Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pointless multiview I bought this TV due to Samsungs apparent multi-view capabilities. Unfortunately, the multi view limits use to only one hdmi, and no apps are compatible with it, which makes it completely useless. What is the point of having multi-view if Samsung puts restraints on it so that you can only watch one hdmi input and then “Samsung TV.” Completely useless if you bought for this feature.

However, if the new model is anything like my 2022 model, it is AMAZING! Picture quality is awesome, sound can be improved, but still very good. Connects very well to WiFi and gaming looks so good! Definitely worth the buy with the anti-glare that it has, so I could enjoy the natural sunlight without worrying about it disrupting my TV experience. Best decision I have made buying my first Samsung TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV won’t turn on after 2 weeks TV was my husband’s Christmas gift. TV was mounted on my wall on 1-2-2023 by the company Samsung contracts with. TV turned off on 1-14-2023 while my husband was watching a program. I googled it and tried the basic “unplug it and plug it back in” recommendations, with no success. Called Samsung. They said they’d send a tech…AFTER I paid someone to come remove it from the wall mount…oh, and they won’t re-mount it on the wall either. I paid for the install through their site when I bought the TV. Really unhappy with Samsung.

This morning while watching tv with my wife we realized we were able to see a bunch of LEDs on 2 different spots of the tv. After that, we weren’t able to watch tv without looking at those LEDs and being bothered by that screen issue. Paid thousands of dollars for a tv to have screen issues 2 weeks after start. Now I will have to deal with Samsung support and repair team which for sure will take a long time to fix or replace my tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV but Screen is separating after 8 months I have owned Samsung TVs for over 13 years and this is the first one I have had an issue with. The Picture is amazing and the features are great, but it does run really hot. Not sure if this is a contributing factor or now to the left side of the screen separating after only 8 months. Appears an adhesive attaches the screen to the frame and has loss its adhesiveness. So now the screen is bowed and shines a blinding white light out the side of the TV. Getting service has been a headache even though its a good system to start a warranty claim. First appointment was cancelled cause they were waiting on parts and then my second appointment was cancelled by Samsung with no explanation. So now I am 2 days of work lost and still have a broken screen a month after it initially occurred. Had to create a new warranty claim ticket.

I would highly recommend if you are looking for a TV, this is would be the one. As far as I'm concerned SAMSUNG is the best TV to have!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright Screen maybe too bright The Samsung TV has some great features: full integration with existing audio, lots of inputs (HDMI, optical), great sound (and even better when hooked up with a sound bar), brilliant picture. I use my TV for news, movies and some mini series. Sports on the TV come off very realistic. The TV works best in very bright rooms as the picture is extra bright, maybe a bit too bright. In darker rooms, the contrast doesn't come off as well as other TV models.

The tv remote allows quick access to the Netflix app and ease of transitioning from app to app is extremely convenient. One of the favorite features is the ability to watch two different screens on one screen at the same time, it’s great for football season! I highly recommend this tv, Samsung blows it out of the park again. Ever since I purchased my first Samsung television I will buy nothing else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome TV Currently have the TV to adjust to the best possible picture. My nephew games on it and I watch block buster movies. The picture quality is incredible. It has a processer in it that brings out extra detail in watching 4k. Plenty of hook-ups for multiple devices. It is heavy and does require two people to lift it. It has micro led for a better picture. I can't say anything negative about this tv. The remote can be charged with a cord or just put it face down and the solar panel will charge it. VERY easy to navigate the apps menu.

It has awesome picture, but it does have connection issues and flicker sometimes(not like the power goes off just the screen flicker when on the app screen). I have to hold the power to reboot. I payed to much money to keep having to do this all the time.I would have gave it a 5 stars, but because of these issues I gave it 4 stars

Not only is the TV itself great but the customer serive we received for product care was absolutely amazing and easy to understand.

It's bright vivid and such a pleasant experience. Gaming on this yv is next level also to me its just as good as a Gaming monitor and with the fact it's 8k it just makes you realize these tvs do it all now. When you think about it that makes the value grow for the money you spend on the QN800B. What I can say is buy it you will be so happy that you did I know that my family is

The Dolby speakers on the Tv are amazing with beautiful crisp sound. The Tv just has so many features that make it easy to have. The controller design is amazing and very easy to use. I truly love the Tv and regret nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from long-awaited 8K i like qleds than oleds may be because my living room is very bright or i got used to samsung tv's from past decade. couple of years ago i bought 800t 8k but had several issues so returned it after few months. since then i have been waiting for samsung to fix the issues in their newer models, finally i felt 800b reached my expectations. things i liked - one connect - buit-in apps for gaming platforms (stadia, luna, etc). gaming console not needed. - brightness and contrast getting close to oled - great visibility in brighter rooms - better sound than previous versions - affordable 8k tv - auto dimming and adaptive sound

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Picture! We have been researching TV's and chose this one as we are already happy Samsung customers. This is our third Samsung TV (all still working) in 20-25 years. We graduated to the 75" (the maximum we can go) and are not disappointed. We waited for the newest processor. The picture is awesome! We specifically watched high graphic movies like "Avatar" and "Life of Pi". The speaker quality is good but got much better when we purchased a speaker tower, using Samsung credit dollars.
