Get away from Samsung devices i bought this tv in Apr. and right after the return period TV broke for no reason. i was watching day before and not turning on and tech guy came and said due to the panel and now i have to wait 2weeks to get the part. no worth. first time of buying Samsung and won't buy ever on any of Samsung devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best 85inch tv that matches with oled clarity i use my tv for watching movies, series and YouTube videos. i use dynamic picture all the time that gives the extra light pump since my living room is very bright. this is my best tv purchases till date. i think its better to buy this tv when someone need oled like picture quality in budget.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture Quality is absolutely amazing We love using our 85" Samsung TV in the theater room for watching sports, streaming movies, or watching some of our favorite Blu-ray disc movies. My wife and I now have Saturday night date night at home with some hot popcorn, cold drinks, and a romantic movie. We are so happy with the quality that we bought a second 85" Samsung TV for our family room, and with all the available apps on it, our grandchildren love coming over and watching their favorite children's movies on it (over and over and over....). We're so pleased with Samsung quality that we also have 65" Samsung TVs in all 3 bedrooms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV quality Love it. Great imagining.Kids love it play ps5, Nintendo switch on it and it's great. It's like being in a small movie theater while watching movies. Family loves coming over for game time. It's just has its cons: disconnects from wifi frequently and always says HDMI is not working and I have bought 5 different once so it's not the cable.

It is a great tv and it led me to buy another Samsung tv for our bedroom. Not sure I will ever have a tv other than Samsung again.

Easy to clean screen when the kids touch it. Durable screen as the kids like to touch the screen and throw toys at it. I would recommend this product.

We have a giant wall that our 85-in TV fits well onto. I'm also a competitive weightlifter and so having such a clear picture and being able to connect to the internet or YouTube to watch my training videos and competition videos to make Corrections is invaluable. But best of all, my husband and I really enjoy watching National Geographic and National Park documentaries and really planning our vacations around Discovery new places. This television gives us access to pretty much everything and anything, it also fits well with all of our other devices including my Samsung phone. I even use it for online exercise programs or learning how to dance, those things. It is really like having people in your living room with you. I can't say enough about this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If I could give this TV zero stars, I would. If I could give this TV zero stars, I would. We purchased this TV on Superbowl Sunday. Almost immediately, it began having issues. The first problem was that the screen had dark patches, and flickering in several panels. At first we just thought it was the particular show that was on, but as time went on, the screen issues progressed. By that time, we were 31 days out from purchase, and our local store said they could not refund us, and that we would have to deal with Samsung customer service. This tv is so heavy, it takes 4 men to lift it off of the wall. To have it serviced on, they require that we take it down the day before, which risks breaking it each time, as we have kids, and a dog. My husband has had to take work off for the repairs, and was written up by his management due to this. After the first repair, we noticed that one of the HDMI ports no longer worked. I contacted Samsung yet again, and was advised to do a factory reset. Once we factory reset it, it froze on the welcome screen, and the remote stopped working. Samsung sent us 2 new remotes in the mail to see if we could get it working, but they would not connect to the tv. We were told that we would have to have tech support out again, and take the tv off of the wall once more. I was advised to call the Samsung Voice of the Customer department to lodge a complaint, but every agent I have talked to has no idea what this department is. Just tonight I was on the phone with Samsung, repeatedly put on hold, for 45 minutes of hold time total, until I finally hung up. This has been an absolute nightmare!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great brightness and picture quality! I’ve had this TV for over 5 months now and it has a great brightness and picture quality. My living room is a decent sized and has 6 large windows. I purchased a UHD TV previous to this and I couldn’t even watch a movie with the brightness turn up to max. So I upgraded to QLED 85 in and I couldn’t be happier! I thought about upgrading to one tier higher than QLED but my wife wouldn’t let me. Anyways, if you have a bright living room QLED is the way to go! Samsung’s warranty service is great as well! Had to claim one on my previous 75inch TV and everything went smoothly and really painless! I was really impressed! I’ll be buying Samsung products for many years to come and I recommend my friends and family to buy them as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Behind screen tv corner plastic open ups TV stand is big issues and it won’t balance on single stand as it is heavy and tv Samsung, lot of them reporters then the same and secondly the leafy corner back side the plastic is exposed not completely sealed and white plastic inside can be seen, when I called customer care they sent a service person to take a look at it and when he came he saw it like 2mins and said it is due to impact if it is due to impact then the plastic should go inside but this is exposing outside and there is no external or physical impact to my tv I installed it so I know. This is definitely a manufacturing fault which Samsung don’t want to agree we noticed it after 2months this was not there when I installed it so this is something showing up later could be the sand imbalance causing pressure on corner plastic to open or something sweeping inside pushing plastic out but Samsung is not agreeing on this I reckoned to not buy bigger TVs from Samsung this is manufacturing defect they need to address I am sure the stand pressure is causing the plastic to expand and expose inside material out

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV when working. Very bad customer service! Until recently... I've bought Samsung pretty religiously. I've been very happy with the products. Unfortunately that has changed with my recent interaction with their customer service. I purchased the Q85Q80 through Sam's club and had the TV for a little less than a year. Two days ago we turned the TV on after coming home from work to find the TV with vertical as well as horizontal mixed color lines(on the TV's left side as well as the bottom). We called Samsung in an attempt to claim warranty and possibly have a technician sent out. While speaking with their customer service my wife went back and forth sending pictures of the lines looking for help and all we we're told was that we caused physical damage to the television and that nothing could be done. We have multiple pictures as well as video showing the screen with zero impact or scratches to the screen itself(zero physical damage) and we're extremely surprised that Samsung seemed to place the blame on us. Further more there is no Samsung technician in our area so they would not send someone to even look at the TV so they could see for themselves the TV had not been hit or even touched. They said we would have to pay the bill to have their techs come out (from out of area) and we were told the estimate cost would be $865.00 - $900.00 on a TV that cost a little over $1700.00. If I'm going to spend that kind of money I might as well buy a brand new TV while I'm at it. This basically means any Samsung product we have bought under warranty would have no coverage in our area in that case which is extremely bad business in my opinion. I'm highly disappointed with the customer service/quality that Samsung has delivered with their TV's. I really thought they might make it right and at bare minimum send a tech to at least look at the TV but asking us to pay the amount of money stated above while a TV is still under warranty is unacceptable.
