Whether its the 120hz display which is a very noticeable difference in my gaming experience. Or the fact that I still get amazing viewing angles no matter how much sun light my living room gets. One of the coolest features is that the TV remote is chargeable via usb-c or sun-light energy!! Very impressive, and the TV just looks elegant even when it's powered off. You definitely want a soundbar connect to it because the audio isn't that good. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend this product.

I love the gaming features and how it tells you the refresh rate in real time so you can monitor how the game is performing. There has been a couple issues with some of the apps but a quick reinstall of the app gets it back on track. I looked at a few different tvs and I am really happy with my purchase. Would recommend this tv for anyone wanting to game with the new consoles or anyone looking to upgrade their consoles in the near future.

My favorite is listening to music on YouTube because the sound system is unreal. The picture is phenomenal. I can see every little detail. It is crystal clear. The ease of navigation is easy as 123. I never needed instructions. Even the detail on the remote control is well thought out. No batteries! It’s solar charged! Well done Samsung! Bravo.

The software, particularly for setup straight out of the box, is clumsy and difficult. But once we got past the frustration of the first 48 hours, we have been pleased with our purchase. It would be a 5-star television were it not for the software and startup.

The colors are beautiful and vibrant. The white levels and specular highlights really pop with hdr10. This TV also has great low latency for gamers like myself. All in all I am really enjoying TV and will enjoy it for years to come.

TV boots up incredibly quick and does not falter moving through opening and closing applications with speed. Gaming and Streaming experience is almost completely pain free. No lag with 60 fps maxing out the range of most 4k screens with a useable Gaming mode. Internet Explorer is quick responding and easy to use. Picture Quality is where this system really shines. Motion is captured seamlessly which allows for a less blurred and busy viewing experience. The separation of warm and cool LEDs for lighting really helps the sharpness of the pictures color in all room lighting conditions. Samsung TV is also worth a lot more as a free add on than I thought and is definitely a plus. Overall the TV is great and definitely worth the money.

The feature I like best is the fact that everything you need to stream is built in to the tv itself. You don't need a streaming device attached to it . The tv allows you to go from cable to streaming and back to cable in a few seconds. we have had and now have other Samsung tv's and had similar good results. We would not hesitate to buy another Samsung product. I would give it a ***** rating

The TV is a great size, although my husband would have gone to a 75" if we could afford it. The reason we chose this one is the great quality of the picture. Watching the Olympics it's like you are right there. We loved our old Samsung and would highly recommend this new one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Go buy something else. this qled panel is probably something you do not want to spend money on, let alone over a 1000 dollars. my tv is less than 2 months old and any time you watch it for over an hour there is this huge white blob that develops. spent almost 2 hours on dealing with samsung's "techs" over text and phone to finally get a ticket and a service request. i wish i would have done my research on this model, there are multiple reddit posts describing the same issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TO MANY ISSUES bought the samsung q80a july 5th delivered july 22,2021. 1. there is a black spot on the upper right screen. tried to wipe it off with a microfiber towel but embedded in the screen 2. the voice is not synching with the person talking. 3. took forever to get a the picture correct. make sure your cable box is set to 1080p and you have the correct hdmi cables. go online and get excellent cables . not necessary to spend alot of $$'s on cables

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible product quality and customer service i had this tv for 6 months now and from the corner screen protector came off. i tried to peel it as it is hanging and it got stuck in the center of screen. i immediately started seeing lines on the screen. worked with costco concierge services and they opened a case with samsung. samsung denied services saying its a physical damage when it is clearly manufacturing defect. will never buy a samsung product ever again and dont recommend this tv at all

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid mid range experience This screen has exceptional brightness. Unfortunately, it also suffers from poor black uniformity and local dimming. This TV performs well while gaming thanks to the VRR support and HDMI 2.1 connectivity. The Tizen interface is quick and simple to navigate. Overall, this is a decent TV but there are other options in the same price range that outperform. If the don't mind spending a few hundred dollars extra, I highly recommend the Samsung Q90A.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The sound is not in sync with the picture. i am experiencing the same exact issue with sound delays as many who have purchased this tv, qn65q8daafxza. samsung support is avoiding to provide step by step specific solution on their support web site to those who expressed this issue. i had a 2012 samsung 60" tv connected to my sony home theater blu ray system with no issues. i unplugged the old samsung tv and plugged in the new tv using the same exact connections. the new tv qn65q8daafxza has sound sync and delay issues no matter what sound setup options i select. this tv will be returned to costco if samsung does not provide a solution in a very short time. many costco customers have the same issue with this tv. read the reviews mentioning sound out of sync issues. this tv is not worth the price, and i will replace with sony tv.

Easy to use when not looking at it and very useful. I dow ish you could program app specific buttons for other apps (I don't care about Samsung TV apps!) The UI isn't great, I only use the app selector. The Samsung specific guide and menus are a waste of time if you're interested in streaming Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc.

From ease of installation, integration to speaker components, and, finally, picture quality, my family is completely blown away. We opted not to get basic cable, instead choosing to get the apps for the specific channel we want. What a dream. It has really drawn our family together especially during these strange Covid times. The image is almost more detailed that my eyes can see, but has taught us how to look and appreciate life even when we are not in front of the TV together. Our QLED is a complete visual game changer. If you were wondering if you should get the sound bar, don't hesitate. It completes the experience. Just warn the neighbors is you watch an action or sci-fi movie.

Would be nice to be able to delete pre-installed app that are not utilized. 120 hz refresh rate is nice for gaming. Works perfectly with my new xbox.

Found that this TV would give me everything I was looking for. The picture is amazing, LIVE NFL games and College football look amazing. I also stream Jiu Jitsu from my phone or apps and the picture is fantastic. I love this TV…..I just have to keep my son away from it!

