watch shows, long youtube videos, my sister likes it to watch bebe finn. It has a decent volume level, a decent screen, not the best but I enjoy watching shows on it. Now the remote is the worst I have ever used ever, it works 1/3 of the time. However, I can control the TV with my phone which is great so the remote problem is not a really high problem for me, but when I am not home, my siblings have trouble controlling the TV with the remote, and the phone I use is a A15, it is very slow what makes using smarthings more difficult. I really wnjoy the live TV. Overall, great TV for the price, best if you want to use it in small apartments or big bedrooms, and with a samsung phone.Samsung shoulld think about changing that remote.

The TV I purchased was the best TV I have ever owned. Fast, great picture quality. However I cracked the screen while lifting it up onto a shelf so I did enjoy the TV until it would no longer play. I plan on buying another one as soon as i can afford one.

I liked my 50" Class Crystal UHD CU7000 so much that I went out and bought the DU7200 for my bedroom. The picture is bright and the colors are clear. The audio is sufficient for my small room.

Picture quality is fine. However: home screen is overly cluttered and confusing, with too many promos. Remote is too minimal and difficult to figure out. I reverted to the remote for my previous Samsung TV and it worked much better.

Well, I am really happy and satisfied with this 50 inch TV Samsung that I purchased. This is my six Samsung TV. I currently have six in my home and I can say the quality of the U 8000 is beautiful by far. This new TV is better than all the other five TVs in the house but no, I’m not gonna replace the other five but I can see my family wanting to use my TV because they say the quality is perfect. It’s like you’re in the movie.

I am enjoying the quality of the picture when this TV is working properly. I have had continuous problems with all of my Samsung TVs. I have three where the picture freezes, and I have contacted my cable provider and they have assured me that I have the highest be possible and it just may be the TV. The TV also seems to have problems with recognizing the HDR connection, and I have to periodically plug-in unplug that to make it see that cable.

Not enuf storage for apps
Color, quality of picture all fine but needed upgrade in storage to add apps. Only can use prime, YouTube, & Samsung live. Cant add any of other apps (discovery+, YouTube TV, Hulu, etc) due to so little storage. I shouldn't have to purchase upgrades to see my paid shows on apps. Never had this issue with other Samsung tvs.

We purchased the tv November 20, 2024 and it is not working at all at this time. It has been broken for almost two weeks and we are still waiting for someone to schedule the tech to repair the tv. The tv is still under warranty.

Smart TV features are not user friendly.
TV has great Picture and good sound. However the Smart TV interface is not user friendly.
Therefore I connected a Roku which is much easier to use.
I own several Samsung TV's and generally pleased, but all of them have the same problems wit the Smart TV
interface and controls.

Good picture quality. Has some serious issues w the Apps and Home Screen. Lag times when hitting remote are bad. Also some apps continually go out of sync only on this TV - I can watch peacock on my laptop and it is fine. On my tv not. And that’s an issue

Black screen for about a minute every time it’s turned on. Volume and channel buttons are delayed ( so we press buttons and then wait for the tv to “catch up “). Constantly disconnecting from server and apps. Sometimes won’t even connect at all (I.e. screen freezes in Netflix logo as so we need to turn off the tv ad wait.

Great price from Bestbuy for 43" Samsung Tv.
For a low price 43" TV its very good. I can't complain about picture at all but I do have it on adaptive sound and dynamic picture works for me. I added a used very early Samsung soundbar hoping I could get it to connect to the symphony setting but no dice. However going from a 2 1 to 3.1 soundbar really helped with voice audio. I can definitely hear people's voices better

The picture on this TV is beautiful -- except on shows that are dark. Have looked at reviews, reddit threads and no one can figure out how to make the picture brighter, especially during the daytime when our room is bright and the show is dark. Have tried everything suggested. We have to bring down all the shades just to watch a program like Your Friends and Neighbors or Handmaids Tale.

The TV works great , the software is the downfall. The software set up on my 65 curved samsung is close to perfect. On this unit it is too easy for my wife and others to be frustrated by this UI when moving between streaming and local air .

