Samsung has not resolved it under warranty and it’s been like 4 months. Would not recommend this tv and Samsung overall as they do not do anything even under warranty.

I was skeptical about going down a size, because I absolutely LOVED the feel of being in a movie theater with the 85". After shopping and comparing models and sizes, I realized that bigger is NOT always better! You hardly notice the size difference, but you DO notice the clarity of the picture! Add into the mix all of the features and ease of navigation and this model was a sweet choice! Highly recommend doing your due diligence and find a store to compare models with your own eyes. Keep in mind that if you do visit a store, that they stream high end quality images, which is not true to life when at home streaming movies and shows. All in all a great purchase that I am extremely happy with and would recommend and buy again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Picture, But Misses the last star. PROS: The picture is Gorgeous. I use AI picture mode because I really dont like tweaking to much and make it look over saturated. I have it paired with a Q800F soundbar and Q-Symphony is amazing especially watching movies. CONS: The viewing angle picture starts to take a hit and it's pretty bad from 140 degrees you notice it pretty good. Also reflections from windows and anything that has a light shows while watching a movie with dark contrast. I can live with it though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV was Great, until it got stuck in a boot loop I purchased this TV in April of 2024, because my previous Samsung TV that i had for about 4 year, became stuck in an endless bootloop. After Days of troubleshooting on my own and with support, i decided to purchase the Neo Qled TV after looking at reviews and in store displays. TV was working great, though a little glitchy. In June of this year, while kids were playing the nintendo switch, it powered off, and began the bootloop, similar to the last tv. not sure what is causing this, but i have 3 other TVs in my house ( Vizios and ONN) which are much older than this TV, and i've had no issues with them. I loved the Idea of Samsung TVs, because i use the phones, tablets, watches, buds, etc.. and wanted to have the whole ecosystem! After this nightmare with 2 Samsung TVs in a row, i'm ready to give up on Samsung TVs. Its one thing is support offered more help, but in both cases when i reached out for troubleshoot, the agent was more interested in upselling me, or rushing to a technician. The fact that its just 2 months out of warranty and a TV worth almost $2K, i thought i would get better support!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Samsung tv I bought this tv and the screen quit after 6 months , but they came to my house and replaced the screen so I’m going to give it 5 stars because of the service and the tv is really great , everybody knows Samsung has the best tvs , my only problem with this tv is that there is not enough storage space , put a few apps on it and it’s gone , only 4 gb , , the operating system uses just about all of it alone , should be at least 10 gb especially for the price of the tv and no way to add storage, so still have to have another streaming device .. because lack of space for apps..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 75" This is my third Samsung TV I am very very happy with their brand I graduated to a 75 inch 5 months ago and went with a less expensive brand and after having it for one week realized it was not the same quality of the Samsung so I returned it and bought the Samsung OLED I am so happy with that purchase it does everything that I need I'm 84 years old and the simplicity of it exceeds my knowledge. I can always count on remote support if needed but it is very easy to operate and very very pleased with the picture I'll always be a Samsung customer for the rest of my years.

We purchased it Sept 2024 and hopefully it lasts until 10 years as our old Samsung 65 Curved only lasted 9 years before 10 Round white circles appeared. Me next and hopefully last TV will be Samsung 85" NEOQLED.

The problem with this is my TV is mounted on the wall, and I am unable to unplug it. I have to reset using the circuit breaker at the main panel. Needs a power switch located on back or edge that removes all power.

Pure aesthetics and gaming I would give a 5/5. 2. The operating system is less than ideal. It’s not horrible but could use many improvements. Remove ads from initial setup. 3/5 3. Remote control is simple but maybe a bit too simple. A few more buttons or a better tutorial is necessary. Although, the solar charging aspect is nice. 4/5 Overall 4/5 as a Television. 5/5 as a gaming Television.

It's also super sharp and smooth, even with fast-moving action. I'm really impressed by how easy it is to adjust the picture settings to get things looking just right. And with all the different picture profiles, it's perfect for sports, movies, or even using it as a computer monitor. The TV itself is super sleek and it's a snap to connect to different mounts. I also really like that I can easily navigate the menus, even without the remote. And the sound is a huge upgrade from most TVs, especially if you connect it to a Samsung Q-series soundbar. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this TV.