Even dough this tv came out after the PS5, it fully supports it. Additionally it's very loud and clour with built in soeakers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Had 2 months, been able to use 1 week bought my first samsung tv and after one week having backlighting issues. working with their warranty team has been a mess and after a whole new display and a new motherboard installed by their warranty repair shop it’s worse. samsung will not authorize full replacement despite only having 2 months so they keep throwing parts and sending repair people to my house. waiting for the 3rd repair visit now while he orders more parts. will never buy another samsung tv.

TV doesn't display natural color as compared to other big competitors brand TV in similar price range. I notice quality gets blury when visual shows videos located in places such as dance shows or concent with moving track lights. It gets blurry vision when someone movement are faster in visuals. Other than that it's very good TV.

The QLED technology that this TV offers is amazing, bringing a nice contrasts and making the colors come to life out of the picture that you are watching. I mainly used this TV to consume media like: Youtube, Netflix, and Hulu. From now and then, I occasionally did some gaming and the TV did such a fabulous job at providing nice picture and HDR. This TV is perfect for those individuals who want the best of the best and will not get dissapointed. From speakers, display, and software, the Q8DA Samsung smart TV is a great investment and get's a 5.0/5.0 from me for providing your money's worth.

I like old movies and movies without all the violence. I can't afford subscriptions right now but I find what I like. I added a USB drive and they look great. I like being able to change settings when appropriate. Overall I am very happy with it.

We have been very pleased with this combination except when the sound quit working after some dusting had been done. I was able to get the (e) arc back on after some fiddling and all is well again.

I use a surround sound along with it although sometimes I forget to even turn it on because the sound is so good. The movies I watch are so realistic with my Samsung, I even put a different kind of T.V. beside it to compare the two and Samsubg blew it out of the water! So much tv channels and hubs that it takes a while to set up your favorites. The Google voice set up did not do as i expected. When you ask Google for a program it asks you every time about who your provider is. Not fluid as expected. I suggest to get Hulu beefed up or set up the system to prevent sync problems. I noted that on Vizio as well. This is the best TV for sports but a little dark on some movies causing you to push up the briteness causing normal scenes to blind you. Takes practice to get the mid point settings. Using the natural mode sets up the screen for best colors ever and you feel you have a perfect painting of the objects. Thanks Samsung!

As with anything else, you need to take time to put in passwords, usernames, et cetera... Save yourself a few minutes and collect your usernames and pass phrases before the TV arrives. I use this one in my basement workout area as the picture is viewable from a pretty wide area. I am still playing with the custom color settings, but the default options are pretty good out of the box. Overall, this is a good choice for a variety of settings. The price is right, the technology is a good selection of useful features and the picture quality will please most users.

We also enjoy watching movies & documentaries on this TV. When I shopped for a new TV, I compared several brands & models at several stores. The Q80A Samsung QLED 4K Smart TV (2021) was clearly the superior product with the sharpest picture, extremely fast processing of moving images & dramatically crisp, realistic colors. After purchase, TV setup was very easy. We were extremely pleased with the picture & it added tremendously to the football-viewing experience. We then watched a current movie via streaming. WOW! The basic sound technology of the TV, even without any enhancement with external speakers, was outstanding...just like being in a theater! This is clearly the best TV that I've ever owned. I highly recommend it!

Biggest issues so far: Can't seem to get the colors adjusted in a way that doesn't make me go blind, and every once in a while it freezes up and crashes.

The picture is great and due to the multiple speakers the sound is noticeably better than most new tvs. Its priced reasonable and If you find it on sale it is definitely worth it! It's centered base/stand make it easer to place in home without a wall mount which i find essential. It has served me well for the past couple of weeks and i have no areas of disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad dimming / bright glow bought this tv and thought something was wrong with it. i installed it, started watching my shows i was excited to see in 4k etc. to my surprise the top half of the screen had a cloudy white wash. i returned it and got the exact same tv new. thinking it might have been damaged in shipping. nope. same thing. bright white glows across half the screen that will not go away. its getting worse and worse over the past few weeks. turning intelligence mode off seems to help. however, why would i pay 1200 for something i can't use to the full ability? it's going back and i'm never buying samsung again. the whole reason i even got a new tv was because my previous samsung (only 5 years old) got purple glow spots all over it. you guys lost me forever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best TV you will own. I love my Samsung TV. I've the QLED 65" and this TV's picture is crystal clear and produces magnificent details. I love the fact that this TV is smartthings compatible as I'm able to get this linked to my smarthome and control it from anywhere. The sound is good and gets even better with my Samsung soundbar. The ambient mode gels with the wall color making it look like a part of the wall. There are so many features you can tweak to personalize this TV. I would highly recommend this TV if you are looking to make a difference in how you want to watch your favorite show or sport.

I finally had to replace my 2011 Samsung plasma after it went out, and after doing a lot of research on TVs, I chose to stick with Samsung of course, and get a qled series tv, since I believe that is the best substitute for a plasma. I have been more than happy with this tv so far, and am impressed at all the features. I am literally blown away by the picture, motion rate, sound, and all of the smart features. I am so glad I waited this long to get into the world of 4k

It is impressive with virtually any source connected to it, from VHS to, Blu-ray/DVD with 4k. Audio is channelled out from the optical connection to a decoder to amps speakers and subs. The display is extremely impressive in 4k HDR, holding deep blacks and bright whites in its contrast range. Even low quality, dark VHS come across without distracting pixelation (not that most have a need for it). The frame rate is also impressive, keeping up with everything we have thrown at it. Casting to the TV requires a strong connection, but it does stream nicely. I would recommend the screen to anyone who wants a moderately size form factor for viewing 4k without sacrificing quality or functionality.

