Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wont buy Samsung again. Purchased in 2021. Dead in 2025 and I barely use it. Power cycles on and off repeatedly. Attemted to do a support request on Samsungs website but it also doesnt work. Each time I try to go through the steps to set up service request it errors out and says to call Samsung. Now I feel stupid for buying a Bespoke washer/dryer that also cost $2000. If I cant get this resolved I will NEVER buy a Samsung again.

I purchased my 65" QLED4K last year and it is the best model so far. I love the crisp picture and the sound is awesome. This model is so easy to use, love the remote control that can be charged solar or by cord. I love the Apps that came preloaded and the ease of adding new apps Just love how my Samsung phone syncs with TV, also my smart appliances. I have a house full if Samsung products.

I have to unplug the tv, wait a while, then plug back in and works fine. This doesn’t happen on any other device w the same streaming service.

It is not good for a TV of this price. I have been a Samsung TV customer for the last 13 years. By far, this is the most expensive TV I have bought, and it is the first one that I regret buying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture, Beautiful Design, Spectacular Value My primary reason for purchasing this model was the absence of the anti-glare screen finish. I have this in a very bright room with many windows and a lot of natural light. My research of the models indicated that the other models (more expensive) have a finish on the screen to prevent glares, however, many people observe a prism effect which creates a different type of glare. This model doesn't have this problem, lacking the finish on the screen, but still performs superbly in the bright room. Overall, the features are excellent . Deep rich colors and inky blacks similar to that of an OLED panel but with a much higher peak brightness. The Game Hub features works amazingly well for playing cloud-based games even over a satellite internet connection. Overall, exceeded my expectations and is a great value.

The TV has great pictures in the daytime and nighttime. When I was considering a new TV, I had to make sure that picture quality was top tier, due to the amount of lighting in my living room. After reading reviews and researching, I knew samsung couldn't let me down. I use this TV everyday for the past year for sports, movies, playing game consoles. I particular really enjoy that film maker mode which enhances the movie effect and can not forget about the game mode it has for game consoles which is an outstanding feature. Overall I am satisfied with the TV, I suggest purchasing this particular model.

Never ordered tv online before this horrible experience which made me want to stray from that. But working directly with Samsung was the best! And the stand for the 65 inch is so much more sturdier than the prior samsung tv i had ordered! My biggest pro: was delivery will bring over door step/signing required!!! Didn't realize how much i appreciate that till recent suspicious activity in neighborhood! prior delivery company appreciate care and left box with hole! Customer service really played large role in doing delivery to home! And found out not many options in stores for 120hz so im happy they reassured me with extra coverage!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Half ready without basic functions Not a smart TV. Any cheap android plug-in box is capable of everything that this TV can't. There are only 4 supported web cameras. And they are not the best. Skype is not supported. Glitch with selecting an audio stream and subtitles if movie is paused is not fixed for several years already. Number of unsupported apps is HUGE. All because of a gread. You have to pay samsung or your app will not be supported. I'm pretty sure ny next TV will not be a Samsung. Never again I want to deal with that overadvertised half-ready product that doesn't support basic functionalities of cheapest no-name competitors. Any other smart TV would be better.

I love the TV is performing as hoped Samsung guide screen is per face of every time you accidentally hit a button. It goes to the Samsung screen and knock you out of your app, and you have to start over It’s very annoying. Other than that, the TV is very nice

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good. Not great. This TV is good! But...I noticed some scenes, like in the Avatar movie where there was some distortion in the scenes. I tested this with The Flash movie, and some scenes were even worse. I adjusted the judder settings but didn't seem to help much. It felt like it was a 60hz TV at times. Other than that, the color, brightness, and sound is great. I do wish the color popped a little more. Sometimes the display looks a little cloudy. But paired with Q-Symphony you will love the sound.

The slimming down on the TV makes it lightweight on my mount. Shipping was smooth, I had no issue getting it to my door as well with a signature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing My old Samsung plasma finally went out, so based on the reviews, I thought the 65" QN85C would be a good choice. With the QN85C I have to have the contrast all the way up and the brightness almost all the way up to get decent contrast. I prefer to have the brightness lower, but the contrast is terrible there. The remote is terrible. There are too many actions to get where you want to go. I saw an unboxing from the UK and they get the smart remote and one of the older style ones. Why don't both remotes come with the US models? If I cast a video to the TV, it is washed out and there is no way to adjust the picture that I could find. If you want to use your pictures in the ambient mode you must do it from your cell phone. You can't add them from the USB on the TV. The marketing says it will upscale inputs to 4K, but I don't see any improvement over standard HD, and the picture is not as sharp as it was on the plasma. If there is somewhere to turn that on, I haven't found it. Overall, a disappointment. I may decide to return it, but I don't know if the other models are any better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like everything about my TV I love my Samsung. I've been using it for the last several months already and everything is great. Mostly me and my wife are using it for streaming and PS5 video gaming. Great colors, brightness and contrast. I love the fact that the remote has USB C charging port and solar cells which basically eliminates buying batteries. We use our TV in combination with our Samsung Q990B soundbar and the sound coming from both of them at the same time is very good. The settings menu has a lot of options to choose from and it's very easy to use at the same time. I wish with a future update to see option to create a custom profiles for picture and audio settings and something like a "Night Mode" which I can activate at night and reduce my brightness and contrast for less eyes distraction. At the time buying my our TV tour website was claiming that there's "Glare Reduction" and ambient mode which I was thinking is an option which will dim or brighten my screen depending on how dark or bright my living room is. After a chat with a Samsung agent about how to activate any of the options above, I was told that my TV didn't have any of them which was a little disappointing regarding the price of $2000. Otherwise watching 4K movies or playing my games the picture is very good.

