Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10/10 aesthetic TV hangs like actual artwork and looks absolutely beautiful on the wall, the key 8s to select the right bezel for your wall color - we went with gold for cream walls. Frame features generally work as advertised. The matte screen genuinely uplifts the space as opposed to having a giant shiny black mirror (regular TV). The picture quality can't match an OLED TV of course, but is adequate given the upgrade in aesthetic and this is something everyone should be aware of before buying. Overall this TV has seriously upgraded the aesthetic of our main living room and we love it!

Due to construction we just opened the box and it’s missing the pieces required (cord, remote, box, stand) to actually function. Since it’s past 30 days they will do nothing. We’ve spent hours on hold being transferred to 7 different people. We now spent 2k on a TV that is useless. If you want to purchase a product from this horrible company definitely do it through a company with better customer service. A complete waste of $$$, and time. I would give negative stars if that were possible.

We ended up buying the dishwasher at another store and we were out that money. We have not ordered the new TV yet, but we will be ordering from another store. Samsung is not helpful when things go wrong with their orders. I won't be using them again.

The TV has a matte-finish type of a screen that is really good in a very bright room. 4K provides good depth, black and vivid colors. A calibration of picture will greatly help to meet personal preferences. TV sound is acceptable and can work without the need of external dedicated audio equipment. The most important part is that above matte screen picture helps immensely when it comes to displaying photos-pictures. That said Art Mode requires a subscription but there’re other ways to play slide show of your favorite photos. It’s been in use for many hours a day for past months thus it appears to be a very well designed product.

I also use it for movies, kids movies and love looking at the artwork as well, just that I haven’t been able to transfer my photo or family photos to the tv using my iPhone at the moment, still figuring it out overall it’s amazing with artwork.

My new frame T.V. is awesome for having a decorative picture or painting on the wall in the living space. The colors are outstanding and the best that I have experienced of any T.V. on the market. I highly recommend this T.V. It'll bring much needed attention to your living space and the paintings that are provided for a little extra per month are a must have! 10/10 for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything and then some We love our 75" Frame. While the sound leaves a bit to be desired and could be boosted by adding a soundbar, it is a great TV. We use it the majority of the time for the Art factor. We went with the "factory" frame in white, but are seriously contemplating getting an aftermarket frame to complement the picture properly. As always, you buy a product, and without fail, they release a new, improved Pro version. Can't win them all.

This is the first tv I’ve been excited to not only buy but to watch as a woman. I am having a little trouble finding the right contrast and brightness that suits me but other than that I’m very pleased

We just moved and finally we were able to get the Frame. The only way to describe it is “Phenomenal “, to be able to have beautiful art works on your wall and to be able to change them with the seasons, holidays or just to suit your mood is amazing. The Frame is all I imagined it would be and more because it’s also a Samsung TV!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 75" Samsung Frame TV I am less than impressed with the Samsung TV's and their service/warranty. We have had many issues with our Frame TV's (3 of them). Our AV company opened up a service ticket for one of the TV's, Samsung went to the wrong house and fixed their TV instead of coming to our house, took us forever to get the rescheduled appointment then when 2 Samsung guys came to the house to fix the TV they would not fix the other TV that was having the exact same problem. Took them less than 3 minutes to fix the TV so this would have saved EVERYONE time if they would have just fixed the other TV while they were at our house. They said you need to open another ticket and we will come back. This is very inconvenient for everyone involved (homeowner...me, AV company and Samsung repair people) and I will share my experience with a lot of people so they don't buy Samsung. We are stuck at this point because we have 14 TV's in our house. VERY BAD Customer Service.....actually AWFUL!

While displaying selected art works, it’s low profile and snap on Bezzel frame have all our guest complementing the beautiful artwork. While watching movies or sports the picture clarity is outstanding. What I didn’t know about the frame is that there is almost no glare even in the direct sunlight. I was so impressed with my frame TV I bought a second. Thanks, Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall I like I like the flush look and the screen gallery. It has a lot of features I don’t even think I use. I liked that I can use my phone as a remote. Only things that bother me is that when I turn on my TV never opens to the screen I want, and the remote stops working, so I have to completely exit an app to start navigating it again. For example, to fast forward the app and remote seem to get stuck and you can’t do anything but exit out the app and start over and that’s in every app I’ve ever used.

