Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, bad OS and annoying pop-ups Overall the picture is top quality. The matte screen is awesome in my living room with tons of natural light. Unfortunately I don't care much for the AI features. Tends to make the picture look a little too extreme and overprocessed. Also the built in operating system isn't very good. I especially dislike the fact that it will force intrusive pop-up ads for the AI features that cover the screen even when using another source at least once per day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Maximum theater style It makes you feel as thoughtyourreally in the movie theater the sound is pristine. The viewing is being able to see every blade of grass, every wave rush to the beach, it's truly makes you feel as though you there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constant failures After 48hrs the tv started rebooting itself. I had to take the tv down from being mounted on the wall or else techs would not work on it. IT'S VERY HEAVY AND FRAGILE. They replaced the main board and all seemed fine. A few days later we developed a line down the screen from top to bottom. At the text supports request I attempted to fix the tv by performing a hard reset. The line stayed but it started rebooting again. Waiting for my second tech visit. Have only gotten maybe 3 whole days out of the ridiculous purchase. I learned my lesson.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture This TV does everything very well. There are no light reflections from windows during daylight hours and lights in the room at night. This is a must have if your room has lots of windows. I highly recommend this TV for all types of viewing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerboard issue on 83" S95F - Do NOT buy Do NOT buy the 83" variant of the S95F. The power board for this size has major issues causing the TV to restart in high brightness scenes. My unit started having issues within 2 days and I thought I got a lemon. However, my replacement unit started having the same issue after 4 days. I returned the 2nd unit as well and replaced with 83" LG G5 and couldn't be happier. The G5 has been running flawlessly. A quick reddit search will surface that Samsung OLED TVs have power board issues. There are hundreds of complaints online. Its unfortunate since the picture quality is near perfect but Samsung QC issues are worse than a start up. Samsung, please improve your QC process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 weeks of ownership and it's been a NIGHTMARE Recently bought the 83" S95F and when the picture has worked, it looks good. Unfortunately, it has not worked since day one. Samsung technicians have been out several times at this point and have identified that it is indeed the television but are replacing parts one by one which is taking a long time to come to a resolution, considering this is brand new and has not worked since it came out of the box. For the reviews, Samsung says we shouldn't talk about service and only the product, but since service is apart of the customer experience it very much needs to be talked about. The local contracted technicians are helpful, but 1800SAMSUNG is rude, unhelpful and disinterested in resolving my problem. When wanting to be made right on their top of the line model that hasn't worked correctly, they will not help. I'm resigned to have this tv replaced, piece by piece, over a long period of time until the return date conveniently has passed. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that there were no managers on duty. Having worked in a call center, I know what a lie this is. This has been the worst experience I've had with a luxury tv ever. I've been a loyal LG customer for over a decade, and begrudgingly was trying the S95F due to what was supposed to be a better experience. Maybe I'll come around if this is ever rectified, but as for now, I recommend to think twice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A perfect TV and world class customer support! First of all, this TV is PERFECT. The quality is insane and I have never enjoyed such a vibrant and smooth experience while watching TV, movies, and playing video games. No lag, perfect crystal clear picture, no glare! Assembly was pretty straight forward. Installing the TV stand is a bit unnerving while trying to instal with the TV still in the base of the box it comes in, as instructed to do in the directions. Much easier with a second person helping but still not as easy as I feel like it could be. Once the stand is mounted it is rock solid and easy to lift the TV into place. Unfortunately my TV arrived with a defect and did not work. My heart sank, but the Samsung customer support made it easy to request a return and replacement. All I had to do was upload a few pictures and explain the issue and within a few days Samsung had the defective TV picked up (I didn't even have to pack it) and a brand new TV delivered. The new TV works perfectly and I was so relieved. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled so well by Samsung and I am grateful to their entire team for helping me so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Antiglare The picture and tv antiglare are amazing. The TV went totally black 14 days into using it. Service is coming out next week, so we'll see how that goes. Our TV is in a bright room and it is amazing when it works. I paired it with a Samsung sound bar and it truly is amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brightest 83" WOLED Amazing Contrast & NO Glare The S95F 83-inch RGB Tandem OLED that has amazing brightness, and color with true blacks and never having OLED previously. TV, movies, gaming is superb through Xbox/PS5 Pro. The RGB Tandem WOLED (same panel as the LG G5 83-inch OLED). This TV is actually brighter than the 83-inch LG G5. The colors on the S95F are wow factor. Filmmaker is great w/limited tweaking. We love dynamic for some tv, and all cartoon type shows, and we have liked AI Optimization run both color and sound which some don't like. We are lovers of punchy colors and brightness which is a Samsung trademark. Upscaling is fantastic compared to older Samsung TVs. We had no issues with smoothness whether in fast movie scenes or gaming and for gaming OLED TVs are wow. The TV panel is super thin and solid build and heavy stand, one connect box is great in our opinion as some don’t like it but if you wall mount it is a real treat and for us it is attached to the center stand on the back and so you don’t see any wires and still have easy access to the 4, 2.1 HDMI ports and paired with a Samsung HW-Q990F home theater for Q-symphony sound which is wow with movies, TV, and games. No issues with the glare free screen no raised blacks, contrast is amazing and we have the 77-inch QD OLED S90F glossy screen and contrast is fantastic on the glossy but no loss on the 83-inch S95F due to its amazing processing and brightness. Our TV is in a wall of windows living room, perfect on the bright days and just as amazing at night, no raised blacks due to brightness and processing. Get the S95F 83-inch as they won’t have another like it.
