Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Bezel for Pro TV The TV is fine, But THERE IS NO BEZEL. Samsung does not manufacture bezels for the new Pro version of the TV, despite showing them on the website. Customer service was friendly but useless. The whole reason for going with an Art TV instead of a better performance model is to have it look good in your space. Would give this zero stars if possible.

I PURCHASED A TV ON 8/19/25 I WANTED TO RETURN THE TV ON 8/29/25 FOR A # OF REASONS, KNOWING MY LAST DAY TO DO SO WAS 8/30. I WAS TOLD I COULD RETURN THE TV, BUT ECOMMERCE SAMSUNGS CUSTOMER SERVICE GOT MANAGER PERMISSION TO APPLY A $170. CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD I USED TO BUY THE TV IF I CHOSE TO KEEP IT WITH THE ISSUES ON HAND. When they are using it it for meetings or presentations, it looks great. The best part is if your in the room and your not using the TV it just looks like a good digital picture frame. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst TV I’ve ever had This is not just the worst TV I’ve ever owned but the worst electronic device I’ve ever owned. I am on my third one in 3 months… the tv is beautiful and the aesthetics are great. I love the idea of a frame tv displaying art when you aren’t watching a show. However the screen turns off after 4 hours regardless of your settings. The frame is plastic which they charge you $200 for and it’s not even wood. My first one was a 2024 model, literally everything was wrong with it… it shut off while watching it, turned itself on and off whenever it felt like it, it would freeze and would have to be unplugged or rest constantly. I decided to return that one because it was unusable with all the issues and upgrade to the 2025 pro model, that one came with a damaged screen that flickered and had lines in the bottom corner. The wireless connector box sucks with video game systems so I tried to connect the micro HDMI cable directly to the port on the back of the TV but it kept loosing connection. The art mode sometimes doesn’t want to come on when you press the power button it just shows a black screen that is not fully on or off. It’s weird. This is an issue I’ve noticed with 2 of the 3 TVs I’ve had. It’s a cheap piece of junk that they charge $2,000 for, it’s a ripoff. Not what I would expect from Samsung but it appears their quality has plummeted and I’m not sure I trust Samsung anymore after the terrible experience I’ve had with this TV. This TV is exceptionally delicate, finicky, and has a mind of its own. It’s extremely frustrating and it’s the worst product I’ve ever bought in my life.

I was prepared for some tradeoffs (compared to my OLED), but not having a way to hardwire the One Connect box with a cable is not acceptable. I mean we already need to run wire for power, so why not run the signal? Some people want the box across the room, I get it. But those that just want the best connection possible and not deal with frequent signal loss should have the option like the older model.

At the store the picture was not as crisp as some of the very high-resolution bright TVs that are available. But our TV was not going in a best buy, it was going in a bright living room. After a few months of owning I can say it is everything I had hoped for-- image is super clear and refresh rate keeps up with gaming, the matte finish on the screen immediately changed the whole viewing experience for our very bright living room. I also fell more in love with the broad variety of picture options-- it becomes a talking piece for every visitor. 10/10, have pushed several friends and family members to buy the same TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from God awful customer support, actually made it worse Unsure on the quality of this TV but I can tell you the customer support is atrocious. Not only did they give me wrong information about their policy they also kept pointing the finger at another department instead of addressing my issue. Sales would tell me to contact the care + team, the care + team kept trying to send me back to sales. I ended up getting incorrect information and was advised to take delivery before they could help, only to tell me there's nothing they could do after taking delivery and that I'm stuck having to return and re-order it to adjust the warranty. That leaves me out of pocket for the return fee and the TV is now listed $400 more expensive than when I purchased it. They gave me wrong information then caused me to take delivery which is going to cost me over $500 more

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The art options look great. Locks up We have two frame Pro tvs in adjoining rooms. We mostly use the Frame TV to display artwork. Unfortunately when we try to switch to TV watching the TV appears to be buffering a lot and even locks up. If I unplug the TV and the one box and plug it back in it works properly. Unfortunately I have to do this at least one a week. This is unacceptable. The picture is great but the locking up needs to be fixed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the worst reviews experience I have few issues. First the send the bezel before the schedule TV time and it was not compatible. When I reached out they said I can't replace or return it because it is beyond the window. I mentioned you sent it before the schedule date. Still no resolution. Instillation was one of the worst experience I have ever had: First they delivered it and left and had to call them back that they needed to install it. They did come back. While installing it they damaged the rug, left marking on the walls and left everything is dirty.

