The brightness and richness of the colors really makes it like a whole other experience. Whether you are a first time buyer or a long time owner such as myself, if you wish to experience that breathtaking moment of feeling like you are seeing the next step in a technology, I highly suggest you give Samsung Oled Televisions a try.

It does not generate heat (currently in a heat wave!), but a very bright picture, clear, clear, clear. It's better than being there! Initially, I thought 77 inches was too huge, but now I've gotten used to it and it's the perfect size. I am still working on adjusting the green - watch a lot of futbol, and seems a bit much. 4K is awesome, chose not to go to the latest 8K - this is plenty clear for me. Summer of the Olympics, perfect timing to watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super bright and uniform Coming from an LG WOLED this Samsung QD OLED is a lot better. It has much brighter colors and more importantly much better uniformity, no banding in both light and dark scenes, and no pink or green tinting. Very clean image.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic TV I've owned 4k TVs for years, but this TV bkew all the others out of the water. The best part is how good it looks in a bright, daylit room. My old TV was almost unwatchable but with the Samsung you can barely tell the difference from nighttime viewing. Even at night, lamps and other lights' reflections barely show up in the screen. The software is fast as is the startup time.

Love the remote and the fact that you can either charge the remote or leave it face down for it to solar charge. Researched several tvs before deciding on this one and I'm glad I went for it.

The back panel is not good build quality and I can’t put cover on to back panel if as mounting brackets prevent it. The smart OS is not good. Apps crash. Had to reset smart hub few times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QD OLED is amazing! QD OLED is a game changer! It's the same experience as watching HDR content for the first time is had on the KS8000 model. The colors are so vivid and lifelike, the picture is amazing. It upscales very well and I love watching content and playing video games on it. Speaking of which every port supports 120hz 4k which is huge. The interface is easy to use and I love the options that settings gives to be able to calibrate and customize the TV. Overall do yourself a service and get this model while it lasts or one of the newer ones. QD OLED is the future!

After last couple of years trying to get my hands on a large OLED TV that wouldn't require a second mortgage to the house, I found this beauty. I got the 77 inch model, which was a reasonable increase in size from my old LED 65 inches. TV is very thing but surprisingly heavy, so becareful if planning to put it on the wall. Picture quality is amazing, very rich colors and deep blacks. Playing video games at 120hz is an experience on its own. Did I mention it comes with the XBOX cloud gaming out of the box? No console needed. Overall great purchase if you can find it at the right price.

This tv does have higher risk of screen burn in. I have Samsung led from last 10year but I hear that the newer model are prone to failure and should get 5 years extended warranty. Extended warranty from Samsung for this model is very expensive

The OLED display is fantastic, especially the contrast ratio—the inky blacks and bright whites create an amazingly vivid image. The AI upscaling is also one of my favorite features, taking lower-resolution content and transforming it into a much clearer and smoother picture. Though I did notice there are occasional pauses in the UI, it's never bothered me too much. Overall, it’s a solid investment for anyone seeking a top-tier TV experience.

Setup was super easy and getting the setting tuned was a breeze. Works amazing with my PS5 and game mode has been awesome,plus being able to see the FPS in-game was a nice touch. Been a loyal Samsung fan for a while and this tv helped solidify it for a while.

The only thing I'd hope is that newer models are able to deal with motion better, as with this set an object moving against a static background quickly produces artifacts as the tv attempts to keep things clear but struggles. Otherwise, the picture is wonderful.

The menu system is really easy to go between cable, streaming and gaming. Easiliy connected to our Sonos sound system so movies are theater quality. Finally football season is here and the picture is so good, it's like I never watched the sport on TV before. We are big fans of Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really happy with the picture not the sales tactic I purchased the s90c 77 during the Memorial Day sale directly from Samsung for pickup at BestBuy. That process worked fine. I’ve had 2 issues. The first one was during the purchase I worked via chat and thought I they included an extended warranty. After receiving and setting the TV the picture is phenomenal. In August my HDMI port 2 just stopped working. I called support and within an hour they arranged for a repair. That is when I learned I didn’t actually have the extended warranty. I feel this was deceptive during the purchase. Now that I have had an issue within 3 months I am even more upset that I wasn’t given the extended warranty. It’s really hard for me to suggest TV even though the picture is outstanding.

