Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great image quality and feature filled I’ve had the Samsung S90F OLED for a little while now and honestly, it’s a great TV overall. The OLED picture quality is stunning with deep blacks, bright highlights and smooth motion that makes movies and games look incredible. The downside is the sound isn’t amazing, so you’ll probably want a soundbar, and I wish it supported Dolby Vision. Still, it’s one of those TVs that makes you stop and stare at the screen sometimes. Solid 4 out of 5 stars. Maybe with time HDR processing can be improved substantially for DV content. Similarly i owned a SUHD TV years ago which at times could beat my XBR TVs advanced processing. Things change that bring out the best of displays so here's to future improvements!

I couldn't have imagined a gaming experience like this in my home! I only played GoW and TLoU so far, but I can't wait to spend more time with it. I've watched a few shows so far and they've looked awesome. The tv speakers can also get SO loud. Even 20% of the max volume is a bit much for late night streaming binges. Overall excited to enjoy this for years to come.

Colors pop, brightness blinds, blacks consume, they should compose hakus about how beautiful this panel and the things it creates are. And it does it with minimal tweaking to get what I like. Truly and amazing product!

I love the sound clarity with the integrated speakers , i didn’t wanted to buy an extra speaker set and ruin the aesthetics, the TV is to thin it almost disappears when you look at it from the side, is thinner than a phone

Got this in November 2025, very delighted so far, vivid and sharp clear picture, good overall sound, easy to use remote and interface, took a little while to get used to a Samsung operating system, but I finally figured out how to add new apps to the menu. I did go in to adjust the gamma setting to reduce some of the black crush that apparently happens on OLED TV's. Black Crush was too heavy, that I couldn't make out any details in dark backgrounds or on people wearing black clothes, or having black hair, so I got into advanced settings. There should be more easily accessible settings for this black crush issue right from the factory settings. I am using it on Econ mode and still picture is bright enough and yields great viewing angles from all spots in the room.

Wifey absolutely loves the Alexa feature, especially how easy it is to just talk to it to set a sleep timer or control things hands-free. The interface is clean, modern, and very easy to use. One of my favorite features is how it senses when you walk into the room—it doesn’t fully turn on, but displays useful info like the indoor and outdoor temperature, quick news, time, and date. Everything is fully adjustable to your liking, which is a huge plus. And the picture quality? On another level. One night while watching 9-1-1: Nashville, my wife literally said it felt like she was right there in the show ??. As for the price… you’re definitely paying for quality, and it’s 100% worth it. I love it so much that I already want one for the living room—just bigger. I just need to stack a few more coins first lol.

We had a sony led 60" which surved its purpose for many years(since 2014.) So imagine you unbox your brand new birthday gift and set it up finally getting to see the most beautiful image you've ever seen! A picture so smooth, with such vivid detail in every pixel you are just "in-aw!" Well, now you've set it up and your 5 month old puppy is being a little wild because of the comotion of unpackaging your gift. So you and you fiance deside to put on a youtube video that has proven to relax your puppy where he just sits and watches the tv. Except now the brightness, the depth, the detail in every frame is so smooth it brings the video to life infront of you.....and your 5 month old fur-baby thinks the other puppies are really there and now proceeds to jump into the tv like this is blue's clues and hes trying to sca-doo into the screen to go play. As both you and your fiance watch in slow motion and feel your hearts stop. While watching your new tv rock back and forth. Moral of the story, the OLED 65" S90F has amaxing quality, beautiful picture and is incredibly smooth with perfect contrast and detail in every frame also if you have a puppy just wall mount your tv for safety. No televisions or puppies were harmed in the making of this review.

