Being a gamer, and usually an Xbox gamer it is incredible to have the game mode built in. Being able to use some of the cloud based platforms, allowing me to FINALLY play PlayStation games without having to buy one, has made life easier. And saved me money! Playing games in 4k with true 120hz refresh rate is absolutely incredible as well. I would not only recommend this to friends and family, I bought one for my parents. The colors are bright and lively, immersion is one of a kind. Truly the best purchase I have made in a very, very long time. Thank you Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get GEEK Squad next time! They came in installed the TV on the wall, replacing our old Samsung 65". That night my wife wanted to watch a movie. None of our Samsung players would work including the sound bar. During process the guy asked what we wanted for a password, not knowing how many numbers or letters, we paused. He said let us make it 0000, which we found out is too short to work, can not get a Samsung account set up, said we already had one. It is all messed up, paid $120 for installation, wife tipped one guy $40. behind my back.

The sound quality is also very good and more than enough for everyday watching. It’s surprisingly lightweight too, which made setup easy. Overall, great quality for the price. Definitely recommend it!

TV is great fo watching in bright rooms with little to no glare Colorado are very punchy and when streaming in 4k, it is amazing. It has blooming the words wiggle and my $300 TV looks better than this one. Samsung customer service is an absolute nightmare and I will never purchase another Samsung product because of it. They want to charge me a 5% restocking fee. I was transferred they hung up on me and then telling me my TV hasn’t been delivered when it’s sitting right on my thing. Horrible product and as a lifelong Samsung customer, I can say I will never purchase another one. They have went downhill.

Though, sometimes the color looks a bit too much. I reckon it might be because of some TV channels. This TV's packed with cool and helpful tech. Totally recommend it.

When my tv died samsung had great deals so I pulled the plug and bought one. ?????? wow was i surprised the picture way better than vizio the sound didn't need a sound bar the features and Ai integration are seamless and easy none the less I thought Iwas getting a great deal on a tv now I got a steal should've went with samsung a long time ago.

It offers me multiple functions with the ability to game with others, stream and post photos, along with many other options. The audio and visual is extremely clean and clear. When you see this TV in the store the problem is that it is placed next to other Samsung TV's so you can see how beautiful the picture is but so do all the Samsung's... You can really see the difference when it's next to the other brands; but once you get it in your house.... WoW!! The colors are SO Vivid and Pop like only Samsung can do! Take a look for yourself and you will be going home with a new TV for sure!!

We got it during holiday season sale and its worth the price we paid. The picture quality is very good and I like QLED better that OLED because QLED does not strain my eyes. AI features and Taizen OS ecosystem integration with rest of Samsung products works like magic. I highly recommend this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung has the BEST innovative products We watch our beautiful samsung TV every day, we use the free samsung channels and an over the air TV antenna and receive over 90 channels with that alone. Brilliant, stunning picture and all the smart features only get better over the years. This is my sixth smart TV. I have other older samsungs that keep on ticking like new in other rooms of the house. It intergrates with my samsung s25 ultra phone perfectly . I almost can't wait to purchase my next new samsung TV. But I have to wait a couple more years since I just purchased this one in 2025. Keep up the great products, no one has anything close to your technology and quality or performance. Love all my samsung products.

It makes my video games look amazing! I already had a 2018 Q series 55 inch in 4k , but this 65 inch model that I just got crushed it! I highly recommend it.

Everything feels smooth and easy to use, and it definitely makes my setup feel more updated. I also like that it feels current with the newer features that are out right now, so it doesn’t feel outdated at all. Overall, I’m very happy with it and it has been a great upgrade.
