Good TV. Challenging installation for me.
I bought the TV recently and have been pleased with it.
I had the Geed Squad from Best Buy install it; I'm glad I did. Watching the tech work through the process prompts and syncing my sound bar to the TV remote made me realize that I would have been hard pressed to do it myself.

Started out great, then starting ensuing issues
We bought this TV and were very pleased with it for about a week. It had lots of features and seamless functionality with all the apps in one place. One of the reasons we purchased it was for the Game mode when playing on our brand new (purchased at this same time as this TV) X Box series S. After about 10 days of use the display was noticeably darker than before even at max brightness output. The game mode seemed to fix the issue for a while but then the screen started flickering. Everything that was being displayed through the Game setting would lightly flash in and out. A factory reset seemed to fix this for a while but not something I want to have to do regularly and especially after only10 days. This step requires you to redownload and re-enter all the passwords for all your apps. We have returned this TV and purchased a Sony 120 Hertz TV as a replacement.

Lots of features !!
I purchased two of these units and love them !!! One box however was missing a leg. No problem because the store opened a box of a unit they had in stock and gave me the leg. Thanks ABT !!

My favorite television of all time......
As a child of the 50's, television has been a big part of my life. This Samsung Smart TV is the best ever. The colors are bright and the black is truly black. The apps are easy to use and very convenient. We are full-time RVers and the 43" is perfect for us. I mounted it on a lift behind our living area couch. Whether streaming, cable, satellite or OTA .... everything looks absolutely great.

Perfect for the kitchen!
I first bought a 32" that turned out to be was too small for the space we had. I had to return the first one and purchased the 43" and what a great move that turned out to be. It's perfect!

Won’t stay turned off
Sadly I had to return the TV. It wouldn’t turn off and stay off. I made multiple calls to customer service. The first time we rebooted the remote and TV. It worked correctly for a short time. The next day customer service disabled the Auto on feature but sadly it didn’t work correctly for more than 1 day. The day after the repair I couldn’t get it to turn on. After several attempts it did turn on but then it wouldn’t turn off AGAIN.

Major improved from Samsung DU8000
I recently replaced to the Samsung 43" Class Crystal UHD DU8000, and I am genuinely impressed with the improvements over my previous Samsung TV, the UN43NU7100. The picture quality on the DU8000 is exceptional, with enhanced color accuracy and deeper contrasts that make dark scenes more immersive and bright scenes more vibrant. Whether watching movies or streaming shows, the visual experience is top-notch.
The sound quality has also significantly improved, especially when paired with my Samsung HW-Q600A sound bar. The audio is richer and more dynamic, providing a surround sound experience that truly enhances the overall viewing experience. The difference compared to my old setup is night and day.
Additionally, the DU8000 features a slim and modern design that fits seamlessly into my living space. The menu speeds are noticeably faster, making navigation and accessing apps a breeze. Overall, the Samsung 43" Class Crystal UHD DU8000 is a fantastic, offering superior picture quality, sound, and performance.