Given the seamless frame design, wanted to use in an employee entrance for displaying slides of various information for employees. TV doesn't seem to like the simple feed as it constantly freezes the display on a single shot until fully reset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than top tier 8k I went from a 5 year old 8k Neo QLED tv to this most recent 4k OLED. The biggest question I get is can you tell the difference? Yes. The OLED is better at processing dark colors without blooming and significantly enhances all colors and makes them pop. The 4k quality is great and shows a good amount of details, but there is a noticeable difference when comparing to the 8k model where then8k excelled, the 4k lacks. Even with minimal 8k content, the 8k samsung was still able to optimize the picture and enhance it to a noticeable difference. But there was drawbacks like blooming and judders and the one connect box failing and there being no way to repair or replace it through Samsung or their repair services which then ended up being a very expensive paper weight and the main reason I bought this 4k oled. I would highly recommend this tv. The TV runs smoothly and the colors pop, the TV is incredibly thin, light weight and near bezel less. I think the price is appropriate, screen brightness is appropriate and if you have it in a dark room then there is no need for the anti reflecting coating on the higher tier model of the oled. The 8k qn900b I hated, this s90f oled I actually love. Worth the money.

One thing that happens is when you hit the volume button, it talks to you. Someone from the Geek squad helped talk us through this over the phone. Second thing- something about shortcuts just pops up inadvertently, and we cannot get rid of it unless we cut the TV off and then turn it back on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolute Cinema (PSA for gamers buying this TV: Game mode was removed and only way to bring it back is through a USB update on Samsung's software and manual website. I highly recommend doing so) After wanting an OLED for so long and coming from a 2019 4k Samsung LED TV, I finally got one and….wow… it’s every bit as phenomenal as I hoped it would be. I did a lot of research before and man it’s overwhelming to choose the right tv, although it seems like OLED is at a point where basically no matter what you choose it will at least be at a bassline of great. I went with Samsung because I’ve just had good experiences with Samsung displays in the past. It also was easy to choose this model as the flagship 95F seemed like a very very small improvement for a much greater price, and it has a matte finish where the 90F is a standard glossy finish. First, this TV gets VERY bright. Even in daytime it can get more than bright enough. My living gets some sunlight from the windows on the right and far left but it doesn’t impact the image at all. Although it could just be the higher position of the tv and the direction of sunlight. I imagine if you have sunlight that points directly or almost directly to where the tv would be, then there probably will be some reflection. If there’s a celling light directly in front the tv, there will be a reflection naturally as I have tested this myself, but it’s no biggie because I always have it off anyway. All to say it looks amazing in daytime. Overall picture quality is just phenomenal. The QD OLED panel is really incredible and makes both dark and light scenes very vivid. I’ve tested it on games such as Mario kart world and Metroid prime 4, which especially looks breathing taking on this panel. Prime 4 is just meant to be played on an OLED and is a big reason why I got one now. Playing it at night is simply the peak of peak gaming experiences. Finally, I’d like to mention that there’s plenty of settings to customize it to your preferences and get the picture you want. I’d recommend playing around with them a lot. Some key ones I’d recommend are “HDR tone mapping” to static, contrast enhancer off (just makes the picture look way worse when on), color booster off, and color space to custom then select bt.2020 and then switch to normal color space. Also, huge PSA for gamers that I’d like to share. The current software for this TV removed HGIG support, which is in game picture expert settings labeled “Game HDR”. In order to bring it back you have to download an update that’s only available to download on a USB on the Samsung software and manuals website. Once you download it to a usb and connect it to your TV, you’ll be able to download version 1130 which brings back “Game HDR”. This is very important because without it you won’t be able to calibrate your HDR on your system console settings correctly. It’s all so very confusing for no reason just to get proper HDR and really is the only compliant I have. Overall just a phenomenal TV.

Very easy to set up with so many apps already installed to choice from. Navigating with the remote is easy and intuitive. Samsung really made it easy to enjoy all that this tv has to offer. Setting up the picture with the different picture modes really helps dial in how you like to watch tv. The warm tones are warm, bright colors are vivid, blacks are actually black. This is a great tv with multiple options to tune your viewing pleasure just like you want in. I would definitely recommend the Samsung S90F. You can’t go wrong!

Stock out of the box with AI turned on, the whites can be glaringly bright. People's teeth have bright edges that at first look like they are wearing braces, and up close look x-ray - like. Would like to see an easily selectable mode for critically watching movies: One that assumes a darkened room and with no unnatural colors or whites. Something like a director would use as a studio monitor for accuracy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenging navigation, lost picture. The picture was very good for the first 3 2eeks, then we lost picture and had only sound. Still waiting for Samsung Service. While it worked, we had difficulty navigating the menu to select our default tab, DISH Network. With our 5+ year old Samsung QLED, we were able to go to our DISH input just by turning the TV on. Now, we have to go through several steps to get to DISH when we turn it on. This has been confusing for us and we wish that the TV would be on the last input we had selected before we turned it off.

