I'm also a big lsu and saints fan so I love using it to watch sports. I would highly recommend Samsung products, hands down. In fact, I'm considering buying another TV soon for my bedroom.

It's responsive and has all the inputs one would need. It's in a bright room and their is a bit of a glare occasionally, but that's the case with every TV I've owned. I just pull the shades and it's fine. I highly recommend.

Coming from an OLED tv I wasnt expecting much to be honest when the wife and I bought this tv but when I got it home, unboxed it and set it up the Picture Quality blew me away. Now does it have OLED black levels no but what it does have is colors that pop, it's bright, it's clear and crisp and the black levels while not OLED level are pretty darn good for a duel edge lit tv. I can't really comment on the sound due to I have my 65inch hooked up to a 7.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound system but what I did hear briefly from the built in speakers they were pretty good but with a big tv like this I would suggest a Q-Symphony sound bar or a full surround sound system. But if you dont have either of these the sound is good. As far as build quality? Excellent which again for this price point surprised me. It feels very high quality and well built. That all being said. This is the first Samsung tv I have owned in years and so far I am impressed with my 65inch Q8F. Beautiful Picture quality with QD technology, AI, great features and excellent build quality. You couldnt ask for more at this price point. Its so good that my wife is looking to get a 55inch Q8F for our bedroom. High recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Q8F 65inch After almost 3 months of having this, I can truly say what a amazing TV, I got this during Cyber Monday the vibrant colors and sharp fast 120hz screen and gamng expanded up to 144hz is truly a cherry on top, all features for pictures channels to watch and tons of games give alot of beautiful amazing activities to do during the day solo or with family, I do have ok vision so the clarity for the screen is amazing contrast and resolution are also amazing and I truly love the fact that you can adjust the brightness further with added a warm light or blue light feature to tweak for the comfortability with your eyes

Netflix, YouTube, Prime — all just a tap away. No clunky menus, no frustration, just smooth, fast access to everything we watch. If you’re thinking about upgrading your TV — DO IT. The Q8F turned our living room into a mini movie theater. Samsung knocked it out of the park.

You are able to see the difference in darks and lights when scenes that are a lot darker of an environment. When it zooms out you are still able tto e hto see dirt and water on the characes clothing When watching nature scenes you can see the difference of colors. Especially from the reds and greens

Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the clarity makes movies and sports feel incredibly immersive. Even standard HD content looks upgraded. Setup was quick and easy, and the smart interface is smooth and responsive. Apps load fast, the remote is simple to use, and everything feels premium. The sound is surprisingly good for a flat panel TV, though it pairs perfectly with a soundbar if you want a theater style experience. If you've got toddlers, id stay away from this brand. If youre kid free, go for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Smart TV TV is in the living room. We stream all TV with YouTube TV as the primary channel. It has built in apps for all the channels we stream. Two things are desired that at this point I haven't solved. One I don't think I can solve is when I hit the Home button, I have to hit down twice to get to the Apps line. I would prefer to have the apps line immediately when I hit home. That's how our older Samsung worked. The second is probably available, but I don't know how to add apps to the set. Overall, the picture is superb. The sound is fine. I'm very happy with the TV!

The remote control is too hard to use because it’s a bit too narrow and the sound and channel buttons should be flat like the other buttons. I loaded some apps and couldn’t figure out how to remove them later. Asked your AI and got all kinds of different answers. Figured out the when AI has no clue, it makes up stuff off the wall. Called a friend and he explained how to remove them.

The picture quality is stunning—bright colors, sharp details, and great contrast that make movies, sports, and games look amazing. The slim design looks great in my living room, and setup was quick with handy features like the solar remote and built-in Alexa. That said, the viewing angles aren’t the best, and sometimes darker scenes get a little too dim. The smart menu can also feel cluttered, and the remote takes some getting used to. Overall though, the performance and design make it a fantastic TV that I enjoy every day.

It’s not a flagship, but it offers a lot of value: color quality, a modern smart platform, and decent gaming features. Buy If: You want a large, colorful TV, don’t need super-high HDR brightness, and are okay adding a soundbar later. Skip If: You’re very into cinematic HDR with deep blacks, or you want bleeding-edge gaming performance with super-fast response.