The picture quality is outstanding, and when paired with the Samsung slim soundbar, the audio experience is exceptional too. My favorite feature has to be the art selection—totally worth the subscription. I’m having so much fun switching up the artwork daily! Another fantastic feature is how seamlessly it mounts flush against the wall. Plus, with the controller is in a separate box, so I didn’t need to relocate any cables or outlets - such a thoughtful design. The delivery was impressively quick (just three days!), and the installers did a truly professional job. I was so impressed that I decided to purchase a second one!

Unfortunately, it started having an issue with TV power supply board. Customer support was helpful in arranging a replacement, but the process was disappointingly slow, taking almost two months, while new purchases arrive in just two days. Samsung should streamline the replacement process for a better customer experience.

No need to connect a streaming device because it comes packed already with all the apps. You can even connect a PS5 controller to it and play games. Highly recommend.

My Xbox and PC are wirelessly connected to the TV, so I use it as my gaming monitor for all titles and games on Samsung Game Pass. When we are not using the TV it displays various art pieces to accent the mood and environment of my room. My family loves this (SAMSUNG 75" Frame TV) addition to our home.

No one at their service call center speaks English, nor do they understand the nuances of simple words like "No, that is not in stock" versus "Yes, that is not in stock". It is frustrating and honestly just a waste of time to buy consumer electronics from a company that can not deal with the language of their primary (largest) market. I guess I'll be buying SONY going forward and pray that they are not off-shoring their support representatives to non-English speaking countries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Last Samsung Purchase TL;DR: Don’t be swayed by the marketing, this is not a good TV or a customer focused company! I love the idea of the frame TV, but unfortunately Samsung seems to have botched this product, and the Samsung support experience hasn’t improved from the public debacles over the years. While in warranty my Frame TV developed a large yellow/green tinted spot in the middle of the screen. Attempts to get warranty support went completely unanswered. This seems to be a common issue judging by forums and reviews; one I should have paid attention to before my purchase. Another technical note for the cinephiles. You’re likely not buying this TV for top of the line specs but for the ability to fit the environment it is in. Unfortunately the actual performance of the TV is disappointing even in that context. The motion smoothing, black frame insertion, and broken “FilmMaker Mode” make this and I believe most Samsung TVs a frustrating watching experience, trading between unholy saturation and distortion from artifacting or a silly amount of judder and contrast issues. This has nothing to do with panel capabilities and everything to do with Tizen, and the processing modes on the TV, the specs don’t matter when the software is this bad.

And when I called RXO & Samsung to address this & to just refund me the $150, they still tried to schedule for the FIFTH time, an installation appointment. Ignoring my request of refund. Let’s just say I ordered the TV in November and still do not have it installed and with no refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A beautiful entertaining artwork I was little concerned before buying the samsung frame tv and thought more of a gimmick but trust me once it was mounted on the wall all my perception has changed. It is a beautiful tv I have ever seen and the quality of the display is so good, even when you a direct lightsource in front of it. I am photographer by hobby and this frame is able display anything I throw at it and it displays it with beautifully. My only concern is audio but when paired with a samsung soundbar that concern also goes away. If given a chance I would buy another one for my home theater. I highly recommend this tv.

The company’s response: we wouldn’t have shipped a broken tv, so they believe it’s my fault. More than $2k down the drain. Hurts me a lot more than it would a giant corporation. Never buying Samsung again; I hope the readers will learn from my loss.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV but WORST customer service i bought this tv about two weeks ago. while the tv itself is great, the one connect box that came with it was cracked all over its box. it’s been a nightmare trying to get it replaced with samsung e-commerce after literally more than 4 hours spent collectively altogether, via phone, text and email. lots of empty promises but they never follow thru. NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER. now when i called them on their e-commerce line, i dont even get connected. Samsung customer service is the WORST i have ever seen. i would much rather buy something else now

I always hated the traditional look of a TV because when it was off it was ugly. Now it's a part of my decoration. I cannot power on our us the TV without a one connect box. I tried getting assistance from the chat agent who gave me a toll free number to call. I have called that number multiple times and just get put on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. I am so frustrated I cannot take to a live person who can help me get a one connect box so I can use my TV. Samsung customer service for me has been a horrible experience. I will try calling once again after I calm down.

