Great picture quality with lots of features. The contrast is pretty darn good. I especially like the anti-glare screen in my living room with lots of sun from windows. The smartTV features are great, but I'm starting to see a bit of lag recently.
I'm a longtime Samsung fan and this TV only reinforces my belief in their efforts.

Have had this television for about 2 weeks now, and it's honestly amazing!
The 4k is so clear, it makes you feel as if your there in person! Playing with our PS5 and 120 hz is on another level! Super clear picture, fast refresh rate with no blurring, smoother and quicker game play. The UI is great and very user friendly, the apps that come with the tv are great, and have a big selection. Loving this TV!

The Best
After many years of being a loyal to Sony, my preference for the last 20 years is Samsung. The high quality picture is just part of my choice, the ease of setting up, the fact that I’ve never ever had any problems, I can’t say enough. I wouldn’t consider buying any other brand. I would also recommend any Samsung kitchen appliances, they have never let me down.

Amazing TV with amazing picture quality!
Bought this TV about a week ago. The deal on it was too good to pass on. The picture quality is amazing! The features, the remote, settings etc., are all great! Our PS5 looks and plays great! First time playing on 120hz and it's so smooth, quicker, and again the picture quality is so good! Very happy with my choice.

I've never had a better TV
There are clearly better models out there, but I really feel that for the price of this TV, you're getting an amazing piece of technology. Especially when glare is a concern, this TV is perfect. Most games available today don't offer 120fps/4k resolution compatability, but to have the option for when they are more widely available feels really good. I do wish the OS was a little more responsive. I'll also share that it's not a tv you want to move much, because the screen feels very delicate.

Very clear picture
I'm somewhat satisfied with the TV. The only thing I'm kind of disappointed is that there is a delay when changing channels or going from DVR to live TV, and sometimes the voice does not coincide with character lips. Not sure if it's our satellite system or the TV.

I purchased this TV and sound bar mid January received sound bar 02/04/25 TV est delivery 03/28/25 I can not review how great or not so great because my order is still 46 days out however I checked on line if I order today this TV will be delivered 02/21/25 so I place another call one of many and am told the shipper did not pick up my TV from the warehouse yet and sent me a link to place a new order for this TV and then cancel my first order then I will receive my TV by 02/21/25 CS sent me a link to do this but I must pay again for the new order and will receive a refund for the first order and get this I will have to pay 900 dollars more I lose my promotions have to pay current price. Think about it 900 dollars for prompt shipping the reason for 1 star is because no zero star this is for shipping and delivery maybe in 46 days I can give a review on this TV and soundbar but as for now it is not possible

Great Samsung Neo QLED Smart TV's

Love the Tv, hate the remote! It was designed for a 3 year old with small hands. The menu is very difficult to understand and use, there needs to be a book with instructions.

Great picture TERRIBLE audio.
Great picture but the sound is terrible from the cheap speakers Samsung uses in their TVs. Had to buy a sound bar to make the tv usable. If you purchase this tv, you had better budget for an audio device.

I hope someone in customer service really reads this and responds.
I am unhappy, we got this new TV after our home flooded in hurricane,
I have called customer service about 3 times since Christmas.
we stream tv, I have e not been able to use close captions on my Hallmark or PBS apps,
The captions were coming up in a gray box with white print, very, very difficult to read, then a few weeks later the captions went to a very very very small print and cannot be read, you actually have to go in front of the Tv to see the print.

Vibrant picture
I bought this tv after owning a Samsung 65 inch curved one but it started having a white spot in it so after researching tv's i was in between the Sony Bravia which has a great picture and this Qn90d which i did purchase and am happy so far sometimes i wish i could have them next to each other and see if i made the right choice but i think i did so so far so good but i think the backround images like people and other things may be clearer on Sony

Noticeable upgrade from 9 year old QLED
This TV replaces a QLED Q60 I purchased in 2014. I have always been happy with that TV and it still works so I gave it to my son and replaced it with this new Neo QLED QN90D. The picture is noticeably better, with deeper blacks and brighter colors. I left all picture settings on "AI" due to varied lighting conditions in my great room and it seems to do just fine without the hassle of fiddling around looking for the perfect picture settings. I paired with the Ultra Slim HW-S800D soundbar which I love; Q-Symphony for the win! Up-scaling is also very good. Most of my content source is cable which is 1080P and the 4K upscale is impressive. All in all I'm very happy with my QN90D and highly recommend!

