It has functioned perfectly from day one, was a breeze to install and it just looks fantastic! I’m saving my pennies to buy a 65” for my bedroom. I highly recommend The Frame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible experience. Wish I never bought this TV! Just after the warranty expired, the TV started turning itself off any time I tried to put it in art mode. Art mode is the reason I bought the frame TV in the first place. Now, 16 months after buying it, the picture has gone super dark and no amount of adjusting the settings makes any difference. Reset it several times and that doesn't fix it either. I could have bought 3 or 4 85 inch TVs at Costco for what I paid for this junk.

I use it for a restaurant so they said it is only 90 day warranty instead of 1 year warranty and therefore need pay for repairs or replacement. Wish I had known this before making the purchase

Based on my mood and the time of the day, I kind of keep changing my frame wallpapers. Having the capabilities to include my own library of wallpapers, is like the icing on the top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Customer's Frustration with Samsung's support I am absolutely gutted and frustrated by the ordeal I've had to endure to get my 85" frame TV installed. I purchased this high-end TV directly from Samsung's website, trusting that I would receive top-notch service and support to match the quality of the product. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The TV was delivered on June 1st and I had opted for professional installation, not wanting to risk damaging such an expensive item. On the day of delivery, the handler from RXO stated that they needed three people for the installation, so I had to wait. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Samsung that the installation would be completed, I found myself in an endless loop of miscommunication and incompetence. On June 22nd, delivery partner attempted to install the TV. They mounted the TV on the wall but ended up damaging the TV cable and the fish-through system in my home. Instead of rectifying the mistake, I was caught in the crossfire between Samsung and delivery partner, each blaming the other for the cable replacement. I ended up having to purchase the replacement cable myself, costing an additional amount, which delivery partner promised(7th of July) to reimburse through a gift card - a promise that, to this day, remains unfulfilled. The installation by a 3rd party(as delivery partner keep on canceling the installation schedule and never come back) cost me an additional dollars. Furthermore, Samsung now refuses to refund my installation charges that I had pre-paid through the order. They are claiming the installation has been successfully completed. I have filed over 15 support tickets, each time having to painstakingly explain my situation from scratch as if my previous pleas have fallen on deaf ears. The toll this has taken on me is far more than just financial - I've spent over 15 hours on calls, endured countless moments of frustration and anxiety, and lost 60 days of the warranty period simply due to the TV not being functional. Because of the frustration and anxiety, I even had a small accident, scratching my brand new car. With this additional cost (installation to Samsung+ cable + installation by 3rd party) itself I could have bought a 85 inch TV from a different company rather than going with Samsung. I chose Samsung because I believed in the quality of their products and their commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience, however, has left me questioning whether I can continue to support or recommend them. I implore anyone considering purchasing directly from Samsung's website to think twice. It's heartbreaking to see that such a reputable company has such a glaring disregard for its customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Black and white lines on bottom of TV. TV was installed by a third party in October of 2023. We began to notice dark lines forming on the bottom left of the screen. They got progressively worse over time. Tried to get it repaired under warranty but since the third party must have purchased the tv earlier in the year it was out of warranty even though we have only had the tv since October 2023.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scammed by Samsung Defective TV Purchase and Service Experience Purchase of Defective TV and Initial Troubleshooting • Purchased a TV from Samsung website for over $3000. • TV arrived with a broken IR sensor, preventing remote pairing. • Followed troubleshooting steps with a technician on May 29th. Unsuccessful Remote Replacement and Technician Visit • Received a replacement solar remote, but it also did not work. • A technician was sent out on June 18th to examine the TV. • Technician confirmed that the IR sensor was separated and recommended TV replacement. Prolonged Issue Resolution and Limited Support • Contacted the person who filed the initial ticket on June 19th. • Transferred nine times over the course of four hours, with no resolution to the issue. • Sales team stated that the 15-day replacement period had passed, despite the delay in identifying the problem. • Warranty team informed that physical defects are not covered under warranty. Frustration and Unresolved Problem • Expressed extreme frustration due to receiving a broken TV and lack of proper support. • Despite patience and extended phone conversations, the issue remained unresolved. • Attempted transfer to HD premiere team, but their office had closed due to the lengthy call duration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DISAPPOINTED: Cloudy uneven backlight My 85” 2022 Frame has a clear problem with backlight showing patchy/cloudy areas. This spoils any dark scenes in movies and it’s not acceptable for such an expensive TV. After many frustrating support calls Samsung refused to repair/replace stating there was no problem. See for yourself in images. This is not a conscientious company and if others experiencing this issue are interested in class action law suit against Samsung please reply. Buy at your own risk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from UN-EVEN BACKLIGHT / PATCHES Backlight is very patchy/uneven - this shows up as 'clouds' of light when watching movies in the dark, or dark patches when looking at artwork that has lots of solid flat color. Also Samsung customer support is a nightmare to deal with (they denied repair/replace after many weeks of repetitive support calls). Please spare yourself this ordeal and do not purchase this product. I have an 85" 2022 model. On the bright side the anti-glare coating is nice and the picture is good enough, but please, seriously, this product is defective and Samsung are not a conscientious company!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great at glare reduction, lacks in picture quality My living room is surrounded by huge windows bringing in tons of light. I have tried everything to blockit, but the sun finds a way. Wife and I were tired of tacky window coverings and were excited when we found the Frame TV. The matte finish has all but eliminated any glare. That being said, the picture quality has lots of room for improvement. I assume a year or two to get all the kinks worked out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How is there no install guide online? It's absolutely insane to me that Samsung does not offer an installation guide for the Slim Mount system for this TV. When I spoke to a representative, they said that Samsung does not have access to this document on their end and directed me to contact Angi, the recommended professional installation partner. When I spoke to a representative at Angi, they seemed offended that I would request the installation guide when I did not pay for them to professionally install the product. This is LAUGHABLE. Is this a scam to force people to pay extra for professional installation, or just plain terrible customer service?

