Six technician visits and many hours on the phone with Samsung. After multiple requests for a replacement, Samsung refused to repair or replace the tv, although one of the engineers who came out 4 times said he could not repair it. Still goes to screen saver in the middle of a show with no action from me. Many times I must shut off tv for a few minutes to get it to quit. We have Samsung tv, sound system., blue ray and others. Will never buy another Samsung product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s good…. I previously had an LG C9 (2019) and I needed to get rid of it bc of burn in and I owned Samsung tv’s before so I know they great! When I started doing research I was afraid of OLED again so I went for this tv and I was in love with the barely there bezels and how thin it was. When it arrived I was excited of course, but when it wall mounted the natural from the outside or other lights would cause a rainbow effect on the tv and also create more distraction than my previous tv. I was aware of the 2025 model with the matte screen but I couldn’t afford it. Although I’m happy with having a new model, I wouldn’t say I’m 100% happy bc of all the light reflection the tv shows. That is my biggest complaint, everything else lights UI, sound, picture is decent and don’t really have any issues. Would I get a Samsung tv again? Absolutely. I know I can somewhat fix the issue I have by installing curtains, but I haven’t done that yet.

After much research, I found and chose the Samsung 8k QLED tv. The price was right and I could pick it up asap. We love the clarity and all features of this tv. Especially that it combines with the HW Q990D sound bar. I previously had a Dolby Atmos receiver and 7.1.2 separate speaker setup. This is so much better. One remote and full control via the smart things app. I couldn’t be happier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good quality This TV has the best image you can see , it is super fluid the interface gives me the impression of being walking on my Pro phone on a much bigger screen , I love being able to control my entire smart home on the same TV without having to use my phone when I am watching a movie or series and what I enjoy most is being able to open my smart lock from the same TV when someone rings the bell , that is very cool , keep adding things like these that are really useful .

The picture quality is breathtaking.. colors are rich, vibrant, and true to life, while the clarity and depth make everything from movies to sports look incredible. The HDR performance adds an extra level of realism and the motion is perfectly smooth with no blur or lag. The sound quality is crisp and balanced, far better than most TVs I’ve owned and it fills the room nicely without needing a soundbar. The smart interface is simple, fast and very intuitive. All my favorite streaming apps were ready to go right after setup and switching between them is effortless. The setup process took only a few minutes and was very straightforward. The remote is minimal and responsive and I love how easily the TV connects with other devices. The sleek, modern design fits beautifully in my living room and looks much more expensive than it is. Overall, this TV combines stunning visuals, impressive sound and a user-friendly experience in one elegant package. I’m genuinely thrilled with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for quality, style, and performance in their next TV.

I was a plasma TV guy because of the refresh rate. The refresh rate on this TV is great which makes it perfect for watching sports or playing video games. It works seamlessly with my other devices. It has a very sleek minimalist design looks awesome mounted. All and all it is a great TV, I highly recommend it.

The 8K resolution, combined with the Neo QLED technology, delivers an image that's incredibly sharp, vibrant, and detailed. Colors pop with a richness and accuracy that's hard to fault, and the Mini-LED backlighting ensures deep blacks and stunning contrast. I was particularly impressed with the upscaling capabilities, which breathed new life into older 4K and even HD content. The sound system, while not a dedicated surround setup, is surprisingly robust and immersive, filling the room with clear and dynamic audio. The design is sleek and modern, with an almost bezel-less look that makes the picture the absolute star. However, it's not without its minor flaws. The price point is undeniably premium, and 8K content is still relatively scarce. While the upscaling is excellent, there's no substitute for native 8K. Also, while the local dimming is very good, some very minor blooming can be seen in extremely high contrast scenes. However, on Monday, 2/17/2025 the TV stopped working. There is no standby light and it will not turn on. I followed the trouble shooting remedies and it still wont turn on. I have been reading this is a common problem with Samsung televisions. I have been loyal to Samsung but may be leaving as their other products have issues as well (washer and dryer repeat breakdowns).

I mean this really is outstanding, It didn't follow my expectations, it exceeded. I'm surprised, with zero delay times. Everything feels so smooth and live to the touch of every button. It's incredible, and if that's not enough, I don't even use my remote anymore, all I do is talk to the TV and it does exactly what I ask it to. I feel like we can't get any better than this. Truly, I dare you to buy one of these and but believe me when I tell you, beware because once you go samsung, you never go back. It's so Live, so Vivid, so bright, the best video and picture quality that will ever exist.

