Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV but small problem with mounting so for, we love the tv and it's concept to display art. the only problem i had was that the original screws for the tv mount are too short (4mm x14mm). they barely are long enough to grab the nuts imbedded in the back of the tv. found out that others had a similar problem and solved it by buying 4mm x16mm long screws. this is not something that the average homeowner should have to do for a premium tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV... But needs work The TV is very nice. The "frames" to surround the TV that Samsung sells are worthless. I ended up paying a framer to make a nice one. Also, the Art Store membership is so-so, they definitely need to work on content. I want seasonal photos for my display, and I have found I have to pay for them through etsy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, clunky art, TERRIBLE instructions the picture quality is great if you use movie or filmmaker mode. standard mode is ridiculously blown out. my biggest complaint with this tv is the instructions for wall mounting. they are awful. the mounting process was beyond frustrating due to the terrible instructions. the m4 screws that came with the mount were not long enough to bite into the back of the tv. how does that happen? i had to go out and buy m4l16 screws to work with the mount. for the same price, you can get a much better picture quality. you are paying a premium for art mode and when you figure in the monthly fee and clunkiness of the interface, i'm not sure it's worth the added cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not User Friendly Design i bought the frame because i thought all tvs are quite the same these days but being able to use this tv as art was quite interesting. art mode is quite fun but everything else about this tv is infuriating. the buttons are not intuitive. trying to buy a subscription to art mode is actually impossible. i keep getting error messages that samsung pay isn't supported starting in dec 2020 but right now it is nov 2020 still. i cannot install apps at all. i press the install button, the tv thinks about it and never installs it. the phone app is truly miserable. the delay between button pushes and action makes for an infuriating experience. i'm annoyed and the tv is best used by keeping it off and using it as an expensive painting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Falls short of 5 stars The flat mounting is the selling point of this. However I cannot give 5 stars for two reasons: It's not OLED and, more so, the art mode is intentionally crippled to upsell artwork. Disappointing about that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lemon of a Product Got a 65” The Frame TV and what began as excitement has now become a nightmare. It only worked for a week and no resolution was possible, cannot provide a better rating. I am no longer a Samsung customer, and never will be in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish it was a dumb TV love the way it looks. love the display. yes there is glare but it hasn’t been so troublesome and our tv is facing the wondows so i sort of expecf some glare. however the three stars are really for the ‘smart’ part of this tv. the interface, the remote and the fact that it’s an absolute struggle to get to apple tv or to project your phone to it are the biggest letdown. for 13 years i havd a basic sony which did all of this seamlessly. this tv just can’t get overitsel. lastly, been stuggliny yo make to work with mu bose speakers. again seems like it struggles to ‘detect’ the imputs. bottom line, i think i would try a different tv in the end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WIFI Connectivity issues the tv looks good on the wall the tv screen quality is a little sacrifice for the look based on other models great when it's functioning. has had wifi retention issues from the beginning almost daily you have to reset all networks and re-enter your wifi password. i've had 3 technician visits case management doesn't want to replace the tv for the same model because its not available on the warranty warehouse the tv is available for sale at samsung website help im looking for an equal functioning replacement i purchased at a discount end of 2020 therefore if i take the refund ill have to pay more to re-purchase my replacement tv when not on sale samsung can you please replace for the same model or allow repurchase at the same price

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great digital art display, terrible tv i love the form factor, and it looks great when you're not using it. which is good because it barely works as a tv. the 50 other wifi devices in my house have no problem staying connected. every time i use this tv i have to unplug it to get it to reconnect to the wifi. when it is connected the load times are atrocious

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will break just outside of Manufacturer's Warranty will break just outside of manufacturer's warranty the tv was fine for 2 yrs, but the screen became hard to watch because there is a backlight issue called "vertical shadow". you can google this common issue. its clear that the components used have failed (led strip inside the panel). tv should have been recalled for known component failure. repairs are quoted for $1000 outside of manufacturer's 1 year warranty. its not reasonable to expect to replace a tv in 2 years. if you are like me and work hard each day, don't waste money on a tv that samsung doesn't stand by.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was great, for the 5 years it lasted. We purchased the 2019 version in 2020. We really enjoy the reasons we bought this TV--flush to wall, art mode, matte finish, single cord setup. We added a sound system to improve the sound. For the premium we paid, however, we expected to get more than 5 years from this TV. At the 5-year mark, almost to the day, the backlights are going out in bands. We contacted Samsung service and were quoted a repair cost of over $1000. Might as well buy a new TV. Perhaps that is what Samsung wants. We've had Samsung 1080p LCD HDTV since 2011 that is still going strong, so I used to have high confidence in this brand. We're really on the fence about buying another Frame though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 years, the "black bar" showed up in the middle its overall a good tv. but after about a year, i started to get black "burn-in" at the bottom of the screen. then about a month ago, i got a heavy black bar in the middle of the tv. would have thought the tv would have lasted longer. after reading a number of reviews, with photos, looks like this is a common issue.