Then samsung emailed me saying they are gonna charge me a restocking fee. So I called and they said they will take the fee off. Couple of days later, now they are saying I have to pay the fee in order to get my refund. So im out $67, no tv, and no clue when I'll get refunded. Also had a 10% off code that I used on the order that they won't let me use again or offer another one.

I literally upgraded from a 10 year old first Gen samsung smart tv and oh my god the difference is night an day. Quite literally, the amazing QDOLED display on this tv gives it the most perfect inky blacks I've ever seen! I also just love the 40W sound system, and when paired with my Q-series sound bar I can take advantage of the new Q-Symphony technology and transform my living room into my very own movie theater! I also love gaming, whether it be through the integrated Samung Gaming Hub or through my game console, taking advantage of the 144hz and Freesync Premium that the tv has to offer is just the cherry on top. Stutter free, buttery smooth gameplay all from my tv. Truly the most revolutionary piece of tech I've purchased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective Panel - Green dots all over in a day I was looking forward to my first OLED TV experience and within a day, I am thinking whether to replace it with a mini LED, even if its a bit downgrade in viewing quality from OLED. TV was delivered yesterday late evening, loved the product out of the box, and even watched a movie as well. Today afternoon, when I turned it on, I noticed green dots all over. I was able to reach customer service easily, agent was supportive and the replacement is approved. I understand, the item may be defective, but this incident caused a bit of worry, and not sure if I can really enjoy the (replacement) TV, thinking about its durability, and whether to just get a mini LED / look for alternatives. Also, the stand quality is very poor as well, with snaps that feel poorly designed and risk of coming off, if you try to slide (slightly) / adjust the orientation the TV on the table.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Skips After working with the tv to get the color and picture right, there’s a ton you have to do, the picture has a studded, skips. When there’s fast motion it can’t keep up. It took me weeks trying to make it right. At first I was using a fire stick and it was horrible so I am running it on its own make up. Much better. But still had to work on color and all the adjustments. Once you change something, it kicks other things off that you need. When turning on smooth motion the screen darkens. Even with the brightness turned up to 100%. Terrible. Without smooth motion, I can’t even watch it. So I decided to call Samsung and they sent out a tick to check it. After showing them the glitch, which they agreed to see, they did nothing. They called Samsung and went through the testing and Samsung said nothing was wrong, so they couldn’t do anything. However they saw the glitch. They said it was with my wifi. I had T-Mobile so I switched to Glo fiber. 300mb. Same problem. I found out the tv can only take 100mb. Which it was getting. Still getting a stutter. I paid $2500 for this tv and it’s going in the trash. Buying an LG. Which is what I had before for 8 years. No problem.

The colors on this TV are amazing. Had to rematch some 4k movies to see the difference and it's crazy. Avengers end game I could see things I never seen in a non oled TV. All my tvs will be oled now. Colors are brilliant and look very accurate. Brightness of the tv is amazing.. Even in SDR, every picture is bright and punchy. HDR is even more beautiful... Bright are very bright, but without giving the rest of the picture a washed out look. Colors stay accurate and everything else pops from the screen.

However, I find the software difficult to navigate and it took me a month to get the tv not to turn on or broadcast date and time when I wanted tv to be off. Another hint (I wish I had known) is that I bought the 900 series sound bar and (this may be true with all sound bars) I’m not using because I prefer my stereo (wider sound stage) and most of my movie choices do not have 5 speaker soundtracks

From Picture Quality right down to the design this tv is simply beautiful. From movie watching to gaming you couldn't ask for more in a tv. This is my first QD OLED tv and it checks all the boxes in what I have been looking for in a tv. I highly recommend it.