Samsung contracted RXO to deliver my tv, and the first delivery was scheduled for Wednesday September 11. The delivery date came and went without any communication from RXO. I was eventually able to reschedule it for Tuesday, September 17th. Once again the delivery was not fulfilled on that date. I rescheduled for Monday September 23rd but the day before I received a text that the delivery could not be completed as planned. I rescheduled for Tuesday the 24th. I received a message that the Tuesday delivery could not be completed as planned. I was finally able to reschedule for Thursday the 26th after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and receiving a response. I should not have had to go through all of these steps simply to receive a delivery. If you are considering ordering this TV from Samsung, I would not recommend ordering directly from them. I would recommend purchasing from a company that can delivery the TV without using a cut rate last mile delivery provider.

Unfortunately, I have found that the picture quality does not meet my expectations, particularly for use in an entertainment room or for watching sports. Upon researching the return process, I discovered Samsung's 15-day return policy, despite the delivery team advising me to retain the packaging for a potential return within the first 30 days. I have been attempting to reach out to Samsung for assistance regarding this matter. In light of my experience, I would recommend considering purchases from retailers such as Costco or other large box stores, as they tend to be more accommodating and understanding in situations like this.

UPS says "the package was damaged during delivery and empty box was discarded", but still Samsung refuses to send me a replacement or refund the money and just tell me I have to wait an unknown amount of time until they resolve their issue with UPS. I have spent 4 times calling and chatting with support, each time spent 20-30 minutes on a call with no result. If I had bought from Amazon or any other seller, I would have received a replacement instantly without even calling.

At this point I don't even know if this tv works or how it looks. It is still sitting sealed in the box! Called today, after the 3rd failed attempt to have it installed, to request a different installing company and was told to wait 1-2 days just to see if I can be done!! This is ridiculous will not buy another samsung product!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turned out to be huge mistake "I'm giving this TV a one-star rating due to its misleading advertising. The product description implied that the included frame could be easily mounted on any wall. However, I discovered that it requires a recessed box to conceal the "One Connect Box" and its numerous cables. This additional installation step proved to be both costly and inconvenient. I had to hire an electrician for around $540 to install the recessed box and then another contractor for similar-priced wall repairs and painting. After using for a time period it becomes SUPER LAGGY. On YouTube for instance, you move left/right/up/down to videos and the TV doesn't show the motion. This happens on all apps regularly. I then need to unplug power on the TV box, plug back in, and it works for a short while before happening again. Another item bad is game center. It's pointless; they just need to let you pin a gaming device to the homescreen like any other device. Overall, neat, but would never recommend this to anyone at all.

We ordered 75 inch frame TV but it came with lots of scuff mark in the screen, so we request to return. When we placed order online, at that time, they had promotions get one 65 inch for free if you order 75 frame TV. Their drivers picked up both 75 and 65 inch TV from our house, but Samsung only confirmed the 65 inch was completely returned. In the order status website, the 75 tv was not returned yet… We emailed and called Samsung tons of time, even their ceo office, nobody can help us figure out anything. It has been three weeks, Samsung, you already picked up 75 inch TV from our house, we have all the pick up day photos and your contractor RXO also confirmed with us they picked up both TVs. Please update the return status and refund us!

Reported issue on the day one they waited 15 days which i didn’t was the replacement window and they replied to my query after so they don’t have to replace TV. I have order model which is working great that is the reason we went with this TV. CS representative from Samsung was rude a didn't care. They sent technician out who asked me to take TV off qhich i have back issue and told him i can’t do it. Technician left and i called CS to complain about to my surprise CS told me i have to take TV off the mount and they somehow miss this detail to give me on earlier call. Drew the CS told me that supervisor will take 2 hours to come on call and put me on hold for 2 hours . Worst CS experience every.

I have literally never written a bad review in my entire 40 years on this planet. Samsung has lost the two tv’s that I ordered over a month ago and are blaming a glitch with their local shipping company; I’ve called the shipping company and they have no record of receiving/delivering the TVs. I have called SS countless times and spent hours and hours trying to get help, but it’s the same automated/scripted answers each time and ‘please call back this number blah blah blah, give us 2-3 more days blah blah blah’. It’s been over a month. I have requested a refund, but they say they can’t give one because I don’t have anything to return. Yeah, duh, because I never received the TVs!! Samsung should not sell TVs directly; they clearly don’t have the ability to address customer issues. I could buy the same TV on Amazon or Bestbuy right now and have it delivered in 1-2 days and if there was a problem, I have no doubt they would resolve it right away instead of this amateur circus. So ridiculous and frustrating. Samsung, get yourself together. And don’t make me constantly call YOU for updates.

