75 inch ultra high-definition Samsung TV
Hands down the best TV I've ever had! One minor improvement for the standard user would be better built in sound quality and range. However I paired mine with a 1000 watt Samsung home theater system so that's not even my improvement or request I got zero complaints. Just an observation.

This flat panel has the most accurate colors of all my Samsung TVs. The sharpness of the images is incredible. Whether I'm watching cable, sports or a streaming svce. movie, I feel like I'm "right there."

Perfect picture quality
I use my tv for movies and streaming. I'm also a very heavy gamer, and the picture is so nice, I sometimes use it as a giant monitor.
I've never seen a better quality picture on a tv, in my house or anyone else's.
The big game and the big premiere, are always hosted at my house.
My only buyer's remorse is that I didn't get the bigger one. That's it.

Best family TV at the right size
Used to stream movies and play game councils on. It's also streams my Bing security and door bell Cameras when triggered so I never miss a delivery or a porch their. Ill be buying 2 more during black Friday this year.

Upgraded from a Samsung 65” Curved TV for my large family room to the Samsung 75” NeoQLED model with full array Mini LED display. Easy setup with great picture & good sound quality along with a user friendly universal remote. Still considering whether to add a Samsung sound bar w/sub woofer.

Great tv but poor navigation set up
Tv is amazing and clear when it comes to the display. The Os is great. Where it falls short is the solar remote. Love it charges. But no input selection button is a big henderance. Also when trying to navigate channels there is no easy way to get the guide to come up.

Some people rate value in their own way besides quality and price samsung always delivers with the products it manufactures its not just the tv it is the time spending with love ones viewing a family movie,show, or sports with the guys on a Sunday morning it is at great value to me having samsung be part of those moments with new easy to follow instructions of their products

The graphics are superb
I use the TV for streaming. Actually I have a home office and it's in my office. I look forward to to lunch and my breaks. The colors and pictures is so real I feel I could walk right through the screen.

I’ve always enjoyed and loved every television that was a Samsung. I deviated a little to save some money and bought an another TV high sense but it happened to go black on the sides after a year and a half and I have to re-buy my TVs. Yes II’ve always enjoyed and loved every television that was a Samsung. I love everything! except the tiny remote
This TV checks all the boxes for me except for the tiny easily misplaced remote control.
The picture is fantastic, the streaming capabilities are just as good

Poor sound quality during live sporting events
Most broadcasts of live sporting events have huge fluctuations of volume. There are many moments that the volume increases dramatically on its own with heavy crowd noise which drowns out the announcers. I’d estimate the overall volume increases 25% and is unbearable. It will go back to normal levels on its own.

Fantastic picture and great features
Samsung continues to provide the best picture and features of any tvs. Installation was a snap. This is the largest tv that I have ever owned and I am blown away by the picture quality and the sound.

One month since purchase of my Samsung QLED 75 inc
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the clarity and availability of channels for the Samsung TV. I have added a sound bar, which is a Samsung QX 30 I believe which definitely has enhanced the quality of my viewing pleasure. This is my third Samsung television, and each time I am more more impressed with the availability of channels and the improvements that are made. Especially like the Q Symphony system set up and it’s ability to work effortlessly with the new sound bar.

Horrific Shopping Experience & Service
I placed an order for a 75" TV for my senior-citizen parents expecting the level of reliability and care that has defined Samsung throughout the many years my family has been loyal customers. Unfortunately, what followed has been one of the most stressful and disheartening customer experiences we have ever encountered. After placing the order, I worked with your E-Commerce team to schedule delivery before we returned home from the Holidays. An ECommerce Rep escalated the matter to the Back Office team and I was instructed to call back if I did not hear from them within 24-hours. Well I did not hear back from the team and I ended up calling twice (separate days), only to be told that no one—at any level—could reach the Back Office. I repeatedly asked for the issue to be escalated to the management level with access to that team, but I was told that no further escalation was possible and I had to wait until they replied. At that point, we were left without answers, without support, and without any path forward based on my request.
Then on January 3, 2026, the TV was delivered by your contracted partner. When the installer unboxed the TV, it was completely shattered. The technician was extremely helpful and immediately escalated the issue, placing the delivery and mounting service into a reschedule status. I unfortunately missed the follow-up call at 2:17 PM, but when I returned the call at 3:49 PM, the partner agent could only reschedule the delivery for January 7, said he could not locate the mounting service we had already paid for. My parents deserve a smooth, respectful, and reliable resolution—especially after the stress and confusion this situation has caused them. Our distance from them makes this situation particularly challenging for us, as we feel unable to assist my parents directly. Given Samsung’s long-standing reputation for reliability, this is not the experience we ever anticipated.
