This one doesn't do that, but still maintains a clear picture. I like that it can wake up with my voice and I can use Alexa. It's easy to integrate with my phone. I like all the options I have with it.

The QN90D sound option is amazing. It's clear and so robust that we've put off adding Samsung's latest sound bar. Picture quality is outstanding when 4K or higher resolution content is available. Installation took two of us because of its size but setup/registration was a breeze and connection to a supplemental app equipment was seamless. Best TV we've ever owned.

When I turn on my TV the soundbar automatically comes on and I can control it with my TV remote. I also love the gaming features that are available. I can even play Xbox games straight through the TV, no Xbox required, just use my xbox subscription service. Overall very happy with this TV and would highly recommend.

I bought this TV (75 inches) expecting the same perfect experience or better. I made a big mistake when Best Buy sales guy told me that the product is not really good. Unfortunately, I have problems with dark and bright scenes. In dark scenes, the whole screen became totally dark; basically, I'm looking for a black screen just seeing subtitles. Bright screens are also problematic. In the daylight, it feels so nice to see all the details. At night time especially white screens are so bright that it hurts my eyes. I tried all the possible settings, but it didn't help. My wife also has complaints. She says the picture is kind of grainy compared to the curved model (65 inch, 7-year-olds, I believe). Basically, I'm not happy with this version. Please check the regular dark screen at the store before buying this product.

The brightness of the QN90D is, quite frankly, a revelation. It doesn't just "fight" glare; it ignores it. Even in the middle of a sunny Saturday, the Anti-Reflection coating ensures that I'm seeing the movie, not the reflection of my sofa. For a long time, "deep blacks" were reserved for OLEDs, but this Neo QLED changes the conversation. The Quantum Matrix Technology offers surgical precision. In high-contrast scenes-think stars against a pitch-black sky- the blacks stay deep and velvety while the stars pinprick with incredible intensity. The Neo Quantum HDR+ brings out textures in dark fabrics and shadows that I've never noticed in my favorite films before. We hosted a movie night recently, and I was worried about those sitting on the ends of the couch. I needn't have been. The Ultra Viewing Angle tech keeps the color 100% accurate even from the side. Plus, with the 144Hz refresh rate, the motion is flawlessly cinematic-no "soap opera effect," just smooth, natural movement during high-speed action sequences. The 4K resolution on a 75-inch canvas is breathtaking, but the real hero is the NQ4 Al Gen2 Processor. It takes standard HD streaming content and breathes new life into it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung - Near Perfect This is our primary TV in our home. The TV itself is one of the best I’ve seen for quality, picture, brightness etc. Such a beautiful picture. My only complaint (and it’s minor), is with the remote. Specifically the volume control. Pushing the button up and down obviously controls the volume. When the button is depressed in, the audio is muted. When turning the volume up and down, more often than not, you will inadvertently mute the audio. IMHO the remote would be great if there was a separate mute button.

Overall I am pleased with the TV based on the value but would advise on spending more money and moving up in quality if you are a TV snob like me!

Your delivery people picked up the TV on March 14 from us. Samsung picked up the TV from the delivery people's warehouse two weeks later. TO THIS DATE WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN OUR MONEY BACK. We originally paid for the TV on January 23, 2025. WE KEEP GETTING EMAILS THAT SAY THEY (SAMSUNG) IS STILL WORKING ON OUR CASE. We will NEVER buy another Samsung product---WHERE'S OUR MONEY?????

I enjoy all the features like the apps available and ease of menus to program selection. The only issue i notice is that profiles of various users get lost for some reason, and requires an extensive search and restarts to find profiles.

We called customer service/support and were told if we searched for the app and it does not appear, it is not available. We are not very happy with not being able to get apps that we previously got. We would NOT have purchased this product if we had known this prior to purchasing the TV.

