From first power on to having everything set up and ready to watch took minutes. The on screen prompts removed all previous paint points I've ever had previously. Kudos Samsung on spending the time on user experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very impressive product The brightness of the 75 "tv is outstanding without seeming over bright or washed out I've always preferred a brighter screen and a lot of TVs cannot deliver this feature but this one definitely does especially excellent for movie Nights . Clarity is very impressive with this 4K picture this is the first 4K TV I've had and I'm Blown Away with the clarity of the picture. The contrast is very nice the blacks are very rich and dark it's great contrast in the picture. The 4K resolution as I mentioned earlier is outstanding. The upscaling is a very nice feature not to mention I love to pair my Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone to the screen and do a lot of work off of the TV and the phone.

Makes me not want to ever buy another Samsung TV. For the price it should be flawless!! Network card is also junk 10/100 come on, that's 20 years old. There's absolutely no benefit to hard wire, also update wifi card to wifi7. Everything we watch these days is on the internet.

What used to to be simple in older TV's is filled with un-removable bloat, ads, and Forced Samsung TV plus. All in the menu pushed up first so you have to scroll past it to reach the stuff you actually want.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad parts - old, scratches and wrong model TV delivered with wrong tv stand which is made for 75qn90c (2023), my tv model is 75qn90f (2025) and also the stand looks old with lot of scratches on it, which not even fits to tv panel, 2 out of 4 screws are looseso it's risky if we put tv on stand only on 2 screws as well. Tried calling support but no proper response. Returning soon if not resolved under 15 days as this seems wrong when you spent this much money and get old/scratches on product parts which not going to be fit to tv panel. I can provide photo proof if needed.

With bold colors and deep blacks the viewing experience is remarkable. Movies explode onto the screen in vivid detail, while sports and music entertainment are larger than life and so real, it make one feel you are at the event. The sound surprised us with a rich mix coming from the TV's speakers alone and allows for clarifying some movies muddy dialogue during background music. We prefer this TV over the OLED as we have had burn in issues with a different brand, and the QLEDs we have are perfect. Loyally happy in the fly over territory of the US.

I moved several times with that tv, but it lasted. Then around 2008 or so, I bought (used) a 40” Samsung lcd flat screen. I still have it, and it still works in my basement. I paid $800 used for this!! lol!! Then in 2015 I bought a Samsung 60”, not sure of the model, but it also still works flawlessly!! Now I purchased this 75”, and I LOVE IT!! Samsung when it comes to TV’s is top of the line!! Picture quality is phenomenal. Now I’m streaming everything these days, so I think picture quality is sacrificed, but not by much. Several of my friends think I’m crazy paying Samsung pricing, but I know the TV’s will last. I’m sure I could go get some crappy 100” tv model for less than what I paid for this, but I want the Samsung quality. So please treat yourself, and spend the extra money. Why would you want to buy a new tv every 2-3 years, it doesn’t make sense to me.

I also purchased the the q 990 sound system to enhance the sound quality. We are very pleased the whole package. When 4k programs are available the picture quality is unbelievably clear. The upscaling feature when viewing 1080 far exceeds our expectations . Paired with the Samsung sound system the package far exceeds any TV viewing experience we have ever had. The entire experience from purchase to delivery was exceptional. We live in a rural area and the experience was exceptional. The system sound connection was made easy thanks to the smart Samsung functions built into the TV. This our third TV in 25 years from Samsung and each upgrade has been very high on the “WOW” factor. Thank You for making the purchases a very pleasing experience.

I have had people come over and say what a beautiful picture on your tv. My Xbox and PlayStation both shine on this tv. I have it paired with the Samsung Sound Bar for the full Mancave effect. I have no complaints if you are looking for a great Qled TV this is it!!r

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Junk This tv has been awful since day 1. The speakers were supposed to be really good and they sound terrible. Like static sounding even at low volume. The screen has a white splotch in the bottom right thats always there in menu or app changes. And the primary use of this is my hard drive where i always see the white splotch. My hard drive freezes every time i change movies and I have to turn the tv off and back on to use again. Theres also burn-in after just 2 hrs of playing a game. It slowly fades away after several hours. But this doesnt inspire confidence that this tv will last. This is why I didnt buy oled. I really wish I did. Ive tried to return it afyer buying and the Samsung site has errors and it wouldn't let me. They only give you 2 weeks to return so that wasnt an option for long. Now im just stuck with it. Thanks samsung. Not what I expected when I spent $2,000 on a tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Shipping/Delivery I never even received the TV. I ordered it with a one month estimated delivery timeframe. A week before that estimated delivery they moved it another 3 weeks. I chatted and was told that I could pick it up but needed to talk with a rep at a toll free number. When I talked to a rep at the toll free number he basically said nothing could be done. I told him there could be something done; I cancelled the order. Why should I wait 2 months for delivery! It is shameful and disappointing given I have been going toward Samsung for appliances and electronics recently. My TCL QM8K was delivered in a week, and looks great; as good if not better than the 8-9 year old OLED it replaced.

Setup was simple and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate apps and settings right away. The picture quality is excellent — bright, vibrant colors with great contrast and sharp detail. Whether I’m watching movies, live sports, or streaming my favorite shows, the image looks rich and immersive. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great All Around TV! I love this tv. Fell in love when I saw online and then finally in my house. Every picture and everything is watch is so clear and beautiful. Very colorful when necessary, the movie modes are awesome and made several movies look even better, despite the fact that the AI does a very good job as well. Refresh rate is awesome, although It took awhile for the AI to get some things right about the picture, mostly when watching basketball games, but now it seems clear and bright enough that I don’t find myself adjusting the picture settings when watching basketball games. The ANTI-GLARE is so good, I forgot how that used to bother me with previous TVs. I blamed myself for having bad curtains but TV’s should be able to block out glares from windows, but also even a lamp and/or ceiling light, and this tv does this PERFECTLY! It usually loads fast, turns on and off fast, and the 4k on this tv really is 4k it seems. So dang clear and crisp. Even movies I grew up watching like Tarzan, spy kids, the incredibles!, all 4k on the paramount plus and Disney plus app. Hulu, Netflix. I buy 4k movies and watch it on my current gen gaming systems, but to see most movies come to full life, color and super crisp is a shock to me. I just stare at the screen and think “I love this tv”. Last tv I had this good was a 70 inch. Another family member’s idea for buy it and it was on the cheaper side. This tv was much needed on all fronts. And the gaming? Super beautiful, colorful and clear. For both XSX and ps5 games. Even shows like South Park & family guy pop out and give you that recording live/soap opera feeling.