We display Art from the Art store when not being used for TV and it’s amazing. Currently we have an art work from the Master, Picasso. Have used many of the features from BlueTooth to Apple IPhone Mirroring to the Smart features and all are excellent. This is a fantastic product and very simple to install or have the Pros do it for you.

I don’t think the two individuals sent were capable of doing the job. They could not center the TV over my mantle and hung it slightly crooked. I will have to pay again to get it corrected.

I wall mounted and the wireless one box would not pair. After calling ang going through various steps, it was determined to be defective. 2 Months later and im still waiting. every time i call im on the phone for about an hour. i get transferred several times and at the end, they tell me an exchange is approved and to wait 5 to 10 days for the shipping company to reach out to me schedule and exchange i wait a few weeks and call again and have to start the process again with the same ticket. numerous transfers and the same resolution. Someone please help!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Frame TV Pro 65" - Pretty Good So Far We've had this TV for a little over two weeks at the time of writing this review. For the casual watcher, the television looks and sounds great. We've had zero issues with the wireless OneConnect box (it is located inside our wooden media console directly beneath the TV). My only complaint is we've had a few issues with the TV's user interface (which is directly on the TV's software, not the OneConnect box) either freezing up or completely crashing. To fix, we've had to unplug the TV for a few seconds and plug it in again. Not incredibly annoying, but worrisome that we've had to do it twice in two weeks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wireless Connect Box makes this worth it. At this point, realistically, you can get the same display quality and ambient picture mode on many TVs. So why The Frame? I've always liked the idea of The Frame ever since I saw it in a friend's house, but I wasn't impressed by the picture quality - when actually using it as a TV, it seemed dim and very washed out. When I heard about The Frame Pro, I figured I would give it a shot. I'm very happy with the display quality (it's finally up to par/better than many TVs in this price range), and the Art mode works as I expected it to. What has really makes it worth it in use is the wireless connect box. I glossed over this feature when I first did my research, figuring it was just a nice to have, but in practice, this is actually a game changer. It makes the display feel like an actual display, not a TV, as after it's mounted, you basically never have to interact with the physical unit again - all connectivity can happen where you want it. Tucked into a drawer, right next to your router, etc. With this feature alone, it turns the TV into a real wireless smart screen. Now when I look into alternatives, they all seem like nice, comparable TVs - but this one stands apart for the wireless connect box. It is a bit expensive, but with all of the features (amazing picture quality, seamless wall mount design, and wireless connect box), I expect to love this for more than a decade. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worse delivery experience! My delivery + mounting was scheduled for 8am to noon. Took the day off for it, after receiving confirmation the day before. I hear nothing the whole day until they call me a 2pm (!) to say it will not be delivered because the truck was too full when it left the warehouse in the morning so they didn't load the TV. I can't explain how disrespectful this is. If they would at least let me know in the morning that the delivery won't happen, I could get to work and not miss the full day... Unacceptable service.