After nearly 6 months of normal use of our financed QN90D Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV we began seeing horizontal and vertical lines in the TV screen. After multiple conversations with the Samsung Customer Service team Samsung sent a service Tech out to determine the cause on the lines on the screen. After examining and testing the TV the Tech indicated the TV Screen needed to be replaced. After several weeks the Samsung Customer Service team determined they would simply replace out TV with another like model TV. After nearly a month of communication with multiple Samsung Customer Service representatives we finally got a date to take delivery of another TV to replace the defective one. This has been a difficult and frustrating process.

Great to hear now that new streaming services are using more HDR10+. Integrates great with Samsung surround system and mirroring Samsung phone. The remote is simple but controls everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV With Excellent Picture I have the TV connected to a receiver and and mostly play PS5 games on it. My previous TV was a TCL that was barely 4k and did not have HDR. This TV has HDR and whether I'm playing games or watching shows or movies, the picture is excellent. Even watching darker shows now, it's so much easier to see what's going on thanks to the HDR. I can't comment on the sound quality as I'm not using the built in speakers.

This one I am very happy with, I thought I was going to be disappointed only because I planned to get an 8k, but at that time I really couldn't afford it. But the picture, sound, Seriously though the sound is very good with or without a soundbar. I use it for everything personally, from the obvious reasons like movies, TV, but also gaming with my Xbox Series X and use it (the TV) without my Xbox to play games. And honestly it plays very good. I've already recommended it to several people and family members who have switched to Samsung TVs and Phones. So yes, I'd definitely recommend it to you whomever may be reading this. I'm not just saying it BELIEVE ME,I'm a straight shooter and I'm not afraid to speak the truth about anything. The only thing I wish didn't change, is my credit that I've had through Samsung for a long time is now gone/ TD Financial isn't associated with them anymore. Oh and 1 other thing, for as much as I have spent on Samsung products, you'd think we'd get more rewards points and they should not expire.

Last tv was 15 years old, smart tvs have advanced a lot since then. The detecting active inputs or auto on my game system took some getting used to. The reason I purched this QLED model over the OLED was based on reviews I read that the OLED could have burn in. Another reason we chose Samsung vs the competition was for the anti glare feature. The tv is in a very bright sunny room. Our previous model did not do well during the brightest time of day. The QLED handles the qlare effortlessly. I would recommend the 90D series to anyone that has glare issues.

This set was recommended by a friend, and our AV contractor, so I was comfortable that it would be a good set. We "cut the cord" at the new house because we have fiber so chose to stream everything. This set has a quick response time switching between apps, and the Samsung home page is easy to navigate. Movies and live sports make up 90% of our viewing and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely buy again.

I am a big fan of samsung and the samsung TV+ service is one of the reasons I went with samsung for the replacement. We watch movies, stream, and I use it for gaming for myself and the kids. There is only one issue. Obviously it is a big heavy tv as I got the 75" version. The stand is correspondingly robust. The trouble is that I could not get the stand to sit just right on the TV so there is a small amount of lean to the TV. It is small, but noticeable unfortunately. After many tries and just not being able to get it right I had no choice but to live with it. There is a good chance this was just a defect on our tv, and every other aspect is perfect. I do not regret the purchase.

Colors are vivid and blacks are really black, with no blooming. Paired with the Samsung HW-Q990 Atmos soundbar, it's a perfect match. I sit about 11 feet away and the 75" is the perfect size.

It stood apart from the rest because of the oled-like quality in bright living rooms. My only gripe is the sound which is not great, especially during dialogs, but then again that's my excuse to buy a sound system! Overall I would recommend.

