I love the tv but there is somethings I wish Samsung would fix in the future. For one have an option to turn ai upscaling on or off so you can tell the difference side by side. Please Samsung make it were this ai upscaling technology works with gaming from 1080p to 4K it upscales to 8K . That’s with game mode on. This includes with gsync and freesync or vrr on. So even with 4K 120 hz or 1080p 120 to 240 hz it still ai upscales the 1080p to 8K . If you do this you will sell this tv like crazy because you give gamers the ability to play games like crysis remastered to 8K thanks your neural network upscaling technology. I hope your ai upscaling gets even better. For example it would be cool if you had also ai creation mode to it. So it not only upscales the picture it adds detail were there wasn’t any and I just love ai upscaling. Keep increasing the neural networks because neural network ai upscaling is the king. You keep doing this you will beat Sony ai upscaling. Because neural network ai upscaling is the king to upscaling period. If you do this you can guarantee I will buy the new 8K tv you will have some Sony doesn’t have. Also make the ai upscaling so powerful it can work with 480p blurry pictures reconstruct whole scene in real time to high detail 8K quality. This is what I’m so excited and looking for in the future from Samsung to make. Keep up the good work.

Have occasionally had issues with TV shutting off and restarting all by itself and also losing streaming for an hour or two while our internet was still working. I wanted to return one of these TVs and started that process a couple days after delivery. Samsung informed me they would be getting me return information and never did. I contacted them and now they say it’s too late to return. They did this to me two years ago as well! Supervisor told me they would take care of it (I even have that in an email) and then never heard back from them again.

It will not connect to my Verizon FiOS provider and it will not connect to my Samsung sound bar very disappointed in this TV. I will be sending it back. $3000 for this TV what a disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing Upgrade It is a nice tv, when it is working. We upgraded to this one after our previous QLED 8K died within a year. With this one, the screen doesn't come on when you turn the TV on. It takes turning it on and off 3+ times to actually be able to watch it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard to turn on TV Our Samsung QN900D will turn on, but the screen takes many attempts to turn on. Sometimes the screen is black, sometimes a garbled image, sometimes a displaced interlaced image. I then shut the TV down with remote and power back up and then the TV appears to operate as normal. My TV is mounted on the wall and per Samsung’s warranty policy, they will not send a technician to my home to troubleshoot the TV, unless I am able to get the TV off the wall myself. My wall mount allows for the TV to extend far from the wall. Horrible warranty service. Returning TV.

The gaming experience is unparalleled. I also went ahead and got the rotating mount and that is so awesome when it flips 180 degrees and all the apps orientate like your phone. The clairity in the picture and the colors are beyond words. I love this purchase. It was pricey but it was worth every cent. Thank you Samsung I love you!

Where screen is main speaker with 8 speakers on back for extra power only thing missing like all Samsung TV’s DOLBY Vision support which Xbox push for there exclusive games. so if want game I advise wait intel better PlayStation comes out. There was no visible damage on the screen, but after setup and turning it on for the very first time, there was a green line and big black blob on the screen. I'm questioning the build quality on what's supposed to be a Samsung flagship product. I've paid a 8K price but haven't gotten the actual experience. Really disappointed. Waiting for Samsung to make this right.

Is a 5m cable going to be available and if so, is there a part number? If one is not to be offered, I will have to reconfigure my entire system setup, very disappointed this is not available .

I've had almost every LG OLED but couldn't stand the auto dimming. Mini LED is the way to go! More brightness, contrast and saturation, the colors pop.

Not only do I use it for streaming and gaming but it's transformed itself into the ultimate computer monitor ever owned as well! I use it for everything I would use a regular computer monitor for and so much more! Work, play, ALL IN ONE TOOL for all daily activities! Weather it be exercise, meditation, dancing, learning, shopping, phone to tv linking for all file and app access and so much more, I literally am able to be at home using my Samsung TV as a any and all things companion/ assistant to take on my everyday tasks effectively and efficiently! Ultimately unless there was a natural disaster to accure or the need for a hospital, there is no need to leave my home. I have everything thing I need right here. Thanks to my Samsung TV/Computer Monitor/ companion/assistant/ect. Therefore thank you Samsung for being absolutely phenomenal when it comes to making the latest and greatest technological tools that give me the freedom to live life peacefully and on my own terms!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatly improved over 2021 8k model I did not think there could have been a big improvement in picture quality over my 2021 samsung 8k tv, yet there is. I use multiple live tv streaming services and it looks amazing. Very crisp and the motion seems smoother. Colors pop as well. The upscaling has improved, watching older shows really look good on this tv. The AI thats built in is suppose to adapt the picture settings by what your watching, maybe thats the trick and really does a great job. Also the bezel is practically non-existent and I love the center stand. I do not like that most tvs have went away from that. It makes it nice to have a large tv but not having to purchase a large stand. Before i installed my samsung soundbar and woofer, the tv had really good sound and would be fine for most. But i pefer to feel my sound and deep bass, so that is why i upgraded. Moving thru the menu is allot faster and the new tizen menu is nice and easy to manuver around. I use voice comands with bixby to turn the tv on and off and change apps. The microphone on this tv seems to be improved and bixby understands commands much better. My only complaint or should i say request is I wish the menu was able to be edited more. You can change the order of apps but thats about it. Needs to be where you can personalize the menu like you personalize your samsung phone. Overall I am very happy with this tv and it should last me for many years to come.

