We had no issues getting it set up and the connectivity was seamless.There is little to no glare even in a room with full sunlight the colors and brightness of the TV are beyond what we expected. I'm so happy we get to display our family photo as art on this TV.

It looks just like a picture frame but a huge one! I get so many compliments on it and also the color and picture and modes are fantastic! I think it definitely gives a more modern homie look to my living room as well! Very pleased with this samsung product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Quality/Performance for Streaming Extremely disappointed with the performance of this TV. I'm not sure why Samsung doesn't offer the ability to hardwire the one connect box, because the wireless connection feature can't keep up. The result is constant buffering. This happens constantly with high resolution for live TV through streaming platforms (YouTube TV, Hulu TV, etc.), but it's not uncommon to occur for netflix / disney+, etc. It's more reliable if you allow for standard resolution (i.e. defaults to 480p60 on youtube tv). It is also not an internet quality issue. We have 1GB internet through Verizon, and the box itself is connected via LAN and placed directly behind the TV. We have no issues with any of our other TVs. There is no reason it should be this slow or only operable at standard definition. My $300 samsung TV has better quality for live TV. Don't buy this if it's your primary TV for streaming movies or live TV. I wish it wasn't so nice when you leave it on art mode and pair with a nice frame (sold separately), because otherwise, it would already be out of my house (yes, it is a beautiful art centerpiece above our mantel and has fooled multiple guests).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible TV Honestly the best TV we have purchased. Looks fantastic on the our wall. The anti glare works very well. The wireless one box is great. My wife hates cables. Brightness as well.as the contrast is excellent. Resolution is what you would expect from a premium product. The upscale to 4k looks good. Only thing that is bad for us is having to pay for artwork. At a premium price for the PRO I would like the art for free.

It is educational and fun to learn more about the artist and the art that is displayed. Movies really come to life. I like to display a painting or art and then quiz to see what anyone knows about the artist or their art. Movies really come to life with this TV. The color and clarity are perfect. The wireless set up is simple and easy. The frame fit my existing wall mount without any issues. The Samsung delivery and placement was excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV I've been going back and forth on this TV for months, and honestly I'm glad I waited for the 2026 model. We mounted it in the living room and the first thing my wife said was "it looks like a painting" — that's exactly what sold us on it in the first place. Setup was surprisingly smooth. The wireless One Connect box is a game changer if you hate cable clutter. I ran all my boxes and streaming devices through it and tucked it behind the entertainment center — the TV itself has zero cords hanging from it on the wall. That alone was worth it to me. Picture quality on the Neo QLED panel is noticeably sharper and more vibrant than I expected from a "lifestyle" TV. HDR content looks great — the blacks are deep and highlights have real pop. It's not quite OLED territory, but it's impressive for what this thing is. Local dimming handles most scenes well, though I did notice a tiny bit of blooming around very bright objects on a dark background if you're being picky about it. Art Mode is genuinely cool. I have it set to display a rotating gallery and guests always ask if it's a real print. The matte finish on the screen kills glare in our bright Texas living room — no more repositioning furniture around sun angles. A few things to keep in mind: the Art Store subscription is required if you want the full catalog (30 free pieces per month otherwise), and the price point is definitely premium. But if you want a TV that looks like décor when you're not watching it and still performs well for movies and sports — this hits both marks. Would buy again. No regrets.

Picture is bright in our sunlit living room. No glare screen is a vast improvement over other TV's we have owned. Tizen operating system still is clunky and full of bloatwear--only major complaint. Samsung--for the money I spent on this high end set, I don't want to be bothered by your attempts to monetize advertising.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Frame, non-glare with bezel This is our 2nd Frame. 1st one lasted 5+ years, then the motherboard developed a glitch where it would turn off, intermittently on its own. After extensive diagnosing, we determined that our surge protector did not prevent a power surge from damaging the unit. We had & have the 65” Frame. Very TV”s that size are more than 50% cheaper, but we made the conscious decision to stay with the 65”, but upgraded to the Neo Pro (non-glass museum quality glass. One of the best decisions we’ve made (regarding a TV). Curiously enough, the next best TV decision we’ve made is to invest in the custom bezel, truly makes this TV a work of art.

I enjoy the ai feature as well to create your own art "moods" - this tv has really elevated my living room; even my guests are impressed. I can now look at art from around the world in my own living room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY Do not buy this TV. TV was purchased new with a bent screen which caused a dark spot on the TV. We reached out to customer service and they promptly sent someone to repair. When it was discovered the whole screen needed to be replaced and the part was out of stock the customer service center would not answer any questions, give a timeline for resolution, or issue a new TV. Their response was just wait. We have waited almost 2 weeks with no response from Samsung and when you call them they just say they are following protocol. Worst customer service I have ever received. Do not buy unless you want a discolored $2,000 TV.
