That's the whole reason I bought it was for a good image in a bright room but we can't watch anything without just laughing at the mirror image. This is the worst mirror reflection TV I've ever had. False advertising!!!

The picture is not the best on old programs because of the way they are filmed and the larger size of the screen. Overall I like it a lot and the he football and other sports look fantastic! A almost 5 but still a 4 star.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fatal UX error ruins viewing experience DO NOT BUY Samsung made an extremely questionable and fatal design choice to use a volume user interface pop-up display that occupies nearly 25% of the viewing space, leaving a large part of the screen obstructed when changing playback volume. It cannot be turned off in the settings or corrected using Samsung theater audio products. This feature completely ruins the viewing experience. For the past few years, Samsung has refused to fix or address thousands of consumer concerns posted to community threads. DO NOT BUY any Samsung TV, you will be completely frustrated and severely disappointed to the point that you don't even want to watch TV anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would avoid Samsung at all costs Would give negative stars if I could. Purchased this TV about a year ago from a Best Buy. One day I turn it on and there is a blacked out 1'x1' section on the screen. Contact customer support to do a warranty claim on it. Took about a month to get them out to pick up the TV for a warranty replacement. It then took another 1-1 1/2 months just to get an "ECoupon" to use on their website. All after having to call them multiple times and get ran in circles the "ECoupon" they sent doesn't even cover the price of the same TV that I had originally is right now. I was told that they gave me the price that I had originally purchased the TV at. Their solution was to "purchase a less expensive TV." So now I haven't had a TV for months and have to pay more to replace with the same TV. Seems crazy to me. Time to find a new brand of tv.

Paired with a Samsung Soundbar, the sound and audio functions are really great. This is my third Samsung Smart TV and there is no comparison to the previous one I have had.

I was trying to purchase FOX NATION for $1.99 per month introductory offer and somehow your samsung jumped into my order before I could notice. I was charged $59.79 and I could not reach your business with the telephone number provided on my charge card provided. I have since challenged the charge with my credit card. They can't get in contact with your company either.

You can see the screen long, horizontal glare in the image attached. Also, no HDR? At this price point? I should have done a little more research, because finding out it didn't have HDR almost had me return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Picture - Annoying Remote I love this television. It's the first time I've purchased a higher end tv that wasn't an older generation. The picture quality is amazing. 2160p movies and shows are crisp, but not overly processed. The sound is lacking, but nobody buys such a large television to use the factory built on speakers. It works great with my older arc samsung soundbar, though I do wish I had e-arc for a smoother experience. The smart features are mostly decent. I don't use them much due to my alexa handling my content. The solar remote is awesome. I do not miss having to find batteries or steal them from another remote. However, the Netflix, Hulu, and Samsung TV buttons are annoying. Especially Samsung TV. It'll instantly send you to Samsung live tv with no prompt. Completely interrupting whatever you were watching. Not to mention it decides to go straight to a channel that reruns the old fear factor, so be prepared for people eating testicles randomly while you watch a movie. Overall, I love my Samsung products. Especially this tv.

And blooming is minimal only in Very high contrast situations can you tell. They could have done a way better job with the remote. There is no light for the remote for when you are in the dark and very minimalistic, remote.

This TV gives the perfect experience to watch movies the way it was intended. Adding surround sound with the quality picture Samsung TV has provided is amazing! The depth of color is always so spot on. The crisp edges, the thin display allows this TV to easily be moveable and the setup was so simple! The fast paced action movies are so nice to watch as though I were at my own theater. I get to pick the showing they day and Samsung gives me that opportunity! It really is a great feeling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Picture-Crappy Remote The picture quality of the two brands of Samsung TVs I have is wonderful, but the remotes are ergonomically in the dark ages. Literally. The remote for both of my Samsung model UN32N5300AF tvs has far too many buttons on it, and it's very hard to find the button I want in the dark. The remote for my Samsung TV model QN65QN90CAF is smaller, with fewer buttons. The 'select,' button is the largest, which eases the task of finding it to select TV options. Fewer buttons means it's easier to locate and select the correct button. All of the remotes, regardless of the model, should have backlights, like many other brands have on their remotes.

I mostly Stream Movies from different streaming services and play Music using different apps. My tv is match with a Samsung surround sound 3.0 channel speaker and base. I love how fast it responds to remote control commands. Occasionally I will take the tv to watch sports.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Neo Qled 65" smart hub stinks Not happy right now. Picture is fantastic etc. But the smart hub has been giving us problems for over a week. Samsung says it's an application issue, the various applications say it's a samsung issue. You can't talk to an actual person and via text you have to go through their troubleshooting list every time you text them even though you did all the steps already. I just want streaming to work because that's all we use. It's only 10 Mos old

The sound and picture are things I dream of! I never knew breakfest club could look this good! Not only that, but all the smart features just make it that much better! Being able to binge watch my favorite show and getting a notification that my washer is done on the TV is a life changer!