But not having almost nothing for instructions makes it difficult to figure out how to navigate all the bells and whistles. It also lacks any good information on picture optimization. But once I figured some of it out it is very good now. But still need time to see if I can improve on what I have learned. The TV sound is Terrible but great with their sound bar. The only issue is if you want to mount it to the TV you must take it back down to install it. It needs to be more operator friendly. Overall great buy and hope I get many years of enjoyment out of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service, Defective TV Purchasing this TV has been a terrible experience. I ordered the product from your online store and waited over a month for delivery. When I unpacked and hooked up the TV it seemed fine. Within 48 hours the screen developed a red vertical line and a white horizontal line on the screen. Tech services were unable to solve the problem and we elected to have the TV replaced. I was then told it would be another month to get a replacement. Then I was informed the delivery date would not be completed as originally planed. After numerous phone calls and chats with the customer service and never getting a straight answer we finally got a replacement nearly 3 months after the original order date. Every time I contacted your customer service I was told the issue was being escalated to find a resolution. It was almost comical how after making numerous calls to people I could never understand, they were reading from a scripted menu. ie. we are going to journey through this issue together, aside from your issue how is your day going today, we certainly understand that your problems are not acceptable. After numerous calls all the agents said the exact same scripted conversation. All the agents never had a resolution and every time the issue was going to be escalated and they would get back to me …which never happened. I have finally gotten a TV that works and I am grateful for that. All the issues with the first defective TV and all the hassle and time wasted trying to get a replacement and the terrible customer service left me very disappointed with Samsung. We have used Samsung TV for years. After this experience we will be changing to a different Brand. Shame on you Samsung………you need to get back on track!

I have a couple of issues that have not yet been resolved, I verbally mention the problem with the sound to best buy personnel, and they told me it might have been with specific broadcasting. The pitch suddenly goes up for a few seconds. I called Samsung , and the associate enter my TV remotely but the problem persists. case id 350678994. also a second call case id 2314604178. I do not know what's next.. I invested in samsung external sound , no help

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome BUT... you have to get lucky I heard a lot of bad reviews for this product, and I have to say it was almost the case with my product. At first, everything was fine, and then the wifi wouldn't connect immediately the day after, but a week later it's back to normal after connecting to the wifi modem for a week. The TV is great, but I sleep every day knowing that this might happen again. So far, it only happened once and lasted maybe a week. Its been 2 months and no issues so far. Customer service will try to not give you a replacement and is very slow and unreliable. Also you have to keep calling them and not give them a break. If I was rating customer service alone 1 star would be my review. I took one star for reliability and another for customer service. But the product if you get lucky is 5 stars.

I went from an old Vizio TV, 12 years old, and didn't noticed any differences. Even though this Samsung has a higher refresh rate it still looks the same. The worst part of this TV is the OS. I believe it has the tinzen OS, anda it's horrible. It lags bad! Even freezes up at times. When I try to access the input for my PS5, it doesn't show it sometimes. The didn't pay full price for this TV, since it was on sale, it else I would've returned it.

Almost gives you motion sickness with some programs you're watching. I have to turn it off and go watch a different TV in the house for some of our favorite shows. Even had samsung service technician come out and look at it and said nothing is wrong with the TV it's just how it is. Wouldn't recommend this TV to anybody

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible picture quality if not 4K Very disappointed in this. Had an OLED for years - but it suffered major burn-in and we didn't want to go to another OLED. So after a LOT of research and ambivalence, we pulled the trigger on this new 75" QN90D. It was delivered yesterday and is now set up. The picture under 4K content is beautiful/amazing. Of course the store we saw this in only displays 4K content on their demo TVs, never broadcast. However the picture under normal Cable broadcast (xfinity) is horrible. Colors are very orange. Faces are washed out. Movement during sports and movement in general is blurry/jittery. And Yes, we have now spent hours trying to adjust the plethora of settings. We're seriously considering just returning this under the generous Return policy.