I am using this as a 4k Monitor for my PC and it is amazingly wonderful. The picture is Awesome, but the refresh rates could be better, but I knew that when I bought it. i LIKE BEING ABLE TO SWITCH TO TV TO WATCH WHATEVER i WANT AND NOT BE BOTHERED WHILE IN MY OFFICE AREA AS WELL.

The TV has a good picture however getting it in sync with our infinity cable service has been problematic. Directions are not clearly written and has become a major frustration. We should not need an engineering degree to operate a TV !

I'm enjoying this TV as it is my first "smart" TV. The pic is great and I can see those wide screen shots that I couldn't see before. I also enjoy the greater choice of programming which I didn't have when watching broadcast TV. I have a couple of concerns.
One is that I can't get even all the channels on the broadcast (antenna) side of the TV. I'm using the same antenna, I just plugged the same connector in that I used for the old TV, but I cannot get any NBC channel. This means I can't see SNL LIVE on Saturday nights. I wonder if something in the TV is blocking it so that I must pay for Peacock to see it?
Also, sometimes the interface seems a little slow or even non-responsive. It's like the TV freezes up and doesn't respond to the to the remote. Since I bought an extra remote, and it reacts the same with both, I'm pretty sure it's not that. It could be that my internet connection is slow (I have DSL way out in the country). We'll see when I get fiber hooked up in a few weeks. I really hope it isn't the TV.

This would be my fifth Samsung television over the years. I stay brand loyal when I'm treated like a valued customer. Each product has lasted me for years, televisions, telephones, computer monitors, you name it. I can hardly wait to get an entire kitchen/laundry of Samsung appliances, so everything will be connected. This is my wish list when I move into my own place.

This TV is not great. I purchased it in January of this year and so far, I’ve had multiple problems with the sound going in and out and had to call Samsung support to assist. Furthermore, the TV will randomly disconnect to the cable and I have to unplug the cable box and reconnect the cable to the TV.
The picture quality isn’t as good as the one we had before, which was also a Samsung. I live this brand but this TV has been a disappointment.

Faithfully consistent
The persistence of Samsung to produce such great televisions is an example of how they are committed to delivering an always evolving product to a growing market.
I have purchased Sony Bravia, it was nice, but it wasn’t the quality, the vibrant color, the sound and longevity that the Samsung televisions provide. I am sold. I have had others in the past as well but Samsung has had me in their grip for 4 televisions and I am here!!! Attention on deck!!!

This had been great so far. Quick and responsive.
My only problem is the remote. It had great features but, I cannot see the buttons in low light. There is no back lighting. I keep it in the bedroom and it's usually dimly lit. If i want to select anything, I have to turn on the light or fumble around with the phone and turn on the flashlight.

This has been the best smart TV I have ever owned! And I’ve tried a lot of other brands! I’d highly recommend any Samsung TV! They are so high quality and even though it’s a little more money than some of the other big brands, it’s totally worth it!!!

There are features that call for a microphone response, but the remote does not have a microphone setting. The features become useless

I had to have it placed in my Apps bc the Smart TV won’t allow it where Netflix, Disney, Amazon are located

I love them both
It was used temporarily as we lived in a studio apartment until our house was completed. We do only streaming as cable is to expansive.
We now use our 85” Wall mounted OLED also a Samsung for every day viewing. I’m sold on Samsung and will always buy their tvs

Great pic, tiny remote
The picture is great. This TV is used for streaming. The sound varies between channels and sometimes within the one I'm watching. The tiny remote is all black and hard to see buttons in dim light, it sometimes doesn't function as expected. However the TV offers a wide range of choices in apps, both pay and free.

So Put Out with Samsung products
I am very disappointed with Samsung and your product of TV’s. I purchased 3 Samsung TV’s between Dec 2023 and Dec 2024. The 43” I purchased in 2023 quit working in Dec 2024 out of the blue just after I purchased another 43” tv in Nov 2024 for my room at my son’s house. And I also bought a 32” for my grandson in December 2024. Now I have one that lasted only a year, I’m hopeful the other two last more than a year. I wrote toe Samsung about my tv and never got a reply. My son also has problems with his huge Samsung tv. We are so put out with your products and no help from your company.

