Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hardware is terrific! Software, not so much. The TV is wonderful. Sharp picture and a great view. Obtaining and using apps, however, is not intuitive. Also fast forwarding and rewinding using the provided remote does not show what is being skipped over maki it difficult to, for example, fast forward through the opening credits because you cannot see when they end. Also, signing into an app through our service provider is not an option and is very inconvenient. If fact, that is so inconvenient I would not have bought the tv had I known that. Must be a problem with the software.

I want no apps and a black silent screen. All the supposed smart apps are more like advertising popular apps and offer them to you for a price! I don’t need that stuff. Advertising added to Samsung’s movies is irritating and keeps me from watching any movie offered. So basically all the supposed smart apps are basically trying to sell you a product. Disgusting! I love the fabulous tv itself, a very quality tv loaded with useless and irritating apps.

Every time I have an opportunity to help or suggest a product to a family member, co worker or friend I NEVER hesitate to recommend them to go "Samsung"! I always boast on the color vibrancy, resolution of the picture quality and the brightness to contrast ratio and the color reproduction accuracy! With a decade plus of Samsung products i stand FIRMLY behind this brand from T.V.'s to phones!

After a little searching I found a similar model to this model. However, I was not convinced that model would meet my needs. After a few chats with a Shop Samsung representative, they referred me to this model, the Q7F QLED 4K. I am very, very glad I had that conversation that day. This TV blows me away!! The brights are bright and the picture is clearer than any TV I've ever owned. I'm a huge sports fan and I bought it now just in time for the start of college football season. I've turned on some of the sports channels already and it is fabulous. If anyone reads this, please say a prayer for my wife, as I'm not sure she'll see me again until football season is over!! Thank you Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Tv I have had in years This samsung tv is far better than any walmart brand tv you can get for the same price, most modern tvs are faded and washed out with just okay quality for newer hd content but this samsung makes me feel like a kid again watching tv with how vibrant and colorful the picture is. Never really realized how so many tvs and brands have slowly down scaled color quality and motion to bare minimum over the last 15 years until you watch tv on a samsung. Backlight bleed is minmimum given that other brands allow high amounts during quality control. The resolution is great on all inputs and upscaling through streaming platforms actually have great accuracy and color contrast. You can use the setting to adjust plenty of options for color / vividness accuracy or preference and make the screen brighter or darker if youre watching at night and bright screens make your eyes uncomfortable

Thought it had a scratch on the screen but luckily it came with screen protector and that was great too. I know mini qled is better but this tv will work for most and the price is great for this tv too settle more expensive mini qled or oled....

The accuracy in the scenes are exuberant and the vibrant colors matched with brightness make it a treat to watch movies and play video games. Im a big gamer, so contrast and resolution are huge for me and this tv really hits it all. With the gaming mode available as well I am utilizing all the different modes and the cross hair point options. I would 10/10 recommend this tv to everyone who enjoys not only watching movies and shows, but games as well. My living room pops with this bad boy and I plan to yse Samsung for the rest of my life.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and this tv can mirror the screen with a press of a button. If I misplace my tv remote the tv allows me to control it using the app. If I'm watching YouTube on my phone and I want to show the family a video, I can connect to the tv thru wireless network and show the video. I will never get another brand of TV.

It is also a bit cumbersome to add apps for services such as Paramount+ The recent TV software OS update, March 2026, caused an inability to navigate on the main page menu. We called technical support. They were able to identify the issue. The tech indicated that we would have to wait for a correction update, no ETA. This correction software update automatically came the next day. I would have appreciated an email indicating the issue had been resolved.

I paired it up with the Samsung - HW-S50B 3.0 Channel S-Series All-in-one Soundbar, Dolby 5.1 / DTS Virtual:X - Black, for the ultimate experience. Highly recommended and it will make all your friends jealous.

I would highly recommended it to anyone. We did have a small issue with our remote not working that took us awhile to get replaced under warranty but once we received the new one we haven't had any issues.