Great picture and decent sound however I use a Samsung sound bar instead of the built-in speakers. So I don't use the speakers often. Nice remote however I wish it had a remote finder.

I have found only one issue with this tv at all and that is the occasional serious lag in processing. Sometimes it will "stick" on a page when I've hit multiple buttons as a then it will kind of go crazy and process everything all at once. Only on occasions does it do this but there's no better LED picture quality on the market for sure. Gets a solid 4 and 3/4 stars in my book!

The replacement TV I received was also broken. In 2 weeks I received 2 broken TV. The customer service is awful, they are just fooling their customers. Wish there was negative rating option. Worst experience ever. This is coming from a customer who has Samsung products in every corner of the house.

Neo qled is a really cool newer technology that has manybupsides vs Oled. And i love having free samsung TV installed and easily available, with it and my streaming services, i do not need to pay for cable/satalite.

I received the replacemnet TV which was also broken. What are the odds that both are TVs are broken. Something is fundamentally wrong with the process Samsung is delivering TVs.

Have six other kitchen appliances and they all connect via Smart things which I can pull up on the TV either through the 3D map or through notifications from the appliances. Picture and sound through this TV is amazing and really high quality. Really like the new micro LED makes everything look even better than previous TVs.

Samsung is absolutely horrible to work with on warranty. My tv came to me broken and I’m having to pay $740 out of pocket to repair it because they won’t stand behind their product. It still has the protective plastic on the screen and it’s still in the box but they won’t stand behind it. I do NOT recommend ordering from Samsung. I suggest another brand who will warranty what they sell.

With its 120hz refresh rate every game I play has amazing clarity, smooth performance, and perfect contrast to a make these games look like real life movies. Watching movies by the way is surreal whether it's an older film with out 4k quality or even HD this tv brings it all to it's full potential. I've been buying samsung products for about 10 years and I will never choose another brand. This tv is a prime example of why my statements are valid. Samsung slam dunk!!

There's no need anymore to turn off the lights or close the curtains just to watch TV. In fact, some may need to turn the brightness down at night, which is easy to do. The picture quality itself is fantastic and sharp as well. Would definitely buy this TV again.

I have not ever experienced a better gaming experience with another other tv when I hook up my ps5. The graphics are top level and the framing is amazing no delay, even if I use optimal settings. Believed the older brace/bracket would switch over to the new TV, but no.....Samsung had to change the location of the holes!!! 2 trips to the hardware, and more purchases of HDMI cables, and here I am! I thought the directions were not Very clear but the picture is wonderful!!!

I love how it passes the dolby atmos sound to my sound bar. Easy integration with airplay is also a plus so I can play my content on my phone on the TV.

I am not a big fan of the remote layout though. You have to navigate several mini menus to change inputs and there is not an input button on the remote.

The picture quality during day time is great although there is slight blooming in the darks. The fast refresh rates are great for my newer gen consoles as well. Paired with a nice speaker, movies are a joy to watch.

I thought I would get used to how incredible the tv looks, but the novelty hasn’t worn off. The only issue I have had is that the remote tends to be laggy, which can sometimes cause issues with the tv’s apps, but that’s solved by a quick reboot.

The OS is pretty responsive and easy to use. Tons of custom toning options in the setting as well. I suggest turning off some of the automatic features so that the brightness doesn't change while playing movies. Otherwise you might see some sudden brightness change in between the scenes. I really like the Q Symphony feature. It makes the sound stage somewhat wider.

The only picture complaint I have is the TV reflects ambient light with a rainbow glare. In dark vs light scenes there is also a glow around the light object. Sound could improve, but it is acceptable given it is integrated. Overall great TV for the cost.

After almost a month of research we ordered the Neo QLED 4K. It's been a little bit of a learning curve but definitely worth it. We are so happy with Samsung that we replaced our old washer and dryer with the new Samsung models. Definitely customer for life.

The TV is very bright and watching it in our very bright room is great. The software is really slick, I have had Samsung TV's in the past but used a Roku because frankly I did not like the smart TV software but this one is great. Now I have a Roku I do not use. Highly recommend this TV to all.

The fluidity is excellent with its 120 Hz refesh. The colors are vibrant. The sound isn't great but completely acceptable. I really enjoy this TV and totally recommend it.

Some other apps don't work. I have a sound bar n650 nurseries. The blue tooth cuts off some times. Other then that I love the tv.

The things of it is also a pro because it is lightweight which makes it easy to install. A con though is the home button. It is hard to move around and select the options you want which makes it inconvenience if you were to loose your control.

Now the tv will automatically switch to the input and I don’t have to touch my audio receiver. This my third Samsung tv I’ve purchased. They just keep getting better and better.