Avoid getting the Neo QLED
I got the TV like two weeks ago! the picture quality is kinda similar to any LCD cheap ones. the price tag is overpriced even though, there was a good discount, but still $1K for this tv isn't worth it. very simple quality, and the Neo Qled screen isn't that good. I'd take this tv off the wall and put back my OLED Sony that I bought 4yr ago. still a way better than this scam.

This product is great and has good feel
This TV has some crystal clear clarity and excellent view. The only issue I observed was with sunlight falling into the house the view gets little light and can see the sunlight in it.

The price tag doesn't match the quality promises
I was suspecious about purchasing the TV in first place, due to the discount provided, and I was like wow, this is a great deal, so I did, unfortunately, the quality isn't as shown on the advertisment or the description. Samsung should do better and provide reality demos about the TV, not to keep the customer clueless and not aware that the TV won't even match QN85. that was an unfortunate purchase for me.

The picture quality is incredible. It almost feels like you're in the movie. Clear and crisp picture. The only issue I have is the sound. Volume is not consistent up and down sometimes no sound at all causing me to unplug the set for 60 seconds. Then it is fine for a while. I bought two of these and the other one is fine. Talking to a service tech is difficult mostly AI (not a fan).

First Samsung TV ever!! and I can say that it has been great, the colors are vibrant and bright. It was easy to set up not only the TV itself but all the apps that we use to watch our favorite programs. Live sports look amazing which was one of the things that pushed us to get a Samsung over any other product. Overall I can see our household adding another one or two Samsung TVs.

Not a bad picture. Good sound. Sometimes, though, there’s no sound at all. However, turning the set off, then back on usually fixes the problem. Rather difficult to get to where you want to be (specific streams, etc.) Sometimes, random text shows up on the screen, but it disappears after a while.

This TV I placed on the perfect mount, that pulls out and turns left and right and up and down... I placed it above my Electric fireplace, that has a fun mantle of sorts below the Electric Fireplace... I have a huge window in this room... with western exposure, and have no issues seeing the screen during the day... it was the perfect product for the TV room with a 156 inch wide set of windows... I am thinking of buying a smaller version for another space in my home... I appreciate Best Buy has a no interest for several months program... making this purchase on my Best Buy card a no brainer...

The picture quality has been amazing on this TV.
On a day-to-day basis (about 5-10 hours), I use this TV to stream TV shows and movies from a variety of streaming services, play games on my Switch and Xbox, watch videos on YouTube, and stream live videos. The videos and color hold up really well. Had this TV for a few years and have not noticed any burn ins or any lines on the TV. Best TV I've owned.

This TV has amazing picture quality, I got this 65 in Samsung for my bedroom. So far in terms of picture quality it is the best I have ever owned. It did take some time to learn the new Samsung software on the TV compared to previous generation. I personally use a direct ethernet cord to the TV vs WiFi because everything i use the TV for is connected to the internet for all Streaming services. Sound quality is better than any previous Samsung TV I have owned. Gaming on my PS5 pro or Xbox one X looks great and plays incredible. Only complaint is the controller is small and charges on Solar or plug into USB C cable.

This is an amazing TV, my kids and us as parents enjoy a lot.
The interface has been optimized since this is my 3rd TV always Samsung cause there is not comparison or competitor in quality and technology.
Refreshing rate combined with the definition are working pretty well, and remote control it's now more easy to use (previous one it was very simple as well).
For an strain reason I always feel I should buy the following screen size, when I'm setting at home watching.

Good but not great due to poor sound quality
TV has a great picture and the settings and menus are easy to use. I like the fact that all of my apps are easily accessible. The remote, although solar and doesn’t need batteries doesn’t have numbers so you have to scroll through guides to find your channels but it does have voice capabilities. Unfortunately the sound quality is horrendous. You have to purchase a sound bar in order to make the TV usable. If they would figure out a way to put quality speakers in the set it would be a great TV. So. 5 Star for picture quality. 0 stars for sound quality =‘a 3 star rating.

