The sound system has RCA cable inputs while the TV does not have RCA output. Purchased several blue tooth to RCA converts which were not acceptable. Finally found one that was USB powered and cabled to the Panasonic and provided surround sound.

Picture is great, surprisingly, the sound is best I've heard. Processor is fast and remote is real easy and small. Great TV for even the pickiest of tech heads.

I only have to use one remote when using my fire stick, the TV remote controls both without having to set it up. It simple to navigate yet has big features and the setup was easy. This is my second Samsung TV , my old one from 2008 is still performing excellently.

I am also not extremely happy with the tiny device to turn it on and change the channels I admit I am older, and computer illiterate,but Not everyone who buys your tv's are. I was looking at cheaper tvs that had it so why was this tv missing it? Needless to say I took it back and got a LG and it's far superior.

The picture quality is okay with the peak brightness and off-angle viewing falling slightly behind. It comes with features that I really like, such as the customizable backgrounds that I can use for standby mode. Another thing I like is the minimalistic remote and the added AI button that can analyze the content displayed on the screen. The analysis can be a hit-or-miss with some shows not displaying the information that I need. Overall, this is good QLED TV to consider and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for their first QLED TV.

Was able to get rid of cable that saved us $200.00 per month. I already subscribe to Net Flix and Amazon Prime so I get all the TV I need. I was able to add these and You Tube easily. Just had to sign in. The remote is the only feature I didn't like so I purchased another Samsung remote that has channel numbers. Picture quality is great. I highly recommend a Samsung over other brands.

It's fast with internet, look very good in the room and have a lot of functional settings. Besides all this my new younger kids throwed something to the TV and the screen didn't break like it happened with my other last TV. I'm very satisfied and it seems to have a lot of life.

The Storage Share feature is brilliant; being able to access my devices from the TV with the remote is wonderful. And the Game mode for my PS5 is so fun to use.

After waiting several days, finally get the tv out of the box and the screen is cracked. Proceeded to contact customer service 3 times after losing connection twice, and was told that I would just have to return the tv and purchase a new one. Samsung definitely doesn't stand behind their products. Was accused of cracking the screen on purpose, I guess because wasting my time unpacking and repacking the television and cleaning up afterward seems like a thing customers typically do?

On the delivery day, their delivery partner RXO calls that they won’t deliver because they don’t have space. They will call back in 3 days to reschedule delivery. Now the crazy part happens, they just cancelled my order and refunded me the money. So i could have just bought the TV from Amazon and delivered next day. Avoid Samsung at all cost.

I paid it with my Samsung phone and love to use the Dex feature to view my phone on the TV to due my workout or my morning yoga. I like simple and this TV has definitely made my life easier. Apparently I’m not in a service area so I’m waiting on complete replacement or refund. Can’t get to a live CM. Always deferred to text. I have a ticket number at least. Horrible customer service. First contact with CM on 7/10.

However, this TV struggles with HDR content. Nearly all HDR sources look to dark. Watching content in SDR looks great. If you are looking for a TV that can play HDR content I would not buy this TV. If you were just looking for a good TV that has a clear picture and you don’t care about HDR content this TV will work fine.

Nevertheless, I found this amazing deal for what I thought would be at least comparable to what I had, only to discover it is 10 times better than my old television. The quality of the picture and the sound, the additional features and the responsiveness of the online channels, and my ability to integrate it with my google home max, set this television highly above other brands that I have had. I’m a Samsung customer now. Even much so, I purchased a Samsung soundbar to go with the television. And its quality is just as good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product at Very Attractive Price Q7F QLED 4K My Samsung 2025 model 65" is prefect for all of my TV needs especially for streaming thereby allowing for multiple avenues of viewing options for sports, movies or local TV programing. The picture is fantastic and very clear. I love the small trim around the TV unit. Set up was simple and easy to connect to internet, streaming services and download various apps for streaming. And, I was surprised at such an affordable price. If you're in doubt, this is the brand and TV model where you'll enjoy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flawless Picture & Fantastic Features The Samsung QLED is fantastic! Completely changed my viewing experience, came from a Sony WEGA TV, and this upgrade was NEEDED. I unboxed and installed without my husband! PICTURE QUALITY SHARP ? SOUND QUALITY ? GAMING? And most importantly, it can still be viewed clearly even in a bright room; the picture doesn’t auto-dim itself. The gaming is great, online setup to Xbox is easy, and as long as you have a good WiFi connection, it’s flawless, no lag, even without a physical Xbox setup The built-in smart features are very convenient! Easy to navigate, and all the apps you could ever need can be installed on the TV. The connection with Samsung Smart-Things makes using my Samsung Zfold a brilliant feature! Sound quality is flawless and can definitely be used in a home theater. Overall great TV, couldn’t be happier. The TV is very sleek and slim compared to my older one! QLED sits flush against the wall, and the setup was super easy. We haven't mounted it yet, our previous TV was not wall-mounted. The TV is lightweight, only 35lbs.