The tizen processor upscaled and smoothes out old movies and shows to make them seem reality. Watching transformers made me feel like I was so immersed I couldn't stop watching different genres to see how this performed. Everything from gaming to action to sports is so vivid and colorful I couldn't be happier with the product. Don't second guess yourself and spring for this product you won't be disappointed in any way. Amazing ips viewing angle in 420 square foot bedroom without glare!!!

There are few series, movies, videos on 4K; still the those few that you can see are a new wonder. Also, the new apps in the store for workout, if are you a rat gym; you'll love these workout apps. Even when sun glare the TV adapts itself to the ambient to delivers a crispy, vivid image on 120HZ. which are imperceptible for the human eye. The feature for me its not the typical TV with plugs behind it. It comes on a separate box with 4 HDM, 3 USB, optical, and AV, coaxial, and ethernet too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Think twice on this model before you buy. After 4 months I had the motherboard replaced because the TV would just display a black screen. It would shut off randomly. The 8 speakers in the back look better then they actually sound. Ultimately the TV shut off randomly after being on for 5 minutes, and never worked again, hence the replacement of inner components. Ive had Samsung TVs, phones and monitors for 20+ years and have always been extremely happy with quality and longevity. However this TV MISSED THE MARK BADLY. Ive seen other similar reviewes on this TV and wish I had seen that prior to buying it. Samsumn you should offer buyers like me an option to swap this TV out becauae I know this TV will maybe last 2 years before failing again and that is extremely disappointing for a high-end tv that cost almost 3k.

I always have to calibrate my previous TV sets because I got to have to best picture available. With this set all I had to do was choose one of the presets available. Watching Our Planet on Netflix was mesmerizing watching all that fine detail just by selecting the Dynamic mode. No tweaking needed which is awesome. Motion is well configured at auto mode, colors pop, the blacks are blacks and everything works seamlessly to achieve this great picture. I own a Sony Bravia OLED and this Samsung makes the picture look like a cheap unit. Highly recommended and well worth the price, even before or after the Big Game Sale.

Due to this my LG was unwatchable for most of the day due to the brightness. I ended up getting a Samsung TV as I have alot of other products and am very happy with it. It combats all the brightness and glare even in the midday sun. The picture is very clean and smooth. My only complaints are the home screen isn't the best and always defaults to my Playstation and I need to turn it off constantly, and the volume is very inconsistent but I have a soundbar so this is manageable.

So far we've had this TV for over a month and it is great the interface is all new with an entire section dedicated just for gaming. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly impressive With this level of TV, you'd expect a terrific picture, and this delivers great images. I've paired it with a compatible Samsung sound bar for great audio. Not surprisingly, HDR content looks clear, bright, and generally amazing. There are two features which I find to be especially outstanding: 1) We live in a high-rise with floor to ceiling glass on one side. The anti-glare screen enables us to watch TV without needing to darken the room. 2)The set has great upshifting capacity. Twenty year-old DVD's appear full-screen in what seems equivalent to HD. Our previous TV (also fairly high-end) would have letter-boxed them and not appeared anything close to HD. The TV doesn't require a lot of tech support, but from the settings menu, you can request a call. I wasn't sure about a configuration for using the TV's four speakers in conjunction with the soundbar. I used the support feature to request a call, and a short while later a knowledgeable support person called me and was able to step me through a few settings adjustments. Really happy with this set!

Unit delivers very well in room with two skylights and increases an already good sound on H series unit. Tested Q6 series soundbar with sub and found very little improvement to the overall sound that was very good on the unit and in a 15x18 room with a vaulted ceiling it was a surprise that the comparison was so good and saves cost of adding sound bar unless upping the cost to four figures.

So we had to do everything through the single button on the TV which wore the button out by time Samsung go out to take a look at it. The service guy said it was damaged and wouldn’t honor my warranty. They tried to sell me some board along with the new sensor but I knew it wasn’t needed. I ended up pay $115 for the new sensor and replaced it myself yesterday. Other than that the TV is great, just don’t expect them to honor your warranty.

Having recently added the Samsung "Smart Things" app made set up probably the easiest and quickest I've ever experienced with a new TV. Using the Smart Thing app for set up even included registering my device with Samsung. That was important to me since I have a two year Samsung warranty. The TV easily integrated with my A/V receiver for audio and has several HDMI points for my other devices (Fire Stick, etc...). I substituted the designed base with a wall mount. No troubles there as well. The TV comes app ready and simple to navigate so I did all the set up / start up myself. No need for "Geek Squad". For the record I'm 63 years old and consider myself moderately tech savvy. Maybe a 6 or 7 on a scale of 1-10 for your consideration. Very happy to this point. Admittedly I'm only one month into the relationship with my new TV, but I've owned Samsung TV's for several years and have found them solid, reliable devices. Signed; No Regrets I