I was excited an updated frame tv was released this year and upon turning on the art display for the first time, I immediately noticed the improved color, clarity, and brightness. The brightness and clarity of the tv is satisfactory for my living space which is west facing with 2 large 95” W windows and a glass sliding door. I am also pleased with the minimal glaring and reflection which allows me to watch movies and shows during the day without any visual disruptions. The remote is responsive and doesn’t lag. The art display is gorgeous and the art app/feature has been updated to reduce lag time. Since the tv is quite large, we opt for professional mounting through Samsung and it was done within an hour. The tv sits flush up against my wall and truly looks like an art piece when in art mode. Overall, this is the best frame TV yet!

When the TV arrived, it was missing a crucial bolt needed to securely connect it to the mount. Without this part, the TV is wobbly and unstable. I contacted customer service multiple times, spending hours on the phone trying to get a resolution. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, they were completely unhelpful. Each time, I was given the runaround with no clear solution in sight. Now, I’m left with an expensive TV that can’t be properly mounted, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I expected much better from such a high-end product. Buyer beware – if you run into any issues, don’t count on customer support to help you out!

Unfortunately, the installation experience has been a nightmare. RXO, Samsung’s installation partner, initially claimed the TV couldn’t be installed safely due to “plastic parts”—but they didn’t even know the TV came with a mount. I spent hours with Samsung customer service to confirm the correct mount, only to be told different things each time. RXO rescheduled my installation, yet arrived hours earlier than scheduled on Halloween. When I explained that we still didn’t have the right parts, they had no solution. Samsung and RXO clearly do not communicate. Samsung suggested the same wall mount (already included with the TV), while RXO claimed they “didn’t know” what mount was required. I’ve filed complaints with the FTC and BBB and scheduled a costly professional installation with Best Buy to finally resolve this after a month of back and forth. As a teacher, I deal with a lot, but Samsung and RXO’s mishandling has been too much. I’m now seeking legal options for a refund due to this frustrating experience. After multiple calls, hours spent waiting, and two failed installation appointments, I’m left with a TV I can’t mount. Customer service has been unhelpful and inconsistent. For a premium product and as a loyal Samsung customer, I expected far better. This experience has been frustrating and has wasted my time and money. If you’re considering a Frame TV, triple-check compatibility before purchasing any mounts. Samsung, please address this issue for your customers—it’s disappointing to see this lack of accountability for a problem that clearly affects many. Not a product expert but as a normal user of TV, this product concept and quality is exceptional for me. Purchase and installation experience were smooth and met expectations. However the post sales customer service is horrible. so god help you if you have to contact them and if you are thinking the "contact CEO office" is some sort of escalation to management, dont!. its just a level 2 for customer service with same repetitive messages the level 1 customer service gives you the first time. For Samsung their ironclad polices comes before customer experience. This is also reflected in the product ratings, most of the bad reviews are for the customer service. I have been a lifelong samsung customer and advocate across the product range ( Phone , printers, TV, Cooking range, dishwashers) and so far have been luck that i didnt have to reach out to customer service for anything, but this experience has opened me to think beyond samsung. i chose to buy the TV again but samsung lost my loyalty. Buy only if you are willing to( like me) flip a coin between the product and the customer service.

I purchased this for my office waiting room and the amount of comments that I receive when the frame changes from "art" to an actual program are unbelievable. The quality of this television is impeccable in terms of resolution. It is by far the best television I have seen/purchased for several reasons. The built in sound system is very high quality unlike the one in the office before. The picture frame / art mode is seriously the best thing for any waiting room. Who would have thought that not only would I find a television of such high quality that also transforms into art. This is not your typical television, everything about it is truly a work of art. I am beyond impressed. It has truly boosted the appearance & "vibe" of my waiting room. This would be the perfect choice for any formal living area as well, it does not have the "tacky" look that most television do... it is a true piece of art in every way.