This TV has completely transformed my viewing experience. The picture quality is absolutely stunning the colors are vibrant, and the contrast is incredible .Watching movies in HDR is a whole new level of immersion! As a gamer, I appreciate the low input lag , Playing on my PS5 has never been smoother, and the VRR support eliminates any screen tearing. It really enhances my gaming sessions! The smart features are also impressive. The Tizen interface is intuitive, and I love that I have access to all my favorite streaming apps right at my fingertips. Voice control works seamlessly, making it easy to navigate. Audio quality is also pretty good especially fallowing onscreen action and bass is extraordinary speech clear. Design-wise, it looks sleek and modern in my living room, and the cable management keeps everything tidy. Overall, I highly recommend the QN90D to anyone looking for a high-quality TV. I went from a 58" to this model in my Living Room, and the cinema experience is night and day. I also enjoy the interconnectedness between the TV and my Galaxy devices, which has brought together all of my smart devices into one Hub. Also, I have been playing a decent amount of video games, which this TV also excels at.

We wanted a larger tv since we mostly use it for streaming tv and movies. We wanted one with the latest features and are very pleased with it! The picture quality is fantastic and the sound is good also. We use it with a sound bar for extra bass. I highly recommend this Samsung model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally worth your money I’m using the 75” model and even if isn’t an OLED TV; black levels are amazing, but in dark scenes if you’re watching movies with subtitles there’s some blooming, this happens mainly in small images such as subtitles or titles where they’re surrounded by large black zones, but in general for larger colorful images the blooming is minimal. The UI is snappy and easy to use, and if your use a smart plug for LED strips or anything that you need to control, SmartThings allows you to activate or deactivate the device without having to stop the program you’re watching, simply press the gear button and the SmartThings logo next to settings with appear, and the area it needs is very little so it doesn’t create distractions when using the TV. The only thing I don’t like in general with Samsung TVs is, they don’t support Dolby Vision and basically there’s no content in HDR10+, however, that doesn’t means the image quality is bad, but Dolby Vision is something I’d like to see in such expensive TV. Even if this TV isn’t cheap compared to other models, totally worth paying the price.

What a win! We also purchased a soundbar but have not connected it yet due to the TV not quite fitting in the space. Once we fix that we’ll be able to review how the Q Symphony works with it. Totally recommend this TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noticable difference from previous year So I got this tv after my son tossed the remote and broke the screen of my previous year model. I selected the exact same model but the newest version. So I have noticed that there is some difference with software to start with. The welcome menu was different and isn't as user friendly as the previous year model. But I have noticed the screen is not as detailed as it was before. There are times that my 2009 plasma tv looks clearer than this neo OLED tv. I wish that I could fix my screen on my other neo OLED, but it is quite expensive just to replace a screen.

I've had large flat screens before, including 3 Samsungs, and none were equal in quality to this one. The picure is perfect and the size is just right. Samsung gave me a $200 credit for my 65" Samsung trade-in so I beat every on line price there was. Additionally, the TV was delivered in a seriously packaged container with a ton of styrofoam and wrappings. No regrets here.

We have the best cable package from Comcast (4k) and the TV doesn't look anything like it did at the store. I could have spent half as much and had the same picture quality.

The TV is fast and quality is very nice The only downside is that the volume is at times off and I need to constantly adjust but I am jot sure if it the poor quality of what I was watching on Netflix or the TV itself I like the thin design, but I am definitely happy I paid for installation because is so heavy

When these became available, it had everything I was familiar with and more. The color accuracy is amazing and the deep blacks that I've come to expect were better than before. All I want is a complete owner's manual and information on how to go from the home screen to the tv programs. It has been impossible to get this information from your Chat Box or your 800 number. As a 90-year young Registered Electrical Engineer, I have never seen communications so poor on a New Product.

Upgraded from a 65" by a competitor to this 75" Neo QLED 4K and we are consistently impressed We've had it 4 months and every time we stream something new, watch a movie or I play my PS5, something new catches us by surprise with the clarity, sharpness and quality of the picture and sound. Set up is so easy and Smart Things is great. We get notifications from our washer and dryer and other Samsung devices and can easily monitor our smart home right from the couch. I feel like I speak too highly about this TV and all of my Samsung devices, but the products do enough to prove that they should be considered when buying a new device with Samsung products available. We've purchased two different size TVs in this class in 4 months and I'm so pleased with the quality and functionality that I'm considering buying a third in the 8k line. I've never had to deal with customer service for a problem, but I wouldn't be shocked if it were a good experience as well. Keep it up Samsung. People are watching!