The TV is thin and the infinity display makes it even better. I had lag issues with other tvs but this one is made for gaming in my opinion. No issues at all, I thought it was my internet but turns out it was my old TV. The frame rate and the 8K makes gaming so much better. The screen pops with its quality and vibrant colors. I like the wake feature the TV has when it senses someone walking in the room. It pops up useful information or anything you can setup in the settings. The Q-Symphomy and Dolby Atmos sounds very great! Although I use my samsung soundbar for it, it still sounds amazing with the Q-symphony feature. The TV optimizes and brings out the best when watching older videos that are not filmed in 4k/8k, so you can watch them clearer. I wish they had the upgrade every year option because I'd definitely love to try out their new ones every year! I love how you can setup your PC with this TV and the options it gives you so your gaming experience is right for you! 10/10 would recommend!

The outstanding picture quality has me fully immersed in everything I watch. The features are near endless and I can honestly say there is nothing more I would want/expect from the quality I receive when buying a Samsung television. I was hesitant at first, but it was worth upgrading to the 2024 QN900D from my 2020 Q900D. This tv is a great deal for anyone who wants to experience 8k, even with the lack of content, due to the newly enchanced AI upscaler.

This is my first Samsung TV and I can honestly say that it is the best TV I've ever had it has the best sound and the clearest picture and the settings and customizations are top notch. the picture on the screen almost looks 3d with the 8k I will never own any other TV except Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hands Down this 8K is Awesome I have 3 Samsung TV's all of which are fantastic devices (except the TV Speakers like most TVs) and the features, controls, picture, and overall operation are as good as it gets. I purchased matching sound bar wireless sound systems for all and that has not turned out weel for me. Samsung had graciously replied to my comments; however, you need a sound engineer or youth, to make adjustment and setup of these systems. Personally, I cannot follow some of the directions as I make a feudal attempt to do a proper setup or adjustment. If you are a young whippersnapper setup may be easy to you? Al features of the new 8K TV are awesome. The picture is awesome, the size is too much, no heat, easy setup, and in all a great TV. I have 2 Samsung Sound Bars with wireless components and prefer the Polk system with better sound and better surround sound I use with the 8K.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Leap into the TV Time Warp & Experience New Limits We purchased this as a housewarming gift but it was also for myself. The only 8K TV with 2 million colors I couldn't wait to get it home and watch the NFL playoffs. I've seen nice TVs before but this thing blew away any expectations I had. The colors were vibrant the way it integrated with my Samsung soundbar so seamlessly and the AI features make all the difference. It adjusted and configured the speakers & sound settings based on the Acoustics in our large living room and the picture was immaculate; it was like we had a picture frame of real life football players on my wall and I could just reach in and pick them up and move them around, it was so crystal clear and the colors were vivid. It would be hard to imagine they could make a TV better than this. Samsung really has set the new standard for what any new TV should provide for an experience.

TV is amazing when it comes to movies and live shows up scaling streaming apps and live TV. Gaming is just amazing you won't go back to any other TV.

I enjoy the picture quality and the sound quality pairing it with the samsung soundbar and how it includes the tv speakers in the surround experience. The only gripe I had with this tv was trying to wall mount it. There are some pieces that didn't align quite well and trying to attach the external port system to the back of the tv for mounting it was not ideal. This whole process was not very intuitive. This tv took me longer than any other tv I have ever mounted to mount. But now that its up there. I love it.

I like the game mode and the automatic features that engage when you add a gaming console or gaming PC to the TV. Very easy to use interface and the menu is intuitive. Overall it's a wonderful TV and compelling work the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feature heavy gaming TV The QN900D is a top of line TV.If you have a PC capable of running 8k, you wont be disappointed.Also, the tv has the option to do 4k/240hz on PC also.It performs well and is fast.Colors are vibrant.Has a bunch of apps and connectivity.The mutli view screen function is also a plus.I bought the TV when on sale and with a promotion and can say its money well spent.Would recommend this tv over an OLED and monitor anyday.

The picture quality is stunning—so sharp and detailed that even regular HD shows look like they were filmed in ultra-high resolution. Colors are vibrant without looking fake, and the contrast makes dark scenes finally feel true to life. Movies feel cinematic, sports are smooth and lifelike, and gaming is on another level with no lag and crystal-clear motion. The design is sleek and modern, with almost no bezel, so it feels like the picture is floating on the wall. The One Connect Box is a small but brilliant touch—it keeps all the cords out of sight and makes the setup look clean. Even though true 8K content is still rare, the upscaling is so good that I don’t even think about it. Everything I watch feels elevated. Watching movies and nature documentaries and especially gaming are an absolute gem. Setup was easy and the A.I upscale on each program you watch is perfect. Paired with the Q symphony samsung soundbar and samsung frames make a great sound system is perfection for movie nights and sporting events. Love this product..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV - Way too expensive This TV is fantastic, really. 8k/4k content is beautiful. Colors are vivid. Blacks are almost OLED level inky. Sometimes you do get some bloom but it’s not bad, a lot of the time it depends on the content. My biggest complaints are the price - this TV is very pricey and not super great value. But it is a very nice solid tv. If money is not an issue I can definitely recommend. Also there’s not a lot of customization options with the picture settings which I don’t like. Remote is HORRIBLE. 7/10