I got it because I hated how a regular TV looks like a big, boring black box, and this thing completely changes the game. Design-wise, it’s top-tier. It literally looks like a picture frame when it’s off. The customizable bezels (I went with walnut) and flush wall mount make it blend seamlessly into any room. Plus, the single slim cable to the One Connect Box keeps it clean and minimalist. The Art Mode is the real star. It displays artwork or photos when the TV’s off, and it’s so convincing that people don’t even realize it’s a screen. The Art Store has endless options, though the subscription costs extra. The picture quality is fantastic—4K QLED with vibrant colors and deep blacks. HDR10+ makes everything pop, whether it’s movies, shows, or games. One downside? If you’re watching from the side, the picture loses some of its punch, but it’s not a dealbreaker. It’s also smart. Samsung’s Tizen platform runs smoothly with all the usual apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), and the SolarCell remote is a nice touch—it charges with light, so no batteries needed. It seems to be OK for the most part but it has a hard time with the handshake to my sound bar when transitioning from an internal app like Netflix to my Xfinity cable box. I'll get no sound at all, or more commonly, the sound will slowly come in. Really? I am not the most demanding viewer. I think the picture is fine while others don't. The Art store at $50/year seems a bit steep, but it works well and has nice stuff on it. Most importantly, my wife likes it.

Service kept focusing on conversation about the motion sensor and we were asking for repair of the light sensor not working . I have three Samsung frame tvs . A 55,65 and this 75. Samsung service offered no further help even on a tv under warranty. I have 6 Samsung TVs total right now. Only time I have had terrible service. This is a problem noted on the forums. Any size but ,y 75 is the only one I am experiencing issues with.

(#1) I wanted a TV that would sit completely flush with the wall (#2) I wanted something that would blend into our decor seamlessly and the Frame was designed precisely for this. I could not be happier with the TV. The TV function is top-tier Samsung and no complaints there at all. System runs and functions very well. Screen res is crisp and clear without being glossy in our brightly lit family room. The Art function is the best part though. My family and I take great pride in taking and posting pictures to the Frame and displaying them in ART mode. Love reliving life through our own artwork. Recommendations - Integrate AI Imaging to provide exciting new possibilities for displaying personal artwork. Or more simply, add additional filtering and customization of filtering for personal art.

There's no integration with google photos, you can only play files from the flash drive with some weird ways of uploading them there from the phone. There's no easy way to configure the frame about the photos - so you usually end up with default one, unless you run through hundreds of your photos and manually remove the paspartu. Slide show sometimes stops working and gets stuck on the same picture. The whole slideshow navigation is somehow broken.

Crisp sharp picture from gaming to watching your favorite shows/movies. The always on display with picture mode is fun and lively, making what would normally be a black hole on the wall turn to art or your own personal photos. Only inconvenience is the instructions on mounting, thankfully there's a ton of YouTube videos with step by step instructions. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for more than just an amazing TV.

Unboxing was normal but it had weird white powder all over the outside of the TV, and when I went to turn on the TV it had insane amounts of backlight bleeding. My guess is that quality control is not great right now. Have never had issues with Samsung TV quality before, but this was extremely poor.

I bought 2 of them and 1 needs to basically be thrown away....it operates perfectly for a period of time and then reboots and gets stuck in a loop where it 'updates' and then reboots and immediately does it again. I've tried everything they've told me. Sometimes it will begin to work and then a week later it's stuck again. It's so bad I go to another room just to avoid it. I may have a lemon, but customer service won't back up their products.

The art options are the real revelations. Having the art adds to the room instead of a blank spot on the wall. Moreover I am exposed to various artists begin to understand what my preferences. Also exposed to art that I would not have otherwise. The recreations are stunning in texture.

The remote is tiny, making it hard to use. More or less the opposite of using a TV with a ROKU. Roku = EASY, Samsung = HARD.

It stopped working while under warranty, Samsung sent workers out 4 times to repair it without success, and now >2 months since it stopped working they told me they don't have any replacements and that they would send me a check for a refund. Now after a few weeks they are trying to replace the cash refund with a "store credit" and are impossible to get in touch with to ask them questions and to get this process over with. I don't want a store credit at all because I have no intentions of buying another faulty TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It stopped turning on after 1 year 3 months It was working yesterday in the morning and then last night I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. Charged the remote this morning, nothing. Either through remote or the power button behind the standby light. I can see a little standby red light, so the TV has power… right... Right? Took it off the wall, unplugged it, held the power button, replugged it in, tried to turn it on… still nothing. I am a bit embarrassed to say that I insisted on buying this over my spouse’s objections and now its 2K for brick a year later. We don't have kids, we don't have pets, it's just been hanging on our wall, and all of a sudden won't turn on. I don't know what else to say, but I'm really disappointed in this thing and I'm not sure if I'd ever buy another samsung product after this experience.