Internet connectivity issues
You have to plug and unplug it to get the cable to work. It’s a pain. Wow says it’s Samsung. The Samsung app hardly works. All 4 TVs we have are Samsung and have issues with them all going offline after you turn them off. At times it also resets itself and wants cable even though we don’t have cable anylonger. The color is fabulous that’s why the two rating instead of one. Connectivity is the issue. It also sounds lower in the room you in than when you leave the room. I have Samsung refrigerator also and the ice maker has gone out twice. We have a Samsung washer and dryer, at times the clothes aren’t washed, the for example toothpaste is still on a wash cloth, kitchen stains still on the potholders. The dryer is worthless unless you like semi damp clothes or having to dry a load for almost 4 hours before they are dry.

Very good TV, annoying interface!
The picture and sound quality are great. The SmartTV interface is annoying. I miss the day when I could choose HDMI-1 for a movie, HDMI-2 for a game, or HDMI-3 for a BluRay. The interface intermittently makes the choice for me, even when I don't ask. Sometimes, simpler is better!

Great pictures
I bought 2. One is 42" and the other is 75". Both are great. I have one more on my wish list. I had a 65" which was working perfectly and then my Grandson "accidentally" threw the remote at it and messed up a bunch of the LEDs. It's in my shop while I decide what to do with it.

So Vividly Beautiful!
I always purchase Samsung THIS, they are very well made. This recent Samsung Crystal UHD is so incredible, it super easy to plug in and get started, also, because I already have a smart Samsung TV in the living room, the new TV just cloned all of the apps and the picture/screen is so vivid and beautiful. I don't like my Samsung TV...I love it. There's so many incredible features and if you have questions about the features, as long as you register your purchase you can contact Samsung. This TV is so awesome, I didn't mind writing a review for it. I recommend this product.

Screen failed less than two years after purchase. Also have a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker that’s failed for the fourth time. Samsung corporate won’t help with either problem. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product.

Easy set up, great picture.
The set up for this TV was super easy. From mounting on the wall, setting up cabling and adding apps to the viewing experience, everything was super intuitive. Once everything was updated, the picture did not disappoint. Love having a cinematic experience in my own home. The large format also makes my YouTube multi-view super enjoyable when monitoring two games at once. It’s October, so baseball postseason and NFL football makes that a must!

Difficult to understaand for the elderly
We are Sr. citizens and it's much too difficult to understand everything in order to get to streaming apps, etc. Also, my husband's eyesight is failing and to press the right button is difficult. If only there was a large print remote. He also doesn't understand using a phone to scan a code and with a mild tremor, he is often not able to find the place he wants to watch. I guess we knew this when we bought it and we just use it for our regular cable channels.

Most of the TV’s in my home are Samsung and when I’m ready to replace any others it’ll be with a Samsung. The picture is crisp & clear, we stream a lot having the convenience of the Samsung Smart Hub is so helpful. We also enjoy the instant access to free, ad-supported content through Samsung TV Plus. I like that I can view all my devices through the Smart Things app. Overall very pleased.

Great Color
I love my Samsung. The only thing I would change is probably the remote. It needs to have more and bigger buttons and maybe lighted buttons for us "older" folks. A separate pause buttons also

I received this new tv as a gift from my husband and let me just say I am absolutely delighted with it. Samsung has always been a top brand in my book, from childhood on. I am a Galaxy girl as well. I can say the phone and tv are alike in many ways. The clarity, resolution, capabilities, and the user friendly construction all make this a home run. I am enjoying all the down time I get with my Samsung and with football season upon us, I have streaming capability at my finger tips, with such a realistic picture, it almost feels like I’m watching from the stadium instead of my bedroom. For our family, we have only ever experienced quality with Samsung and will continue purchasing your products for years to come. This design has the viewer’s enjoyment in mind.