Sound quality is great and is paired with a Samsung sound bar. We are considering upgrading to the Samsung 83-inch OLED tv or the 98-inch QLED Neo. Truely a gift for those with visual issues and fantastic for all viewers. We use several streaming services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality TV and picture quality I have been waiting for the 2nd generation QD OLED panel to go sale. When it went on sale, I am glad I jumped on it. The TV is slick looking and has the image quality I want. Since I also have the Q990B soundbar, this TV allows the speaker from the TV to work in conjunction with the soundbar. That's a great feature. So far the only issue I have is when I stream movies to the TV from my home server. 99% of the movies play just fine but there's 1 I have found thus far that won't play. I am still trying to figure out why it won't play. When I streak that same movie via the Apple 4K TV, it plays fine so there must some video codecs Samsung can't process.

In one word, this TV is just “WOW”! The clarity and colors are brilliant. I have never seen black levels like this on a TV before. I streamed some test 4K YouTube sample videos and everyone was amazed at the picture quality. Network sportscasts are absolutely stunning.

After breaking everything in and getting settings adjusted to my liking I feel the quality has improved even further. I've not changed a majority of my electronics to samsung products due to the quality of my S90C.

The 2 installation guys were extremely professional and had our wall mount and tv installed in less than an hour. We are extremely satisfied with the whole buying experience thru Samsung and have recommended this site to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing OLED Great OLED overall from deep blacks to crystal clear vibrant colors. Hard to go wrong across the board these days but Samsung is my favorite based on brightness. It gets very dark for your blacks but yet keeps enough brightness so you see what’s going on. The sound is actually pretty good for a TV if you don’t upgrade with a soundbar. From 4k movies, regular streaming to gaming, this is an amazing TV. Also, no glares from lamps or exterior light from sun.

Which the picture and all is great, just you have to be able to get online with an account to even download the programs which are on the box of the tv. Issue I had was I had my mothers cell phone as the one to do the 2 step verify, why was this an issue, she passed away in 2020..... I had gotten her a samsung plasma tv and set the account up with her phone number and everything else with my information since I bought the tv and I traveled a lot so if there was an issue, she could verify with her phone. Well first person on the phone connected to my tv and I verified where I got this tv and when and so on. They could not get the program to download since that phone was no longer active and will take 2 weeks to become active with a new number even with me able to log into the e-mail, know the password, and tell all the other information. I was given another number to call which should be able to get things done that day. Well the next person just told me make a new e-mail account and redo all the stuff if I wanted to use the tv before the 2 week wait time. So the higher support is none. If you have problems the support system is not there for the bigger issues. To download a free program is a bigger issue I guess since I can not use the tv for all the things advertised and accounts I have paid for. Any electronics I purchase, I need some decent support. So I would not recommend samsung at all for the higher end purchases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good and bad I purchased this tv and after about an hour or two of using it I noticed the picture not filling the entire screen. For example: the top side and right side of the screen has big black bezels and after looking closely you can see the picture not filling the entire screen. The picture will fill all of the bottom and left side of the screen but the top and right side is a whole 1/4 - 1/2 inches thicker than the other side. This will change from side to side at random times and does this on all platforms, Samsung tv, Samsung home page, ps5, YouTube tv, etc… Samsung has came out and replaced the mother board and I’m still having the same issue. They are replacing the panel next week but it is an annoying problem. Now I have a tv that is pieced together with a different mother board and different panel. Not what I was expecting for a $3k tv. I really wish I just returned it and got a whole new tv.

I mainly watch streaming shows and sports on this and so far it hasn't disappointed. Although I haven't tried gaming on this yet. It's brighter and colors are more punchy on this compared to the LG. Although low bit-rate contents are slightly better on the LG. Overall this a must have TV for sport fans.

I have gone back and rewatched several movies and the picture quality is so great, it is as if I'm seeing details for the first time. When my son is playing Xbox, the picture is equally great and really improves his gameplay. The interface in very well done and simple enough that my 77 year old father can figure it out. The picture is so amazing, it is similar to the difference between a tube TV and a new HD television. The colors are vivid, the sound follows the action and I am so happy with the purchase.

I spent way too much time researching for review after review & hour after hour on site doing comparisons of different models when this wins in all categories hands down. The colors & brightness are insane-! The contrast & sharpness are mind blowing when I have friends over watching football or baseball play offs! Movies like AVATAR might even be better than 3D in the theater with the absolute ridiculous colors!! Better views than the stadium or any theater! This is next level viewing entertainment! It's like I'm right on the field with the best seat watching the game! Needless to say I'm more than a little excited to have this in MY house. Regardless of what your think about replacing this is the one to get without a doubt-!!

