It's like looking at the brilliance of a diamond, OMGits OUR CRYSTAL BALL!!! WOW, it really, literally is!!!!!! Wether it's movies and shows, or our amazing Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen, or watching/ listening to our top 20 music videos, or often our favorite play lists of 100s! OR, my sewing and quilting you tube videos, or even our favorite games and podcasts, our Samsung NEVER lets us down !!! It literally never even gets powered off unless we know an electrical storm is headed out way with thunder and lightning! Even our pups use our tv to have the"company" when we're out, and through the night when we're asleep!! It's their security blanket and our crystal ball to any magical entertainment we want! My husband loves looking through videos and photos, of our grand babies, or of some of our creative projects, like his 6ft wired&lighted xmas trees, off our phones---ON THE TV!!! The first one however, went out just under three years and Samsung was not willing to help me out in anyway. So if you buy one from Amazon, make sure you get the insurance for it. Besides, gave me the opportunity to buy a bigger one. I love the clarity. Even if this one goes out again, I will buy another one

About two weeks ago they stopped working and the TV will no longer recognize them. This is very frustrating as they worked perfectly when I first set them up.

The 65” QLED 4K Q60 As someone who’s been buying Samsung televisions for years, I can confidently say the new 65” Class QLED 4K Q60D is one of their best yet. Every time I upgrade, I wonder how they could possibly improve on the last model—and yet, somehow, they always do. The picture quality is jaw-dropping. The QLED panel brings colors to life with stunning vibrancy, deep blacks, and crisp detail. Whether I’m watching movies, streaming shows, or playing games, the experience feels immersive and cinematic. The 4K upscaling is impressive, making even older content look sharp and refined. The build is sleek and modern, and it looks beautiful mounted on the wall. The user interface is fast, intuitive, and packed with features, including all my favorite streaming apps right at my fingertips. The remote is simple and effective—something I’ve come to appreciate with every Samsung TV I’ve owned. After one week use it got a horizontal line across the center with a cute little red vertical line in the center of that. Obviously no receipt no warranty even though serial number shows when and where purchased. Oh well, guess I watch with a line. Support is no help and a pain to access. Needs more "most recent" buttons.

It had a row of lights on the bottom that would not turn off. I called the Samsung people and they contacted a repairman who came and fixed it in about 10 days. I was very happy to have the television work like new, which is why I bought a new TV. But it was inconvenient to not have my television for a couple of weeks and no knowledge if it would get fixed, but all's well for now. The TV was fixed and good as new.

I chose this model after skipping over almost every other TV in the store (even though I already knew I was going with Samsung) and I'm so glad I did! This TV is the fastest working, Sleekest, Thinnest, most best picture I've ever seen in my life plain and simple. The upgraded Remote is awesome too cooler more ergonomic design that is RECHARGEABLE and also charges by Solar Power by the small panel on the back, just flip it over and set it on a window sill that gets sunlight during the day while at work or whatever. If I had known they made an 85" I would've bought that one instead lol. Great TV to mount or set on its feet on a nice piece of furniture. Oh forgot to mention paired with my Samsung Soundbar its an incredible experience. Buy it, You will not regret it.

It just wants ids and passwords etc. really weird because I’ve had no issues and both TVs were working fine. One day the 65” just started this account crap and as if this am it’s still looping. The 50 inch is working fine and it hasn’t had the first Samsung problem. Paid too much for 2 TVs to only have one working

There is no sun glare from any angle and the solar panel remote is a big help on saving from battery purchases. I stand firm on Samsung televisions good value and excellent performance.

I have ALWAYS bought Samsung products, if Samsung made it I bought it, but no more. Their quality has gone way down. They never even offered to refund my money for their television that doesn’t work. I am 75 years old and since money is scarce I will have to put up with it or have no tv to watch. Think twice before buying their televisions as you mind find yourself in the same boat as me.

This is the 2nd OLED Q60D I own. I also own a 55”. If you are looking for functionality, great picture quality and sound quality. This is a great item for you. Last call was over 2 and a half hours begging for either a refund or a new product to be delivered. I was escalated to 2 managers. Just received an email today that the issue is still unresolved. If you get a damaged product you will not be helped.