From the moment I set it up, it completely transformed my living room. The design is sleek and modern—it's not just a TV, but a piece of art! The Frame blends seamlessly with many décors, and I love that it can display stunning artwork when not in use, making it look like a high-end picture frame. The 4K QLED picture quality is absolutely phenomenal. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the overall clarity is unmatched. Whether I’m watching movies, playing games, or just enjoying a favorite show, the viewing experience is immersive and breathtaking. HDR is also superb, giving every scene incredible depth and detail. I’ve also found the Smart TV features to be incredibly intuitive. The interface is quick and responsive, and the built-in apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ work perfectly. It looks just like a picture frame, so it blends right into your room and turns into an art gallery when you’re not watching TV. The QLED screen gives super clear 4K pictures with bright colors, deep blacks, and lots of brightness—great for movies, games, or shows. I love the Art Mode; you can show tons of artwork or your own photos, and the matte screen cuts down on glare so it looks like real canvas. It’s thin, has snap-on frames, and a hidden cable for a clean setup. The smart stuff runs on Tizen—easy to use, lots of apps, works with Bixby, Alexa, or Google. Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Review of The Frame LS03D QLED 4K TV (2024) I bought the 75-inch Samsung Frame for my living room because I wanted a big screen that still looked stylish. I didn’t add a bezel yet, but even without one, the matte finish makes it look more like art than a TV. With Art Mode on, it really does blend into the room. People usually don’t realize it’s a TV until something starts moving. Picture quality is strong for what I use it for the most: streaming and sports. It’s bright, colorful, and handles motion really well. I watch with lights on or in daylight a lot, and the anti-glare coating makes a big difference. It doesn’t have the deepest blacks for dark movie nights, but that’s not a deal breaker for me. The One Connect box keeps everything clean. Only one thin cable goes up to the TV, so the whole wall looks neat and intentional instead of cluttered with wires. Sound is decent. It works fine for everyday watching, though eventually I might add a soundbar. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It makes the room look better while still being a very good TV. If someone wants an immersive theater setup, they might pick an OLED. But for a bright living room where style matters, The Frame is exactly what I wanted.

How do I make additional folders on my Frame TV in order to organize the countless number of photos you provide, that I pay a membership to access? This is a bit limiting when you only have a single Favorites folder available. I should be able to take all the scary photos you have and make a "Halloween" folder, all the snowscapes and make a "Winter" folder. The only reason I am paying for the membership is to get "UNLIMITED" access to your photos. Why isn't there a way to make folders or to group the pictures how I would like them to be?

We have been using it for half a year now and so far we love the quality of the visuals we are seeing and the design element of the TV made our space look even more appealing. Samsung TV channels are limited and tend to feature less popular / less recent programming on some channels . It would be wonderful if Samsung would consider expanding programming . As well making a more diverse universal remote . The Samsung remote is in my opinion limited as there is not an option to punch in an actual channel number .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful but... Overall very happy with this TV's picture quality, use of remote, menu setups. No menu lags, access to fav apps and media enjoyment is top notch. Only complaints: this is a very bright screen with an annoying lack of dimming controls or blue light limiting, especially night time. Even with brightness at its lowest setting and not using sports or other high quality settings on. I would think a firmware update could help this. Sound quality. I have the linked Samsung sound bar and sub and its a good addition but it still seems lacking compared other basic sound systems I've used in the past. One has to really crank the volume to get the setup to sing. Likely a sound bar/sub quality thing, but without it, TV only would be pretty anemic.

I’m also getting better at recognizing the the masterpieces and the artist who painted them. Another point, it’s great to display your photographs…I love PhotoShopping some our beach surf pictures into a piece of art to display on the screen. And finally, it’s great for watching movies, sports, and playing games. An all around super television!

There was only one problem with the eARC HDMI port, while my other Samsung TVs in the house interface flawlessly with my SONOS system, with the Frame, I always had to increase the volume from around 2.0 to around 6.5 to get the equivalent volume of the other Samsungs which also had eArc ports. Otherwise, we loaded some of our own artwork, and the software worked flawlessly, always turning on when someone was in the room, going through its slideshow, and going to sleep at night. Then after three years, the colors on the left quarter of the TV started fading. After a few weeks, they had almost become black and white. The house is off the ocean, in a remote area to hard to service, so we trashed it and ordered another 75" Frame, but this time, it is a 2024 model. This one has the same volume problems as the previous one, but in addition, the sensors seem to be of very poor quality as it half the time it does not come out of sleep mode and simply stays dark – not very useful. I must use the remote to turn it on and off to get the slideshow started. This is most annoying and reduces the value of having the TV to display art. Also, we loaded the same 50 photos, which is an annoying low limit, but this time, there are 4 of the 50 that have a resolution of 3024x1701 instead of 4032x2268. Unfortunately, these 4 photos appear with a white frame around them while the 46 others are frameless. The 2021 did not do this!