Faulty power supplys We had to return tv twice within 2 months each as the power supply units would stop working and the t.v would die and never turn back on even with factory reset attemps. I would never buy a Samsung television again. Only after a deep search of the internet did we discover this to be a known flaw. Luckily it happened both times within the stores return policy time allowance. Its quite difficult and inconvenient to return large panel televisions and labor time is not rembursed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best color vibrancy of any TV I've owned If you're like me, you've spent easily a dozen hours on websites providing mountains of performance metrics and have watched several 20+ minute YouTube videos discussing the pros and cons of various models. Ultimately I bought the three highest rated TVs and placed them side by side, showing identical content via the streaming apps and alternately plugged in my PC and PS5 into every TV and tried various games and movies. I tweaked the calibration settings endlessly. The S90F won by a small margin. It isn't night-and-day better than it's nearest OLED competitor, but it is notably better than it's nearest QD-Mini LED competitor (I'm not allowed to mention specific models but as of February 2026 you can guess for the 65" category). What matters to me most is brightness and color volume which the S90F is the clear winner at. My one criticism of all OLED TV's is that they're fragile -- the screen is too thin. Manufacturers need to build in intentional grab handles for moving them around since they need to survive the journey from the store to your home and then occasionally move around your home or onto a wall. These are the Fabergé eggs of TV's. That said, the image is absolutely flawless and plenty bright for every scenario I watch it in (I often use 25/50 brightness at night and only need 45/50 on a sunny afternoon but always leave Peak Brightness and Contrast Enhancer on High in every mode, even Film Maker). Brightness isn't a concern and contrary to reviews, I have no issue with the OS. The remote is massively better than the other OLED remote I tried, which my girlfriend hated.

The blacks are truly black, not that washed-out gray you see on other screens. Watching movies feels more like being in a theater than sitting in my living room. The colors are rich without looking overdone, and the brightness holds up even during daytime viewing. Sports look incredibly smooth, and fast scenes don’t blur or lag. What really surprised me is how smart the TV feels. The AI upscaling actually works. Older shows and regular HD content look noticeably sharper and cleaner. The sound is also much better than I expected from a flat-screen TV. It’s clear, full, and doesn’t feel thin or hollow. The design is sleek and modern. It sits beautifully in the room without looking bulky, and the thin profile makes it feel premium. Setup was simple, and the interface is fast and intuitive. Apps load quickly, and switching between streaming services is seamless. Gaming on this TV has also been incredible. Low input lag, smooth motion, and vibrant detail make it perfect for next-gen consoles. Overall, this TV exceeded my expectations in every category — picture, performance, design, and usability. It genuinely feels like a premium upgrade and was worth every dollar. If you’re thinking about stepping up your home entertainment experience, this is the one.

I have a sound bar and woofer also attached, but TV audio is used most of the time. The small remote takes time to get used to, but once you get it, it's quick and easy to use! Several viewing modes, I use eye comfort mode. The OLED has crisp blacks and contrast, with no fading!

The TV has to be rebooted (unplugged), let set for 3-5 minutes and then does great until the buffering happens again. Maybe a software update is necessary.

I get offering it as an OPTION (to help set up a future tv maybe?), but to REQUIRE it when I've already got several other things to log into is unnecessary and infuriating. Clearly it's just for SAMSUNG's benefit (tracking etc) and not my own, but at my expense (new account, verifying emails, entering codes etc). The cost for this expense is a bad review, stop doing this crap.

I had considered going with the S95F, but it is even brighter and I honestly couldn't imagine needing something that bright unless I was watching TV on the beach or something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What an upgrade! Went from a Samsung KS8000 60" to a S90F 65" and it's pretty much better on every level. Picture quality is amazing! Going from a 9 year old edge lit LED to an OLED almost seems like a different watching experience altogether. Colors are more vivid, dark scene are actually dark, and everything seem sharper and clearer, even though they are both 4K tvs. Gaming wise, I always thought 60hz was good for PC gaming, but at 144hz it's crazy how smooth everything is! Actually think I've been doing a bit better at some of the FPS I play because the refresh rate and response time of TV in general are so much faster. Also AMD FreeSync Premium Pro (I own a 9070xt) and VRR have made finding a proper framerate that runs without slow down or screen tearing a non-issue with the tech. No more v-sync for me! The TizenOS I've been enjoying too. Layout is nice and easy to find what you are look for once you get the hang of it. Really quick and responsive too. Samsung TV Plus is a nice bonus too, as you get a lot of free channels. If there was a weak spot on the TV I'd say it's the sound, but it isn't awful. Played a few different piece of content through the TV speakers and I think for most people they're passable. It's not on the same level of the 7.2.2 receiver I have the TV hooked up to (which works great over eARC on this TV), but that is like comparing my old TV to this one. Overall, highly recommend for someone looking for an excellent mixed usage TV (gaming, movies, streaming).

