I had to return it due to a damage pixel and had the opportunity to upgrade to QN90C on 85" size. While I had the QN85C 75" I had been amazed with how great the picture quality is and the sound is good enough for me. I used the 2022 model Slim mount and it was really minimal gap to the wall! It suits it but a little hard to put up you need at least 3 people. The customer service with Samsung to help me with the problem I had was great, they've been very helpful and direct with no excuses. They've been very helpful as well to regain customer trust and I've always had good experience with samsung products and I have a frame TV since 2021 and never had issues with it, this is the first Samsung tv had issue which was sorted out right away. I was looking at Hisense U8 but the problem I fear is customer service and how long their product will last and I know I've never had issues with samsung products!

The TV is beautiful when it works unfortunately, it continues to shut itself off randomly after several phone calls and messaging and being told to unplug and replug the television 15 times I was told that I needed to service it and it was out of its one year warranty over $3000 TV Lasted one year. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor couldn’t help me as per policy. This is the third Samsung appliance this year that has died on me. My smart hub refrigerator died after three years and $1000 later my Samsung smart range , either shut off or goes on fire. Always get the same stand answer. Your product is out of warranty. I will never ever ever buy a Samsung product again.

I had hoped my last tv was an outlier. I was wrong. This new tv already has a burned in image! A tv that isn't supposed to let that happen. A TV program was watched for less than an hour before the afterimage stuck. Not some static picture. Different scenes and Commercials, etc. I drove 6 hours to buy this tv because my local store didn't have one and spent more $$$$ than usual on a tv because I was expecting to own it for 5-10 years. Didn't get 5 months. We even have Samsung phones...Looks like it's time to make a change.

Allow the user to install apps from unknown sources. I have several apps with a paid subscription that I cannot install due to not being available via Samsung app store. There is no way to install apps via USB flash drive. This is a huge issue for me. 2. When I change from one app to the other the TV will have no sound until I go into settings and changes the output source to the same one it was already on even though it worked perfectly before the app change. This is VERY annoying! If these issues were resolved I would change my rating to 5 stars.

Apps icon also very small and in an odd place- under and over big “shows or movies to watch” which have really big icons. The remote is confusing- is there are alternative bigger one like past models? Settings should have 4k etc settings.

The remote is a weak spot and somewhat difficult to use. For example, there is not a button to select input and you have to keypress several times to get to inputs. Also there is a reflection issue when any light is reflected on the screen from behind, see picture. The viewing angle is very good and I don’t have any loss of picture when viewed at a 45 degree angle. One final observation is that if you are going to mount the tv on a vertical support, the base cannot be used and therefore you can’t place a soundbar directly below as advertised, or use the wire organizer on the base.

Few bugs on some of the software that gets the occasional freeze ups, hopefully system updates fix that. Otherwise I am very happy with this television.

It is one if the best decisions I've ever made. The quality is astounding especially for gaming. The software is amazing on how it automatically picks up the gaming system you have regardless of it being Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo. Plus the apps that you can download are very varied. If you need a TV, this is a must-have without question. I love this TV!

We watch another of sports and other types of entertainment. This TV is extremely well adapted to gaming with a Ps5 and the graphics are amazing with very little latency issues observed. Honestly the best TV I have ever owned especially when watching HDR content but it does require a lot of adjustments to fit the content best and can be a bit cumbersome to get the picture settings just right. Depending on the app and content used over saturation can be a problem and at times too much emphasis is done on the dark scenes that get too dark. Overall still pretty close to oled. I also did not win the panel lottery because I had to have my panel replaced due to vertical banding. I am definitely ready for the 2023 Oled model now.

The picture is second to none and how it integrates with my Playstation is phenomenal. However, occasionally I lose sound to my tv and/or soundbar. Once I reset it with the built in Alexa and another time it took 15 minutes of watching videos and having to unplug/reset. If I didn't have sound issues this tv would easily be 5 stars!

The refresh rate makes sports coverage especially clear. When transmitted in 4K it's almost like being there in person. When the Masters golf tournament is on, you can reach out and feel the azaleas blooms.

When I try to use the media section and the apps, things get complicated and weird. The interface is not user friendly and at times I have been unable to figure out how to get back to Direct TV. Previous models were not this complicated. Honestly it has caused me so many problems I have quit using anything but Direct TV. Great TV otherwise.

Definitely an upgrade from my last TV which was 10 years old. The remote is small, it feel nice in the hand but can be easily misplaced. I wish there was a find my remote feature that you can ask alexa to locate. The panel is semi reflective, some scene is hard to see in day time but it's still viewable and enjoyable to watch. Also, I wish there was a option for 1 connect. That's the one feature I missed from my old tv.

The graphics are amazing on this TV and the options available for video game quality are absolutely amazing. It's like having a private video game studio in your living room. Outside of that, my family uses it for watching movies. The quality is so good that my wife stopped watching soap operas because her characters look way older than what they portray because the quality brings out every feature.

I have one now 15 years old and still works great. I bought this Q-led 75 inch and it keeps restarting and there is a line in the screen. The sad part is they said they can’t even fix it. Dark scenes are much brighter and easier to see. The TV is amazingly thin compared to the older models. The app selection is also amazing since we subscribe to numerous streaming services. I give this TV a score of 10 out of 10.

Back in November 2023, I made the decision to invest in what I thought was a reliable and high-quality TV directly from Samsung's website. Fast forward just four months, and I'm already regretting that decision. Imagine my frustration when the LED display on the TV suddenly stopped working. It's not like I was trying to run a marathon with it; I simply expected it to function for more than a mere few months. Thinking that perhaps this was just a minor hiccup, I promptly raised a ticket (#4175715046) with Samsung's customer service team. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a seemingly endless wait for any sort of resolution. It's been over two weeks now, and I'm still left hanging, waiting for an update. The lack of communication and the apparent indifference towards my issue is beyond infuriating. Let me be clear: this isn't just about a malfunctioning TV. It's about the complete lack of accountability and responsibility exhibited by Samsung. As a consumer, I expect the products I invest in to live up to their promises. And when they don't, I expect the company behind them to step up and make things right. But Samsung has failed on both counts. Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing a Samsung LED TV. Save yourself the headache and the heartache. Look elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers and stands behind its products. In the meantime, I'll be here, waiting for Samsung to finally do right by me. Though at this point, I'm not holding my breath.