We love that we can turn it off and not have to see a big black rectangle. We rotate the art on a weekly basis as there are plenty of options. I actually talked by 75 year old mom into purchasing a frame TV and she loves it. The newer models do not require an external box so all you need is a power receptacle behind it and then you have no visible wires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it, but... I love the frame. I have the 85" and it is a perfect size for my space. I LOVE the art mode and the variety of subscriptions to display. We have solar, so we run it 24/7. I also love Samsung TV. I get all of my local TV channels so I do not need cable or satellite TV. This is a huge bonus! I am a professional colorist and finishing editor in TV and film post production in Hollywood and am responsible for delivering shows and films that will pass the most rigorous Quality Control specifications. I am confident that the shows that I am watching on The Frame TV, go through the same scrutiny before they are released. Unfortunately, I have prominent technical issue with the TV. In most motion (and not even fast motion), there are artifacts on the edges of shapes and objects that is noticeable and distracting. It doesn't matter which streaming network I am watching (and my internet speed is 5Gbps, yes, 5Gbps.) It happens on all of them. In fact, I experience the same motion artifacts from a local UHD media server utilizing 8K HDMI cables. I don't know what is causing it, perhaps chip processor speed? I would love to get it fixed, because I love all of the other functions so much. I'd be happy to be a beta tester to help figure a solution.

Picture is crisp & we enjoy the glare resistant feature given this is in a large room with lots of natural light during the daytime. It's large enough to proportionally fit on the wall & doesn't look too big (75"). I chose the Frame over OLED because of the art display feature given it's our primary entertaining space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best investment we've made in our new home We love Samsung TVs and have long admired The Frame sets that we've seen at friends' houses, so when we recently moved apartments, we decided to "trade up" to a large-format Frame. We've seldom been so pleased with an electronics purchase. The colors are vibrant, the picture crisp and sharp, and the wide array of artistic styles and schools seemingly endless. It brightens the room in a way that a single, static painting or photograph, however beautiful or evocative, never could. We find ourselves stopping whenever we pass to marvel at how The Frame brings the wall it hangs on to life. We have bookended The Frame with other pieces of art to either side, but it's always The Frame that visitors comment on. We hope that Samsung continues to license an increasing range of artworks so that The Frame's library, already deep, keeps growing and along with it our appreciation of this unique concept in interior design!

So we have had to put thin tape over the sensor so the TV will to turn off after we have gone to sleep. Then when we go to turn it back on the next day we need to use two separate remotes (Universal remote and Samsung remote) to turn it back on. Yes if we just used the Samsung remote to watch TV it would work fine but that negates the whole purpose of buying a fancy TV that fits into our AV system and home style. We have 3 Frame TV's in this house and none of them work properly. We also have three older models (2020) in another house using the same Universal remote system that work perfectly.

First, Tizen OS automatically limits the available apps that can be used. I wish Samsung used Android. The angle of view is still not great. Must watch almost directly to get the painting effect. The cost for an additional bezel is just unreasonable. And the subscription for the art images is yet another extra cost to consider. We have been enjoying our tv for about a year, and guests are often impressed with the art mode and display. At a discounted price, this tv is still a good purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Looking TV that shuts every 30 minutes Let me start out by saying that I have wanted this tv since the day the 55 Inch Frame came out Black Friday for $800. I regretted not getting it. I waited about 3 years to finally get the 75 inch Frame 2024 version this past July from Samsung for what seems like a steal of a deal. $1499 for the tv with a free sound bar. I ended up spending the extra $300 on the gold frame. The picture is phenomenal. It was fairly easy to set up. The only issue I had originally setting it us was that I couldn't get my photos from Smart Things appt the tv wirelessly. This ended up being a VPN on my phone. Once I got that figured out, everything seemed fine. However, this TV shuts off every 2 hours. I have scoured the internet High and Low to find all the tweeks to no avail. Now it shuts down occasionally after 30 minutes. To say this is maddening is an understatement. To top it all off, the motion sensing does not work like it should. Highly disappointed.