The TV is live and learn type of thing that you have to simply experiment with. Still don't know how to use many options.

I have it connected to an Xfinity cable box/DVR. Every morning when I turn on the TV it gives me only a 1/4 screen to run Xfinity. I literally have to unplug the HDMI cable and the power cable to restore regular picture. This never happened on my old Samsung. Avoid this model.

Unfortunately adding additional apps to the home menu is very difficult if not impossible with this TV. So far I’ve been able to add the services but can’t add an icon for easy selection, I must do a search each time. All that said, the picture is beautiful and vibrant. Remote is easy to use once you learn it and the sound is good.

In the end it was the surprisingly large percentage of great reviews. I had a 65” curved tv that we adored (what happened Samsung) . This tv is an absolute stunner . I have never seen a Super Bowl football game so crystal clear. I could see the reflection of the stadium on the players helmets and their sweat behind the visors. I came stream/ play games . This is a beautiful tv.

I have the Q990B and the TV with the Q-Symphony will make your room sound like a movie theater. Felt like a kid on Christmas Day as soon as I calibrated it using my phone and started watching. The TV is heavy for sure, my friend helped me but it wasn’t so easy mounting it. I thought why didn’t I get the professional mounting for $120! You may want to consider it if you’re not able to lift heavy items. Other than that the Q90N is the best TV I ever owned and I was replacing my 5 year old Sony TV.

It died on me one day and I tried to get the best TV I could reasonably afford to replace it. I'm blown away at how nice it is. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have this TV but the 2023 model First of all... WOW! I absolutely love this TV. We replaced a Sony and we should have done it sooner. The colors POP! The apps just load faster, and there are more variety. We have DirecTV stream, and Samsung has that as an app. We didn't need a third party device. The remote is really cool and easy to use and rechargeable with usb-c charging and solar charging capabilities. 4k is also incredible on it. When we have guests over, sometimes we will put on a 4k youtube video on and everyone just gawks at our tv. We paid a little more for quality as we expect to have this for a long time. The build quality is solid, the sound is great, the picture is great, and the price makes it worth it. we are extremely happy with the purchase.

Very disappointed that I cannot watch closed caption since I cannot turn on the microphone using your remote control. I can't find the switch on the bottom edge of the tv. I've tried many, many times and called service for help. I've used my phone to try to figure out where the switch is. Impossible for me to find it. Some shows Netflix, MAX, etc , it's not easy to understand what the actors are saying. I need the closed caption to claify. I also have Sonos Arc Ultra. What am I going to do with a tv that I cannot always hear and can't turn on the microphone?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprised! So far I give it this rating because it is my second Tv of the same model. I purchased one on 3/3/25 then had it installed & se it up a week later. It worked for two weeks then a yellow line appeared on the left side. I did all the trouble shooting advice from Samsung and what I found online; no success. I call Samsung support which was another negative. The rep guided me through everything I had done again and still same result; the line was there. By this point I was frustrated & the rep decided to see up for a service call. Since it was still under warranty & not even a month old I called Best Buy. I was able to exchange the Tv (same model & size). When they came to pick up the defective Tv I showed the Geek Squad tech the problem. He knew exactly what the issue was right away& said it would have to be opened up to repair. He said they would do it even though I was exchanging it for a new one. I had the new one set up the next day and tomorrow it will be one week. Have owned several Samsungs w/o any issues. My daughters 65” curved Tv Whig we had until I bought the new one never had any problems to this day & is over 15 years old. Hope this one lasts that long w/o problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not pleased with tv or customer service Tv has good picture quality. Sound is very poor. Should have known when they kept trying to talk me into buying a sound bar with it. Around 30% of the time when turned on the volume sounds “muffled” and the only way to fix this is to do a hard shut down. Had service over the phone and even a technician come out, this is currently the only way to fix it. They told me it’s a known issue and a software update will Be out any day now. That was over a month ago, still no sight of it. Very disappointed for a tv that was originally priced at almost 5000$. Should have known something was up when it was so deeply discounted. Of course the service department strings you along just long enough to be out of the free return window.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All Samsung TVs All the Time This TV is used primarily for streaming and gaming. I have it fully calibrated in bith filmmaker mode and game mode. There is never any motion blurriness or lag. Colors are fantastic, darks are more than sufficient for me. I had the same size in the 90A so I knew what I was getting. I am a little salty, that shortly after I bought the 90D, the 90F came out, and I had asked about model timing prior to purchase. I find it weird that they skipped "E", but whatever. If I ever have a more dedicated area with less light, I would like to try an OLED. I keep wanting to buy an 8K TV, but there is just no content or console gaming that warrants the purchase.