The AI Motion Enhancer Pro really brings the picture to life. The Auto HDR Remastering makes older content look very modern and enhances my viewing experience. The sound quality is just as great with the Active Voice Amplifier Pro and Adaptive Sound Pro. I've been enjoying viewing the Pro Endless Free Content that is available on the TV. Samsung really takes my home entertainment system to a whole new level.

Pathetic customer service by Samsung. They asked to File a police complaint to get the refund. How will we file a police report if the product hasn’t been delivered?? It’s about $1400 TV and this is the kind of service we get ? Truly terrible. I will keep my review at 1 star until our problem is resolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised I read many reviews prior to purchasing and listened to some of the gripes about the processor jitter. I did notice the jitter before doing the color setup through the smart things app. I tried seemingly forever to try fine tuning things on my own and just couldn't get the contrast, color, or jitter to get better or what i knew the panel was capable of. Once i did the auto setup, in filmmaker mode, it's absolutely perfect. Coming from an older mu8000 and a 75 q60d, this thing is a huge upgrade. I do like the native smart tv plus service, which is one reason why i got this instead of a C5 panel, not to mention this is also a WOLED panel in the 65" iteration. I would've happily paid full price knowing what it looks like in my room. The s90 does pretty decent in a well lit room, but if you pull the curtains, it's even better.

Resetting the picture settings to factory defaults didn’t help. The issue only resolved after unplugging the TV for about 30 seconds. This appears to be a known issue with this model, with little to no customer support available for a proper fix.

Samsung's software is a mess and the minimalist tv control is too limiting. It takes way too much effort to change between inputs - with my replaced tv it was just a single button on the remote. TV sometimes refuses to turn off. Sports are difficult to watch due to the motion blurring. Much worse than my replaced tv. I've played around with settings but can't find a fix for it.

But I have to say this has been a terrific experience and is the best OLED I've purchased so far. This TV may not have the matte screen as the S95F but still has a very good anti-glare coating which is the primary reason I purchased as it is in our front room with plenty of windows and light. I don't notice any reflections or lights and the colors are great.

The blacks are perfectly deep, and the colors are vibrant without looking artificial. It handles fast motion beautifully for sports and gaming, and the design is incredibly thin and sleek on our wall. The real test, however, was my wife. She was pretty skeptical when I told her I ordered a new TV, insisting that our old LED model was "just fine" and that she probably wouldn't even notice the difference. Well, once I got this set up and we turned on a recent 4k nature documentary, she went silent for about five minutes. Finally, she turned to me and said, "Okay, I get it now. It looks like we can reach right into the screen." She spent the rest of the evening pointing out details she'd never seen before, like the texture of a bird's feathers or the ripples in the water. Now, she's the one rushing to get the popcorn ready for movie night! If you are on the fence, just go for it. It is a massive upgrade and worth every penny.

I can just imagine what a bigger screen would look like. It would be phenomenal. I had it installed professionally, but it looked like it was easy. Didn't take no time at all. I purchased it at a great price. I am very Happy with it, so I highly recommend this TV.

During my initial research, I was a bit concerned about the lack of Dolby Vision on the S90F, but that hasn’t been an issue at all—the picture quality is stunning, and the OLED display truly shines. We paired it with the HW-SQ700F soundbar and subwoofer, which took the experience to another level. We definitely plan on adding rear speakers for an even more immersive setup. Overall, I highly recommend this television.

