Great images poor dependability
Has a fantastic screen clear vivid images. Unfortunately, had to have the TV card repaired twice within the first 7 months of owning it. Was down for long periods due to the slowness of the service department to respond. Did awesome job with games.

Delivered and installed from Best Buy. Had tv wall mounted. Phenomenal picture v and very easy install of apps.Plugged in connections from previous tv and it was plug and play, no problems with it. Viewing angle from anywhere in my livingroom being an OLED TV. Pleasantly pleased!

Exceptional Display
We were looking for a bigger screen TV (replacing 65" Samsung TV) that would work well in a darker room as well as more real estate for viewing. Preet at the Norman, OK, Best Buy is the store rep to talk to. He explained the features of the 83" Samsung S90F, how OLED over QLED would work in our darker setting. He was specific in meeting our needs regarding the type of stand we needed for our setup. He also explained many other features sold us on the Samsung 83" S90F OLED TV.
This TV has a crisp, clear picture. Setting up out of the box was very quick and straightforward. The user guide to customize personal settings very user friendly.
We also added Samsung - Q-series HW-Q600F ATMOS 3.1.2 Ch Soundbar with Subwoofer, per the recommendation of Preet.
Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

If you're looking for a TV that instantly elevates your home theater setup, this model delivers in every way that matters. Its picture quality is nothing short of exceptional—vivid colors, deep blacks, and beautifully balanced contrast make every scene feel cinematic. Whether you're watching a brightly lit nature documentary or a moody drama with lots of shadows, the display handles it all with precision and depth.
Where this TV truly sets itself apart, though, is the upscaling performance. Lower-resolution content—HD broadcasts, older movies, even compressed streaming videos—come through with surprising clarity. The processing intelligently sharpens edges, reduces noise, and enhances textures without overdoing it. It maintains a natural, film-like look while still giving older content a subtle refresh. This is especially impressive for people who still watch a lot of cable or have a large library of non-4K content.
Motion handling is smooth, the panel uniformity is excellent, and the TV manages to deliver premium performance without requiring endless calibration. Out of the box, it already looks fantastic.

Stunning Visuals, But Not Without Flaws
mostly impressive experience. Picture quality is its strongest asset—colors are vivid, blacks are deep, and contrast is sharp, making movies and games look stunning. The sleek design and thin bezels give it a premium feel, and the Smart Hub interface is intuitive and responsive. Streaming apps load quickly, and voice control adds convenience. Gaming performance is excellent with low input lag and smooth motion handling.
However, it’s not perfect. The built-in speakers are underwhelming—dialogue lacks clarity and bass is weak, so a soundbar is almost necessary. Brightness in daylight is also a challenge; glare can be distracting and peak brightness doesn’t always hold up in sunny rooms. Occasionally, the system lags when switching apps or adjusting settings, which breaks the otherwise smooth experience.
Overall, it’s a solid TV with great visuals and smart features, but audio and daylight performance need improvement.

Outstanding Picture Quality and Smooth Performance
I’ve owned several high-end TVs over the years, and this 83” S90F genuinely impressed me right out of the box. The OLED panel delivers incredibly deep blacks and vibrant colors without looking oversaturated. Dark scenes in movies finally look the way they’re supposed to — no blooming, no washed-out grays, just clean contrast and detail.
Brightness is stronger than I expected for an OLED, especially in a well-lit room. HDR content really stands out, and streaming 4K movies look crisp and sharp. Even standard HD content benefits from the upscaling — it’s noticeably cleaner and smoother compared to my previous TV.
Motion handling is excellent. Fast-paced sports and action scenes look fluid without that artificial “soap opera” effect when settings are adjusted properly. Gaming performance has also been very responsive with low input lag.
The design is sleek and minimal, which works well in a larger space. At 83 inches, it’s immersive without feeling overwhelming. The smart interface is fast and easy to navigate, and everything loads quickly.
Overall, this TV feels like a true premium upgrade. Between the picture quality, smooth performance, and size, it’s easily one of the best displays I’ve owned.
