Rated 5 out of 5 by from The product was what I wanted I am switching products in my house to all Samsung. This TV was for the bedroom and it works and performs as my 55"QLED in my living room. The only part that wasn't easy was screwing in the base pieces! It's difficult to do it if your Philips screwdriver head is too large for the space. Other than that, the setup was easy and the screen provides great color. Thumbs up Samsung!

This model features Smart View, allowing seamless connectivity and easy access to my favorite streaming services. According to the specs, it also supports Apple AirPlay, which enhances its versatility for all my devices. I love that it delivers Full HD quality. The lifelike colors make every viewing experience truly immersive, while the 3 Bezel-less design adds a modern touch to my entertainment setup. I also appreciate that it has a detachable power cord, making setup and cable management more convenient. One suggestion for improvement would be to incorporate a plug-in leg design, where the legs can be attached without screws for easier assembly and a cleaner look. Rated 5 out of 5 by from A nice kitchen set, not designed for home theater. Very good set for the kitchen wall, replacing an 8-year old Samsung 32-incher (UN32J5500AFXZA). That one is working fine, but I wanted Bluetooth and the price on this 2025 model was certainly competitive. With the mount already in place, installation was a 5-minute job for my wife and me. Performance so far (three days) is excellent, but there are a few shortcomings...NOT dealbreakers. First, viewing angle is critical; the further my eyes deviate from perpendicular to the screen, the more washed-out the colors get...overly white and harsh, and surprisingly and significantly noticeable at about 60 degrees off perpendicular. Second, I'm disappointed that there is no Intelligent Mode...we're used to having that on a couple of our other Samsung TV's (24" thru 75"). Third, and this may be something I can try to correct with live-chat tech support from Samsung at a later date, there's a noticeable time lag between the visual seen by my eyes and the audio received via Bluetooth by my ears. This may be no more than a half-second but it sure is user-hostile when the news or sports announcer's audio arrives after the lips have formed the sounds, or when the building blows up in silence with the sound of the explosion following shortly afterward.

The issue is the CEC, it routinely turns the TV on when its not in use. this is very annoying. turning it off is inconvenient because you need to use multiple remotes. Leaving it on turns the TV on when you don't want it on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New TV missing features Replaced my Samsung 32" with a new Samsung 32", Model UN32F6000. Very disappointed with several changes. 1. Closed Caption font is very small on most live broadcasts. There is no way to increase font size, which is odd. Accessibility is important and this feature helps! 2.Just accessing and activating Closed Captions is a chore. Instead of a single tap on a button to toggle it on/off, one must tap the cc button, wait for screen to come up LISTEN TO A VOICE READ THE COMMANDS, then toggle the cc on/off, all while missing whatever is on the screen. 3. There is no longer an alarm feature. I used to use the TV as an alarm clock, going on at a chosen time. It no longer does that! There is a sleep feature to turn the TV off after a set length of time, but not the alarm. WHY??? 4. Despite seemingly turning off the audio reading of commands, it still does it. Annoying to have what is on the command screens read aloud if not needed! Do not know why Samsung makes new TVs worse than the previous models.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, terrible settings The picture on the tv has been great, but the remote is terrible and makes it difficult to get to the sleep timer. I ended buying an aftermarket remote that is exactly like the remote for my Samsung OLED. I have 3 Samsung TV’s that all use the Tizen OS so why does my 32” have a remote with a hundred buttons instead of the streamlined one like the 43” and 65”? It is also much slower response than I would like and often when using settings it would freeze up. I ended up deleted the Samsung plus app, and all but Hulu, Max and Netflix just to get it running faster. The picture is great but the rest is far from the standard I’ve come to expect from my Samsung televisions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not recommend I recently purchased this TV and Xfinity Streaming app does not work so an external device is needed to use Xfinity/Comcast and this problem will NOT be fixed. All the other apps work except Xfinity/Comcast. There are a few features that I like but I find the ads over power everything. IMO this TV is about ads and not function or what the customer wants. If you have Xfinity and want to use it, try another TV such as a ROKU TV if you don't want an external device. This is just not with this TV as I have another Samsung Smart TV and as of Oct 26, 2025 the Xfinity Streaming app does not work and an external device will be needed.

The complaint I have is that the remote stops working after the tv has been on for about 5 or more hours. I need to unplug the set to reset it. What can be done to overcome the problem? Otherwise, I am very pleased with the TV.

TV picture, size and overall looks very nice for a small porch( I have 3 other Samsung tv’s 2-65’s and a 55” ) the processor is extremely slow and the proprietary Samsung power on is awful, always defaults to Samsung tv, no matter what settings are set. Very frustrating and extremely slow to get to the app that I’d prefer it start on power up. My other 3 Samsungs do this without issue. Too bad, I’m thinking of returning it just because of this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lack of attention to detail There are several features that show a lack of attention to detail on the part of the designers. When selecting "Source," the little icons for TV, HDMI, etc. are very small and they do not change much when selected. That makes it harder than it should be to see which icon is active. No need for that! Other TVs have larger, clearer ways to tell which source is active or about to be selected. It is too cumbersome to switch the Closed Caption option. Viewer loses access to the screen while navigating to CC. It was not this way on previous Samsung and is not that way on other current Samsung or other brands. Also, there is no built-in control to turn the TV on using a timer. That was there on previous model. Now, one must use a phone app to do what used to be a simple procedure! Ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome bedroom TV except... I would give this television 5 stars if the screen didn't turn green twice within the first month. Both times I unplugged the TV for a minute and plugged it back in and it was fine again. My only question is why did this occur and will it happen again at some point and stay that way? Having said that, Samsung TV's are the only brand of televisions that I will buy and this TV, if the screen doesn't go green, has an excellent picture and sound for a smaller set.

The purchase was fast and efficient made easy by the friendly and knowledgeable customer service. A year and a half ago we also purchased a 60" Samsung The Frame online which we are using in the family room. We were happy with that purchase so when we decided to replace our 10-year old Samsung 32-inch smart TV we used Samsung Store online again. We are satisfied with this new purchase. This TV has good features that are easy to navigate. The colors are sharp and vibrant. The sound is excellent. And the price is very reasonable. It is perfect for our small bedroom.

I did my research and even talked to Samsung directly .Was transferred six different times( no one knew the answer) before I spoke with the parts department. He guaranteed me that it was wall-mountable and even sent me a picture of the back and which type of screws to use. I ordered the TV and low and behold it is not wall-mountable. Not even an area, holes to put screws into. Being wall-mountable is very important to me as I needed it to replace my tv in my Class A RV. Now I have to go through the nuisance of returning the tv. Samsung fail??Educate your employees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Picture with Slight Addition I bought a Samsung H6000 32” TV recently. The picture quality is great, very vibrant. The sound is good though by the evening hours my hearing aids are running down so I have to turn the sound at 100%, not sure if I there is any additional device that would enable me to increase the sound further. The only thing I do not like are the 2 little feet which seem flimsy. My previous TV was on an adjustable swivel stand and was way more sturdy. I’m trying to decide what stand I should get that would have the ability to swivel the screen or adjust the height. I understand it is possible to attach a swivel and adjustable stand as long it is 200 x 200 and Vesa.

While I'm disappointed that there is no easy way to access and set a sleep timer, I was able to customize the tool bar to move the timer to the beginning of the bar. A few extra steps to set what I consider a necessary feature and it does delay my wind down, but I've managed. The tv itself has a nice picture and so far, few issues with it. I have mine set to wifi rn and that's not the best way to get a consistent experience, but it was so easy to set up. Overall, it's a great tv especially when one considers the price.
