All 3 units are on a Digital Antenna for off-air channels and also connected to a 1GB wired internet which supplies us all of the Samsung Channels. They are also connected to Blue Ray players and 4K Streamers, and Computers. One is in the Studio Mix Room, the second is in the Great Room, and the third is in the Theater. All three of the units are connected to major Immersive playback systems via the TOS Link digital outputs. This gives us great sound.

No need for a firestick and Alexa comes in real handy when you misplace the remote, which by the way has a USB charging port, so no battery replacement, and it also has a solar charger on it, just flip it over and let the sun coming through the windows, do it's thing.

We really love the clarity and sound characteristics. It was a little hard to use new style of remote but we are adapting. It seems to have endless things/options to explore as far as smartness goes. It's honestly comparable to being right next to the actors in person--the detail is so immaculate. I love how it coordinates with my Alexa and Smart Things as well. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very satisfied with this impeccable TV After 6 years with our Samsung 85 inch QLED my little cousin hit it with a stick and damaged a couple of lines in the panel. So instead of trying to fix it we decided to buy a new Samsung TV. We went with the Neo QLED QN85D, and we couldn’t be happier! The new OS design is user friendly and puts everything we like in one place at the Home Screen. The new gaming hub feature is a plus for any gamer, which I am. Love my Xbox play on this tv. The picture quality is impeccable and for the price I don’t think there is a better resolution tv. The weight is actually pretty nice(actually a bit less then our old tv I believe) and the base easily fit on top of our home entertainment cabinet. My only minor problem is the tv doesn’t easily sync with our Samsung soundbar that we had with our old tv. But that is probably because it’s older technology, it still works when we are using our optical port but every now and then it switches to Bluetooth and then cuts off. Overall I would greatly recommend this tv for anyone looking for a beautiful picture and won’t break the bank!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible experice TV was delivered on Dec 12th. I've purchased professional TV mount service along with the TV and the mount, but RXO just dropped TV and left. I had to call RXO to set up a separate installation which was Dec 16th. I was given a 4 hour time window so I had to coordinate with my work to be at home. Guess what happen? They never came and I haven't got a single notice before or afterwards. I called Samsung and RXO. They had no idea why installation team did not come. RXO sent me an email for a reschedule. My new installation date was Jan 2nd, but of course, they didn't come... AGAIN without any notice or follow up call. I've wasted another 4 hrs. Called RXO, they again have no idea why this happen. At this point, I don't expect to get TV to be installed by RXO. There is no point of rescheduling. I've requested a refund for the mounting service and was told it will be processed after contacting RXO. Let's see what happens next.

Man it's just spectacular. Definitely a game changer for me. I paired it with a Bose Smart Ultra soundbar and Bose 700 bass module. Incredible sound. With the tv picture quality and the soundbar system, I rarely leave my living room. Incredibly highly recommended.

There was an issue with the audio being in sync with the picture that was resolved after scouring the internet. Tech support was zero help. The TV also went on sale the next week after purchase, despite Samsung's Price Promise I am still waiting (weeks) to hear back from their support on the price match which was processed to their escalations? team.

Fortunately the repair guys came out a couple of weeks after my initial request and they fixed the problem with a new panel. Repair took about an hour, the guys were professional and thorough. I paid for "Professional Installation" and never received it from RXO. This delivery company is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER order another Samsung product. Not to mention I have holes in my wall from unskilled RXO Installation workers and neither Samsung nor RXO has reached out to resolve this matter and I am a VIP member due to all of the Samsung products I have purchased. I am absolutely 100% dissatisfied as a customer and will be contacting Samsung Headquarters regarding the numerous issues I've experienced with this $2000 purchase.