Not great but good with enough pop to keep most happy. But to me everything looks artificial. Even after having the set calibrated I was still put off. The worst part is the software. Seems to have been written by undergrads looking for extra credit. It's also a pain to switch between devices when going through my Marantz Sr7015 receiver. The unit didn't recognize my Definitive Technology BP9080's. After 3 days the set blinked off for no apparant reason. It's on. It's off. ENOUGH! The S90c is gone back and a new Sony A80l 77 inch is in its place. Sorry Samsung you didn't come close to living up to the hype.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pass if you use a local media server Amazing picture, disappointing network connectivity, non-existent customer support. The picture quality is amazing. The difference in blacks from led/lcd to oled is dramatic. As with all modern TV's that have an ethernet port, the ethernet port is a 100/10 port, limiting speed to a maximum of 100Mb/s. (An almost 30 year old technology that was surpassed by 1000/100/10 ethernet ports 25 years ago.) Unfortunately the TV does not support USB to ethernet adapters, (I tried using the Cable Matters adapter that worked well on my old LG TV, but the Samsung doesn't even recognize anything was plugged in.) leaving users with media servers hosting 4K HDR movies either needing a VERY strong and stable Wi-Fi connection or looking for something other than a Samsung TV. There is also no way to get a good network speed test with the TV. The only way to perform a speed test is through the built in web browser which is so slow it hampers the test itself. Customer 'support' - between online chat and the phone I spoke with at least 8 different people each either giving me a phone number to call or transferring me to a different department. The last number I called before giving up couldn't help me unless I had an account, which I do. They were unable to find my account with my phone and email address even though the number I called them on greeted me with my name and referenced my resent purchase I made directly through Samsung using my Samsung account. The only positive things I can say about Samsung support was at least the waits weren't long and those I spoke with were courteous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV Great Until Picture Black - Samsung Denies Fix Similar to other reviewers (I'm beginning to suspect a Samsung knows there's a defect in some of their 90c models and they are hiding that fact), I bought a 77 inch OLED S90C a few months ago 9/1/23. The TV worked fantastic in the beginning which is why this isn't a complete 1 star review. Then 1 month or so into it, the screen would randomly turn on in the middle (picture halfway through the entire screen, black on the other). Then, a few more months into it, the screen turned black completely, only audio. I called Samsung MULTIPLE times with multiple tickets. They refused to refund or repair the TV because A) They claim it is unrepairable and B) they are claiming internal damage, but refuse to specify how they came to that conclusion considering the TV is in perfect condition. I'm working on a small-claims court lawsuit right now that Samsung willfully acknowledges a defect in the 90c models and is covering it up claiming owner fault.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constant Rebooting Purchased this unit to replace my 2019 Q900 8k, which I'm a little salty about already after the backlight blew out. Purchased this unit and had the delivery date changed multiple times over 2 weeks. Finally got the unit and it randomly reboots. The warranty reports that it expires Dec 31st, 2023 even though I purchased it through Samsung on the 25th of August. Factory reset the unit (multiple times) Unplugged all external cables and devices. Put the unit on battery backup. Tested electrical outlets. The unit reboots constantly.. can only watch 20-30 minutes of football at a time. Super disappointed with Samsung to the point that I don't think I can afford to give them my business.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service Don't buy it on Samsung website, I would not recommend it! the service is terrible, I have waited for my TV for 89 days and later they told me that TV is canceled. they have refunded me though, But in order to buy a TV from Samsung you have to place 2 orders. After getting the TV RXO team took 3 weeks to install it on my wall with wall mount. The installation team did a bad job which made me to do it my self, lesson learnt if you are capable please do it yourself. My experience with Samsung is very bad hope yours might not be! All my 3 months of time wasted :-( Imagine calling Samsung every time your delivery date changes they say it will be delivered soon, after 89 days they say it is cancelled. I have gone through rough patch I will buy appliances now from store ONLY! But the TV is great I like it but the struggle to get it is not worth it !

It actually was not a clear as i expected it to be and while setting it up it would turn off on its own and reset and trun back on again. this happened randomly throughout the week without even touching and settings. I researched to find out that other people were having the same problem with the TV. I decided to return the TV with much disappointment. I decided to purchase the NEO QLED instead. it is a much better TV for less money. I did not want to exchange for the same model in fear the next one would reset on its own as well. I have 4 Samsung TV's and I am happy with all of them. Its unfortunate the OLED did not meet my expectations. It is very difficult to replace my 13-year-old Samsung Plasma Tv. At 680 hz refresh rate it is hard to complete with it. I do not know why they do not make them anymore. it is still a superior TV overall.

It serves our purpose it feels like we’re at the movies but in our own home. What a blessing. Wow we love all the features and color the screen is perfect. We recommend this series.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arrived broken, and Samsung will not replace Arrived with a damaged screen and Samsung will not replace the TV, they only offer a refund upon return. So I shipped it back and I tried to order a new one, but they will not honor the original price I paid because I used my AAA discount. The TV is now $500 more than what I paid and that is beyond my budget. Very annoyed the lack of support with my order.