I really enjoy the HDMI ARC connection, as it makes start-up and operation a breeze. The display is truly amazing with bright colors and unmatched clarity. The stability of images during gaming is the same as other cable and streaming broadcasts. I looked at other flat screen TV's but decided on this Samsung model and after using it for about a week I am very happy with it and am glad I chose it.

The regular 4K set was sharp and clear but little depth like a computer screen. QLED offers a brighter deeper more cinematic look which served 4K movies and video games running at higher 120fps beautifully. I only wish I could afford an 80inch one next tine.

I wanted it for the 120H refresh rate and HDR ability. So far so good, once the new gaming systems are available again, then I will really get to appreciate all of the features. It is a simple set up, wifi allows me to stream the Samsung TV, which is a little over 100 channels. It has adaptive sound and picture, so all you have to do is pick your entertainment and the tv selects the best experience for you according to your viewing habits. The sound is actually pretty decent. The remote is sleek and solar/usb powered. My significant other doesn't like it because the picture is too " All up in your face", and I take that as a compliment, because that is what I was going for.

However the software is a but slow at times and has bugs like the remote randomly not giving inputs to the TV. And it really sucks there isn't any TV controls on the actual TV incase something happens. The search assistant is very slow so at times it feels useless, but I like the TV overall. Wouldn't have bought it at this price, but I don't regret it.

The Samsung Q80 and 65 inch works amazing in my bright room with the curtains opened. The picture is stunning, it’s bright and vivid and the antiglare coating reduces most glare from the windows that are opposite the TV. I highly recommend this TV

The picture is crystal clear and the sound is amazing, I actually put my Bose system away because of the sound quality from the television. If Samsung continues to make great products I will continue to buy them. The only drawback was the remote control I couldn’t not get it to work and I couldn’t get through to costumer service, thank god for the app it works great but I would still like to use the remote as a back up. Our previous TV was 7 years old & would get bad glare from the sun given how our living room was situated. This TV doesn’t have that problem due to the back lighting. Connecting Xbox, etc was quite easy, logging into streaming accounts was not that hard either. It has a center stand which I prefer as I dislike wall mounts. I didn’t get a sound bar as I was trying to save money & to be honest, I don’t think the TV needs it... I hear the sound perfectly. The one negative is the remote control. I have not figured out how to delete channels & when I scroll thru the channels, I wish I could just skip over all the foreign language stuff that I can’t understand, sports I don’t care for, etc... If I want to go straight to a channel, I have to pull up the numbers on screen instead of pressing remote, I dislike that. I do like how the remote control shares a charging cord with my phone. No more struggling to find the right batteries. As a whole, this is a great TV & I would buy again.... It just could be improved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Avoid this TV do not buy this tv. there is an issue with horrible backlight bleed. i’ve seen many other reviewers complain about the same problem so it’s definitely a common thing. i returned the first tv i got, thinking that it was just defective. the second one that arrived had the same exact thing. you cannot watch dark scenes because there is a large block of discoloration compared to the rest of the screen. it ruins the viewing experience. i have always bought samsung tvs in the past, but this is an inferior and less quality product to my previous samsung from 2013. not sure if samsung is cutting corners, but i’ll be returning this and going with a different brand instead.

I could not believe how good the sound quality is since I’ve been seeing sound bars advertised like they are a necessity. I also connected it through my home stereo system and there is no lag or echo at all with the TV sound and the home unit on at the same time ( which I rarely do). I was just noticing also how the picture is so clear that many “celebrity”!news casters must hate it.

I was always unhappy with the contrast of my older led tvs. Not so with this one. I can see details in the shadows. The sound in combination with the Samsung sound bar is amazing. Way better than my old Onkyo surround receiver with 90s audiophile speakers.

Previously had the Q70T and I loved it but sadly my roommate niece accidentally broke the screen so we went out to buy a new one and I love this Q80A TV, the color is very nice but the only thing that gets me is that when you turn to your side the screen turns a little bit glare. Can be laggy but other than that it is a very nice TV. Been a Samsung TV fan for years and would totally get another!

I called my internet provider and they said it was the TV. It constantly kicks me out of movie apps all the time saying no internet. The loading really sucks. So I have it connected to my mirror screen on my tablet, it works fine like that. The picture is great. The sound isn't very good either. I have to turn off my fan to hear when someone talks light. But the picture looks good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS TV! i often use this tv a second monitor for trading stocks. its nice to see multiple charts at once nice and big on a screen and i can see many at once compared to something like a 24-32 inch monitor. This tv is also great for netflix and watching youtube. It is easy to connect your phone and tv to the internet and sync them up so you can use your samsung phone as a smart tv remote. I also am able to tell google/alexa to turn on the tv and throw on a video or a channel. I like the tv stand as well because my table is not that wide so having a smaller stand allows for the tv to sit on smaller table and it wont look too weird. Sports mode is also great on the tv for when you are watching sports because it changes the picture mode and makes it more vibrant, vs when you are watching movies it makes it more of a cinematic mode. I also play games on the tv xbox and ps5 which both run great in the game mode at 120 hz. The picture quality is smooth and there is no screen tear. Although there is a bit of input lag from my controller i think that is just a console/controller issue and has nothing to do with the tv. The tv also has wallpaper modes which you can set them to when you are not watching something so that it can be like a clean background that blends in with your setup. I like that it has a lot of hdmis because i have 3 devices that need to be plugged in and my last tv did not have that. Overall samsung makes the best tvs in my opinion because they last long.

After reading several reviews, we made the trip to Best Buy to take a look and see what the current TV offering were available. To say things have changed in 15 years is an understatement! We selected the QLED 4K 65" TV for a variety of reasons. The size fit our room perfectly. The colors were amazing and the crispness of the pictures was almost like walking into the screen. Advantages of this TV include the quality of the pictures, ease of setup and the ability to add a significant number of apps. The first TV we brought home had some issues that the Samsung tech support folks couldn't resolve so we ended up needing to swap it out for a new unit. The Samsung tech team were great to work with - they spent substantial time with us in trying to resolve the issues and were very professional and patient. Once we got the new TV - it's worked fantastic. We have had no issues other than just learning how things work in this era of streaming but the TV had really improved our TV viewing experience. I can't wait for football season...I think it will be like standing on the sidelines!

