Nibs do not last
i need nibs! i was desperate months ago and just broke down and bought another pen, now i have two pens in need of new nibs. if you use a paper feel screen cover these nibs just get chewed up quickly. as a med student, vigorously taking notes these nibs have to be in good working order. i bought the effing tablet specifically for note taking. :(

Stpped working after less then a year
after couple of months that i was using my tab s 7+ regularly, i suddnly discovers a black stripe that started to apear.
i contacted samsung support, and al they had to say is that it is not covered by the insurance and i can buy a new pen.

Terrible quality. Terrible design.
Extremely annoying that the replacement pens are so expensive and also live on the outside if the device. Why samsung thought an external stylus wad a good idea is beyond me. The tablet was a $1000 and the pen was lost within the first week. Stupid concept and stupid expensive for no reason. There are also no replacement nibs and a new pen is exorbitantly expensive. I feel they did this on purpose to make money.