Overall the TV has not met my expectations but I guess I am stuck with it. I really expected the picture to be better. From time to time it does live up to what I was expecting but not enough of the time. Just not what I was expecting at all when I purchased the TV that’s for sure!

The menus are easy to access and move from one streaming platform to another. The controls and the features are unbelievable! You can get quite a few different features, and apps loaded. I mostly keep dog tv and nick SpongeBob channel for my dogs! And when I watch a movie it's like being in a movie theater! Sports watching is almost like the real experience. Along with the sounds stems hooked up to the TV only enhance the TV experience!

But the real highlight is just how amazing this TV is - from the impressive screen size to the stunning clarity and seamless user experience. I also had the Atmos Wireless Surround Sound System added to the package, and it has been absolutely mind-blowing. In fact, my wife can barely pry me away from the recliner now. Thank you, Samsung! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful colors I bought this last Sept 2024 and it cost me $2k plus tax when my 11 yr old Sansung 65" Curved TV started showing white spots and needed a bigger TV as we were renovating out Kitchen and Family Room. Had i waited until Thsnksgiving, i would pay $300 less. Now I think it cost $1,500 or less. But will upgrade to an 85" on 10 years or so.

Have had great performance and service over a 25 year of ownership. Bought New 75” QLED and enjoy picture quality. So far so good .

Messages (pop ups) interrupt your viewing with ‘click ok to accept terms/policies’…no terms are explained! Sound is terrible - you will ABSOLUTELY need a sound bar or other speaker purchase. Finally, Samsung tv sucks.

Well engineered packaging. The tv is brilliant and the picture is excellent. I appreciate the simplified remote. The tv AI allowed the seamless connection of my other devices to the tv. Happily surprised the Samsung remote also was able to control the essential functions of the other remotes (blue ray, satellite tv and streaming device). Purchased the q900d surround speakers. Plug and play as expected. Well worth the investment in the tv and surround system.

When we are watching Disney movies it appears so colorful and lively that we enjoy it as a family together. Just popcorn on the side, it is like a cinema hall experience for us.

Speakers could be better but easily solved with soundbar. Biggest drawback is Tizen system. There is a good choice of apps to choose from. There is some lag when an app starts. It is also very cluttered, could be streamlined to make navigation easier. Also, the Alexa system does not respond well. Especially if you have an echo device in the same room as the tv. It also is slow to respond when you actually do get it to recognize your voice. Maybe improve the voice recognition on the TV. Overall it is an excellent TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture quality looks like it's from the 90s I had a Samsung TV for the last eight years decided to upgrade to this one went from 60 inch to 75 neo, worst TV I've ever owned picture qualities completely horrible spent hours trying different adjustments still looks horrible try to get used to it didn't realize Best Buy had a two week return policy just miss that by two days. I called Samsung support wasted hours trying all types of stuff over the phone they told me to upgrade my Internet service I chose the most expensive one plugged this TV directly into the Internet through a cable and it still looks completely horrible sometimes I feel like I'm watching a VHS movie. I probably wasted a total of 10 hours trying to find tune this TV to get any kind of picture quality but this is the worst TV I've ever own it will never buy a Samsung ever again very disappointed with their support and any kind of help I receive with this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture Quality …: Buffering Issue I’m very happy with the picture quality and size of the TV, but with 4 other TV’s in my house this is the only one that we have intermittent buffering issues with. We upgraded to high speed internet prior to getting the TV and in fairness have not pursued why this is happening, but again it’s our only TV that has an issue. I hope this is something the network provider can fix and will update if I can.

But yes, there is one area of improvement I wish the company would concentrate more on. That is it audio, I'm telling you it just isn't that great no matter what version you get. So, far have two and each needed a sound bar. Once added you be glad you did. Plus just add an extra HDMI portal wouldn't hurt it either.

This TV is outstanding and the quality is gorgeous! I also love that Samsung has their own cable! That means I don't have to pay the extra cost to have cable which solidified me purchasing another one. All our of TV have been upgraded to Samsungs and we couldn't be happier!

We are not disappointed. This tv has exceptional quality no matter what we are viewing. We are especially pleased with the better colors in the newer QLED. During initial setup, everything went smoothly and we encountered nothing difficult. The ease of menu, tools, and connection to different Samsung devices and components was incredibly easy. After purchasing this tv, we can definitely say, we will be lifelong Samsung users.