So needless to say, we felt we needed to get 1 tv that does whatever we like it to do, and with such a picture and sound quality that would put anyone's other brands tv in the dirt. It wasn't hard for us to decide because we are a family of samsung devices. Why you may ask? Samsung has proven time after time that their hardware is superior to that of an IPhone and other Apple products. The connectivity is seemless, and intuit; the technology is always cutting edge, annnnnd it actually works. Plus, we love the emerging 4k gaming experience our tv has. We've come along way from tvs that were heavier than furniture. Heck!! It was furniture at one time. Thank you Samsung for years of consistent hard to beat products that have change the way we view our world today. The sound is supurb especially compared to my older tv. I love how smooth everything from switching between ports, and I am glad that the menu is layed out in a more logical way. The display is just amazing as always. It is a 4K, a d you are able to adjust it a little to get even better picture quality(i.e. adjust darks to be darker or lighter, or adjust the contrast more than you can on other tvs from Samsung.) If you ha e the volume turned up high while listening to music, the onboard speakers do a great job at not distorting giving you a richer sound experience that is as close as possible to true to life sound. So far the tv works great, and it is super bright which I love. A great product from Samsung that will not dissapoint.

VRR is amazing and eARC port works great with my Q80R, I had some issue in the beginning but update fixed all issues. I like smart Tap concept, I use it alot to share music and video on my tv just by tapping my galaxy phone. I also like the multi view screen concept, helps me use my Airplay and also watch YouTube together on one screen. Overall screen quality and specially blacks on tv are amazing and I don't regret a bit on my purchase.

This is our second Q80 in the house and the picture is just as good if not better than the previous one purchased. The bezel around the frame is thin and overall we didn't feel this television was too heavy to move around and hang. We used a slim flat wall hanger and it fit perfect with minimal space between the wall and the television. The setup was fantastic. The television walks you through an automated setup via your mobile device or the remove. We chose the mobile device and it worked flawlessly. Seemed so much easier than dealing with a remote control to perform the setup. The technology has really advanced since our last purchase. The remote is Solar! No more crusted AA or AAA batteries in your remotes! Just keep the remote by a light source and you're charged up and ready to use on the television with ease. This was a great idea and I think will catch on with other vendors over time to help save the environment and become more green. The picture is just so detailed. The greens on the Masters golf tournament look like you're actually there. The speed at which you change channels and menu options is fair and overall, the television is just a great view on the wall compared to some of the older televisions out there. Do not be shy about looking and reviewing these televisions. They truly are a piece of technology that you will be able to use for years to come.

The colors are bright, sharp, and vivid and the upscaling it does is spectacular. The colors just pop and the blacks are quite black. I also love the fact that the TV setup process was a breeze. If you have an android phone or better yet a Samsung phone, the TV can automatically transfer all of your settings from your phone to the tv and everything can be up and running in minutes. Also, while our tvs in the past had terrible sound and tv speakers, I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised at how well the TV speakers on this TV performed. The ambient and surround sounds are a nice touch. If you utilize PiP or go into the channel guide, you'll notice that the sound moves with the active picture box location. I know that may seem like a small feature, but it's these small details that truly gives the user a complete experience. Just the very act of the sound coming from the location of the active PiP window helps to draw your attention to that picture window so you're automatically aware of which window the sound is coming from. Samsung really did think of the user experience when they made this tv and can truly appreciate their attention to the details. I am so excited to use this tv for years to come!

We've purchased various 4k smart tvs in the past but this is our first QLED 4K TV and all I know is that I will never go back to led/lcd tvs. The picture is bright, crisp, vivid, and just beautiful. The 4k upscaling on this set is also amazing. It can make regular live tv signals from antenna look like 4k programming. Honestly, the picture quality is near perfect. I have experienced no motion blurring at all. Also, set up out of the box is now easier than ever. You can set it up through your android phone and it can transfer all of your account info over if you're using a Samsung phone. Also, I'm fairly surprised at the sound quality coming from the TV's speakers. Usually TV speakers aren't very good at all, but these speakers do pretty well. So if you're looking for a TV with great pictures, easy to set up, and great sound, this is it.

I love the art display and use it when the tv isn’t on. The remote is solar powered and doesn’t require batteries so that’s a huge bonus. There is a voiced activated guide and it fairly easy to navigate. My favorite feature is the ability to adjust the tv viewing according to the light in your room. The sound quality is wonderful as well. I just wish the base was able to tilt left to right but it’s not a big deal. All the apps are great! Very happy!

The picture is so clear and crisp; the people look as though they are right in my living room. Bright, clear colors give such a realistic view. As a side note, I'm loving the easy use remote as I am technologically uneducated. The remote uses solar to charge, so it is nice not to replace batteries. The remote also works with Alexa, Google assistant, and some others if I am not mistaken. This has made linking our home and products together especially simple. The streaming capabilities for apps, from my tablet, phone, etc, are amazing. Easy to watch YouTube and Spotify and I can control it all right from my phone! All in all, a wonderful television.

That's how good it is in my opinion. I have a ring doorbell and now when somebody is at my door it shows up on my TV I like that. I have DIRECTV and when I turned the TV on and put it on DIRECTV it automatically turns my receiver on. The same with my Blu ray DVD player it turns it on automatically as well. I don't think I could have made a better choice this is a very smart TV with a great picture and there are hundreds of Samsung channels to watch that's a plus.