Amazing TV, hate new menu
We love Samsung TV's, our old one had an issues and was replaced under manufacturers warranty and replaced with this model. With our old TV, when you hit the home menu, you could easily choose the app you want. With the new Neo TV, you have a lot of stuff to go through and it isn't as user friendly. If there was a way to change the home screen to the prior version, this TV would be 5 star, absolutely amazing. With the new home screen, it knocks it down to 3 stars. Samsung should go back to making it simple and more user friendly for the home screen.

Hard to beat for the price
3 months of use. Bright room. For $1,100 it's hard to beat the black levels and refresh rate. Native speakers are a little underwhelming at low levels (<10). Simple receiver/tv audio swapping for movies with 1 button. Easy third party app installation. Wifi and Cat8 swapping is seamless, unlike my older Samsung which required setup each time. Voice commands work 95% of the time (twitch is picked up as switch). Would prefer the google OS but the Alexa OS is easy enough to navigate; it was simple block all media outlets I didn't want to see via Samsung TV .

I purchased the TV 4 months ago. My rating is basically due to the OS and lack of applications that I needed (Dish Anywhere). I was not able to connect my Vizio Atmos soundbar for the complete experience. The device has a very good picture and color.

Typica Samsung HIGH Quality
i've been happy with Samsung TVs for a very long time and this one is no exception. I've been very pleased with the picture and even the sound quality. The only little issue...and I do say little issue...is the feature that detects ambient sound and is supposed to increase the volume to make up for it sometimes gets REALLY loud. I don't know if I've got something set wrong or not...but not a big deal to me.

Just purchased this about 2 weeks ago. I had just purchased a new Sony TV 65" OLED, however I took it back and exchanged it for the Samsung 65" Neo QLED. I have always had Samsung TV's. I love this TV, easy setup, great picture & voice control.
The only reason I even purchased a new TV is that my 55" Samsung Series 8, won't connect to the new AT&T internet its much older.

Owned this TV for several months and pleased with purchase. This is the fifth Samsung TV I purchased over the last few years (and yes, they are all still delivering entertainment ... couple houses with several viewing locations). Samsung provides numerous features at a good price point (get them on sale). Incorporating SamsungTV is also a nice bonus. The video quality is excellent. Sound quality, like most flat screens, leaves something to be desired but adding a sound system fixes that issue.

Really nice, delicate, tv.
The TV is a beautiful product. It looks lux. As with all Samsung tvs, it does saturation well - I prefer the hyper-realism feel to that of a flat colored other brand. Especially for gaming. The built-in speakers do a great job. The smart tv features are plentiful. But the problem areas are two - one, the smart tv is slow. Like click something, wait a really long time for it to do something, hit another button, wait. It feels like it takes forever to get an app up and running. Second, the screen is great, but it isn't super special either, I don't feel like it's got a major upgrade from anything. When running older content, like from a DVD, it just gives me a pixelated and/or blurred feel to it too. Stretching the screen out to this full size just seems to emphasize particles and video "noise". Even when streaming old content through the apps, it just stands out even more that the video quality is poor. I feel like it could have had better handling of older film so that it wasn't so obviously lower in quality, some sort of clarity filter or something would have been nice. I still love the TV though, I'm a die-hard Samsung TV fan and always will be. But yeah....those two things are a bit of a bummer, but the rest is great.

Beautiful picture, great quality!
Upgraded my older and smaller bedroom TV (still a Samsung!) Amazed by the ease of setting up the TV and access to all my favorites! It had enough connections for everything I needed, and the picture is great! Used for mostly movies and gaming, it flows between each flawlessly, and can either update setting based on AI or manual. Love the rechargeable remote, a new and unexpected design!

Huge improvement
We have a West facing family room with lots of light. We upgraded from an old SonyHD to this Neo because of the crisp focus and riches of the 4K technology and huge reduction in reflection of light.
We love the Bluetooth capability, the Dolby Atmos sound, ease of using apps and even connected our Roku, though we stream using the TV apps almost as much.
The ambient feature is a favorite and I've set it up to display in the mornings.
The clarity of the screen is amazing. Contrasts and darkness are automatically adjusted using the intelligence AI image and sound feature in the settings. If you struggled to view the last few episodes of a GOT such as the Long Night, you'll understand why this is important.
This is a keeper and beautiful edition to our family room.