The picture quality is first rate and coupled with the sound system is truly theater quality. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase. This our second Samsung TV and both our extremely high quality and affordable great resolution. Our Samsung TVs are first rate quality products at a reasonable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Audio issues I also bought an S90D at the same time as my QN90D, and they both have an irritating problem with the audio volume jumping up for no apparent reason. I have tried every combination of settings, including disabling the microphone, and they both still do the same thing. I have both TVs for sale and will never buy a Samsung TV again.

I would all call out my experience in buying, customer support through online chat, customized my pricing as per my expectation and did a price match when the pricing dropped down in due course. Good to see Samsung hauling away the old TV with exchange price built. Truly a wonderful end to end experience. Kudos to the support team!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Research before buying. Did not realize for as advanced and expensive as this TV is it doesn't support Dolby Vision. Also there's a delay in audio in every aspect, movies, gaming, etc. Real annoying when there wasn't any issues with my Samsung Q7 this TV replaced. No, I would not recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV once assembled We stream everything, but have an antenna in case the internet isn't working. The picture is very good, I didn't think 4k would be that much better than the 2k I used to have, but it is a lot better. I don't think I have seen a native 8k picture so I don't know if it is an improvement. I use my 5.1 audio system for sound so I don't know about the TV's sound. The only complaint I have is attaching the base was very difficult because the fit is too tight. If the plate that attaches to the TV was slightly smaller it would be much easier to put together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture quality, does everything I need. Just got rid of my 8K TV and went back to 4k. This models coloring and picture is the best I’ve seen out of a 4k TV. The reason I went back was because my 8K TV was broken down for 9 of the 10 months I owned it. It had an over heating issue that kept frying the circuit boards. This 4K model doesn’t get hot and is much more reliable. Seems like a perfected version of my old Samsung 4K TVs. I have the 85 inch and it is massive but the picture looks great no matter if you’re close or far from the screen. I got the 90D because I have a massive window across from the TV and when it’s bright out I don’t have significant glare on the screen. I like this Neo Q tech much better than OLED. I just prefer bright more exciting coloring over the true coloring of OLED. Most people think OLED is better but I would challenge them to just look at both and choose what picture and coloring you like better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture is Amazing!!! I mostly use the TV for gaming & sports. Occasionally I watch movies and shows but not a lot. The picture quality is out of this world. The blacks are not washed out like a lot of tvs that can’t get that right depth & shade. The pixels are so finely tuned with millions of different color combinations that the view comes out so crystal clear you’ll believe you’re standing right there with whom or whatever it is you’re seeing on your screen. The audio that comes from this tv is amazing too! One of the few tv’s I’ve come across where a soundbar isn’t truly needed to hear the audio tracks. My only complaint is I wish I could get to my gaming console app without having to use a second menu. Should have allowed the App Store to load the game console app on the main Home Screen in line with the other apps like Samsung TV’s of past years.
