Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung quality has gone down hill dramatically The last year of owning Samsung TVs has been a nightmare 8k tv messed up. 2025 neo Qled Q9 85in got cloudy and they replaced the screen multiple times where they just replaced the tv as awhole switched to Oled. My Q70 2025 tv that’s barely 5 months old is now cloudy idk what’s going on but these new models have a lot of issues. The Samsung tech told me to switch to Oled. Will be calling Samsung hopefully they will just switch it out with a Oled. Been using Samsung for 20 years and never had a problem till now. Picture below 2025 Q70

Other than that, it's an okay TV, but nothing to brag about and I feel like I wasted money because I could have purchased a cheaper TV with the same picture quality.

Unfortunately the sub woofer can not detect the blue tooth connection. So that is a disappointment. I have watched several videos to no avail.. I will keep trying.

After a few days of research, I purchased this one. I love it. I especially like the backlit darks. Many movies I enjoy contain dark scenes, both in doors and out. I can nearly see whats going on half the time. This television fixes that problem in most movies and shows, I can see! I would purchase again.

Pros: - Best gaming experience with 120hz refresh rate - HDR contents are really good. I prefer dynamic preset for best experience - SDR are decent. No complaints - Software is comparatively smoother. - Audio is really good in amplify mode Cons: - Handling Dark / night scenes while streaming ( of course not a OLED ) - Watching sports can be better performs little less than other brands. Overall, I like this TV as it is good for gaming and streaming.

At times, the picture isn't as sharp as I expected it would be, but for the most part, the quality is top notch. I definitely recommend a sound bar to complete the experience. My previous Samsung TV was a 55 inch and I am so glad I upgraded to a 65 inch. The smart TV capabilities are great.

And when I choose to watch a 4K movie! It's amazing I feel like I'm right there. Game play on it is awesome, no lag between the TV and device you are using.

The se apps can be viewed straight from the TV as well. I also have a PS5 connected to it. The picture is awesome. Anyone in the market for a 65" TV should definitely consider this one, you won't be disappointed

I decided to go for this upgrade to try out the 120hz for gaming and it feels like such a massive difference. It almost feels like you were the one filming when watching movies with the vivid detail it displays and how well it picks up the colors.

We wanted to paint so I took the set off the wall mount an pushed too hard on the screen and I heard a crackling sound . A faint but obvious ray af light appeared at the bottom of the screen and started to get brighter. Liked it so much we bought another and this one was better and cheaper with a beautiful picture. We took out a 5 year warranty so I expect to get more than 4 years out of this one. Lesson learned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First one had to be replaced. Original TV developed a fatal error of some sort. Warranty process went fairly smooth. Two different boards were replaced on two different visits. On second visit after issue was not remedied Samsung determined the unit should be replaced. The replacement seems to be working well except when trying to MLB TV. The screen freezes and locks up. Only unplugging and replugging the power cord works. I did some research on the internet and this seems to be a common problem where the MLB app and Samsung do not play nice. If the Samsung site has a remedy for the issue, I was unable to locate it. A similar experience is present after installing the Ballys App. Other than that, the unit seems to be working alright.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing TV I just got this TV a few days ago and it's absolutely amazing! It was a tad hard to navigate everything at first but now it's awesome since we figured it out. I am able to use my phone as the remote as well as the actual remote and I love that. As soon as I'm in range of the TV it pops up at the top of my phone ready to use. It's incredibly clear and the colors are great. I have played my Xbox and Switch on it and I am beyond impressed with how much better the game looks now. The only con I have is that the sound could be better. It just takes a higher number to get it louder. We will probably get a soundbar for it. Buy this TV, you will love it!!

It’s in the center instead of one leg on each side which makes it really hard to put a soundbar on the console without sticking out. It’s fine, but would look a lot cleaner slid under the tv. If the tv is being mounted it wouldn’t be an issue at all.

Unfortunately, it came with no instructions on what these capabilities do and how to access them. I have tried several things and no success. If you are going toi add so many features you need to infomr the customer what these fetures do and how to access them.

I even have a Samsung microwave oven that I purchased in 1990 that I use daily and still functions like new 35 years later. My 65" QLED TV has excellent picture quality. It replaced a smaller Samsung TV that I have had for several years that is now in another bedroom and still has excellent functioning. I am still learning all of the features it has. Alexa at times is great, but at times I need to reword my requests. The solar remote charges quickly when plugged into a wall circuit, holds the charge, but takes a little longer to fully charge using lights only.

Plug it in, turn it on, scan the CR code on screen... and the TV takes off and connects to your router, sets optimal picture and sound autonomously - all on it's own. COOL! My set is on mostly all day and placed right on the floor; its eye level when I lounge and binge. lol I love Samsung devices and my new 65" QLED 4k doesn't disappoint.

I wouldn't have bought this brand if I'd known this. No instruction on how to maneuver through the home screen, get new apps, etc. Keep having to change the sound source to my soundbar as it goes back to both the tv and soundbar both as the choice which, of course echos. Not a user friendly TV in any respect. Hence, the 3 stars. Oh, and at least print what instruction you give in BLACK letter and over a size 6 font!!!! I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read the darn things. I know it is the "new look" for the grey lettering, but not all of us are 18 with perfect vision.

Still learning about other features. Very happy so far. Only issue I had that had nothing to do with the TV itself was the professional installation. Samsung contracted that out to Angie who assigned 2 separate people to do the installation. One never showed up, so I helped with the installation. I had already installed the TV wall mount and installed cables in the wall before they arrived. Probably would have had to reschedule if I had been unable to help. Person who did show up was knowledgeable about installing TVs. Samsung did reimbursement me approximately 65% of the installation charge. Would not have gotten professional installation service but could not find someone to help lift the TV that week it arrived.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Picture This TV was a replacement for the Samdung Curve (do wish I could have found another Samsung Curve to replace the old one), however I do love the way the picture is so clear/crisp and the colors are so vibrant. It took a minute to get use to the controls, however is familiar with the basics (still learning though). All in all this was a good choice and I'm glad I purchased this TV even if it's not the Curve I originally wanted.

And the TV did not perform as expected, I asked to return the t. V and was declined after on 10 days. I have purchased a number of samsung products online.And was absolutely surprised when I asked to return to tv because of poor performance.

However, the 2024 Samsung Q70D represents a significant upgrade, boasting a remarkably slim profile, a redesigned home menu, and integrated cloud gaming functionality, which is particularly advantageous given my Xbox controller and Ultimate Game Pass subscription. The exceptional value of this QLED 4K television, priced at only $800, is noteworthy. Furthermore, its seamless integration with my smartphone via SmartThings for casting and remote control, as well as its compatibility with my Watch 6 Classic for TV operation and my Buds 3 Pro for private audio listening, enhances the overall user experience. This upgrade has proven highly satisfactory, providing an enjoyable and convenient viewing experience. I am extremely pleased with this Samsung product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung TV I love the TV for it's picture and sound. I like how easy the menu and remote is to navigate and use. I've had it for several months and al.ost immediately it was my go to TV for watching sports and racing. I'd also like to say it's durability is outstanding. I know this due to an error with mounting. It fell from 6 feet originally and not a scratch, line, blank spot, nothing. Works just fine I was super impressed as most appliances nowadays break if a fly lands wrong on them props to Samsung on this one

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Confusing settings Would be a 5 but this TV doesn’t support YouTube app. Have to keep installing or have to go to the live setting and click on a YouTube program to use YouTube app without having to reinstall it.