The 65” Samsung smart TV has helped to make watching TV an “experience”. The picture is crisp and clear, making you feel as if you are part of the action. We love this TV so much, we purchased a second Samsung with a smaller screen size for the bedroom. My wife & I also love being able to access and watch purchased programming using the Apple TV app. We also spend quite a bit of time watching YouTube videos as well as regular programming on YouTube TV. We no longer need to use satellite or cable to watch our favorite shows or sports.

I’ve tried every configuration and every menu I could find, but my wife and I are still surprised that we can hardly hear conversations on a program and then the next scene there’s a loud explosion that surprises us. Some TV stations have different aspect ratios, and we are unable to change the display.

Even from afar the detail on screen is amazing and can be seen from anywhere on the living room. The speaker for the tv is crystal clear and it works with our Q90T speaker at the same time. The surround sound is amazing paired with the speaker and fills the living room. The 4k resolution is great for gaming and watching our movies. The remote control is amazing as no battery needed and can charge with usb-c or the solar panel works to charge it with our room lights! We love this tv and use it everday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 65" Q80AA QLED 4K UHD TV This TV exceeded my expectations! The picture is clear with no shadows or hard to view areas. The sound is exceptional! I wasn't in the market for a new TV and had no idea what we were missing out on. Samsung technology is impressive! My wife insisted we try this TV and I was skeptical. Now that we have it in the house everything else seems outdated. Now I'm painting the whole inside of the house so that to be pictures will do this TV justice. The Samsung on screen guide and voice control are my favorite features along with Samsung's 150 free channels! The remote control is very nice because it charges itself with just the inside lights. I love the idea of not having to replace batteries and the remote is always ready. I can't wait for next football season because the television is so immersive! Great job Samsung!

The smart TV o has endless options including managing your TV directly from your mobile phone from the samsung smart app. The Samsung plus network is a great feature considering a recent cable tv outage allowing us to still stream live through the Samsung plus TV network which includes everything from ,sports, news , home decor and endless movies. The wireless Bluetooth option is great for synching all home theater devices without running cables everywhere. The picture quality is surreal especially with 4k movies both streamed and cable ...try Netflix which is built into your remote ...awesome sound and picture quality...I will be adding additional Samsung smart tv's through the rest of the home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV has great features I currently use this TV with my Nvidia Shield and its absolutely amazing, the picture quality is astonishing, the overall look of this tv is beautiful, i do also play xbox series x and PS5 and WOW this TV Refresh Rate and gaming quality ai great, the sound is good but not great, i do have to turn the volume up to about 70 out of 100 because its not that loud, currently looking to buy a samsung sound bar, but overall i give this TV a 9 out of 10, i dont use much of the features like netflix on it since i do use my shield but one thing i do like is when you connect a device to the tv it automatically will check to see what was plugged in, so if i plug in my PS5 in hdmi slot 2, that input will name itself Playstation, that's really good

No blind spots or glare. The sound (Quantum dot) is incredible and travels with the picture. It comes with Samsung TV which is a subscription free TV service with over a 150 channels and growing! The remote control is solar powered and charged by the lights in the home! No more looking for batteries. I love the on screen TV guide as well the built in voice control. You can change the channel, search for content, control smart home devices using just your voice. The screen can also be customized to display graphics or artwork when not in use. There is so much this television is capable of including mirroring your Samsung phone screen with the tap of a button! I've only had this television for a little over a week and I'm looking forward to making new discoveries as I learn what else this television is capable of doing! Samsung has thought of everything and put a lot of innovation and experience into the consumers viewing experience. I am very pleased with this model! I never knew how much I was missing out on before this television arrived. I can not wait to rediscover gaming with this advanced technology! This addition to my home has prompted an entire upgrade to my home including painting! Pictures will be coming soon!

The ease of use is a big plus. I bought the Samsung surround sound system too. Together both have raised my expectations for home entertainment. On a side note. I did wish it came with wall mounting hardware.

I use it to watch local and cable channels: news, sports and kids' programs. I love that I have more options from Samsung TV Plus. I love that this Samsung QLED TV makes everything look Ultra HD, from all sources. I love the easy setup and connectivity, the voice assistants and the Smart Things functions. I also like the sound from the speakers with object tracking and 3D surround sound. This Samsung QLED TV is a great upgrade to my visual experience and entertainment in general because it delivers the perfect picture that I wanted for our bright living room.

For 4K streaming the image quality is stunning but you need to find the right picture setting for it( I prefer standard), the input lag is very low and the refresh rate and contrast ratio is high wich makes this TV perfect for gaming . Overall the design , features and quality of the TV are fantastic.

Like all tvs though, the sound is not that great and I would really recommend a sound bar to pair with this.

OMG, there's no comparison. We looked at a lot of different brands, but kept coming back to the Samsung. We bought this one because of the picture quality and all of its other capabilities. We also bought a Samsung soundbar and the set up for that was super easy. The two pair well together. We stream a lot of sporting events and never knew what we were missing. This tv should last us for awhile.

The 4K upscaling enhances regular HD to a level that no other can. Its built in services like Netflix, Hulu, etc, puts everything in on place with one remote. I was fully prepared to have to hire someone to help me, but the Samsung app made setting up the TV and the Samsung soundbar a breeze. The app also guided me through set up of Xfinity and the Xfinity remote so that one remote does all the work. I was so thrilled with that! I highly recommend this TV to anyone who is looking for a larger screen with a gorgeous picture and user friendly interface. One note of caution, while you won't need Geek Squad to help you set the TV up, you will need someone to help you to remove the TV from the box and set it on a stand/mount it. That is a two person job!

That's how good it is in my opinion. I have a ring doorbell and now when somebody is at my door it shows up on my TV I like that. I have DIRECTV and when I turned the TV on and put it on DIRECTV it automatically turns my receiver on. The same with my Blu ray DVD player it turns it on automatically as well. I don't think I could have made a better choice this is a very smart TV with a great picture and there are hundreds of Samsung channels to watch that's a plus. I bought this TV at Best Buy they didn't have it in stock so they ORDER it and delivered it to me for free.

