Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still Hanging with Samsung I just recently purchased the 65" Class Neo QLED 4K QN70F Samsung Vision AI Smart TV (2025). This replaced my older 55inch Samsung. Mind you the only reason it was replaced was due to hurricane outage. The screen started darkening. I miss that TV. So here I am with an updated and larger model. It is a beautiful size. I love that the legs are based in the center. So there is no need to replace the TV stand as it is able to fit on most any stand at least 3-4 feet wide X 2-3 feet deep. The only thing I am very disappointed about and am having thoughts of trading it in is for some reason Samsung messed with the sound and this model lacks a lot of punch in that area. Glad I have my 10yr old Samsung sound bar (It still kicks out great sound). Second disappointment is the darkness. There not much wiggle room to brighten the screen. Upon opening it was already set to highest bright setting. So when watching a show that is dark, you'll have a little trouble seeing clear details. If I could afford it I would have gotten the model that has great improvement on light reflection and brightness. All in all I am a die hard Samsung user. From the cell phone and tablet to the sound bar and TV. I'm still hanging in with Samsung.

A lot of other brands have processors that are very slow and navigating through the menu it takes forever and lags. However Samsung turns on and is really smooth and fast when choosing different options and navigating the menu. That in and of itself is just worth it. Of course the pixel and quality of images are just phenomenal and it is industry standard. To top it all off what's best about this TV is the price. Nobody beats this price for what you get.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and perfect!! Oh boy!! I'm a big Samsung Everything, this TV here is quite fantastic in every way. Picture great, the sound is just great. I don't understand any negative comments, now the only thing I have a vizio home theater system, a 5.1 that only uses optical for sound unfortunately. Now this is no shade against anything Samsung has in their home theater system. But I hooked this up to this television, and I've never, ever experienced sound like this before In my life, this is cold to the bone.

The television had a hard time connecting to the internet, it finally made the connection. The picture is so clear and bright. The sound is very clear. So far, this seems like a great set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV! I upgraded from a 4-year-old Samsung QLED, and the more I watch, the better I'm liking this one. The picture is colorful and clear. It was somewhat tricky to set up and took a while, but I attribute that fact to being almost 60 and not quite as tech savvy as a younger person. The sound isn't horrible, but I'm glad I already had a sound bar with a dedicated sub. It's really easy to navigate between apps, and Samsung TV Plus is a great addition. Samsung hasn't let me down yet, and this model gives a lot of bang for your buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Various sound issues Nothing but problems with sound since hooking up TV on May 23, 2025. Tried hooking up to Samsung soundbar and surround sound setting. Getting garbled sound or no sound. Disconnected/reconnected soundbar and TV speaker sound is all garbled and low. Hooked up Samsung 4k blu-ray player and get no sound. Tried soft resets, hard resets, firmware updates on soundbar, tv and blu-ray and got various results depending on what sound setting was selected. Was finally able (for now) to get proper sound through soundbar, but am forced to only use adaptive surround sound setting on soundbar. Now I see online this is a common problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung TV upgrade This 65” replaced a major competitors 50” tv. I wouldn’t ever go back to that old brand tv after this thing comes alive. I’m very impressed with the picture quality and color quality that is standard with Samsung. My only regret is I didn’t get the bigger TV 75 inch or the 85 inch tv. Will definitely be a repeat Samsung TV buyer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV - easy set up Having not had a television for a couple of years, we bought this for family entertainment and for the kids to use their Switch on. Overall, it has been a huge success. The picture is fabulous (and clearly visible in a bright room) and it was pretty easy to set up - it took about ten minutes with a phone to connect all of our streaming apps and the Switch. There are a lot of features that we don't use but it has been great for what we do use it for - namely streaming and for gaming.

Almost every time we turn it on it has to do a network check. Downloading apps is also a challenge. Everything wants to default to Samsung plus. I don't like that at all. Other than that it has a beautiful picture and is still working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constantly losing HDMI connection to home theater This TV constantly loses its connect ion to my Denon home theater received. The only way to bring back the connection is to reset the TV back to factory settings. This is EXTREMELY annoying. The longest period a between reset a is perhaps three days. Some times I must reset to factory settings three times in succession before the connection is regained. Now, to make things even worse, the wonderful “Launch AI” message appear a while the factory down load is in progress- which me and that I list begin the down load process all over again, because AI kills the download.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant The colors are sharp the darks are unimaginably crisp. I'm very pleased with this TV. When watching sports I can't keep my eyes off of it. I would recommend to any friends or family looking for a TV this size.
