The picture quality is jaw dropping, the colors are rich and vibrant, blacks are deep, and every detail pops whether I’m watching movies at night or sports during the day with sunlight coming through the windows. Rated 5 out of 5 by from The product does not stand straight (no plumb) Regarding my Samsung TV, the picture quality is satisfactory, but the TV does not sit plumb on the stand and leans backward. After reporting this to Samsung, an exchange was set up with complimentary installation. The new TV arrived with the identical leaning problem, which led me to refuse delivery. The installer took photos to report the recurring defect. I was then informed by Samsung that this is an unfixable issue and my options are a full refund or to retain the current TV

It is super easy to set up with my Galaxy phone, but imagine it isn't that much harder with a different phone. The picture is great, have it hanging about 6 feet up in a living room with rooms of sunshine because of the 3 sky lights and huge floor to ceiling, wall to wall window facing SW. Safe to say, it's a bright room with tons of natural light 6-10 hours a day, so glares can be an issue but with this Neo QLED that isn't an issue. Needless to say, glad I did my research when debating between OLED and QLED with the decision coming down to everyone saying QLED is better with bright rooms and so far, seems to be spot on. To top it off, Samsung made it easy with their promo, trade-in, install, and military offer so thanks again for another home run Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multiple issues BEWARE I have yet another issue with this TV Display= Not Good First problem previously reported was "soap opera mode" that has a dizzying picture effect. Second problem was getting movies to properly size and fill the entire screen Now that I applied the recommendations, it produced a NEW problem- Blurry images, specifically: When watching a live event (Football) a wide shot of the filed & all players has a blurry edge around the outline of each player . But, once the camera zooms in and re-focuses on a single player, it then adjust the image to become steady, crisp & clear image- How is this corrected ??/ When watching a live football game a full picture of all players , the filed, etc produces a grainy / fuzzy silhouette around the players, almost outlining their bodies. But, once the camera zooms in on an individual player it re-focuses the image and then produces a clear , crisp picture Why is this occurring and how to correct this problem ? Why ? How to correct ? 1- Samsung's website posts instructions to remove the dizzy picture format also know as "soap opera mode" that feels like a virtual reality movie you are trapped in. Bt you can NOT apply the posted instructions to this TV - they will not work 2-The TV will not auto adjust movies to fit your entire screen. The Fit To Screen feature does not allow you to adjust and re-format most films to fill the entire screen so instead you have a blank space with no images on the sides or top & bottom

The clarity is unbelievable. every detail looks so sharp and lifelike that it honestly feels like I’m seeing things for the first time! I love how easily I can switch between day and night brightness; it adapts perfectly no matter the lighting in the room. The sound quality is crisp and full, and adjusting settings is super easy. everything feels smooth and effortless. This TV completely upgraded my watching experience. Whether it’s a movie night, gaming, or just regular TV, it delivers perfection every time. Samsung really outdid themselves with this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stand is awful I’m torn on this tv, the picture quality is great, a bit choppy during live sports etc, and the audio is average for a flat screen, but the stand is a problem. It does not hold the tv upright properly. The stand results in a backwards tilt at the top of the tv - something I didn’t notice at time of purchase but I went back and saw on the display and at 2 other stores. It’s about 3/4 of an inch difference from the top to the bottom and it is noticeable when you walk in a room and just look at the tv and when you watch the tv. I contacted support and they were literally no help. For $1k I would say you can get same quality on the screen but a proper stand elsewhere.

All I got was "sorry". Sad part is....I never even touched the TV to damage it.

I really like how its big that the everyone can see the view of what the screen. I also use this TV to watch Netflix, Disney, YouTube and more. Horrified. Lost a big customer for life. Oh and they hung up on me after 90 MINUTES!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS CICRCLING THE DRAIN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed repairs after a few weeks I was really excited to get this TV, but after only three weeks a yellow shadow appeared on the screen. Samsung informed me that the entire screen would need to be replaced. Two separate repair appointments were scheduled, and both times I was told on the morning of the appointment that the repair couldn’t be completed as planned, each for different reasons. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. You’re expected to clear your schedule and wait for appointments that never happen, and every representative I’ve spoken to has said the most they can do is send me an email with vague updates about when the repair might actually take place. Had I known how poor Samsung’s customer service was, I would have chosen a different brand. Instead, I’m stuck with a brand new TV that doesn’t work properly, and the repair process keeps getting dragged out. The customer service reps I spoke with offered little more than scripted responses, which only added to the frustration. Proceed with caution before buying.

I would highly recommend this product for anyone that likes gaming because the graphics are absolutely amazing. After owning a Samsung television I will never own a different brand again. Not only do I own a Samsung television I actually own 4 Samsung televisions, a Samsung watch, 4 Samsung phones and Samsung headphones. My significant other has always owned Motorola devices until I introduced him to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and now that's what he owns as well. Thank you for making such great products and I look forward to purchasing mote Samsung products in the very near future.

Screen began flickering, flashing and was not stopping,even after performing the suggested "cold reboot", twice. Called CS. Sending out a replacement. Don't know about trusting Samsung products, if this happened just hours after the set arrived, whats going to happen in next few years? Is this going to be an on-going warranty situation? Not confident about buying this set. Time will tell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, terrible customer service The tv quality is excellent, but it’s super bright and some of the colors look washed out, but that can be improved by changing some settings. For whatever reason, my entire screen had to be replaced after only three and a half weeks (it took an additional four weeks for Samsung to actually fix the screen), and when game mode is enabled it causes the backlights to go dim. It’s kind of hard to give an accurate review of the product when so much has gone wrong with it so early on, but given the terrible customer service I experienced when trying to get the tv fixed, I can confidently say that this will likely be my last Samsung purchase.

The transition from sports to tv/streaming is seamless and the picture quality is very good. WE spent a long time comparing and deciding on what tv to purchase and the Samsung has been more than we expected. It has been a few months since we originally purchased, and we have had many game watching parties and all of our guests have been very complimentary towards the tv. We are overall extremely pleased with the purchase!!