RXO did not have anyone qualified to do this work and that delayed the delivery of the TV for three weeks. Finally the TV was delivered but with no installation of the bracket. After working with Samsung and upon their advice I was referred to Handy to have them install the bracket. They wouldn't do the job unless Samsung delivered to them a work order authorizing the work. I could not navigate the screener to get to a live Samsung person to get this done so I finally opened the box and found that the TV came with a center support instead of legs on each side of the TV, which was the model i had purchased. I had a neighbor come over and after quite a bit of muscling we were finally able to get the center support on the TV and get the TV onto the top of my old TV console which I have converted into my TV center. Oh, and I should say that RXO denied that my order included their installation of the bracket onto the wall even though my order stated that was the case. Another reason why I opened the box on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Paramount Plus probably I purchased a 85 inch Samsung big screen tv before thanksgiving 2024,I like the tv but it definitely has a problem that I’m not happy with and we have narrowed it down to the tv itself. I subscribed to Paramount Plus and sometimes it loads and plays but it doesn’t load a lot of time so I have to unplug it and hold the off button for three minutes then plug it back in and hold the on/off button on the remote for two hours to get to play., and it might play all day but the next time I try to get back on Paramount plus it tries to load after the advertisement hits 0 minutes it spins for about two minutes then throws up a 3005 error and after that you have to unplug it and start the whole procedure all over again. My Daughter thinks that tv doesn’t have enough ram to handle the Paramount plus app.for some reason. It loads up Paramount plus but when it goes to a show Like, Landman , it throws the error 3005 when the commercial clocks out

BestBuy called me the night before the scheduled delivery and told me I was their first delivery the next day. THE DAY OF DELIVERY IT NEVER SHOWED UP. I then called best buy and they said there was no record of the delivery being scheduled and needed to push it another 5 days. My suggestion is to buy somewhere else until the shipping issues get figured out.

Have to turn it off, unplug, plug in and turn on to fix it. Samsung customer tech support is USELESS. Was on the phone with them for over an hour for them to tell me "Don't know" If I could return it, it would be boxed and gone TODAY. If you are in the market, spend the extra money and get the OLED. The NEO is terrible. I regret purchasing this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung never disappoints I recently moved into a new house with a large viewing wall space and I took the opportunity to upgrade from my 65" curved Samsung 4k to an 85" Neo QLED. I compared it in store to all the competitors and found no reason at all to switch to anything else besides Samsung. This tv is an incredible value. The picture is so crisp and vibrant, it blows me away every time I watch it. It was incredibly easy to set up. The user interface is very smooth and easy. I paired it with a Bose Smart Ultra soundbar and series 700 subwoofer. Highly recommended, by the way. It absolutely slaps, and the whole package puts a huge smile on my face whenever I hit the on button. I've owned Samsung tvs since the 90s and frankly will never switch to a different brand. Really couldn't be happier that I chose this QLED!

Not only did they "switch" my TV with a lesser one (same size and relatively comparable) without my knowledge, they were delayed with delivery and could not do anything about it. I read several reviews about the lack of customer service and support and took a chance, unfortunately I was let down as others were. I do understand it is the holiday season and these things happen, but lack of transparency or desire to correct on Samsung's end.

Swapped the TV model without informing, sent a wrong mount, delayed installation from RXO, false promises of refunds. I read such reviews, but thought that it would be one-off experience BUT looks like its regular with Samsung for giving wrong information to customer, and then just apologizing again and again without giving any solution. Couldn't have expected such a poor customer service from a brand like Samsung. The product is good so 5 starts to that, but low rating is because of extremely poor customer support.

This tv to replace an old samsung 60”. Very happy with this tv so far. Nice bright picture and the colors are fantastic. Wall mounted using the Sanus vlt7 tilt mount. I believe the vesa mounting holes are offset.

When looking to upgrade my TV I researched several other Samsung tvs and other brands as well. The QNLED85 seemed to check all the boxes for myself. Affordable, amazing picture, powerful processor, and the user interface. Some of the other tvs I looked at in person had such clunky software that it frustrating to use. The only thing I do not like about this TV set up is the controller. I absolutely can't stand the placement of the quick launch buttons. They need to be about 1 inch or more further away from the volume and channel buttons. I'm either opening up a service or hitting mute when changing the volume. Interrupting the movie almost every time I want to change the cume. Also it would be nice if the remote wasn't perfectly rectangle. In the dark its hard to tell if you have it in your hand correctly.

Had to go to my order page to see that there was a delay. Called Samsung and they could not help me with any update on my order. Very disappointed! However, my excitement has turned into frustration as the delivery has been significantly delayed. I placed my order on December 12, 2024, with the promise of delivery by December 18th. The site was updated with status as delivered on Dec 15th when UPS created the label on Dec 13th, and they are still waiting for the package. Unfortunately, it has now been beyond the expected date, and I have not received any proactive communication explaining the delay or refund. Since the order status is updated as delivered in Samsung, I reached out several times to customer service and was informed that the issue is being looked into and they need 10 business days from the date it was marked as delivered to determine the shipment is lost and issue a refund. I had to explain the same thing to customer service several times: "it was not delivered". This experience is very disappointing, especially because I chose Samsung based on its reputation for reliability. While I understand that delays can occur, better communication and transparency would help manage customer expectations.  My hopes of getting this order are not so bright. I will think twice about buying online on the Samsung website again.