Setup was easy. There was a bit of an adjustment to figure out the new settings, remote, etc. I also realized how “bad” the other tv I still have is. Definitely worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 65" QN is great After our old 55" LCD Samsung began failing, I was very nervous to buy a new one not knowing anything about all the new technologies and features offered today. It's important to note that our previous TV was my FIL's for many years and mine the last 4. It had a good life. Anyway, I went to a local big-box store and began comparing models knowing some of the basic features I was looking for: being a smart TV, good side & bottom angles, and easy setup. I was pleased to stumble upon the QN65, which satisfied all those requirements and more. It also fit onto the wall between all the existing shelving. Setup was easy as it walked us through all the basics first, then it helped us add online apps for Netflix, Prime, and all the others we subscribe. The picture was clear and crisp, and could be seen from all positions around our family room. Especially from the floor where I hang out most with my furry friends. Navigation between our cable service and internet apps was very easy as well. Like anything, you need to do it once then after that it's 2nd hand nature. I recommend the Samsung brand to everyone. I buy nothing but.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Color is vibrant and bright. Especially in a brigh I love to use my TV for plex and Disney plus. Having all the free Samsung tv channels is a bonus. The picture is super fine and vibrant. The TV will auto turn off if I leave it on. It will also refresh pixes if it thinks there could be an issue.

This is my 8th TV and I can say for sure, I have never had such a wonderful TV like this one. The clarity, the contrast and the brightness is so amazing that you feel the charters are real !! I am also using this TV in combination with Q990 series soundbar and due to that the sound quality is wonderful. The video and audio experience is nothing less than the experience of movie theater. If you are planning to buy a tv, then this is the one to go for!!!

But this TV changed my life, I didn't realize I can watch YouTube on this gorgeous 65'' screen, it's pure enjoyment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the features and available apps. We use our tv to watch tv shows and to stream YouTube tv for nfl sunday ticket. Apps are very useful and the picture is beautiful and don't have to worry about any burn in issues like I had with my previous oled tv.

Some of the things I love most about this TV are the picture, the software, and the sound. This TV has absolutely stunning images and videos, and it makes me feel like I'm there in real life. The sound is incredible too. Much better than my old TV. And Samsung's TV software is unbeatable. There's awesome apps, it syncs well with my phone, it's very quick, and it's easy to understand. Incredible TV!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceed expectations When we first purchased the TV , we were Initially looking at the 85 in version, but thankfully decided on the 64 in version which fit our home better and has excellent color and clarity. The remote being charged via USB and light is super helpful and image quality looks great whether streaming or gaming. Best rv so far!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality of sound I greatly appreciate the quality of sound this product has. My ears are very sensitive to loud noise and I tend to get bad headaches. Yet this TV has user friendly sound settings where you're able to control the sound levels perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THIS TV! We had a 55" Samsung ( with the curved screen ) and for 7 1/2 years it was on more than it was off. I can remember it playing more than two weeks straight. It played much better than our old Sony. This new TV ( 65" ) just blows my mind! Almost daily, one of us will say "I can't believe how good this picture is". I couldn't get several APPS that I wanted on the old TV. I get any APP that I want with the new Samsung. I have a Sonos ARC suround sound system, and it's like we're at the movie theater. WE LOVE THIS TV!!!

The remote is a plus because of it very easy to navigate between apps with it. And the tv perfectly syncs with samasung sound bar with Q symphony

It's not perfect, but it's got an excellent picture for the price point, I like the new remote design, and the setup is very intuitive. I'd recommend the TV to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture quality The screen is very bright and gives out a great picture even in bright rooms. The sound is good but not great. I guess you would need a sound bar to get the best sound output. Color volume is high and strikes out perfect. I think Oled beats it on contrast output. All in all it gives a great picture for the price and screen size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Little getting used to the new interface I could no longer use my old Samsung tv as a 2nd screen after my laptop updated to windows 11. It was easy to connect my laptop via casting(not by workspace) on the new tv. I was also looking for a TV that would be easier to see dark scenes and there's a lot of reflection(I get headaches if I watch tv in the dark), more than my old Samsung. Which was a bit disappointing, so I'm back to moving lights around until I can actually see dark scenes.

Almost two years to the date we bought it, after getting a notification of low batter on the remote, the TV entered into a powering cycle (meaning it wouldn't turn on or off and instead kept trying to do both, or either, who knows) and hasn't worked again since. We were quoted $800 for a repair. A two-year old TV should not die for no reason. This is just poor product quality. I've only even owned Samsung TVs but this is my last one. Do not buy this brand!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV backlight just suddenly stopped working out of After using it for almost 3 years, the TV backlight just suddenly stopped working out of the sudden. The quoted repair cost by Service Quick (Samsung's vendor) is almost as expensive as getting a brand new TV (Part fee: $991.00, Labor Fee: $110.00). I do not understand how can such a high end TV has such a common problem when you search online. Such a disappointing purchase, I will not buy a Samsung TV ever again.