Yes I wanted to wait to see if I could figure this out. - I am pleased to report that after having TV’s that were not Samsung for more than I would like to say - it turns out I was able to understand the controls and am happy with my new TV. This is my largest (65”) screen ever owned and the picture quality is excellent. The ‘black’ screen is really black and does not detract from videos using other screen ratios. Video quality has improved so much in recent years that the only negative I can think of is that older videos in SD are not as comfortable to watch on this large screen. I have an extensive blu-ray collection and my player (by another manufacturer) works seamlessly. The sound directly from the screen is not bad, just sounds a little tinny by itself without good bass. I did purchase a Samsung sound bar that was recommended for this screen and it along with the remote woofer ads just what I need to enjoy my viewing sessions. Thank’s Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The TV for today and tomorrow! It had been almost 10 years since we got a new tv and I wanted to treat my hubby (and myself!) to a newer, bigger tv. Our previous set was a Samsung as well. We made sure to get the Q8F. Technology is obsolete so quickly. That's why we went with Q8F. The Q7F is 2024 and it's already been outdated. Why get something that belongs to yesterday when I can get something for today and tomorrow? I wouldn't settle for anything less than 4K. I couldn't believe how beautiful and vibrant the colors were-right out of the box. I hadn't even begun to tweak the settings. The refresh rate is amazing! You feel like you're in a theater. Everything is crisp and sharp. There's no delay or lag in movements. I was pleasantly surprised at the speakers. With my old tv, I used to have to put the volume up to 30+ to be able to hear anything. Now, it's a more reasonable volume. Yes, I realize it's not surround sound but it's a quantum leap from what I was used to. 4 HDMI ports make it simple to add on any other devices I want. I was an early adopter and beta tester for the original Echo. I am thrilled and couldn't wait to connect my tv with our household. With any new format, it took a little getting used to but once I played service with it and went through it s few times, it made more sense. I'm extremely happy with the purchase we made and look forward to many more years being part of the Samsung family.

The main reason I purchased the qled was to hook up my Series 9 HW-N950 Soundbar with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Sadly it is not a compatible model for QSYMPHONY. Although it's a disappointment, I have to say that the picture quality makes it palpable. After changing my sound setting to AI mode, it was the difference of night and day it even makes non 4K pop! The TV is super thin, and surprisingly enough has decent sounding speakers. With multi HDMI ports, I'm able to connect my speakers and blu-ray player. USB, optical, ethernet and coaxial round out the inputs. It comes with two feet that snap into place, with no tools needed. And an item I've not seen before is a solar remote that's charged by indoor lighting. The menu system is different than my older UHD model has, but is pretty intuitive and straightforward. All in all, this is a good choice for what I would consider a mid level TV. Unless you are a heavy gamer it'll be a great option for the casual movie and sports fan.

I love my TV for many other reason the picture and color pops off the chain, it's beautiful the sound is amazing. It's easy-to-use with Google search, Alexa, and other connections can't wait to upgrade

The feature I have appreciate lately is the option to turn the screen off and leave the sound playing. We use this feature to play our 1yr old's fav songs/shows on youtube or other apps.

Bought the 55-inch model on a deal, and for what it delivers, it's straight-up one of the best value TVs I've owned. Setup was dead simple—plugged it in, connected to WiFi, and Tizen OS had me streaming Netflix in under 10 minutes. No headaches, no calling tech support. The Quantum Dot tech with 100% Color Volume makes colors pop like crazy. Watching 4K sports or movies, everything looks vibrant and lifelike—blues in ocean scenes are deep, skin tones are natural. The Q4 AI Processor upscales non-4K content surprisingly well; old DVDs even look sharper than on my previous TV. Brightness hits decent peaks for a bright room, around HDR1500 levels, so no washed-out glare during daytime viewing. It's not perfect for pitch-black rooms—contrast is good but lacks local dimming, so blacks aren't inky like OLEDs. Still, for mixed lighting (which is most homes), it crushes it. Motion handling with Motion Xcelerator keeps fast action smooth, no blur in football games or action flicks. Gamers (like me) this TV's a steal. Low input lag (under 10ms at 60Hz) and VRR support make PS5 or Xbox feel responsive. All HDMI ports handle 4K@60Hz, plus Game Bar for quick tweaks. AI Auto Game Mode kicks in automatically—super handy. Native 60Hz refresh rate does the the job to play, it's plenty. Paired it with my Switch and PS5; zero complaints. Def recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung TV review Well pleased with new Samsung TV. I purchased directly from Samsung and found the experience much better than traditional buying at brick and mortar stores. Mounting and connection was much easier than I had anticipated. The Samsung TV pretty much walked me through the whole process setting up the wireless connection and sound bar, we stream all content and accessing all our apps went without any problems. Very impressed with the picture and sound , we watch a lot of sports and quality is so good we feel that we’re standing on sideline. We are huge fans of Samsung and all of our TVs and appliances are Samsung so needless to say we are very satisfied and that’s why we continue to stay loyal to the brand.

I don’t feel like it is user friendly bc I should not have to look up how to do things on a tv as I never have before. I have only had this tv for a few months and am already thinking about getting something different. I cannot even get the fire stick cube to connect with this

My favorite point to make is the clarity which allows us to see our granddaughters better when streaming their basketball and volleyball games. We also can hear better when watching movies because of the soundbar we purchased with the TV.

Its great to have when with the family since we all get to see the movie together and enjoy each others company. Resolution is great with clarity visuals. The brightness helps as well when the sun comes and it becomes harder to see but that doesnt stop it. Contrast of colors on the screen complaints the vibrancy of the tv.