The TV has a wonderful picture
We mainly use the Samsung TV for streaming. We also connect to an antenna for local broadcasts.
It was very easy to initially set it up and we really like not having to put batteries in the remote.

The greatest tv I've ever owned
This TV has been a luxury for my partner and I after losing our home from Hurricane Helene. It has brought us a lot of comfort and fun. There are no downsides. It's amazing and works really well with console gaming. The only thing surprising is the lack of speed when going through menu options or switching apps. It is nowhere near as responsive and quick as Samsung's phones even though it's the newest gen. I'll update if this changes, but it's still 10/10 in my book!

A-MAZING!
I live in Arizona and my large loft is VERY bright. I was SO sick of not being able to see most of my TV shows very well since a lot of stuff filmed, nowadays, is so dark. I only have Samsung TV's.
I did A LOT of research and found that QLED TV's are good for bright rooms, but the Neo QLED is the best for bright rooms. They weren't kidding! For example, Silo on Apple TV+ is SO DARK. With this TV, it's SO bright that I can see so many details in the background that I couldn't see before.
Attached - I have Silo paused on a frame/scene on my old 65" in my family room, which is bright, but not nearly as bright as my loft. The other two images show the same frame/scene on this new TV in my very bright loft.
It's SO bright, on my personal settings, that when I put on shows for my little ones, I change it to the eye comfort setting for them because their show didn't need to be as bright as my shows need to be. I never would have thought that I could ever say my TV could be too bright for any reason. I don't mean "too bright" like it's a bad thing. It just didn't need to be that bright for kids cartoon songs on YouTube. (It's a simple change to switch between saved personal settings and programmed settings.)
Definitely worth the investment!
I noticed the audio, direct from the TV, even sounds better.
One really cool thing, (that doesn't matter too much, but is neat) is the remote can be charged by artificial light. It can be charged in the sunlight, sure. But, it's made to be charged indoors, just by setting it face down, and the light from lamps will charge it, too. It also has the option to charge it with USBc cord.
I read that the battery can last two years on one charge. I don't know if they meant if you keep it face down so it can maintain a charge or if a full battery, in a dark room will last two years.
I can't get over how well I can see with this TV, now.
I was going to buy it on Amazon, because that's where I get most everything. But, I found a 65" that was open box, for less than the cost of a 55" at the BB outlet. It's in perfect condition.
I LOVE THIS TV!!!!!
Note: I had to edit the brightness/dimness of the image of my old TV to make it as close to what I was seeing as possible. The image of my OLDER 65" TV still isn't as dim and fuzzy-looking as what I was seeing with my eyes. My phone automatically made the image brighter than it truly looked.

QN90D processing speed is impressive
QN90D Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV (2024) processing speed is impressive. Craftsmanship is impressive of the exterior shell and the boarder and the weight is so lite that it seem almost weightless.

Fabulous picture! DVD: Warning - settings
Colors and clarity are OUTSTANDING. Playing DVD's: MUST deactivate Anynet + feature otherwise TV loses connection with DVD player on a random basis (unfortunately I had to tell Samsung and store how to resolve the issue). Happened on brand new upscale DVD player and older model as well. Took 3 months and a lot of internet search to find resolution. Yes, takes 3 remotes to operate now, but it works now (DirecTV, TV remote and DVD player remote) without issue. Even had issues just streaming until I deactivated the Anynet + feature.

Do Not Buy. Firmware Bricks
Replaced another Neo Qled in this series with a newer one. Software update last winter bricked the TV. No streaming services would work. Samsung sent technician. They replaced mainboard, all worked fine. Tech advised not to update until Summer 2025. Update in Summer 2025 bricked the TV again no streaning services worked. Called Samsung. Samsung said it is out of warranty and would charge me for something clearly related to firmware updates, barely a year old with 2 major failures. Have another older SamsungFrame TV all is fine with all our streaming services. Bought Roku for this. Will never purchase another Samsung TV.

