Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is still not possible to hide a volume indicato Like all Samsung TVs, it still has the problem with not being able to hide volume indicator! It still pops up even when it is completely useless (when my AVR already shows volume on the screen, while Samsung shows a big ugly + and - indicator on the left side, that takes about half of the screen). I'm returning this as Samsung is not able to add a simple flag to their Settings page that would just say "Hide volume indicator".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Art mode now requires constant internet connection Beware this new Frame TV Pro requires CONSTANT internet connection for the sole use of Art Mode. You are no longer allowed to use this TV offline to simply display your own pictures transferred via USB to the TV. Samsung support continues to advertise this is possible, but this TV is useless without a constant internet connection. Even adding this TV to its own VLAN with a specific allow-list they change the domains for its “connection check” daily so it will “lose connection” even though all internal TV networking diagnostics say it is connected to the internet.

Best in class Glare - the anti-glare technology fits the looks we were going for. Meant to look like a functional piece of art. Brightness - adequate for most uses. Texture - unique to the display and as a luxury look. Installation - this is not as ideal, Although the part are adequate, there are easier mounting systems that give a similar look, but the mounting system is not a ideal for most people to install themselves. The out the box experience for a high end display could be better.

We opted for the Frame Pro and after we mounted it to the wall… it confirmed our decision was perfect. Great picture, minimal glare. Good audio… this marked all the boxes for us.

The picture quality is excellent, and the menus and software are intuitive and responsive. Coming from a 2021 Frame TV, the improvements are noticeable and appreciated. That said, it would be great if older Frame models could continue to receive software updates for a longer period. The installers did a great job overall, especially given the mounting constraints. One area for improvement would be a sleeker power-cord design or the option to include a recessed power plate with installation. While the included spacers help, there is still a slight bulge where the outlet sits behind the TV, which detracts a bit from the “frame-flush” look the product is known for. Overall, an excellent TV with premium visuals and software—just a few refinements away from being perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nightmare Buying Experience - Trash Product Product arrived with massive screen cracks, clearly due to the chosen delivery/installation vendor's carelessness and disregard for the product or our home. Don't select home installation because the team that arrives will literally refuse to install it and leave a box in your hallway, maybe with a broken TV surprise inside. You then get to call 3 different 1-800 numbers and go through several customer service chatbots in order to initiate the multiple returns for this TV. (TV and Bezel get mailed separately and returned to different places, so you get the added chore of having to return a bezel via fedex) Just a massive letdown from a poor excuse for a company, with the worst customer experience and return process imaginable. Literally run from this site and don't look back. I wish I did. The remote wireless box is also a laggy joke. This is gimmick TV for boomers.

The moment it was mounted on the wall, it completely transformed my living room. When it’s off, it looks exactly like a piece of framed artwork—sleek, flush against the wall, and elegant. Guests often don’t even realize it’s a TV until I turn it on, which always sparks a “wow” moment. Picture quality is outstanding. The 4K QLED panel with the new AI processor makes everything—from movies to sports—look crisp and vibrant. Colors are rich, blacks are deep, and motion feels smooth, especially with the higher refresh rate. I also love the Art Mode; I’ve been rotating between famous artworks and some of my own family photos, and it genuinely feels like I’ve added a gallery to my home. The smart features are very convenient. Streaming apps load quickly, the Art Store has a huge collection of options, and the integration with my Samsung phone makes setup and daily use effortless. I also appreciate the improved cable management—the One Connect box keeps everything clean and clutter-free.

I took a day off from work to have this installed and guess what the wireless box is defective. The box is dead. Before you have this installed make sure to test the box and the TV so you avoid the wheel spinning that I am going to go through with a return, taking a day off from work and paying the additional cost to have this reinstalled. I may return the TV and go for the LG G4. You get one shot at this Samsung! My choice was either the Frame or the LG G4/G5

The wireless connect system is awesome and the art just adds the cherry on top. The matte feature on art looks incredible.

