Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost caught fire My tv stopped working after 2 mos and Samsung sent people out 2 times to fix the issue and the 2nd time they tried to replace a part and it created a spark and cloud of smoke. The tv almost caught fire. Samsung instead of replacing the tv want to continue trying to fix the tv even tho this would be a huge liability for them if it set my house on fire. Called customer service and they said a tv almost catching fire doesn’t qualify for a replacement and that the warranty I have is a “repair warranty”. I will never buy a tv from Samsung again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic TV, had a few issues The day it was delivered, I had problems right out of the box. It would get stuck in an update loop and never come out of it. Made the tv borderline unusable. I ended up switching the cable from the power supply to the longer one and it has worked fine since. Every now and then it will turn off and come back on after a few minutes. It's irritating, but the overall tv is insane. The picture is ludicrously good. The game features are next level. I love this tv, minus the small issues.

If you can ponder on any features you'd like in a TV, it's covered. Sound and picture quality has me, of all people LoL, at a loss for words. I should just use chatGPT to help me with the words I need for you guys to be able to get an understanding of what is inside this beautifully constructed piece of art. It's phenomenal in everyway! We enjoy the picture quality and AI upscaling features. We had it connected to our existing built-in surround sound system and it works great with the Atmos Dolby. We enjoy the 75" size and thickness. We like the control center can be positioned in different locations. Overall, a great television.

Although the current gaming consoles may not be able to use this TV's maximum resolution, my gaming computer sure can, and it is amazing to see anything running in 8k. Even older games pushed out to 8k look way better than the newer versions of those games that still use 4k or less. I am overwhelmed with detail in whatever area of the screen I'm looking at. I honestly can't even begin to process what's in my peripheral vision just yet.

Samsung won’t do anything about it. They said it was out of warranty… It was a couple of days passed warranty..

The problem is that I was lied to by their presales team about the functionality of the multiview feature. I was told I could watch 4 different instances of YoutubeTV (I'm a huge sports fan and love watching multiple games). However, when I got the TV, I could only watch 1 instance. I could watch Youtube then within that app switch to YoutubeTV, but that's not what I was promised - by Samsung's own people! Flat out lied to, and it was very disappointing because I have been a big Samsung fan for a long time. I understand I could probably get firesticks or something for the other inputs, but part of my justification for the high price was this feature. A feature that did not work as advertised. I spent time with technical support and eventually they told me that what I wanted to do with multiview was not possible. Funny how it was possible when they were trying to sell it to me. Samsung did give me a refund, but their reputation took a hit from me a little bit. I'll still probably continue to purchase Samsung TVs but I don't like them upselling you on something that doesn't work. If you're not looking to utilize this feature, then this TV is absolutely incredible, but I don't want another hardcore sports fan to get duped like I did, especially right before football season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t buy it!!! I bought this TV in 75” about a month ago and received it physical damaged, the back panel was coming off. I asked for replacement and got new one with hardware issues. The TV will keep rebooting couple times non stop randomly. Sometimes you could watch only 10-15 minutes and will do those rebooting or sometimes just 5 minutes. I asked for return and refund. Can’t trust them to buy another one if 2 in raw was having issues. But before this I had QN800C 75” and that one last about 7 months and LCD PANEL BURNED, no parts to replace it due to back orders. So I could say I had 3 TV for this series and all 3 didn’t last at least one year. Now I am afraid to get new one, OLED doesn’t work in my living room due to super large windows. Now will keep using my 7 years old TV till I can figure out which one to buy, or to switch to another brand … been a huge headache dealing with Samsung

But few things that could be annoying Pros: - No reflection from sun light from windows or indoor lights - great clarity when streaming movies - no need to worry about running out of batteries for remote. Cons - Wall mounting is tricky. Can't keep the TV box attached to back of TV when mounted to wall. - selecting channel number from remote is not convenient - OS/software is not top notch for the price.

The picture quality is also not good, changed different settings still see the blurry image. Noise reduction is not up to the mark for non-4k tv shows.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV has a lot to offer I recently purchased a QN800D Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV. The first thing I noticed was how vibrant the colors and how nice the contrast looked. There are so many features and settings to play around with so don't be shy about tinkering with all of them to fit your watching habits. I have noticed when many of the settings are maxed out, the TV does flicker or turn off and come back on. I had to scale down some of the settings and it seemed to be doing better. The Game Mode is an incredible feature for any gamers out there. Arguably my favorite part of the TV!
