And this one obviously is my favorite and now, with the new PS5 pro with the 8K technology, I will be utilizing it to it's max, besides that, I love this tv and everything about it. I've also gotten the samsung surround sound bar and it works perfectly with the tv, the sound is amazing, I highly recommend it and will be buying more in the future

We waited until my old, smaller Samsung TV showed signs of problems, and then we began to think about a new TV. That was a reasonable approach, but was one of ignorance as I had not paid any attention to TV/home theater/soundbars in the nearly 20 years we had the old TV. Things really changed in that time period: TVs became much better $ values, and visual quality and sound technology had zoomed ahead. This TV was a real surprise, with picture detail and color quality I had never seen. We compared Samsung to other several brands in the same store and the only brand with comparable viewing qualities was considerably more expensive, so our new Samsung TV (QN800D Samsung Neo QLED 8K 65" TV) was an obvious choice. The other smart choice we made was to GO BIG. I can't quite put into words how much nicer it is to watch programming on a larger scale screen, but it is significant.

Rarely used the 3D function of my old TV forcthe same reasom. But the AI enhancement of working very well to make 3D like videos.

My mom just turned 80 and watched my grandkids(her great grandkids at my house and even she could work the television. That's saying another since I had to teach her how to use a VCR back in the day. ????

Uses this for his gaming and watches music videos in between gaming sessions, so this screen is on literally 24/7 and shows no signs of giving out, no tired pixels or lines or image ghosting. It also never gets too hot, complains, or asks for a union break. The images are incredibly sharp and clear as well. All around a stellar tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed We’ve had our tv for a few months now. And I’m not entirely happy with it. There has been sporadic problems where the tv will just up and shut down. Sometimes it will come back on on its own sometimes it will then shut right down again. Then come back on. Other times I have to turn it back on. It seems to happen more when I’m playing games on Xbox. It also has sound problems too. I’m using a Samsung sound bar with it. But the sound cuts out for a second every now and then. Sometimes it happens a lot. Sometimes not so much. I’m not sure if this is the fault of the tv, sound bar or both. Great picture though. We rely on it heavily for online content, ie netflix.

I was nervous watching the install guys as I had a TV broken once before, but luckily no issue here. It was up and installed in min and my first destination was YouTube 8k landscapes. I was blown away at the colors, the brightest of brights and darkest of darks. It even upscales my 1080 broadcast and my 4k netflix, Amazon and Apple + all look incredible. I review one item a year and this is the one. Buy it for yourself, get a view of the world in the best looking imagery. You will almost think you are there. Samsung knocked the ball out of the park as far as I'm concerned. Best Wishes, your local #eldermillenial

While there isn't 8k content out there but the quality that comes from 8k upscale is awesome. The Qsymphony feature coupled with Samsung soundbar gives a crisp surround sound which creates an immersive theater experience at home.

The problem I have is when they sent me the first TV something was wrong with it so I had to wait another week to get the next TV when I was having it installed by professional installers that I hired I talk to him about the first TV they sent me Meanwhile, he was setting it up and he peeled off a film off the front of the TV and I told him that that wasn’t on the first TV that I had a problem with and he said it was probably a used TV that you they sent you. I’m not happy about that because I paid for a new TV it makes you think when you buy something new is it really new?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad QN800D, poor service Don’t but this TV!! I bought my QN800D and have had it 5 months. When it is working the picture is amazing. For the last 4 months I’ve had 3-4 calls in to their service because the set was randomly shutting itself down, rebooting, or restarting. In addition it continually drops audio for 1-2 seconds every 20 - 30 seconds. Samsung has had a remote service directly into the TV several times to no avail. They have sent repair technicians 2X to my home, but they have no idea what the problem really is. This week they will try replacing the cable from the main board to the one-connect. I’m not hopeful. I’ve asked to have it taken away and replaced but so far they have not agreed. At this point I’m very sorry to have spent $3000 on this product. I bought it to replace my aging 65” LG hd which was beginning to show some burn-in. We had that set for maybe 10 years or more and never one problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease and Simplicity To begin with, I have owned nothing but Samsung TVs (six of them) since 2008 and will own nothing else. This item is very simple to set up. Just plug it in, turn it on and the set will guide you through the set up. From flawless colors to magnificent sound, it is all done with the stylish remote. The remote is sleek and compact, replete with minimalicity. Easy to understand and easy to use, it also offers two types of charging: USB-C charging and by using the "light" array on the back of the remote. Both work swiftly and when the unit is fully charged, a notice appears in the upper right hand corner of the unit to let you know to disconnect the remote. As for uses, this item can be used for ANYTHING! Although I am not a gamer, the functionality for that use is amazing (a friend does game on his). No lag time, wonderful acceleration and amazing clarity. For me? I use the unit for streaming and sporting events. When streaming, there is no buffering. Of course, this all depends on my router speed, but for me, there is no buffering. My chosen streaming platform provides clarity, popping colors and continuous play with no mishaps. While enjoying a sporting event, I enjoy fantastic colors, wonderful clairity and zero "bluring" of the action. There is absolutely no hesitation in the action . I also own a 32" 4K QLED and use it as a computer monitor and a 65" Q80 set that I use for streaming and sporting events before I fall asleep at night. Love these units!!

The interface setup is top notch easy to navigate you can find you favorite apps no problem, if you want to watch something new it has plenty of suggestions to pick from. One Of The best TVs I've played my Xbox on being able to adjust brightness, saturation ect allows for optimal gaming experience. Havent had any issues with it randomly disconnecting from my wifi thats a huge bonus for me considering I live in the middle of no where. Over all an awesome TV couldn't be happier with it!

Once I calibrated the colour pallate, everything was amazing.. the picture looked three-dimensional as action jumped off the screen.

The upscaling is amazing, the picture quality top notch, and the hdr makes it look better than real life.

It's also a good choice for watching HDR content in dark rooms with adjustable feet and Samsung's Tizen OS. It also has features like Motion Xcelerator and Mega ContrastTV, which is an excellent choice for a premium 4K TV experience, with excellent color accuracy and brightness. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, Horrible delivery I give the tv five stars and I always buy Samsung products from phones, sound bars, tablets, washer and dryer and all my tvs. My whole house is samsung. But I usually order a lot of it from best buy. I decided to order the tv directly from Samsung shop and I will never do that again. The delivery was horrible. The company they use is unreliable. They cancelled my delivery three times and we're very rude on phone. The only reason I think it actually got delivered the fourth time a week later was because I called and told Samsung I was going to cancel order and they finally contacted them to deliver. Samsung should really track and follow their products through the delivery process and make sure they are getting delivered in a timely manner like most companies do. The tv is great and the picture is amazing I just will make sure I order from a reliable place like best buy next time.
