Rated 5 out of 5 by from Green Vertical Line on Screen - Stay Away After only 2 years of having my 65" Class Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN900C, there is a green vertical line on the right side of the screen and my only options are to wait for a service tech and hope they have the part to fix it (at my own expense), or buy a new TV. This is crazy for the amount of money I spent on this TV. I've been a loyal Samsung TV customer for years, but I won't be purchasing Samsung in the future after this massive fail and poor customer service. I don't recommend this product - buyer beware!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Investment Purchase the TV about a year ago. Pictures are clear and crisp. The applications are quick and snappy to load. I had previously purchased 3 other Samsung "9" class TV and have always been impressed by them. My latest TV is the QN900C 8K TV and have loved it. The bezels are thin and not noticeable. The pictures looks like it is floating because the of the thin bezels. The only issue with the TV is when you have a black background and you have white sub-title text, it seems to glow/bleed slight white onto the black background. The remote has a built in solar cell to charge it. I only had to charge the remote once since I had the TV because my bedroom is mostly low light and dark. Too bad there is no 8K content except for what is on YouTube. Overall, I am happy with the TV and the visual quality of the picture and sound it produces.

A 4k is just as good I purchased this 8k in anticipation of the upcoming NFL Playoffs & SuperBowl. 1 was so excited to get an 8k with one of their higher processors. I had to have a tech come out because the wire that goes rom the “brain” to the monitor went bad. They did an update and now my Alexa isn’t working properly like before, it makes my TV freeze when I say “Alexa turn on TV” and tells me hmm TV isn’t responding when I say Alexa turn TV off! I am a HUGE fan of the Samsung TV brand, I say they have surpassed Sony, however, I expected more from this 8k with the high processor which costs a pretty penny! I’ve spoken with their Techs over the phone and they’ve logged on/into my TV remotely, but unfortunately the issue with Alexa continues to freeze my TV so it’s a SOFTWARE issue & not so much a hardware issue! If not it would receive a 5 star ?? rating

Crystal clear with vibrant colors and a perfect balance of brightness and contrast. The 4k/8k images is amazing. Competition, second to none.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad Customer Service and Bad TV The TV came with speakers that made noises like a blown speaker would. Customer service said they could send someone out to fix it. I don't want a broken TV that was fixed. If I wanted a refurbished TV, I would have saved money and bought a refurbished one. Also the TV doesn't seem to do everything as advertised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE my Samsung TV The picture quality is immaculate. The picture goes all the way to the edge. The bezel is very thin so you really feel the size of your TV. The fact that the remote is solar powered is amazing. No more batteries. Has great built in speakers a sound bar is not necessary to get great sound out of this TV. It also easily pairs with my other Samsung devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best picture quality I have seen. I'm truly amazed on how detailed and clear the picture quality of this TV is. You can see things that on a top-end 4k you can't. Set-up was very easy. Follow the on-screen instructions and done. Highly recommend to use Samsung Smart things app. As for sound I have it connected to q990c soundbar. All I can say is OMG!!! I have my own theater at home. Both of these items are 2023 models both I purchased both for less than what the 2024 TV cost. Many people say that there is not enough 8k content out, which is true. But when purchase this TV, you are future proofing yourself and the upscaling you get will blow away any top-of-the-line 4k TV on the market in my opinion. There's a old saying you get what you paid for. You can find others for a fraction of the cost but the pleasure and experience of this Qn900c is unmatched.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QN900C broke after 4 months TV had an excellent picture quality for about 4 months and I would have gladly given it 5 stars, but it broke. I bought the tv new in October 2023. It is April 2024 and it developed a burn in had a broken led at the bottom of the screen. Warranty techs came out and claimed tv was worked on previously, because it had a broken part. They replaced the screen and said the replacement screen had the same issue and that this is a flaw with this model from the factory, so I would have to wait on a 3rd screen. Extremely frustrating. I will have to wait and see if the 3rd screen is good and will fix my issue, but I doubt it will be of good quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture! Great crisp clear picture. The brightness is great as is the color. The TV js also very thin. You have to be careful moving it. The wifi doesn't connect as fast as my other Samsung TVs meaning you can't turn it on and go straight to a streaming app and have it connect. The only issue I've had is that occasionally one of my streaming services won't connect. It is as if the memory is full on the TV and won't clear itself. The only solution I've found it to unplug the TV forcing it to reset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well versed This 8k tv has easy access to a lot of content with multiple apps and multiple HDMI's and when you combine it with a receiver that has 8K capable pass-through it opens an opportunity for non stop enjoyment. I've enjoy every show with its bright colors and color array. My shows include action, sci-fi, fiction, anime and drama. Coming from over the air broadcast, streaming from Disney, HBO, Paramount, Hulu and YouTube. I, also enjoy playing video on Xbox X, playstation 3 and Nintendo Switch.

