Wow this new TV is absolutely amazing, it has more bells and whistles than the original TV had. I am 110% satisfied with it. The Samsung support team is premier in their ability to make the customer happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV Samsung When I bought this Samsung neo QLED it was to replace another Samsung UHD tv that got fried by a surge in bad weather. I am amazed by the difference with this tv the other had a beautiful display but this knocks the other out of the park.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV I really like the TV, it is clear and has great picture. The remote is awful the buttons give double clicks and is not intuitive to use. I had to buy a different remote to work the TV. I have another Sumsung TV and had to do the same thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always the best Love my Samsungs, I cannot compare them to others as I have always had Samsung's. I have never had any issues with any of them. The last one I had over 9 years and it still worked great, I simply upgraded to a larger size. I will say the sound is off, I simply use a sound bar now. Maybe it is just TV itself, talking is always too low compared to music which is always to loud.

My first 55" QLED, Class Q70, (2019) is in my bedroom. They both have deep colors and an extremely clear picture. However, the Q80D is much better. Both were upgrades from UHD TVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice not great TV. I do love my Samsung Q80 TV; Ialso use the Samsung Q930C Soundbar. The picture quality is great, the sound is great as well, what I don't like and it a reason I might replace the TV is that every 15 to 17 minutes, the sound cuts out for a could seconds. At first, I thought the issue was with the Q930c soundbar, I now discovered the issue is with Streaming video. It does not matter if I'm watching Disney+ or a different service, the audio consistantly cuts out every 15 to 17 minutes. I had reached out to Samsung Tech service and they are not helpful, so I have learned to simply ignore the issue. Due to these issues, I am considering getting a different TV that is not a Samsung. However, other that the audio issue, it has been a great TV.

The sound produced from the t.v. is also above and beyond what I expected watching movies you can still hear clear voice without losing the sound of the action sound in background or babbled noise downing voice. Thank you samsung for all the awesome quality products you have to offer the world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV for Picture and sound quality I purchased the 75” Q80D after doing a lot of investigating and research online, stores, and with friends and family with new models from the three top manufacturer's I was looking at. Samsung was the winner, hands down, for best Picture for Movies, reliability, and sound quality(separate review for the best sound system-The Q990D), which, with their proprietary Q symphony technology, just puts home theater sound and movie immersion in my living room over the top! I am an avid movie lover/streaming services binge watcher and I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice and purchase. This TV is ridiculously customizable, with so many options for tweaking and personalizing the Picture, sound quality, and Gaming features to your own preference, that you can’t go wrong. I own a bedroom 55” q60 Samsung tv that I’ve had for a few years, and I really appreciated the more powerful speakers, quicker refresh rate, the bigger size and energy saving performance this 75” Q80 comes with. The 4K picture is breathtaking, Samsung really puts amazing, top quality products out and they’ve won over another loyal customer….. And… to make it even better, when you purchase a Samsung TV, they include Samsung TV Plus, which is basically like a whole extra cable/streaming service with hundreds/thousands? of GOOD, WATCHABLE shows and movies, news, etc. If you’re in the market for a new TV, and can’t decide… trust me. You will be happy with a Samsung TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is the best in class I am an avid sports fan, gamer and home theater junkie. Tv offers great picture, controls. Set up was very easy! Sound via the TV is better than most other tvs, so listening to it at night (when the wife is asleep) does not cause an issue. Colors are over the top good. Streaming live tv is awesome. Was a Sony fan, key word WAS,!!! Now a Samsung fan for life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Run away from all Samsung Stay away from this TV, and Samsung period. The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. I have had repair men to my house 4 times to fix an issue that is still not fixed. The latest is that the part is on backorder with no ETA. We are notified of this 60 minutes before they were due to arrive. Remember each visit requires you unmounting and remounting this TV. Samsung's response is "just wait". We bought 4 of these in our family. 3 of 4 have needed to be repaired and 2 have required multiple repairs. As someone who was all Samsung (TV, surround, washer, dryer, refrigerator) and completely invested in the Smart Things connectivity, I regret purchasing all of them.