I have it in my living room that has a lot of natural light and I was worried about the light glare. No issues at all! That backlight is strong and this thing is great! I love thy the stand is center mounted so I don’t have to fight it when I have a tv stand that is a little shorter.

The colors qwre so crisp the frames were so smooth and clear!! I was amazed. You dont even need to get the biggest size depending on your layout of the room but with a 50" and above is where you will enjoy it like i did. Good product and i recommend it.

Samsung delivered it the wrong house twice though a shipping company and neither Samsung nor the delivery service would correct the address they input incorrectly. After 2 weeks of that the tv finally arrived and displayed horizontal artifacts on the right side of the display. Processer suffers long load times for apps. Would not recommend this for purchase.

We stepped up from a 55" and I was worried the sheer size of the screen would cause a blurring effect when it came to watching live sports. However, one caviat is the software, although I believe it is the latest, I do not understand why the software is not as smooth as the phone and lags a bit at each startup of the TV. Overall, great TV with minor software flaw, which isn't when you're patient and give it time to load.

No communication until Nov 22 when the delivery date was removed. I have spent hours with the “customer care “ chat - they have no idea on when the tv will be delivered leave aside installed. I am still “waiting” and did an online reschedule to Dec 11. Which I know is not going to happen. If this is the situation pre sales - God forbid if anything goes wrong after purchase , I can imagine the struggle. It’s a waste of time and money. If anyone at Samsung is listening please contact me.

Email to ceo- pathetic, went nowhere, no calls or replies back to me for not having my TV delivered to me even after 2 weeks of system showing it's delivered. I had to personally go, ask for help from the person who's home they wrongly delivered the TV, load on his truck, ask him to drive to my place, unload from the truck and asking him for all his help on this entire process. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with their service..and this was a 85" huge TV weighing at least 130lbs to 150 lbs.

It is the reason for 4 stars. There should also be a setup process that doesn't include Google. I use an external box so I keep control. Ads displayed on a TV I purchased will never be acceptable.

Last tv only lasted a couple years and ended up with multiple colored lines vertical in screen , costing almost as much as a new set to repair! Out of Warranty of course!! By a few months! Hopefully this set will not be another disappointment! If so I will have to go with another brand that does not have the quality of sound and clarity of this set! I don't mind paying for quality like this set but I want it to last a reasonable time as well! To expensive to be changing it out every couple years! So far this set as I said is GREAT! Would recommend it for anyone in the market for picture quality and sound quality!

I love the HDMI 2.1 support and low input lag. The integrated Dolby Atmos provides immersive audio, even better with the Q soundbar I got. The TV’s strengths made it an excellent choice for our family room entertainment. Overall, it’s a great investment, thank you Samsung for this great product.

We loved the 65" and thought it had an amazing picture but now that we have this 85" NEO, the picture is even better. Really worth the extra money for the picture and other features. Fits perfectly on the wall. We love it!

The picture quality is unbelievable great. The tv paired to the sound bar & my phone with know problems and works great. I would not hesitate to buy another one in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung QN85D Neo QLED 4K TV QN85D delivers a bright, bold and beautiful 4K TV. The picture is very sharp, the colors popand the HDR content looks amazing in bright rooms. With the 120Hz refresh rate and low input lag, it's amazing. The built-in speakers are decent, but pairing it with a sound bar really helps, as the sound is amazing. With awesome picture quality for movies and gaming, I definity recommend this TV.

The picture is crystal clear no matter how I choose to watch it. 4k Is unbelievable. The features are easy to use and the remote is made simple which is nice. Overall this is the least complicated TV that I have ever purchased. I liked it so much that I switched out my bedroom TV to a samsung.

This new Samsung tv picture is so good it looks like real life and especially since we went with the 85” screen. The room it’s in does not have any window coverings and the picture is still so bright and detailed looks absolutely awesome all the time we are so happy with our purchase!