I had this tv since the end of December of last year and it will possibly go down as the best tv I have ever owned as far as OLED goes and I have owned alot of them. But QD OLED takes movie watching, regular tv watching and gaming to a whole other level. The picture quality just blows me away to the point that I have had to go back and re-watch all my favorite movies and tv shows. The S90F is just that good. And gaming? Wow! Puts you right in the heart of the action on my PS5. Build quality? Top notch! This tv checks all the boxes in what I wanted and have been looking for in a tv. I never believed in QD OLED in the past. Now I cant go back to anything else. In the S90F Samsung made a one of a kind OLED tv and I couldnt be a more proud owner. This folks is QD OLED at it's very best and I can highly recommend it if you are a serious movie watcher, gamer and tv series lover. It will take that experience to a whole other level.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from S90F OLED S90F Extremely clear and the speakers are 40w not 20w as the lower grade OLED that Samsung manufacturers. Bright picture from all angles with optimal viewing as well. Hardly any reflection and it is in very bright room. Added sound bar with bracket to keep it off the mantle but the speakers would have done just fine without it. System set up is quick and easy self explanatory. When you call Samsung for trouble shooting or advice you speak to a person not Ai and that’s important to most customers. Great TV a little pricy but worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from S90F OLED Have had a few lesser expensive qleds and upgraded to OLED and its the best. Brightness is better than I anticipated even with quite a bit of sun in the room. The contrast especially for gaming is unreal. Smoothness and color accuracy are noticeably better than my 2023 qled. Surprisingly even the speakers for a flat screen impressed me with the audio quality. Ill still upgrade to a sound bar soon but it wasnt a day 1 necessity. Overall I would absolutely buy again for the price point.

The remote is responsive and netflix app launches very quick. When I turn on Playstation 5 the tv launches together, which is pretty convenient for me. I like the thin sleek design.

I can see things clearly that would have been just a blurry blob on my old TV and with VRR up to 144hz it is as smooth as butter playing games at 120 fps which is the max of my PS5. It has definitely given me a competitive edge. Watching movies and TV is equally as nice with HDR and the QDOLED. Everything is sharp and bright. Colors pop. It's just beautiful to look at. Very satisfied.

Not in software, I think Sony has the best software for TVs, but picture quality, brightness, smoothness, everything is just spectacular. My husband and I thought this would be great to have a good tv for when we do have family nights. Well we decided to have a family movie night (3/4/26) tv worked beautifully. Woke up the next day, we decided to finish the second movie we started and now there’s this weird black circle in the top center. Contacted customer service (via text message) and was told it LOOKS like an INTERNAL impact. Meaning something INSIDE the TV broke. Because it is labeled as an impact it’s not covered under the 1 year manufacturers warranty and was told we would have to pay for the INTERNAL problem to be fixed. Absolutely would not recommend this tv. We are now out $2,500 plus tax for an internal issue.

I’ve owned a lot of TVs over the years, but the Samsung OLED S90 completely changed my expectations for what home entertainment can look like. From the moment I turned it on, the brightness and picture quality were absolutely stunning. The OLED panel delivers incredibly deep blacks and vibrant colors that make everything feel lifelike. Highlights pop in a way that almost feels three-dimensional, and even during bright scenes the image stays crisp and detailed without washing out. What really surprised me is how immersive the experience feels. Watching movies on this TV is honestly better than going to the theater. The contrast, motion handling, and clarity make action scenes smooth and dramatic, while darker scenes still reveal every detail without looking muddy. Streaming shows, sports, and 4K Blu-rays all look incredible. I’ve also taken the setup a step further by pairing the TV with Philips Hue lights, which sync with what’s happening on the screen and extend the colors into the room. When explosions flash or sunsets fill the screen, the lighting around the TV mirrors it and makes the whole space feel like part of the scene. For sound, I connected a Samsung Q-Symphony compatible soundbar, and the integration is seamless. The TV speakers work together with the soundbar instead of turning off, creating a fuller, more dynamic soundstage that fills the room. Dialogue is crystal clear and the bass during action scenes really hits. I also use the S90 for gaming, and it’s just as impressive there. The responsiveness and smooth motion make modern games look incredible, but what really surprised me is how well the TV handles older consoles. When I hook up my PlayStation 2, the TV’s processing and upscaling make the image look far sharper and cleaner than I expected. It smooths out the rough edges of older graphics so well that I don’t feel like I’m playing on a console from decades ago — it makes classic games feel fresh again. Between the incredible brightness, OLED contrast, immersive lighting with Hue, powerful audio with Q-Symphony, and fantastic gaming performance, this setup has turned my living room into a true home theater.