Things seemed good, as this Seldom Used QLED TV seemed like it was my Dream TV, alas, after 1 1/2 years, it has the Dreaded "Horizontal Lines" running right through the Middle of the Viewing Portion of the Screen, as in through every newscasters face, and center of the Viewable Area, is Quite Irksome...! Highly Annoyed...! Short Story, AVOID THESE QLED TV's at All Costs..they are Short Lived before these problems occur...!! AND THEN, to Just Diagnose for a Potential Repair, Samsung Care Team charges a $180 "Show-UP Fee"...for just a Diagnosis for Repair...then a possible $1k+......?? SO....would you Tolerate THIS...!?? I would THINK NOT ANYONE OUT THERE...! This TV, in all it's splendor seemed to be a Pre-Amble to What NOW Sells for HALF THE PRICE..?? SO WHAT GIVES SAMSUNG...?? I think you Need to Come Up and Do Us Right and Fix this Failed Early QLED Screen Technology you dumped on the Market and Extraordinary Profit you made....and Now Have a Hands Off Approach for all us Faithful Customers that Trusted in Your New Tech that was Not Properly Tested. I got the 8k series and words cannot explain the picture quality. Its almost like your there while watching.My son loves playing his Xbox games on here. Getting all my streaming apps was a breeze. Also for a 65inch it's fairly light weight, I was able to install it on my wall myself with no problems. The sleekness of it, is very futuristic I love that as well. Couldn't say a single bad thing or complaint about this TV. Samsung has really outdone themselves with this one. Nothing but positives. Love love love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV Ever! Straight out of the box loved the way everything looked great, but then set it to my personal viewing settings & all I can say is WOW! From watching movies on Apple TV, Disney+ and other streaming apps, to playing on my Xbox Series-X. Gears 5 & Forza Horizon 5 looks amazing and the response time is almost instant when playing MW2. Even my Nintendo Switch looks good with the upscaling from 1080p to 8k.

Our household enjoys watching movies, streaming services, music videos and gaming on our tvs. We were anxious to receive the Samsung QN900C series and the added bonus, it was received on my birthday! It took a minute to find the power switch on the tv, but once we figured it out I love it better than just a push button. This tv is sleek and beautiful! First thing, I watched 8k videos and was blown away!! It was like looking out a window into the far away places. The quality made it feel like you were really there and could reach out and touch everything. This tv is a MUST!

The picture is so clean and crisp and bright it looks real. IMHO Samsung is the ONLY way to go. As amazing as the picture is it looks even better on the wall, it only sits 7mm off the wall.

Everything is so clear and the depth of color is fantastic. I have it paired with the Samsung Q700B soundbar with rear speakers. The HDMI-eARC capabilities bring a beautiful true surround sound system that fills the room. The quality of the video graphics with many of the newer games appear extremely realistic and life like. The intuitive hub makes it easy to configure and control all aspects of my entire system. Samsung has outdone themselves with this award-winning TV.

The picture is so much clearer and sharper. You can see people's slight defects, skin pores, makeup and how much was used. It is like having a person in the room with you. It does a fantastic job upscaling older movies color and black and white.

Don't pay thousands of dollars for this TV or any others from Samsung. What a joke - or is the joke on me Samsung?!?! With that being said, I WAS a loyal Samsung customer over the last 20 years. But I will never buy another Samsung TV again - what a shame. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND THE OTHER "HIGH END" TVs from Samsung!!!!