I feel like I’ve downgraded to a 10-year-old TV in terms of performance. I just wish I had set up the TV earlier to test and return it. Adding to the disappointment, my 2023 55” Frame TV JUST failed. Moving on from the Frame lineup, and I have 8 of them, so that says a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!!!!! Do not buy this TV. It is terrible. The sound crackles on and off. The screen keeps changing mode. Only way to stop That was with a factory reset. The Service to try to get it fixed was TERRIBLE. I have returned the TV in the 14 day window and it took over 2 hours of fighting with them tor them to say they will take it back. Then asked me to buy a box to fit a 75 inch tv and mail it back myself. Then let me know that their technicians will look at it and if they determine it is broken they will then refund me. I have had a terrible experience from the start. The TV is broken. Service is a JOKE and the TV even when it does work it ok at best. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, Samsung customer support has underdelivered as mentioned on many forums. Customer Service will give you the runaround if any issues arise!

Now that we have it our favorite feature is the Art display. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to have famous art displayed on our wall. We also display our on photos and art creations. When friends come over, my husband spends time showing all the art that is available. We highly recommend this TV for its features and sharp picture quality.

Then the box would not connect wirelessly to the tv and unfortunately you can't connect it any other way. They have sent 2 service companies and neither can figure out what is wrong with the tv. It has been over 2 months now that I have had to wait for them to fix it and every time I am the one that has to be calling them so they try to "fix it". This has been the worse tv I have ever bought and I have bought a lot of tvs from Samsung.

Never connected for long before dropping the connection. Technician even agreed that Frame Pro with Wireless One Connect Box is "half-baked" technology and full of issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buggy Software + Abysmal Customer Service Blue Screen of Death. Software update Failure. Stage 4 nightmare. New Set bought December for my new home. Moved in, had set mounted. Powered on and was prompted to complete update. Update initially hung up at stage 3 for several minutes. Cycled the power and the set has remained at stage 4 for 2 days now. Service and I have logged i several hours doing a combination of power cycling and button combination without progress. I cannot according to samsung get another set as return is within 15 days. Service is not able to come to my home till Monday, but there's a caveat. They need me to dismount set from wall. I explained I had set mounted professional through a third party as it takes 2 persons and I would have to hire someone to dismount and wait for Service to troubleshoot, then re-mount. We'll, they explained they understand but its a liability issue even if i used the mount that came with TV set. Ok another obstacle in arranging Service then arose, they had a third party Servicer. They earliest the have is Monday. On Monday however, the technician is to call me before 10am to provide the 2 hours window for arrival. This now leaves me no way to provide my third party mounting service a time to be here on Monday. I will have to also now dump more hours now at (6 hours over two-days on the phone)- possibly my entire Monday. Will Update on how Mondah goes. On the positive note : samsung agreed to reimburse me for the 3rd party mounting service. They will now be in stand-by i assume awaiting service to do thier thing. As for reimbursement. Samsung could not clarify how long that will take. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SET. A hint to the wise is quite sufficient.

When it's off, it looks like a piece of art on the wall, and the picture quality when it's on is excellent. The design alone makes it a standout in any living room. However, there are some significant drawbacks that potential buyers should know about. The biggest issue for me has been connectivity, particularly with Bose speakers. I paired it with a Bose Soundbar 900, and every single time I turn the TV off, the soundbar loses its connection. The only reliable fix is to unplug and replug the One Connect box, which is incredibly inconvenient and breaks the seamless experience you'd expect from a premium TV. Additionally, the app selection feels limited. Basic apps are there, but several that should be standard (like HDHomeRun for over-the-air DVR integration) are missing entirely, forcing workarounds or alternative devices. Overall, if aesthetics are your top priority and you're not relying on specific third-party audio setups or niche apps, this TV is worth considering. But for a trouble-free smart TV experience, these persistent issues make it hard to recommend without reservations. Samsung could fix a lot of this with firmware updates, but as it stands, it's a mixed bag.