What a beautiful and amazing TV, it has a workhorse of a processor, but unfortunately, it’s overpriced for what it delivers. There is no 8K available yet, but I wanted to have this TV just to be ready for what 8K content becomes available, but unfortunately, the 4k content in this TV doesn’t not look good at all, brightness is not great, and this tv does not do a good job upscale content that is not HD or 4k, so sadly, I had to sent it back, I couldn’t risk to relay on Samsung’s firmware updates to fix these issues, specially for the cost of this TV. I got a S95D instead and it’s much better, although not 100% great, but I’ll keep it.

Only cable available is 40+ feet used for outdoors. Seller can’t help. Samsung can’t help. IR doesn’t work in a cabinet yet no solutions offered such as an IR extension.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BUYER BEWARE! I ordered this TV and understood a full motion mount would be included. The regular mount arrived and I was told I would have to buy it. Okay, so I bought another mount and had it arrive for the installation day. I paid for the installation thought Samsung when I placed my order. The "installer" showed up ALONE to install a 75" TV. He said someone else was supposed to be there too but didn't show. I should have sent him away until they would come back together but my contractor's workers agreed to help him. The installer said that the full motion mount that Samsung sold me doesn't fit with my TV. So they used the original mount. While lifting it up, the Samsung installer dropped his end of my TV and it dented my mantle. (I had gone to work so I learned about this later after he left.) And it was installed crooked when I got home. I've taken it down so I'm left with an uninstalled TV. I've spent FOUR HOURS across two chats with customer service who offered me $75 for my trouble. Seriously??? The joke installation was way more than that alone. I told Samsung I want to return the TV and the customer service agent has repeatedly told me that I am still in the return window yet tells me that, despite being "escalated", the return is still being considered for approval. I was told I would hear from them in 24-48 hours and that was almost a week ago. It's all sad because I've owned two Samsungs in the past and really enjoyed them. This company is taking a nose dive. I AM DONE WITH SAMSUNG. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The screen is so crisp, so vivid, that I feel like I'm watching something through my window rather than on TV. The sound is pretty great too but when paired with a Samsung surround system then you go from watching TV to being transported to a movie theater. I've always been a Samsung fan but you guys really out did yourself this time. Price is a little high but you really do get what you pay for.

I use this TV for absolutely everything now from movies to playing my games on it! I would recommend this TV to anyone and everything. It is the best overall TV I have ever had and perfect for any house

However having a samsung account and being a loyal Samsung purchaser since forever, it was very upsetting I have never recieved points to my samsung account since I purchased at Best Buy. I only did this because Samsung would have had me pic up at Best Buy afterwards. Spent close to 10000 dollars and Samsung customer basically said sorry no points for me since I didn't go through the website. It's still a samsung product and registration is through them. What a disgusting practice and disgrace to the Samsung name that I truly love.

We use it for everything, game night, streaming on movie night, syncing our computer to it for school and work. I especially love it when me and my twin boys get to watch our favorite sports teams. The vibrant liquid like colors and booming theater quality sound is truly amazing. Now all I have to do is, try not to be a couch potatoe. I look forward to my next SAMSUNG purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from getting punched in the face for being a loyal cust I purchased the 75" Samsung QN900D 8K TV, in October 2024, on November 6th Samsung has RXO their delivery arm, delivers the TV, completely dead upon arrival, won't power on, nothing completely dead. I bought the Samsung Care plus 2 year additional insurance for the TV, my nightmare ?? was just starting 35 plus phone calls at an hour to two hours each for the next 2 months, RXO does not show up for three scheduled delivery dates they don't call me email me nothing they don't even keep the deliveries that were scheduled more phone calls to Samsung to try to force rxo to deliver the tv that is sitting on their dock they finally deliver the tv after almost 2 months and the TV arrives with a shattered screen at a TV number two they then take it back and another month goes by Samsung has all my money they have their TVs and they refuse to give me my money back or ship me the TVs at this point Samsung it appears is engaging in fraud they've kept my money they've kept their TVs and I can't seem to get a refund for my money back I have to now get an attorney to go ahead and force Samsung to at least give me the money back that I paid up front for the TVs that they sent me that were damaged and or broken think about this I'm not the only person that has gone through living heck trying to go ahead and just get a delivery made to them I am now forced to get an attorney to try to get my money back they're keeping my money they're keeping their TVs and I can't get them to return my calls any further it's fraud at this point so I urge anybody think twice because the only thing I did was step up to the plate with a big bag of money give it to Samsung and get nothing in return

