Samsung support recommended external Samsung sound bars for better experience. I really surprised the quality of high end TV speaker. Hope in the future it will be rectified.

I am watching tv and suddenly turned off on me and stopped working. I spent too much money for this tv and bought 85” tv but great regret. Please please do not buy. When I ordered this tv I was super excited to get this after spending thousands of money on this now I am regretting too much

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV won’t turn on I am absolutely furious. I spent close to $8,000 for this 85” model and the top of the line sound bar. I have been using this TV for about 6 months and now it doesn’t turn on at all. I was gone for 10 days and TV is dead. What kind of garbage is this? Who is gonna pay me for my time now dealing with this crap? Samsung should be quality electronics and it’s absolute trash. I will be calling Samsung and escalating this issue. You better fix this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV has it all features, quality, and insanity Plain beauty, this is the best tv I have ever seen, much less have had. This thing is insane It connects to my network and since I use smartofthings. I have been able to set it so it synchronizes with everything. When someone knocks on the door I see them in my tv and can automatically tell what's going on outside of my door. But that is just the start. I set it with my computer and since I work from home I pretty much can work from my living room without having to sit in my home office (insane). And these are just some of the features. This TV comes with alexa indebted in it, by talking to my tv and since I have smartofthings and alexa synchronized I basically control everything in my house from it. Did I mention that it connects to my home theater system from another vendor seamlessly via Bluetooth. When I turn on the tv it auto connects to my sound system, I don't even need to set it up every time. And I haven't even mentioned the picture quality. I don't know how to put this in other words, I have never seen a better picture quality than this from any vendor. I am not partial to any vendor I am just giving credit where it is do. Did I mention that the control charges itself with the sun (mind blown). And can you believe it there are actually more features that I have not even used yet in this thing. The bottom line is that if you want an insane TV with everything you can think of look no further. This might be the only tv where I would say 5 stars is not enough. It is safe to note that my original purchase came defective and I had to return it. But this 2nd unit just made up for everything. The Samsung support team though it took a bit of time they solved it for me. I am grateful that this purchase was successful at the end, I have not a single regret. So I hope all can see the reason for my rating the purchase experience was not perfect, but the outcome was. I will keep this rating as long as the tv functions perfectly if anything changes I will add updates.

Once plugged into an outlet, the TV will flicker a flashing blue and then black screen. I contacted Samsung support and we attempted to reset the TV without any luck. Product will be returned.

I saw how the product advertisement online said the picture looked almost 3D, and they weren't lying! It's also far brighter than I'll ever need, I have the brightness turned down almost all the way. The rest of it, like any new electronic, it tries too hard to do everything. It want's to turn on and off all your other equipment, and it will turn itself on if you turn on something else. Also; the stand is too small, leaving the TV a bit too wobbly for me; so I built a small brace to help support the back of it.

Already replaced motherboard, audio is connecting and disconnecting through arc port after replacing motherboard. Auto shutdown happens, too slow remote navigation, I believe it is tv sensor issue with remote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hot Trash I want to like this TV but it's no good. Screen won't turn on after less than 6 months of use. Audio works but no backlight, since using a flashlight shows that there is a picture that's just not illuminated. Unplugging the unit and plugging it back fixes the TV temporarily. Multiple calls in phone purgatory with both Samsung and the service provide, finally got tech to come over after over a month and the service provider cancelling because last minute because "they didn't have the right part". After having to unmount this 100+ lb tv for the tech (which needed unplugging), it worked fine for the 15 minutes the tech was here. Didn't fix it and left, now it's not working again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like no other! Been 3 months and it's been flawless. In fact I think picture quality has improved. True 4K content shines here, like no other. I have LG C1 in the house too, and there is something special of qn95b, not only it's 85" size! Yes there is blooming with big text/titles only. Subtitles barely any. It does not bother at all and anything super bright in real life SHOULD have blooming! In movies, there is none and finally the black crushing of qn90a is gone! Pair with 990b,and this is one classy refined system with no bugs, no fuss, no lags and a sheer delight to use. I cannot picture a better picture by any TV. Upscaling 1080 and sdr beats LG OLED any day but that's not why you spend thousands on this 85" beauty. Yes, the one connect box is handy and surprised more sets don't feature this This is the ONLY 4K Mini-Led that will soon be literally illegal in Europe due to its brightness (hence power inefficiency).. that should tell you of it's prowess!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Sound Option to output sound through HDMI Got this during Black Friday period , and has been difficult since then One connect box does recognize HDMI cable connection to ARC port but does not provide Sound Option (from TV menu) to output sound to HDMI. It only lists TV output, Bluetooth and Optical . Raised service request, Technician came home, thought its issue with OneConnect box motherboard, change the mother board but still the same issue Return has been hassle due to non-support to help pack the tv back before shipping company can pick up. left to use it as-is , living with just TV sound without being able to use "Sound System". All the time wasted over multiple calls lead to dead-end.

I have been wanting an OLED forever but haven't bought one because I know my family will without a doubt prove that Screenburn is a real thing ( I already know from owning a phone with an OLED screen that its real and as a video purist I could not live with having the burnt in images on my home TV screen). This TV manages local diming so well that it is (nearly) indistinguishable from the OLEDs. It's brighter than them and after a couple of adjustments to the stock picture profiles, this thing is just absolutley gorgeous to look at and to top it all off, It still looks perfect even from extremely off angle viewing like from the side and nearly parallel (which no one wants to..but could in this case) its still perfect! It was about $1K more than I was willing to spend because I was trying to hold out for Micro LED but this Mini-LED Panel is absolutely exceptional and worthy of all the praise I heard about on Youtube. Honestly I was hoping to bring it home and find reasons to return it and downgrade to a U8H (far less expensive) but after putting it through it paces I have to say I will be keeping it. They made it worth the extra $1K... One thing to note, Samsung, please release a patch for the software, I find myself having to turn the TV off to restart Tizen more frequently than I think a 5 star rating should allow but the Panel is that good so I will leave it at 5 stars but seriously, i am sure your programmers can do better with the software.

We love our new TV and are happy with our purchase. Not only does the TV have access to apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc it also offers a few channels through the Samsung TV plus which is a great alternative. For anyone looking to buy a TV I highly recommend the QLED 4K

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One connect sound issues! Having multiple issues with my Samsung - 85" Class QN95B Neo QLED 4K Smart TV. The main issue is the tv’s one connect box is not catching the sound on multiple devices plugged in by HDMI. I’ve already had 3 service calls and they haven’t been able to fix the problem. I’m extremely frustrated by this issue!!!! I’ve also replaced a defective Samsung Q990b sound bar & then replaced the new Q990b sound bar with the new Q990c sound bar at the suggestion of the repair tech. And it did not fix my sound issues. Extremely frustrated with my situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rainbow Effect Do NOT buy this TV if it is in a room with lights behind your viewing seat. I own this TV and Frame, but will never buy or recommend a Samsung to anymore customers. I bought this TV on the premise that it was anti-glare. When I hung the TV there was a reflection of my ceiling lights and floor lamp. The reflection had a rainbow effect stretched across the entire TV. Contacted Samsung and they sent over a technician, only to tell me there was nothing they could do, and told me to watch TV with lights OFF. That’s all fine except when you are trying to host a party, and use your Family rm and Kitchen. DO NOT BUY!