Disappointed with Samsung's Unethical Practices
I purchased a 65" QN90D TV in November and was enticed by a promotional offer through the "Shop Samsung" app, which promised a $100 Best Buy gift card if I selected in-store pickup and waited 35 days. Once the 35-day period passed, I contacted Samsung, only to find out that I had been completely misled.
Despite spending over 6 hours on the phone with customer support and going through five different "escalations" with multiple case IDs, I still never received the promised gift card. Samsung's tactics are nothing short of unethical. They repeatedly assured me that they were doing everything to resolve the issue, but in reality, all they were trying to do was push me off and hope that I would give up.
What was even more frustrating was that after researching online, I discovered that I was not alone. Several Reddit threads reveal similar stories of people being scammed by Samsung's promotional offers and misled by their customer support. It appears that this is a pattern of poor service and false promises.
Since the return window has now passed, I am working with my credit card company and PayPal to file a fraud claim against Samsung. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise staying as far away as possible from this company. Samsung has proven to be unreliable, dishonest, and unwilling to stand by their own promotions.
I will never purchase from Samsung again.

Great TV but unresolvable problem with Tivo
Great TV but unfortunately we are having ongoing issues connecting our Tivo edge. We have been in contact with both Tivo and Samsung and each blames the other. We can only resolve the problem by unplugging and reconnecting the HDMI cable , restarting the Tivo box or (weirdly) starting Netflix and then repeatedly pressing 'live tv' on the Tivo controller. ( Sometimes works). Very frustrating and I think Samsung could do better to resolve this.

Samsung 65" TV
We bought this in July. Nice TV though watching Syracuse football this fall I thought they had gone from Syracuse Orange to Syracuse Red. There uniforms looked red though the writing on the field was orange. For a high end TV I'd expect better though I guess it's a common issue. Also you have to turn the volume up to around 30 just so you can hear. I've played around with the audio settings but can't seem to improve it. I guess this is a ploy to get you to buy a soundbar. Overall though it's a pretty good TV just was hoping for a bit more.

Another outstanding product from Samsung
I've only owned Samsung TVs for my entire adulthood and each has served me well. I just replaced my 9 year old Samsung with a new NeoQLED and it's definitely been worth it so far. The picture is good, almost great in many cases. I think where it isn't great is likely just due to the Streaming Service and internet connection. The AI customization and mobile calibration are both really nice, along with all the extra, manual adjustments that can be made. The speakers are actually great for TV speakers, and cloud gaming is brand new for me so... that's pretty exciting. There is some lag but, again, that's likely the internet connection as much as it might be TV related.

Just picked this TV up and right away it looks amazing. While hooked to a 4k producing source, the TV really shows how good the colors look and peoples mouths match up perfectly with the sound. Would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade to a 4k QLED.

Months of research paid off
This TV replaces a six year old 4K Ultra HD television. I purchased the Samsung QN65QN90D inorder to watch football and the baseball playoffs. The motion and color capabilities make watching sports a real treat. I cannot believe the detail I was missing with my old TV. I have a Reciever and 5.1 speaker system connected but most of the time I use the TV speakers...they are that good. TV has a broad selection of picture and sound settings. The picture quality is unbelievable. Some of the most beautiful actors and actresses are not as beautiful now and actually look human. I did not like the Samsung TV remote initially but now I love the size and full functionality. The TV has a Filmmaker mode which now makes my TV room into a theater. Would highly recommend this TV. HORRIBLE customer service
The TV is nice, but beware of samsung customer service. They were supposed to mount it and I could never get it scheduled. I hired my own guy, and he couldn't use the mount they sent. Samsung would not let me return it. I started calling a few days after delivery to get it installed and by the time I finally got it installed. the return window passed. Even though I had record of the calls, I go the same answer, "there is nothing I can do", Terrible service. The website says once you call within the 15 days you have an additional 15 days to return it and that is not true. I spend over 6 hours on the phone on different days trying to resolve this. I am out $120 for the mount, they will not let me return it. I had the mount 10 days and didn't actually specifically as for the return till the 18th day because they just kept sending me emails saying they would send someone to mount it. I must have told them 5-6 times that it was already mounted, I needed to return the mount, It's a computer that will talk to you so this is how they stick to policy. A computer that doesn't give a crap just keeps saying no. Come on, I have run my own business for years and would never do this to a customer. I was told numerous times someone would call me back, but they just close the ticket and don't call. When I call back to ask the status I get the standard answer, there is nothing we can do. So good luck trying to return anything. Better buy it through Amazon so you can have the problem resolved, cause Amazon has the customers best interest in mind.