Image has great quality. It's vibrant & bright. Can use my phone & tv becomes huge display for it. I can also use cell as remote which is great because tvs today are useless without remotes it's not like it used to be where you didn't really need remotes nowadays they're required. Casting cell to TV is awesome as well. Game changing making a little entertainment system using both products.

Still trying out all the “bells & whistles” of the TV, but definitely enjoying it. Wish there were more clearly defined “display” options, e.g., “Cinema”, “Sports”, etc., but maybe I’ll find those when I dig deeper into all the “bells & whistles.” I’ll enjoy it more once I’ve switched all my apps from my “Firestick” to the Samsung TV. The free “Samsung TV Plus” and the Samsung “Smartyhings” app are also VERY nice features!

When I use the regular search to find my favorite app: FORMED, it has no clue what I am looking for. My old Samsung had an app search. Also my DVD player can not be plugged into my tv because there is no spot for the cables. Disappointing because instead of paying a lot to stream, we get dvds free from our library to watch and now that is in the past. It is not that easy to navigate.

Deleted the Samsung TV plus app but it defaulted to running that program when I turned the tv on. I called support and was told I had to delete all the channels on SamsungTV plus in order to generate ‘No Signal’ to prevent the ‘feature’ of autoplay. Add in requiring a Samsung account, and I wish I had read into the tv further. At least I got the autoplay to stop.

You can sync your Xbox controller to the TV and sign into your account and play a ton of games via cloud gaming. The picture is amazing. The Samsung Live TV is pretty decent for a free feature. Easy account log in with Samsung account. Highly recommend

Help my disabled daughter so therapy sessions, the clear picture make her feel like they are almost real. I can listen to music with Samsung speakers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delivery sucks customer service lied to me, TV is The Samsung television I received is phenomenal. I like all of the options that I have while using the TV and the remote. However there was a problem with delivery for over a month with a delivery service going back and forth that they couldn't find me that they tried to call me which was a lie. When I called customer service they did give me a credit. And assured me that it would be delivered before christmas. It was not so I called back again and was told I would receive another credit but that was a lie. I am not happy with customer service I am not happy with a delivery people need to know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but needs improvement I bought 65" Class QLED 4K Q60D some months ago and enjoy it except for a few issues. The main issue is th remote control. It is small, as no ‘last’ button to return to a previous channel nor any ability to quickly get to another channel. You must scroll the channels on by one. This is tedious and uncomfortable to my thumbs. As a matter of fact, I am having discomfort in my hands and thumbs which I think is coming from the small remote. It’s also difficult to get the sound right. I have to cut the volume up so loud in such a small apartment to hear we’ll.

I was never able to get my product because Samsung put shipping restrictions on my package so I couldn't change to pick up from a local FrdEx facility. Because of the restrictions, I was unable to get the item in 3 delivery attempts so it was sent back. For my 5+ hours of trying to redirect my delivery for pickup, I was offered $100 USD off of my purchase price, which turned out to be an empty offer as I was never offered a resolution to recieve my package. Sadly, it was sent back, now a week later I'm waiting for my refund to possibly try to order the device again, if I can get some help with delivery date or availability to pick the item for from FedEx myself.

It was very interesting to see that the remote charges with either your phone charger or lay it it sunlight...(solar)

I cannot turn on or off the TV with the dish remote plus I can't raise or lower the volume with the dish remote. I have to use the remote that came with the TV to complete those functions. LLoyd

When our living room TV died, l bought a 65” QLED that fit our TV hutch perfectly. We love it - nothing else compares for color quality and sharpness.

Also when I put the brightness down when I change a channel it kicks back up to being bright. Where can I download an instruction book on this tv. We had not purchased a smart tv previously and we’re waiting until out other tv stopped working. It was a breeze for set up as Best Buy’s Geek Squad did it for us! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Screen Issues and unit is less than 2 years old. I bought this TV in May of 2024 and did not buy extended package for it and the right side of screen is faded to black. Because I am outside the 1 year of it I would have to pay to have service which is $200 just to get them to my house and does not include the parts that will be needed to fix. From searching on line seeing a lot of problems with this product specifically the back lights whish I am guessing from all the diagnostics I have done. It is hard to sink an additional 200-300 dollars into this unit when you can buy a brand new different brand for under $500. I would not recommend this TV or buying direct from Samsung to anyone.