Let me tell you, I had an older (i think 2013) QLED model Samsung tv and had to buy a fire stick because it didn’t have the ability to stream live tv with Hulu. This new tv is AMAZING, it is night and day the difference. The quality of this TV is incredible. It looks amazing on the wall , so sleek and bold. Everybody who comes over always comments on the TV and I think it’s hilarious because we have other art on the wall but nope, they comment on the TV. I use it to watch all the streaming apps. The feature I think I love the most is being able to switch between streaming apps so easily by clicking the “home” button on the remote it pops up with all my streaming services to select. I also use this tv to play my Nintendo switch. The picture quality is so clear!!!! I personally did a ton of research when looking for a new tv and I knew I wanted Samsung, I highly recommend this one if you are looking for an upgrade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The TV upgrade you NEED Upon receiving the box for the shipment, it was massive! My prior TV was the Samsung MU8000 49 inch so this was a big upgrade! After unboxing and putting it up on the wall in my room, it looked amazing! The sleek design to the seamless setup with smartthings was amazing! The picture quality is amazing and I'm very happy to game in 120hz on my PS5 finally! I also adore how the remote is rechargeable by light or usb C (goodbye batteries!). If you need a new TV, this is DEFINITELY the one to get! Set up process was very simple. It either has you set up manually or scan a QR code with Smartthings to get started (very easy). After that, it does its thing and you can dive straight into Samsung TV Plus content or any other services you have hooked up. There are tons of settings and features you can tinker with to your liking. One of my personal favorites is the ambient mode. You can put up any ambient pictures, art, graphics available. You can even take a picture of your TV's wall and have it blend into it. It's so cool! Overall it's a very high end TV with high end features.

And it is extremely bright which is great for use in all viewing environments and to top that off the display intelligently adjusts it's settings to suit the surrounding environment. If you aren't a fan of this you can easily turn this off in the settings. The viewing angles are phenomenal. I can sit on the floor at far left side of my living room and still get a clear and vibrant viewing experience no matter what direction I'm looking at the TV. The display is calibrated accurately out of the box and you have so many options to adjust settings to your visual taste. This TV is an absolute must for gamers with a suite of the latest technologies to enhance gameplay. High dynamic range content looks beautiful and the display really shines in this department. Most TVs cannot produce a dynamic range quite like this one. Standard content looks great too. Samsung's quantum processor technology is way ahead of this time. Literally any content you play on this display is upscaled phenomenally and true 4k content is an absolute beauty. Samsung's speakers and object tracking sound technology is out of this world! It's better than Dolby Atmos and it's a wonder how they managed to do this but try it for yourself! The speakers built into this TV are mighty to say the least.

The set up was so easy. No work at all. The television connected to everything effortlessly. The picture is amazing. I have never seen such color and contrast. The sound is amazing for event movies, sports or music. I have tried them all in the few short hours I have had this set up. I will go out of my way to recommend this television to everyone I know and on social media.. After a month or so I still love this television. I have used it for live cable, dvr, streaming and watching blue ray discs. The picture is fantastic for all of them. The colors are amazing as is the contrast. Sound is tremendous. The interface of the television is easy to use. Easy going between the different ways to watch. I very much love this television and am so appreciative of getting this oppurtunity.

I thing a map with get around the icons will be helpful or a video tutorial step by step on all function on the TV for first time users this technology. No response from the remote or button, but can hear it clicking on and off with power light shown. Had to unmount and now send the TV back as it's a dud. Not what you expect for almost $2k TV

It's intuitive programing teaches me about features and connecting device's without me having to ask. The base was a quick and simple 2 minute install, and with it being centered I didn't have to worry if it would fit on my tv stand (upgraded the size and the old tv had feet on each end). Bought this mainly to enjoy my Xbox Series X when it arrives, but my Xbox One X already looks better than I expected and I can't wait to see how good my games and movies will look on the XSX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Theater from Home The TV is a great addition to our Samsung setup. We hooked the TV up with Q950T soundbar and the surround sound is phenomenal. With Q-Symphony the soundbar and the TV sound can all be used. It is like having an extra speaker added and makes the whole room into a theater experience. It was basically plug and play as it was hooked to HDMI E-arc connection and setup was hardly necessary. The color is gorgeous and we had to put the brightness down because of it. Even with lower brightness the color pops and every detail is miles better than our previous TV. Samsung has also added a way for the TV to find local television channels without having an antenna or television service. The remote is phenomenal as no batteries are required. It can be turned back of the remote facing up and the solar charger can be used to power up the remote (indoor lighting works, so no need to take it outside). When the solar charge is not enough for some reason, you can also charge it with a USB-C cable, but we never need to use it as solar charge is sufficient. The 65 inch screen is beautiful with the QLED, UHD, and 4K. Would definitely recommend this TV as it has everything you can ever want and need.

Watching the 4k blurays with the surround system literally takes your breath away. I highly suggest putting the TV in dynamic mode. I see colors in this TV I didn't even know existed. The picture is so good it looks more real than real life. When I have people over to watch movies they are blown away. Now when new movies come out with good special effects, all my friends need to come watch it at my house haha. I doubt you can get a TV with a picture that's noticeably better than this unless you spend 3 or 4 times the price. And even those 8k TV, there won't be much content for them for years and by the time they do the prices of those TV will go down dramatically so its not even worth it. I definitely highly suggest this tv.

I like the easy setup, connectivity with smartphones and the smart features like SmartThings. I like that it has a wide viewing angle, great contrast and brightness. I love that it makes colors really radiate in Ultra 4K HDR shows and movies. I use it in a Home Theatre setup with a surround sound system although I know it can deliver great sound from the integrated speakers too.