To the Samsung Team, I just want to take a moment to say thank you for making what is, without a doubt, the best product I’ve ever purchased – the 65” Class The Frame Pro LS03FW Neo QLED 4K TV. Not only does it deliver incredible picture quality, smart design, and top-tier performance, but this television proved its worth far beyond what I ever expected. My home recently suffered a devastating house fire. In the chaos and heartbreak of it all, very few things made it out in one piece – but this TV did. It survived that fire, then took a long ride from Texas to North Carolina in the back of a truck, fully exposed and unsecured. And guess what? It still works like a champ. No issues. No damage. Just stunning 4K brilliance as if nothing ever happened. This is more than just a TV. It’s a testament to Samsung’s craftsmanship, durability, and excellence. I will recommend this product to anyone and everyone. It’s stylish enough to elevate any room, powerful enough for any use, and clearly built to last through just about anything life throws at it. Despite numerous service calls by both seller/installer and Samsung's licensed service rep (Barrett's), problems have persisted and i am now being told that both TV and One Connect box need to have their motherboards replaced. $2200 spent and Samsung wants to repair vs replace? COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Pro is a great pick! I’ve been looking at “The Frame” for many years and finally decided to get it when the ‘25 Pro version was released. The wireless connect hub is a very simple and easy way to connect my external devices to the TV without dealing with any hard connections to the TV. The picture quality is the best I’ve seen. The Samsung Hub makes navigation simple and intuitive. The Art mode transforms the TV into a large display of artwork that’s well blended into the home. This keeps the TV from being a lifeless, unsightly black hole on the wall when you just want a living room without the TV running. The remote is very simple and easy to navigate the technology in the TV. Overall, I’m happy to report that I’m glad to finally get the the frame.

It's not difficult to find things you like and then favorite them, select a border and border color. The art looks so realistic that I've had people NOT know it was an image being projected by a TV. They thought it was a real photo. I really like changing the art work every so often or even have it rotating. Second is the TV itself. This TV and the picture it produces is fantastic. Even in a room surrounded by windows and outside light this TV has no glare and produces a bright photo. I paired this TV with the music frame speakers for outstanding sound, even without a soundbar. I couldn't be more delighted!

I don't know how to explain that it's pretty much what everyone needs in a room you don't want to look at a black rectangle. The good is that the paid subscription is kinda worth it, the picture quality isn't terrible, I don't have a better TV next to it to compare, it does a really good job of being a TV. Price sucks, especially if you are one of the first to order it as I did, it's been on sale ever since I bought it and I wish I would have waited to same $600. I did get an overpriced frame from Amazon that works pretty well in my house. So there you have it, get it while it's on sale. I got the 65 in pro. I don't use the box because the apps it has works for all my streaming. I don't plan on playing games on this.

Its over a month now and i am still struggling to get the power chord replaced. Had multiple calls, send pictures of the Connect Box power chord i received with the TV. Still waiting. Make sure you all items in the box. If anything doesn't work its a hassle to get a small thing replaced.

The white frame we bought to go around and cover the black frame, does meet at corners as well as it should. The One Box Connect, drops coverage randomly. Im sorry, but this 2025 Frame isn't worth the price. Maybe some updates will correct these issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV is great BUT One Connect box does not work. We purchased the Frame Pro for the Bluetooth One Connect Box. We like the quality of the TV picture but the One Connect Box has never worked. We have talked to Samsung countless times, had them send out a repair person and still nothing. After many conversations with Samsung, they agreed to send us a new TV but only after they pick it up and then the print reads they will request a new TV after which could take 3 weeks and replacement is not guaranteed. What? Why can’t they swap it out? We have opened no less than 4 tickets with them. They somehow get cancelled with no reason written on why it has been cancelled. We are just disappointed with Samsung’s service. This was an expensive TV. We purchased it in June and here it is October. .

But when it is not in use, it is the prettiest thing in the room!! No more black hole! The ability to see beautiful artwork everyday is amazing! It is our favorite tv ever! Totally worth the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Tv but Ugly/ small power cord Bought second Frame Tv to bring new Pro model for movie. I am very disappointed at this Wireless One Box . You need power cables running around for TV separately , sound bar separately, woofer another one and then this hdmi hub kinda remote box. Older model of Frame Tv had a think wire that was not visible and clould connect upto 16 ft. Frame lost its usability with this ugly 5 feet cable. Even the instruction manual shows chinese version still hold that 16ft cable Also you cannot use older version box since TV doesnt accept same wire as input. Expensive product for a no Oled TV . Who approved this change in Frame line ? If you want frame stick to older version or just get Oled for 40% cheaper price.