Unbelievable
I was looking for a new TV. I was torn between the QLER and the OLED. So many people like the OLED. Well if you have a room that sometimes is dark or sometimes bight then the QLED is my pic.
We also watch a lot of different things. I know people highly recommend gaming on this tv, but we watch Movies, Sports and TV shows.
Run out and buy one now. You will not be disappointed!

Great TV. My only two complaints is the sleep timer requires backing out to main menu which then causes a reset of the programming. And it tends to switch audio outputs for reasons I can't figure out. So I frequently have to reset it.

My new Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV is by far the best TV I've ever owned. I wouldn't trade this TV for any other. The picture quality is in a word, "Awesome". The remote, and main menu did take some getting used too but this is worth it. I would highly recommend this model to everyone.

If you want a bright picture, this is it. We have to turn the brightness way down or it's almost too much unless it's midday with sun shining in. I guess better than the alternative! Have some problems others have mentioned about the volume going soft then loud...

Can't figure out how to go to movie mode.
The TV is too vivid. Looks like footage from a handheld camera. on other TVs I had I was able to change the picture to a "movie mode" or "cinematic Format" or something. This TV has that option grayed out. Which is extremely annoying. I wish I hadn't gotten this TV and hope that the folks at best buy can help me with this problem. Also, I am quite unhappy with the mount. I tried to get the best mount but the TV tilts to the side.

TV looks great but is also very fragile and easy to get damage, after using it some time. It is now more slower to change channels and the software keep freezing apps for a very expensive tv it is not worth the money.

Wonderful picture and sound
I use this TV in a room with lots of windows and the brightness during daytime viewing for sports is great. It replaced a 20 year old Samsung touch of color 55" that was only 1080p capable - what an amazing difference. My home theatre had already been upgraded to support 4k and dolby atmos so it just dropped right in. I have been using this TV for a year now. Early on we had to occasionally do a restart because some apps would hang up but in the last 6 months we have had zero problems.
I liked the quality and OS experience so much I just got a new 2025 Q95F OLED for my newly finished basement rec room.
Part of the reason for sticking with Samsung is the excellent customer support. They have never let me down and are knowledgeable and friendly - top notch!
I recommend Samsung products to my friends and family.

Used for viewing general programming, however a specific emphasis on NHL hockey and other sports, all streamed.
The color rendering and display clarity if phenomenal and pretty much perfect. Live s lion and slo-mo replay is beyond clear and is outstanding.

After spending some time with the QN90D, I’d say it’s an impressive TV overall. The brightness is the first thing you notice—it easily handles bright rooms without washing out colors. HDR content looks fantastic, and the local dimming does a solid job of keeping blacks deep without too much blooming.
For gaming, it’s a beast, and super low input lag makes it feel buttery smooth. Movies and sports look great too, thanks to the strong motion handling.
That said, it’s not perfect. The lack of Dolby Vision is a bummer if you stream a lot, and the price is definitely on the premium side. But if you want a TV that can do it all—movies, sports, and gaming—this one delivers big time.

This Neo really is the one
I love this TV. My first time owning a Samsung TV and I am super happy with it. The interface is great and super easy to use. The game mode was a delightful surprise as well. I play my PS4 through the TV and it looks so good! I also bought a Samsung soundbar to pair with it and they turn on together, so no more dealing with a separate soundbar remote if I don't want to. 10/10 would recommend.

TV is wonderful. We use it to play Xbox and steam services. I like being able to access our streaming services without having to turn the Xbox on, you just need the tv remote. Could be louder when used with a blue ray player but overall we really like it.

Why backlighting really matters!
This TV stands out with high peak brighness. I was amazed at how bright a flashlight could be. If felt like someone was shining it right at me. Unlike my older TV, which had only a few backlighting zones and often struggled with blooming and uneven lighting, the Mini LED technology with thousands of dimming zones allows for the high peak brightness. The Samsung QN50QN90DAF Neo QLED 4K TV is amazing! The picture is super clear, with bright colors and deep blacks that make everything look real. The sound is great too—it feels like it’s coming from all around you. It’s super thin and stylish, and the Smart Hub makes switching between apps and shows really easy. Amazing TV for all!!!
I use my TV for a multitude of different applications (i.e., video games, streaming apps, movies, TV shows, screen sharing, house hold device control).
The intuitive operating system allows for easy access and use of the numerous apps available on the TV. Along, with making it easier to monitor and control the other devices within my home.