My biggest complaints so far are the full array back light causes a haze on dark scenes and even though the TV is 120hz everything plugged into the HDMI ports only runs in 60hz. This TV also automatically turns on what ever device the TVs input is on which is nice at first but can be extremely annoying at the same time. Besides that overall I love it with minimal complaints!

I watch a lot of movies and subscribe to numerous streaming channels. Selecting a service and finding content is so easy. Another great feature is the sound movement around the screen. The speed of load up time for apps and inputs is very fast which helps out my busy lifestyle. The only issue is the blacks appear somewhat gray on dark scenes. 65” is a great size and the tv has wide viewing angles with not much glare. I am happy with the purchase.

The direct array is nice as the blacks do seem deeper. I use this everyday more than any other TV by far so I’m glad I made the right choice! My PS5 games look great too! My only thing is I wish it had Dolby Vision but that’s not a huge deal. I would recommend this TV for sure!

For example: whenever I use screen cast the tv goes into multimedia view even though I have turned that option off.. this happens with other things as well; whenever I turn intelligent mode off after an hour or so it turns itself back on. Overall this tv is good, but there are things like this that just make you question whether paying $1000+ was worth it. I hope this stuff is fixed, and it seems like im not the only one facing these issues...

The solar charging is a great convenient feature. I was happily surprised at the easy install and setup right out of the box I had good to go in 30 minutes. The TV is truly amazing - all the video services that stream, picture, actually tv case, sound, are all fantastic. The only problem I have is the remote. I hate it. My 2 teenagers think it's great and maybe I'm old and cranky. Very small and hard for me to use properly. You can also use an app but I tend to reach for the remote. I'm sure I'll eventually get the hang of it. My photo is just some of the things the tv can do. Still learning more and more. My son likes to doing gaming on the tv. His response is the tv is the best we have owned that doesn't stutter with graphics. I would recommend this tv for the picture and sound alone. Update: The remote issue was just me. My 12 year old showed me the proper use and now it is terrific. No problems and I love talking to my app to watch what I want. Seriously the best tv on the market in my opinion.

This was our first TV purchase in almost ten years. 10 minutes of research revealed that there were now three price points in 65 inch TVs: the budget models between $400 and $800, the middle models between $1,000 and $1,800 and the top of the line over $2,000. I really wanted to splurge for the highest priced models but we couldn't make it work. I'm so glad because I can't imagine being happier with our decision- we went middle of the road price wise. The picture on this QLED model is incredible. We are big sports watchers and we put the screen setting on "natural" mode and just soak in the experience. For movies and most TV shows, we set it on "movie" mode and it's just as good. So picture quality was criteria number one for us, but with this purchase we got some unexpected bonuses: 1- a very cool remote control which is actually solar powered! 2- the sound is shockingly quite good. When we really need to hear the voices clearly, we actually turn off the sound bar and listen to the TV speakers. 3- customer service has been great-- only called once with some questions, but they were outstanding. So it'll probably be another ten years before we buy another TV, but I can't imagine wanting much more than this.

I’ve called customer service three times they tried to fix it and determined that they would send out a service technician. The TV is three weeks old. I’ve decided instead of getting it repaired to get a new TV of the same brand and make and model to see if that remedies the situation If it happens again it’s my understanding that Samsung cannot keep up with the software on the smart TV apps is what I’m reading from other people. The solution I’m told may be that I have to buyA streaming stick of some sort that can keep up with the apps. If I’m paying the money for a smart TV as a customer I should not have to do that

I love old movies and this has made them show up so much clearer and has made it possible to see much more detail. One of my biggest complaints of my old tv is that it was hard to see in a bright room, this model proves that it can be viewed in any lighting condition with ease. I've had some issue with getting to alexa to use all of her features, but I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually. It's awesome to be able to talk to the tv to find shows,weather,news,etc without getting up from the chairs. Setup was very easy in connecting my other items with the tv. My streaming channels are easy to access and look beautiful and really clear. It's also nice to no longer require a stick to access online content. The samsung programming is a nice bonus to the tv purchase as well. Ours is on a tv stand, so I can't speak to mounting to the wall, but the stand is very sturdy and tv doesn't move as we walk by it during the course of the day. The online guide is helpful and easy to access for answers to questions. The tv speakers are suitable for shows as well as the radio as our xm radio has been connected to the tv. The screen savers are a nice feature as well for ambiance in the living room. This is a great model for any household. I feel like the tv has been a great addition to my household and am really happy to have it.

The quality of the pictures is outstanding and we love the detail in 4K programs. The setup was quick and easy and we loved the fact that it found all our off air channels and integrated them into the overall program guide. One of the features that sealed the deal on a Samsung TV was the offering of all the programming supplied on Samsung's channels, many of which we can't find elsewhere.

Except for the increase in screen size (we went from a 46” to a 65”), we are less than impressed. Picture on our old Samsung is much clearer and crisp. We fiddled with all the controls- sharpness, contrast, etc. but still think the picture is inferior to that of our old 46” screen. Oh well... Audio was terrible when we listened through tv speakers so we bought a $500 Samsung sound bar. Despite repeated attempts to sync with tv, we kept losing it so we reverted to hooking tv up to our old stereo. The sound improved measurably, but only because our receiver is high-end. Sound bar is now at my son’s house. He seems to have had more luck with it. For the investment we made, which was around $2300, we feel cheated and disappointed. Both tv and sound bar would’ve been a major hassle to return. We were dedicated Samsung buyers, but will look at other brands like Sony or LG when we make a future purchase. Such a shame.

