Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor customer service Picture was great but tv started warping at too and still plays. Called best buy and have extra warranty. Samsung came out and tech said it was purchased like that and wouldn’t honor the warranty. Tried to have another tech come but Samsung said no. Worst service I’ve received and basically called me a liar! If it was damaged at purchase, I’d of returned it. Really sad because I have all Samsung products and appliances. I’m gonna rethink my options now. I still can’t believe my new tv doesn’t have a manufacturer warranty and can’t use extended warranty for a year. Highly disappointed and annoyed!

The picture is very detailed and it fits perfectly. The different modes to make it look like its a painting or the same color as the wall is really cool!

Never had a problem with the first one. When you find a product that works for you, you stick with it. Quality can’t be beat.

It also connects to my ring Doorbell and will show the video when someone is at my door allowing me to talk and view right through the TV. It also works as a Samsung hub allowing all of my smart products to be used through the smart things app. Couldn't ask for a better TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DISAPPOINTED:/ I bought a 85 inch Qled TV Dec 7, 2024 it worked fine until I noticed it had a black screen bleed out two weeks later. I called customer service, and they sent me a replacement right away, I took down the mounted TV between 3 people and we gently placed it on the ground where we have carpet and the TV cracked out of pure inconvenience this should not happened because I should had a working TV not a faulty one and none of this would of happend because they wont remove TV that are mounted. This TV is cheaply made for the price it's meant to break no matter how careful you are. I then received my replacement to notice that the corner ends of the TVs are exposed not fully sealed in the corners it's in working condition and all but give it time and the screen will give out once dust gets inside. I hate to say it but samsung is downgrading bad in quality and from what it seems to me purposely too. I have a Samsung 2018 Qled TV that's probably times more durable then this current one and just as thin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung customer service has become horrible!!!! Bought this TV two weeks ago and have had a nightmare trying to get Samsung to replace the defective unit they sent me. It arrived with no protective film on the front or around the bezel. The frame on the top has a slight bend in it and several parts of the bottom aren’t even out together correctly and have huge gaps. There’s even missing screws! The backlight bleed because of all of these issues is horrible when trying to watch most anything that has dark scenes in it. Some content looks great, but it has to be full screen HDR with lots of colors. I’m almost 100% positive that I was shipped a TV that had been returned already. Samsung swears this cannot happen and assures me it’s a new unit. All I wanted was them to simply ship me a new unit and take this one back. It’s brand new, why can’t they do this? What they offered was to have Best Buy come pick the tv up and make me wait until the tv was returned and my refund was issued to reorder a new one. What the heck kind of customer service is this???? You sold me a defective product and you want me to jump through hoops to get a unit that is working how it should? So mind you, this is an 85” tv, so I had to pay someone to come help me unbox and set it up because you cannot do it by yourself. I told Samsung this when they wanted to send Best Buy back out to pick it up and they were like just ask them to help you when they get there. Well, guess what? Best Buy would not do that because they were not paid to pack the unit up. I was unable to box this tv back up by myself. As someone who lives alone, it’s not always possible to find someone to help you do these kind of things. So Best Buy left without the tv. And now guess what? It’s past the return period and is ineligible for a return now!!! Are you kidding me? I am going to try to get all the way up to the CEO of Samsung for a satisfactory resolution and if that doesn’t work, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and possibly seeking advice from an attorney. I refuse to be stuck with a TV that has issues like this! This is not something I ever expected from Samsung. I have other Samsung TVs, washer and dryer, my kitchen appliances, never had one issue with any of them! So I do strongly believe that this is just an issue with this particular unit and as I stated, I do feel it was a damaged and returned unit. I’m hoping Samsung will do the right thing and send me a replacement TV and take this one back. I’ll post an update once I have one!

My first I still have and have had it for ten years . My recent purchase was a 85” and I am extremely pleased with it . Keep up the great work .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My QLed has a great picture. My Samsung is used for the entertainment purposes of my wife, my fami, my guest, and myself. We enjoy movies, shows, anime, my favorite sports, college football games are awesome, my grandson enjoys video games. The details of the picture is like you are on the screen with the show or part of the movie. To get the best sound, I had to connect a sound bar, with the TV speakers being in the back of the TV the sound projects into the wall. You want good quality surround sound with a TV the has this quality of picture anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vibrantly slow mode! The color is vibrant but I notice that when we’re watching a sporting game it’s like the pixels can’t keep up with it and sometimes it shows the players with no legs! I’m sure it’s probably in the settings, just not sure how to set it up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money. The best feature about this TV is the size and the ability to connect my Samsung phone. That's it. I could get a TCL and it work just as good. Also, the partnership they have with the delivery team is what caused me to move it from a 4 to a 2 star. The TV is 85". You should make sure that the customer gets the next level service of putting the TV on the wall, if needed. My TV was super hard to put up, because it was very difficult for my wife to lift with me.

I researched tv’s for months and eventually decided on purchasing this 85” Samsung OLED TV on the pretense that it was a more premium line. Wow, was I wrong! The picture quality is absolutely horrendous. In fact, the quality of my previous 16 year old tv was better in every way imaginable. I am dumbfounded how Samsung could sell a tv with such poor quality. Yes, it’s large but at the cost of quality. The colors are distorted, watching sports is a joke, and at times, you can barely read text cause of the quality. After 20+ years being a Samsung customer, the time has come to start looking at other manufacturers. This TV is a joke, save your money at buy something else.