Very good picture quality
The picture quality of this TV is very good however the sound quality is disappointing. The sound mixture allows music and other background noises to overpower dialogue during movies and other shows. I also have not been able to find a way to turn on the microphone function for the remote control.

The video is great
Our TV sits in a bright sunlit room. There is very little glare. The screen is bright with colors that are brilliant. The audio helps us hear the words when there is a lot of background noise.

superb tv
finally took the leap to upgrade and this is the best TV i have yet to own. wife and I first reaction to our first movie was just wow... rewatching movies im noticing things I didn't before . gaming settings along with seeing every little detail . everything has ran smooth so far. will say in ai mode watching older stuff it had issues with shading so turn that off if you watch anything older . only downfall to samsung is they only warrenty their products for a year.

Easy To Use, Awesome TV
Replaced living room TV with this awesome and easy to use TV. Used for streaming, movies and sports and is performing well. The single remote replaced cable TV, soundbar and fire TV. Clarity and sound is amazing. All my streaming apps are loaded onto TV itself with makes it very convenient and easy to use. Have been highly recommending and will purchase another for a new room.

Excellent picture and good sound
Excellent TV, great brightness great contrast and if something comes very close to OLED like display it has to be this TV.
The speakers are good and the TV can be used without any soundbar, I have the HW Q990D, and Samsung Music Frame so Q-Symphony with this TV just takes the audio experience to the next level.
The OS is fast, takes some time to learn as some options get enabled only when something else is disabled, like picture mode will be enabled only when intelligent mode is disabled.
This is slightly on the heavier side and the center stand makes the 85in screen wobble at the top, this is my only problem with this TV but apart from that super happy with my purchase.

This TV has a breathtaking picture
We use the tv to watch news, movies, and sports. We find the streaming quiet a bit more complicated than we are used to, however, we usually succeed in finding what we need.

The TV is great. The UX is horrible.
The TV itself is bright, clear and reliable. Easy to set up. Sound is plenty fine even without external speakers.
The interface is honestly horrible. Far less intuitive than prior version. Almost impossible to find the apps page (except in the context of the home page, which has an abbreviated apps section). That means that when apps misfire, which they sometimes do and need to be deleted and re-downloaded, that becomes a challenge every single time.
If you do buy this TV, buy a Roku. Use that input, that interface and that remote. Makes life a lot easier.

TV picture is great. Sound has major issues that can not be fixed remotely. Cust service stinks, and do not care about customers. I am a senor woman living alone with my special needs son and they are only giving me options I cant do. I dont have a box to put it in, nor can I lift it. And they have no repair people in my area to fix it. I am so disappointed in Samsung.

This tv is amazingly crystal clear image with vibrant colors. I like that it is super thin and look nice on the wall. Smart tv function all work well and the remote is simple layout and easy to use. Would like it if the volume was louder but overall great tv.

Made the right Choice
I purchased this TV 3 months ago. It was purchased "Direct" thru Samsung. Very pleased, everything went great from placing the order to being kept informed of the ordering process to delivery. I did my research on all Brands/Models before making my purchase even though I have been a Samsung TV customer since 2007. I stream all content and so I am not always streaming 1080 or better; I am certain I am not using this TV's to its fullest capabilities. I am still using all the factory setting to include the ECO setting; there are 2 higher Brightness settings Standard and Dynamic. Tried these settings, I found the TV was too bright. If you are placing the TV in a bright room and or don't wish to close curtains during daylight and wish to view a colorful\Bright\Vivid\Sharp picture, you will not be disappointed. At times it is like I am looking at a Painted picture on my wall the detail and clarity is that great. Wish Picture Settings were fewer, they are intimating to me to go into and change. The Non-Glare, my TV faces a 9' Sliding Glass door...so I thought Non-Glare was a must, perhaps I just don't really understand the full benefits of a Non-Glare screen as I still see reflections of outdoors I did contact SamSung support to find out how I can see all "Sharing" data settings were turned off, a Ticket was issued. The Setting for sharing data to opt In or Out should be under a single menu Clearly labeled SHARING DATA Options.