I have areas on the TV where you can see where the packaging / styrofoam was pressing on the screen. You can only notice when there is very light or white in those areas. I tried to have a new one shipped but was told they no longer carried that model. I bought it on sale and was offered a lesser model and size for the same price since the sale had ended. Did not like that so I stayed with the “ flawed” TV. Other than that the TV is very nice and love the size (85”). Picture quality is about the same as the 58” Samsung plasma “dumb” TV it replaced. All 5 of our TV’s are Samsung and this one is the only one that had that issue, probably due to the size and shipping.

After the tariffs, who knows when I’ll be able to get a huge tv that I always wanted without sacrificing quality! Upgrading from a 65” lg top of the line at the time. The picture on my 85” is not only huge, it’s better. Price was amazing to me. Hope if you’re reading this you have the permission to upgrade before prices really skyrocket.

Bright clear HD for movies, live sports, videogames more than meeta our needs. Bluetooth connectivity for headphones/earbuds, etc is great for watching alone when the rest of the house is sleeping. The Smart TV apps have every single streaming app we use. Optical sound allows for our central receiver to pass sound to our 5.1 surround sound setup. This TV has no flaws. It arrived brand new in box and was ordered directly from Samsung. Delivery and installation was a breeze, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a TV larger than they could hang on their own.

The Samsung representative was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in selecting the best tv for my movie room and my budget. We were able to go over different features for each of the Tv options both what I found and what he suggested. We were on the phone for about 2 hours ( it did seam like it). It was shipped to my door and has been 1 of the best purchases I have made. I will be purchasing another tv soon. Samsung will be my first choice. If you aren't 100% sure of what you want or need in a tv or even if you do know 100% I highly recommend giving Samsung a call first! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

Lights above people onstage can show a bluish/purple blob on top of their head. Multiple sources/shows… always on stage performances.

This specific model TV has an amazing picture when ran on true 4k, and the upscaling ability is among the best of any TV on the market to date. The overall design cosmetically is also in the top line of other comparable QLED's out there in the weight being quite light for an 85", and what I consider a true "Slim" profile as per its dimensions. Its aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It offers a wide range of technology and is capable of doing just about anything that you would want it to do via watch t v play games stream, whatever use it for a display for a computer, use it for picture art, etc. It has the voice feature option.And it offers, I think, two or three different varieties, like alexa or the other, the other ones out there. HOWEVER, this t v has fell short big to me in its actual functionality.And the biggest word I would use is execution of all.It has to offer. The voice feature does not work. 85% of the time when you press the button down regardless of resetting the TV contents, the network settings defaulting the TV back to factory settings. There are just many glitches within the software of the t v itself. The Samsung TV Plus, which is your free version of live tv will intermittently work or sometimes just is not available to open at all.I'm finding myself having to default the entire t.V resetting all my apps, just many, many problems.I'm not happy about this purchase at all other than the picture. When it works it is phenomenal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not what I expected This TV isn’t any clearer than my 15 year old Samsung plasma TV. It can packaged well but upon viewing the TV was damaged by the packaging. You could see on the screen in a couple areas where the styrofoam had pushed into the face of the TV and left marks on the pixels. The supplier offered to take back the TV (yeah try and repackage an 85”) but the model was no longer available and offered a lower grade/price model since I bought this at a sale/discount. I opted for the $250 credit just to save Aggravation. Not as happy with TV as I thought I would be. We only buy Samsung but may be rethinking that now.

I use it for movies and gaming with my xbox series x even tho it has the game hub so i dont technically need a consol lol. But it also pairs great with my fold 7 and watch ultra to do wireless dex and gesture controls is awesome! Cant go wrong here

The only con I have is the UI which is not as smooth as the older models with going to change sound and picture settings while watching something.

However, it loses connection to the new Samsung Soundbar weekly, and you have to reboot the TV several times to get it to reconnect. The TV speaker is very poor. In addition, the TV boot up screen/menu takes quite a bit of time to appear, and always starts with the Samsung offering, rather than your usual viewing tool. I have 9 Samsung TV's, 5 have Samsung Soundbars, and I use a Samsung mobile phone. This TV is the first time I have owned a Samsung product and wished I had not.

Crisp clear images and great color and contrast. The only drawback I have experienced is the audio, which is sometimes lackluster. But overall, I am enjoying the purchase.