The filters are perfect, super easy to load your own pics through the app. Controls work very well with different voice assistants (need to configure it), picture quality is amazing and sound is great too, I prefer my 7.1 home theater any day, but there were time I didn't realize the sound was actually coming from TV and not my home theater, it's pretty solid. No strain to the eyes, light adjustment works flawlessly and a feast to watch animal and nature documentaries! Gaming is soo smooth! Movies are fun to watch due to the black contrast -- particularly dark horror movies look amazing on this screen, best screen to watch GOT! You can see never seen before details on the screen.

As with all The Frame TV's the ability to display art from Samsung's library or your own photos makes the TV more versatile. I would recommend The Frame for anyone who wants a great TV but also the ability to display art work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall good BUT No ambient mode ! overall tv looks great but my tv doesnt have ambient mode available. i have 85” frame tv 2022 model. specs says it has ambient mode but my tv has no ambient mode to select. i spent almost 45 minutes samsung tv support and tech person said my model has no option for ambient mode. i went back and double checked specs listed and ambient mode has been listed in specs list. disappointed that the feature i wanted most is not available in this model. i plan to call live customet care support to clarify this. i may return this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A TV that has a mind of its own this is an expensive television which decides what it wants to do and when. the first issue is that it turns itself on in the middle of the night. the second issue is that it turns itself off at random intervals which is fristrating. art mode sometimes works but often doesnt. the additional frame we purchased did not quite fit and the quality was not good enough. a very friendly customer service rep initially wanted to help but has since gone quiet. bottom line… id like to return this tv

During March Madness I had the TV split into 4 to watch all the games at once! I paired this with a Samsung soundbar, the TV had good sound on its own but the soundbar added the extra experience when watching live sports. We also love that it displays art while sitting idle. Mounting the TV was a bit of a challenge just because of the size but the mount and instructions were easy to follow. Took about 1 hour to get it hung on the wall. Overall I would recommend this TV to any entertainment lover looking for a theater TV experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Anti-glare/no reflection. Absolutely incredible anti-reflective coating. I have a 75" Standard Q-led and I have had the 85" The Frame now for several months. I'm blown away by the quality of both, but "The Frame" TV is outstanding. Sunlight will glare off the wall behind and not the TV. Expensive but worth the price in quality. Only issue I've had is that I (my wife...lol) forgot to put remote up high and the dog finally found and chewed it up... not the TV's fault.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, picture and sound. The Frame TV works great. The picture and sound is great and the best thing is no glare on the TV. It's very easy to setup and works great with the Smart Things app. In frame mode, the Art looks very good. It's just hard to find free ones or the ones you can just buy without a subscription. The sound from the TV is good and it gets very loud with just the TV speakers. The picture quality is great, no glare and I was able to calibrate the picture using my Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective Screen after 2 years and Samsung won't h After just two years, the picture on my 75" frame has a big grey spot taking up the middle of the display. Samsung says it's out of warranty so they won't do anything for me. This is a common problem known as dirty screen syndrome. I spent thousands and Samsung left me hanging with no support.
