My husband and I recently bought a new home and we needed to upgrade our bulky LCD TV - after all it is almost 10 years old. We have done our tv shopping at various stores and so we had an idea of the type of tv we wanted. We were looking for something with bright vibrant colors (check), a fast motion rate (check), 65 inch (check), LED screen (check). The Samsung QLED Tv has everything on our check list and more!The tv was shipped to our home. It was packaged very well. The instructions on how to take the tv out of the box were very good and illustrative. The tv is quite light from what I am use to. The tv stands slide into the bottom of the tv without any screws. The remote comes with batteries.Setup was beyond easy! I am not the most technical person but this tv is amazing at set up. It literally walks you through the entire process. The tv tells you what to select on the remote and best of all it auto detects the components plugged into the tv like a DVD player. The tv comes preprogrammed with lots of apps that I frequently use. So it’s like a huge smart phone. The tv is defiantly a smart tv. While I was playing with YouTube on my phone it actually automatically connected to the tv and brought up my account/channel. We were watching tv when that happened so it came as a bit of a surprise when that happened. Neat feature though.The picture on this tv is stunning. Since I was coming from an older tv this was utterly amazing. To be able to clearly see the wrinkles in people’s faces as we watched the news and to see the bright colors of scenery is spectacular. Watching the tv is very seamless between frames. I can not rave about how amazing this looks in my house.This is the first Samsung tv I have purchased and I love it! I highly recommend this tv. Rated 5 out of 5 byZhao1 from No Good.My TV remote is out of order. Each time the TV is turned on with a remote control, the TV and the remote control need to be paired. After the pairing is completed, it can't be controlled for about 20 seconds. TV always shows HDMI1 without signal. HDMI1 is connected to Xbox and seems to be controlled by a game console handle. The registration and maintenance page on Samung always shows back to the home page. I don't know how to get help.

All inputs are on back of tv. Remote - simple which I like and voice commands work surprisingly wellInterface - also simple and intuitive. This is the second Samsung smart tv I purchased mainly based on my comfortability with the interface. Overall I believe I made a good purchase and intend to stick with Samsung televisions. Rated 5 out of 5 bylvjordans from Worst dimming Ive ever seenThis is the only TV Ive ever owned where I regret my purchase and Ive owned nothing but samsung TVs in the past. If you watch anything with subtitles, your screen will go up and down in brightness every time they flash on and off the screen(yes I have all of the dumb eco and auto brightness settings turned off). Even with no subtitles this happens, such as when a dark scene backs right up to a cut against a light screen. The auto dimming algorithms are all off. This TV is also way, way too dark. I have to use dumb settings like contrast enhancer or pump up the gamma just to get a watchable picture. I hate this TV every time I turn it on, and Im so sad I made such a commitment that I have to just live with now. Dont be like me, stay away from this TV! I cant believe its getting such good ratings, like even if you watch any movie/tv show for more than 30 minutes you can see the auto dimming not working correctly and moving the brightness up and down

The remote system works really well and even my wife is able to work it. I bought a Marantz stereo receiver to go along with the TV and they work together like they were made by the same company.Couldn't be happier with our choice!