Fantastic TV- BEST SELLER
First off, this is a dream TV!! Sleek, Lightweight and with Dolby Atmos inbuilt with Neo QLED experience- this is a MUST have. It was very pretty easy to install and the instructions were great. The Solar TV Remote is the highlight as you never have to use batteries. We wall-mounted it to have a better experience and must say it changed the whole view. I have never enjoyed a Marvel movie on any TV before so undoubtedly Samsung is the KING and knows how/what to deliver to their customers. Must buy, totally worth the price.

This TV replaced a Samsung TV PN60E535A3F, a much older plasma TV that also performed flawlessly. While I am very pleased with the features and picture quality of the new QN90D, one thing I would change is to add backlighting to the remote control, which would turn on when you pick it up.

Needed the upgrade, can't get enough
I had a first generation 4K TV that I had back in college (2013-2017). The colors were faded, the picture wasn't super sharp, and we were using our TV a lot of movies. It took a lot of convincing for my wife to let me upgrade. A sale came around and she finally said yes. TV and sound system together have made a huge difference to movie night. My wife even commented "I didn't think our old TV was that bad, but holy cow!"

Overall the features are impressive with very good picture quality. The biggest issue is the sound quality. It varies so much that it is difficult to manage. Tried many of the automatic and manual features that affect sound and video with no luck. Picture quality was better with my OLED. Not sure I would buy this again

Best bang for your buck against stiff competition
Seamless integration into the Samsung family makes life easy. From hopping between my phone, tablet or television.
Tv image is stunning for the price point I was shopping. Did not opt for the 8k version due to the lack of the support by steaming services. Maybe in the next few years ill jump on the 8k bandwagon.
Integration with soundboard gives an unmatched experience.

This TV is an excellent product!
We use it for everyday viewing of varied movies and other programming. The picture is sharp, the colors are spot on and the features available are actually overwhelming there are so many. Very pleased with this purchase. It replaces and older model Samsung that worked almost as well. Samsung is our choice for televisions!

Very nice TV
This TV was a breeze to unpack and install on the wall mount.
It’s a two person lift so have someone lend a hand.
The plugs are not far from the edge and are easy to reach, the power plug was a bit closer to center but still reachable.
When you first turn it on it goes into a simple setup for your devices, language etc and you are watching TV in no time.
The Q90D immediately recognized my network and updated itself.
ROKU and Fire TV on HDMI were immediately setup and they were good to go.
I made no screen adjustments at all, the picture is perfect and skin tones spot on.
This 65” Samsung Q90D is all I hoped it would be and more.. I appreciate the small simple to use remote although I only stream TV and use the Roku remote exclusively.

Great Picture, Terrible UI
I love Samsung TVs, their picture is great! This is my first Neo QLED and I'm impressed so far! I've got two knocks though-
1. The volume doesn't level out. Loud as heck then can barely hear it. The AI sound option doesn't ever work.
2. Samsung's UI has always been and still is terrible. Navigating is a nightmare, especially with the included remote. I bought another remote to make it easier but the UI needs a complete overhaul.
Overall a solid TV!

Great TV for brigth spaces
I bougth this TV for our family room which get tons of ligth, and other TVs we had didnt work well for the space.
We are very satisfied with this TV, great color and very little reflexion.

This TV is almost 5 stars...
Overall this TV is great. The menu is fairly easy to navigate. The sound is really good. It is not overly affected by glare. It has plenty of AV ports to support just about any peripheral.
The one knock I have is picture sharpness. This picture is by no means bad but I just can't seem to dial it in to really good. It still has what I call "electronic edges." Subtle hints of non clarity around the edges of some objects. My wife doesn't evens what I'm talking about, so maybe I'm just over scrutinizing, but I see what I see.
If it weren't for that one minor issue, this TV would be perfect.

I did not expect such clarity with the color and picture. I was pleasantly surprised how clear of a picture. The built in sound is also fantastic. You can hear it no matter where you sit in the room. Love the voice command remote. It was a great idea to have a solar battery charger for the remote. I just place it in the sun and the charge is always there. I would recommend to anyone that asks.