First of all the picture quality and color is like none other. It’s like having a real life theater. Even while looking at older movies it shows the best picture version there is. They have Apps already available that I never knew of plus I can add all my favorite Apps. The sound is also amazing some movies it automatically sounds like it’s a surround sound although it’s not. I love that you can use which voice control you prefer. And I also for the first time used Apple airplay and it was amazing!!! The remote is also one of the best things about this TV because I don’t have to buy batteries anymore all I have to do is solar or USB charge. Everyday I’m learning something new about this TV and it’s so exciting to be able to experience the new things Samsung is doing with TV’s.

The only problem that I have is that Alexia doesn't always work. Once the set is on it does not respond all the time, or it will say it is fulfilling the command, but nothing happens. The other problem is that Alexia will not turn on the TV0. I am using WIFI, but it just won't turn on.

As soon as my husband set it up I was blown away with the picture quality, so sharp and crisp! My husband turned on a super old Superbowl game and immediately commented how amazing the quality is and how this TV made an old video look so good and clear! We we able to hook up an Xbox right away, which my husband enjoyed way too much because it was so much more realistic than on our old TV playing his NBA2K20. We also hooked up our Fire stick and didn't have any issues, everything was very smooth. I love all the apps on the TV, makes it very easy to use and navigate. The remote is also super cool and sleek, I enjoy using it. Right now we just put it on a TV stand in our bedroom but I can't wait to hang it on the wall in our living room to show it off! Overall, we could not be happier with this TV and thoroughly enjoy it every night! 100% recommend!

We have paired our tv with a samsung soundbar for better sound quality, however the bluetooth connection drops when screen sharing is applied. Have to go into settings and manually fix. The picture quality is great. The level of thinness is great for wall mounting. The most positive experience is the quick responsiveness of the applications. Switching is a breeze and loading only takes a couple seconds.

Nothing was wrong with our last Samsung we just wanted new technology. We love the picture quality for movies shows and gaming. The internet connection is always ethernet vs wifi for gaming so we know we are getting the optimal terabyte internet connection. It is so smooth and seemless streaming with enormous capabilities and capacity. The Bluetooth remote has new options I love it except the voice access isn't as easily to access as it was before on YouTube, there could be an option to change it in the remote app how cool! I love the decorative screen savers! Only con is this one has a little bit glare and a bit thicker but I'm guessing its from sticking a computer into a TV ! I love this TV and not even done exploring all the capabilities in the last week! I love Samsung products easy to work connect house security system to devices and never boots off anything! Thank you Samsung for another FANTASTIC PRODUCT.

I have tried everything. Samsung blames the cable company & the cable company blames the 4K television & nobody says how to fix it. I wish I had never bought it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our new Samsung TV has excellent features. Our new Samsung TV is in our great room which has many windows and sky lights and yet we get a beautiful clear picture all times of the day. Besides our local channels and DirectTV we will be watching Netflix, Hulu and Prime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV Ever I love this TV. The non glare screen is wonderful in my family room which has a whole wall of windows opposite of the TV. The 4K picture quality is better than any I have ever experienced and the speaker system is so good I don’t need a sound bar. The smart remote is very small but very powerful and easy to use. Plus the TV looks great on the wall. I would not hesitate to buy this TV again or to recommend it to someone else. TVs have really come a long way and this is a great one!

This tv is a great enhancement to my prior samsung model, its features are a must for my entertinement system and works great with the ambient light hub and with the soraund sound system I have a better than the movies show on my living room. I just love it.

The features are endless with this TV, and the robust app package makes owning a separate streaming device a thing of the past. I would highly recommend this particular TV, especially when paired with a matching Samsung surround sound system.

Yes, after many times of buying directly from the Samsung website I always feel confident while other stores sometimes got troubles or missing small stuff inside. Second, this is the second Samsung QLED TV I've bought, and the fourth TV under the Samsung brand name ( I also have an LG TV and LG also good nothing to complain about) and we all use it for all kinds of entertaiment from young to old age. Third, I think it is the most important that made me decide in buying and Samsung won over the names of the others is the PRICE. Samsung always gives us changes to buy with a good price such as student support, financing or sales price... The thing that makes customers become easier and... more relaxes when he/she want and gives out a decision in buying.

This Samsung boots up immediately and apps are very responsive. The display is perfect for us and handles gaming very well.

To that note we are blown away how crisp our current Q80 TV is. You literally get lost in movies or exciting TV shows. If your thinking about it dont waste anymore time. Best TV you will ever buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the wait After much delay, I finally received my 65" Q80A QLED TV from Samsung. And yes, it was worth the wait. The TV is fantastic. So far the best TV I own so far. It is super thin with an almost non existent bezel that makes this all screen. And the picture on this screen is amazing! I've only had it for a short time but off the bat I could see the superb quality of the picture. Setting the TV up was a breeze. The extremely sturdy and hefty stand is very minimalist and comes in 2 parts and screwed in. Turning it on immediately starts the setup. After following the prompts for a few minutes you're all set and even have multiple channels of programming. Samsung TV channels are a bonus. Some great programming and some nostalgic old shows were great to see on this big screen. You really can just plug this in and start watching TV. One of the channels was in 4K and the colors jumped out at you. So vibrant and realistic. I attached a picture of scene and it looks like a window! Sound quality is great. I'm still playing around with it so I haven't experienced the object tracking sound, I'm not sure if I have to turn it on or was so blown away by the picture I didn't notice. I'm extremely satisfied with this product and will be building my theater experience around this. I know some people have complained about the remote and it does take some getting used to being so small and less intuitive than other remotes. I love the fact that it can be charged with solar-power.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dead Pixels My TV had dead pixels appear in the middle of the screen 368 days after purchase or in other words 3 days outside of warranty. After talking with support I will be on the hook for paying to get it repaired which is hundreds of dollars for a new screen. DO NOT BUY, if this was an isolated incident they would cover the repairs. This screams that it is a common problem they cant afford to cover.