I have questions about how to operate the unit and features and when I went online to read the manual I found there were 240 pages of material, for a tv of this price I would think it would be included. For old hands the remote is difficult to hold and operate easily.

Service Technician, very polite, shows up a 10 days after call with a replacement board - did not work. Solution failed, after 10 days more of no contact my service call was cancelled. Samsun Cancelled my service ticket 3 weeks later stating "Reason: Reschedule for later". This TV should have been replaced. AVOID Samsung!

This is now my second review of this tv and both were not very good. My first review was for an issue I had where the picture would shift from side to side and would not fit the whole screen. I spoke with Samsung reps and they could not figure it out, had a tech come out. He could not figure it out. They replaced the motherboard, still didn’t fix it, even went to replace the entire 77” panel right in my living room. Still didn’t fix it. Well fast forward to about 2 weeks ago, I was going through settings and found pixel shift which fixed the entire problem. Not a single Samsung employee could figure it out. Just a simple setting. Now then to my review this time. I am not having a seriously bad picture noise on all platforms. The picture noise setting only has auto and off which neither make a difference. It has become so bad that I don’t even like using this television. Bright scenes are fine, but as soon as there is a dark scene it is nothing but picture noise, and it’s unwatchable. I think Samsung has some training for employees and software things they need to weed through. All together I was not happy with this product, even after doing months of research I knew it is what I wanted to my tv for the next 5-7 years. Now I am stuck with this huge expensive screen that is un watchable. I wish I spent the money and waited for a Sony product.

I've had several OLED TVs and this series offers a huge improvement in brightness and color, something I missed when I moved from a high end LED to OLED several years ago. This did well in bright or dark rooms. The only downside is that they still don't support Dolby Vision and I haven't found a lot of HDR10+ content. Also, more of a suggestion, but I wish more manufacturers offered higher bitrate streaming options. I believe there's only one that does and also requires specific options. Everyone streams these days and there's compression involved that didn't give you the BEST possible experience. With 1-10gbps residential Internet options, hopefully we'll see that improve with time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 77 inch S90C OLED 4K TV I use TV to watch Satellite TV, Stream And U-Tube. I use it with my Denon 6700 tuner. The picture is good. The remote control for TV is Junk!. There is no simple way to choose which hdmi input TV is on or to change hdmi input. Turn on TV and screen comes on then switches to screen saver screen. Very frustrating. 3000 dollar TV and you cant get it to stay on hdmi input that you need!

It took a couple of weeks to even get someone to come to the house to determine what was already obvious and then another two weeks for the part to show up. The screen replacement shows up insanely damaged so now I'm waiting at least another 10 days before they try to fix it yet again. DO NOT BUY THIS TV OR ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG

The colors are vibrant and the contrast is amazing thanks to the OLED true blacks. The features this TV has are top notch and allow you to customize & fine-tune everything from the picture settings to the audio and apps. The Tizen system is convenient but takes a little getting used to. The upscaling of content, especially streaming makes it an easy decision if you're considering cutting away from cable. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game Changing Picture I have owned many OLED TVs and was previously a fan of the LG OLED line. However, when the great value of the S90C came along I could not pass it up. Luckily for me, it was not only one of the best values in price, but the picture quality was seriously on another level. If you are coming from another OLED manufacturer you really need to see this in person to understand the difference. I had read that QD OLED gave a more vibrant picture but the change in colors really needs to be seen to be believed. Couple that with a brightness that is so strong it can handle most any bright room and you truly have something that is one of a kind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable TV Our TV is used for a variety of events. It's the family room TV so we have kids watching cartoons, videogames, sports, and movie viewing on a daily basis. It's our first OLED TV and it's safe to say we will not be going with a different tv ever again. We would not consider ourselves TV aficionados but you can see the huge differences OLED brings to the table. Our old LED tv couldn't display those dark scenes during the daytime. Our family room is very bright with natural light from several windows. This TV has no problem getting bright enough on the brightest of days outside. This TV truly delivers on every level for us, and it will for you too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was great until it wasn’t. We used the TV to watch… tv shows. It was very nice and clear until it went black after about four months. You could still listen to the show which was nice, but after we turned it off, we had no way to use the audio features. Now we use it to reflect images of the windows while we wait for a replacement TV. All in all we expect to be without a TV for a total of about two months of the first year of warranty. It was nice that they are replacing it, but not so nice in that the replacement’s warranty will just be a continuation of the first TV’s warranty. Given that the replacement is supposed to be new in the box ,it is hard to imagine why the TV could not be warranted for a whole new year given its predecessor’s total failure.