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just stick to televisions. I received three damaged televisions from three different retailers, before I received one from a fourth that wasn’t damaged. All of the first three were damaged, clearly by mishandling at Samsung’s factory, because the packaging was intact. Yet, Samsung refused to assist me. The only reason Samsung receives three stars, is my fourth television is terrific. If it weren’t for Samsung’s efforts to get me to purchase networks from them, rather leave me alone, they would receive a fourth star.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QN900D 8k review. No longevity or support I was good for the first 4 months. Honestly I was the BIGGEST fan when i watched the new Top Gun on this tv paired with the q990c. The February 1st hit. Tv just stopped turning on. Click click click.... Whatttt Super Bowl is coming. I have 50 people coming to watch 8k. Ticket in Feb 1. Nope part wont be in till Feb 5th. I saw red. Service visit one Feb 6th. Replace power board. Click click click.... Service visit two. Feb 11th Replace main board. Click click click..... I heard the service tech talking to the samsung tech. Samsung tech "Lets replace the panel" No trouble shooting at all. They just keep replacing parts. I have called samsung 6 times. Samsung "Warranty is repair based, no exceptions " I said "So samsung is just going to keep replacing parts?" Samsung " Yes, warranties are repair based" So based on what i know, this tv has 5 main parts. IF its just 1 part I have a 1 in 3 chances that maybe next Thursday the tv will be fixed. IF its a combination of parts it could be what a minimum of 32 different combinations if its only 2 bad parts? So by the time i get it fixed my warranty will be gone. Lets say it is the panel, now i have a 4 month old tv that is being taken apart and no matter how good a tech is its not a controled situation. This tv is being taken apart in a house with hvac systems kicking on potentially dropping a tool. Heck dropping it taking it off the wall. Idk, when its good it good but seems like samsung quality and support is painful. I have had 2 amazing calls with samsung, the people not getting the issue resolved. One of them was very funny, he said you're being very calm i would have lost my mind. Well day 15 and 4 more calls with rude and smug samsung people. One even said "Well why dont you call the local service people" Jokes on i have 5 times. Idk, if you choose to buy it good luck because if it breaks youll be treated like you're bugging them and how dare you want your product fixed. I will not rate when the product was good because thats unfair to a customer. If samsung will make this right maybe ill update it.

TV MERACULOUS picture and also soothing to the eyes makes it so appealing to everytime like it's the first time over and over again. From the In apps convenient features to the usb computer feature to make it an phenomenon office in my home. Doing teams and zoom has been so exhilarating.

They were excellent... then when connected to the PS5. I saw details and color quality I had not experienced ever.. After the first purchase. The only TV's and monitors i choose now have to be branded Samsung because I know when I choose Samsung. I dont have to wonder "what will the quality be?" I know before turning the TV on. It's going to be picture perfect. I recommend Samsung to all my friends and family. I also only buy these as gifts for my family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pictures are just beautiful. Sound excellent! I've never had any problems with my 85in 8K or my 65in 8K. My TV's stay on sometime 3 to 4 days 24 hours a day. I'm a firm believer that new electronics you have to bake in with full power 3 to 4 days on steady.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 8K 75” tv So the tv has a really great picture, do like all the connections is in the flat box sitting back of stand, using this tv with Sonos surround flagship system, bought the tv directly from Samsung and last year 2024 notice after 1 year there is small area size of a banana that is dark or dark spots, tried to reach out to Samsung when the tv was still under warranty but was impossible to get any one to be able to fix it or replaced, that a bummer when you spending 3K on a tv I don’t want that in your picture, and expecting more

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second replacement same issue. We use our TV for streaming, watching news with antenna etc while at my vacation home. There is an annoying feature that can only be prevented by unplugging TV. Mystery feature turns TV on all by itself frequently.
