We use the Cinema setting for most of our viewing and it really is better than the quality that most cinemas offer. The anti-glare is amazing. Test it with your phone flashlight to see just how effective it is. The colors are bright and the blacks are dark. Consistent lighting and coloring leaves no distractions to your viewing. I would buy it again and I recommend it to others.

I didn't receive yhe frame chatted in with Samsung and provided screenshots, agent told me the only resolution is to return the 85" and to reorder. How does that make sense to anyone?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unable to return the difference Great TV but horrible service. I got the 85" Qn90F TV delivered the same day the TV went on sale. Contact samsung to see if they can just refund the difference $400. Samsung rep said no that promotionare time se sensitive but the sale was live and just went on sale. That I have to return the TV and reorder the TV. Waste of resources and time on both ends. Now I have to be home for them to pick up the TV. Be home for the new TV to come.

Its fast smooth and so easy to adjust with different events so the lighting is always spot on! The support from Samsung is top notch and helped explain and very quickly guide me through adjusting for different settings and experiences. Couldn't recommend this tv enough. Thought 85 would be too big but I was so wrong.

Many of the things I watch appear to be in 3D. the depth and motion are a step beyond. this TV far exceeds my expectations. And the customer service was great too.

The color is so vivid it pops right out of the screen, I got the ultra slim sound bar with my new tv and the first time a dog barked my dogs went nuts it was so real sounding. I really am looking forward to re-watching all my old movies. All in all this is my perfect tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest TV I have ever seen This TV is a big 85" and 139 pounds so you might want to have it installed for $200. The picture is the best I have ever seen and it has a zillion different settings to get exactly the look you want. I have had the TV for a little over 2 weeks now and I still can't believe how good it is. In my part of the country a lot of the shows are still not in 4k. It really makes a big difference when a 4k show comes on. I could go on but the bottom line is that Samsung has made an exceptional TV. Go out and Buy one, you won't regret it.

I am glad I purchase the 85" QLED 90f, the sound is amazing on it and the voice is crystal clear that I am able to hear it unlike other TVs. The picture quality is amazing, I have it in my living room with a lot of natural light coming in and I am still able to see the picture perfect with no glare. Very well the money that anti glare works amazing and loving every minute of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice TV Just picked up the Samsung QN90F Neo QLED 4K (2025) and wow, this thing is amazing. The picture quality is seriously next level—super bright, colors pop, and the blacks are deep without looking washed out. Even in daylight, the screen is easy to see. Watched a few movies and some sports already, and everything looks super sharp and smooth. The motion is great, no blur during fast scenes, and gaming on it is awesome too—very responsive, no lag, and it supports all the newer features like VRR and HDMI 2.1. It’s also a really sleek-looking TV, super thin with almost no bezels. The smart features are solid—Tizen runs fast and all the apps I use are there (Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc.). Voice control works well with Alexa, which is a nice bonus. Sound is pretty good for a flat TV, especially with the Object Tracking Sound thing. I might still get a soundbar, but it’s honestly not bad out of the box. Overall, no regrets—totally worth it if you want a high-end TV that does everything really well.

The non-glare screen makes viewing nice even when lights are on that would cast reflection on my older Samsung TV. Sound quality is good without the use of a separate sound bar. Still deciding whether to upgrade to a sound bar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv, except one issue So I purchased this TV yesterday, and once we got it all set up I discovered a dark spot, almost like a bruise on the screen. Very unpleasant. I have purchased my last 5 tv’s from Samsung and I am totally happy with their product. The tv itself is great, but now we are in the hands of customer support. So we shall see how the exchange goes. If they pull through for us I give it a 4.8 out of 5, if not, a refund and another brand it is.

And all streaming services easily accessible. If you use smart things and a Samsung watch then some things get easier like using gestures as remote and uploading pictures for art.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Customer Experience The TV arrived damaged at my house and they refuse to replace it. I bought it excitedly and surprised my wife and kids when we returned from a trip only to find out what I thought was a thumbprint instead was damaged screen. It was heartbreaking event during Christmas and even more really embarrassing in front of my wife and kids. The customer service team said I was out of the 5 days return policy and the warranty team said the warranty doesn't cover physical damage. In every sense Samsung has taken my money, delivered a damaged TV, and left me humiliated in front my family. I can't believe they would do this during the Holidays and treat returning customers with such disregard. It was such an unfortunate decision to purchase from Samsung. I hope no one makes this mistake. Based on this experience this Company has no concern for their customers.

This model is VERY impressive. The picture literally snaps at you with clarity, motion enhanced AI interaction I can see the difference immediately.

I placed my order on Dec 3rd, 2025 for a Christmas present and still haven't received it. It was scheduled to arrive on Dec 23rd, then the 30th, then Jan 2nd, and now who knows as there is no expected delivery date. All of my inquiries are responded with insincere apologies and I am told to just wait a few more days for an update. At this rate I may get it for Christmas 2026. I will no longer buy Samsung products based on this experience.
